Today, by effectuation of the Asian Economic Community (AEC), the competition will be increas-ing the quality of human resources. It presents a consequence for every individual to constantly develop and improve their quality. No exception to human resources who live in boarding schools. Boarding School community needs to improve its quality to be competitive arena of the world of work. Therefore, coaching that done in a boarding schools, should reflect and provide education about the importance of self-reliance, especially in the financial sector. This study aims to analyze the role of the creative economy to the development of entrepreneurial spirit in a boarding schools education system that has applied entrepreneurship education as a means to train financial independence of the students By using the phenomenological approach, this qualitative research began with the collection of data through observation and documentation for later analysis so found some creative economic role towards developing the spirit of entrepreneurship in boarding schools. The conclusion from this study is that the creative economy has some important role in the deve-lopment of the spirit of entrepreneurship in boarding schools. There are: (1). Stimulate creative and innovative behavior on a product / service. (2). Explore and hone skills (3). Providing knowledge with methods of learning by doing (4). Provide training on the analysis of SWOT (Strength, Weak-ness, Opportunity and Threat). This study is limited to the analysis of the role of the creative economy to the development of entre-preneurship spirit in boarding schools, especially in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 so that it can’t be generalized to the other boarding schools.

Community empowerment and education are closely related to advancing society. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation and transformation of sustainable community empowerment based on Islamic boarding school system. This is due to the assumption that Islamic boarding school, as a sharia economic developer, gives several impacts on training entrepreneurship, independence of santri, and prosperity of the society. This research used a qualitative method with the phenomenological approach from Edmund Husserl. Phenomenology or transcendental phenomenology aims to find the existence of consciousness essence (intentionality) which consists of four awareness activities. The results of this study indicate that the community empowerment in Al-Ittifaw Islamic boarding school refers to environmental use. The school also adopts an experiential learning and learning by doing system. These systems accustomed the students to learn, maintain, and preserve nature. The agribusiness development of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School is based on INPEKBI (Divine, Domestic, Personal, Economic, Family, Passion, Ilmihi) principle. The conclusion of this paper is, several stages are needed in terms of raising awareness, habituation, and reinforcement to build the entrepreneurial spirit during the transformation of sustainable community empowerment based on Islamic boarding school system.

Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.

Waqf is one of the sources of funds that has the potential to develop the people's economy. Even history proves that waqf that is maintained and developed productively is very helpful for the interests of the community.This study aims to determine the waqf management system in Tawakua Village, Angkona District, East Luwu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through interview studies to 5 informants. The results of this study indicate that the management of waqf assets is managed directly by the village, and administration of the waqf pledge deed is carried out at KUA Angkona District. However, the role of waqf as a socio-economic development has not been optimal due to the lack of public knowledge and a lack of qualified human resources in the field of waqf. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the management of waqf so that the function of waqf as an instrument of economic development can be achieved. Wakaf menjadi salah satu sumber dana yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan ekonomi umat. Bahkan sejarah membuktikan bahwa wakaf yang dipelihara dan dikembangkan secara produktifsangat membantu kepentingan masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan wakaf di Desa Tawakua Kecamatan Angkona Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan data melalui studi wawancara kepada 5 informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan harta benda wakaf dikelola secara langsung oleh desa, dan pengurusan administrasi akta ikrar wakaf dilakukan di KUA Kecamatan Angkona. Namun peran wakaf sebagai pembangunan sosial ekonomi belum optimal karena minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni di bidang wakaf. Oleh karena itu revitalisasi pengelolaan wakaf perlu dilakukan agar fungsi wakaf sebagai instrumen pembangunan ekonomi dapat tercapai.

Transportation is defined as the activity of moving passengers and goods from one place to another. Transportation plays an important role in the development of urban infrastructure and especially its human resources. Transportation is a major component in the system of life, the system of government, and the social system. The socio-demographic conditions of a region have an influence on transportation performance in the region. The level of population density will have a significant effect on the ability of transportation to serve community needs. A good and ideal interaction between transportation components (passengers, goods, facilities and infrastructure) forms a comprehensive transportation system, efficient and effective. The important role of transportation is of course balanced with the active participation of the parties involved in it. Abstrak: Jati Diri Bangsa dan Potensi Sumber Daya Konstruktif Sebagai Aset Ekonomi Kreatif di Indonesia. Di tengah era pasar bebas ASEAN, menjadi negara yang unggul kompetitif adalah tugas masyarakat bersama dengan jati diri yang kokoh dengan memanfaatkan kekayaan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran jati diri bangsa dan potensi sumber daya konstruktif yang dapat dijadikan aset ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan sebuah identitas tentang jati diri bangsa yang dapat ditempuh melalui pendidikan karakter sehingga dapat menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kreatif. Sedangkan untuk menumbuhkembangkan industri kreatif dapat ditempuh dengan strategi kolaborasi antara nilai budaya lokal dengan kebutuhan global menjadi produk globalisasi. Kata Kunci: jati diri bangsa, sumber daya konstruktif, ekonomi kreatif. Abstract: National Identity and Constructive Resource Potential As a Creative Economy Asset in Indonesia. This study aims to understand the role of national identity and potential resources as a creative economy asset in Indonesia. This research is a literature study. The results show that a national identity is necessary to create creative human resources through character education. This study aims to determine the benefits of e-commerce for creative economic actors, especially to market their products. The research method uses is qualitative with an analytical and explorative descriptive approach. From the research conducted, the results shows that the use of e-commerce has a positive impact on both producers and consumers. While the benefits for producers are that promotional costs can be reduced so that the selling price can be more competitive. However, the limited ability of human resources to utilize information technology and capital is a major obstacle for micro-entrepreneurs. The role of the regional government, especially the related institutions, is expected to be able to provide guidance and solutions for the development of the creative economy in the region.

This study aims to provide solutions and references in handling sustainable environmental development. this research method uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach with a literature approach. The results of this study reveal that indonesia cannot be separated from the development of the manufacturing sector which has the function of driving the economy. This must also be balanced with an understanding of the green economy to save the surrounding environment. Experts and literature also reveal that the concept of a green economy is very helpful for the state to preserve natural resources (SDA). The role of the green economy major is very helpful in realizing the welfare of natural resources that can contribute to science. therefore, a green economy major is very much needed in southeast asia, especially the unitary state of the republic of indonesia, Especially Human Resources (HR) who do not understand the importance of a green economy. One of the efforts to save a country is to improve the quality of human resources, especially in this case, human resources who understand the green economy in a sustainable manner. The curriculum that supports this program is the green curriculum, where the curriculum encourages the realization of the indonesian green movement. this scheme builds sustainability through a green economy by realizing various roles. The role of academics aims to create competent human resources in providing scientific literacy and application in the environmental field. Organizations that are directly involved in the green economy, especially environmental issues, are the government, research institutions, and educational institutions.

The role of academics is urgently needed in strengthening human resources for owners and employees who run businesses and provide information on online sales and take away as well as drive-thru which use cashless payments as an alternative to increasing sales turnover in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic situation. The method used is qualitative or descriptive. with a phenomenological approach with data triangulation (method: in-depth interviews and observations at 30 tenant in the three rest areas, between researchers: culinary and tourism management, data sources: documentation and other document references). The results obtained are that the potential for culinary tourism in the Rest Area is a change in the lifestyle of tourists to find regional specialities in a rest area in addition to supporting facilities in the rest area that create a market share rest area, structured financial administration based on a menu management approach, developing delicious, attractive, and hygienic product variants and increasing the mastery of information technology for product marketing that is integrated with non-cash payments

Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the non-formal education which was founded by ulama figures (kyai) as a place to gain religious knowledge. Currently, Islamic boarding schools have undergone many changes, these changes are marked by the inclusion of formal/general education in pesantren. The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school environment, Malang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results of this study conclude that the strategy for developing an entrepreneurial spirit in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school is by direct assistance by caregivers and head of the board to students who have the will to learn skills. To develop the creative economy in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school environment, students are given the task of making various forms of different and interesting skills.
