Abstrak: Jati Diri Bangsa dan Potensi Sumber Daya Konstruktif Sebagai Aset Ekonomi Kreatif di Indonesia. Di tengah era pasar bebas ASEAN, menjadi negara yang unggul kompetitif adalah tugas masyarakat bersama dengan jati diri yang kokoh dengan memanfaatkan kekayaan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran jati diri bangsa dan potensi sumber daya konstruktif yang dapat dijadikan aset ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan sebuah identitas tentang jati diri bangsa yang dapat ditempuh melalui pendidikan karakter sehingga dapat menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kreatif. Sedangkan untuk menumbuhkembangkan industri kreatif dapat ditempuh dengan strategi kolaborasi antara nilai budaya lokal dengan kebutuhan global menjadi produk globalisasi. Kata Kunci: jati diri bangsa, sumber daya konstruktif, ekonomi kreatif. Abstract: National Identity and Constructive Resource Potential As a Creative Economy Asset in Indonesia. This study aims to understand the role of national identity and potential resources as a creative economy asset in Indonesia. This research is a literature study. The results show that a national identity is necessary to create creative human resources through character education. In this article, the authors comprehend the moral and ethical phenomenon of "Adyge habz the problems of its preservation and development in modern society in the context of globalization. The study of traditions is undoubtedly relevant in modern conditions, when many ethnic groups persistently retain interest in past values, their origins and prospects. The authors note that this problem is relevant not only for the Adygs, but also for other peoples of the North Caucasus, which have their own analogues of national moral and ethical codes. Based on the results of the conducted sociological research, it is concluded that the role of Adyghism (adygag) in the system of traditional ethno-cultural values of the Adyghes has decreased, and therefore there is a need to revive and develop the national identity of the Adyghes.

This paper examines the role of parents as a source of character education for early childhood. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is a determining factor for children's development, both physically and mentally, is the role of both parents as the first and main educators for children who are born until they are adults. In the process of forming knowledge, various parenting styles conveyed by parents are very important. Education in the family plays a very important role in developing the character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values ​​, and simple skills of children. The role of parents in influencing the character of children is no longer borne by the mother only. The role of the father in shaping the character of the child is very large. Fathers are still obliged to participate in maintaining interactions with their children, such as inviting them to talk, joke, and play.

Education which is a system in the perspective of anthology is an attempt to humanize humans by an appropriate manner to achieve very high humane values as an attempt to change as well as to move the cultural values to any individual in society. But this view is difficult to achieve when the belief that a person's success will occur due to the efforts started early in order to organize their future without having an education. This paper will provide a breakthrough through leadership of education that is not only based on good intellectual ability, but also good emotional and spiritual. With the result that it will contribute qualified modern human resources. Modern human Resources is a human being who has the potential of ad equated intellectual quality. However, sometimes the potential is empty because it is not matched by the quality of the good faith or emotional. In the fact, they (modern humans) have good reasoning capability. However, the success which is useful in the future whether for themselves, the community, the nation and the state are not only enough by having logical thought only. But, it also requires EQ Emotional Quotient (level of emotional or personality) , CQ Creativity Quotient (level of creativity) and SQ Spiritual Quotient (level religiosities or faith and devotion to God. Thus , the national education system must be able to provide a solution- which is able to break of the empty circle of values and morals happening in education system around us . the empty circle we must combine as well as put the intellectual intelligence , emotional intelligence , and spiritual intelligence known as ESQ in order to get balance between the fulfillment of rights and vertical or horizontal obligations. ESQ is a role of the leadership of its resources which include Human Resources and Natural Resources with the organization as a model of leadership in education. ESQ if applied in educational leadership level, it would be beneficial along with the growth and development of the educational organization with the growth of moral values.

Local government relates to the public administration of towns, cities, counties, and districts. One of the key responsibilities of local government is the administrative purpose of supplying goods and services. Local governments should also represent and involve citizens in determining specific local public needs and how these local needs can be met. As the structure of gross domestic product (GDP) in many countries across the world changes, so do the expectations towards the role of local governments as far as supporting local economic growth is concerned. The administrative purpose involves creating conducive conditions for economic development. Statistical figures show that the share of the creative economy in the GDP of the most developed countries is steadily increasing. New economic sectors such as “creative industries” pose a challenge to local governments. In this paper, we present a conceptual model for measuring the efforts of local governments in developing and supporting the creative industries. The model proposed by the authors allows for the comparison of smaller administrative units such as counties regarding their advancement and commitment to supporting creative industries.

Today, by effectuation of the Asian Economic Community (AEC), the competition will be increas-ing the quality of human resources. It presents a consequence for every individual to constantly develop and improve their quality. No exception to human resources who live in boarding schools. Boarding School community needs to improve its quality to be competitive arena of the world of work. Therefore, coaching that done in a boarding schools, should reflect and provide education about the importance of self-reliance, especially in the financial sector. This study aims to analyze the role of the creative economy to the development of entrepreneurial spirit in a boarding schools education system that has applied entrepreneurship education as a means to train financial independence of the students By using the phenomenological approach, this qualitative research began with the collection of data through observation and documentation for later analysis so found some creative economic role towards developing the spirit of entrepreneurship in boarding schools. The conclusion from this study is that the creative economy has some important role in the deve-lopment of the spirit of entrepreneurship in boarding schools. There are: (1). Stimulate creative and innovative behavior on a product / service. (2). Explore and hone skills (3). Providing knowledge with methods of learning by doing (4). Provide training on the analysis of SWOT (Strength, Weak-ness, Opportunity and Threat). This study is limited to the analysis of the role of the creative economy to the development of entre-preneurship spirit in boarding schools, especially in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 so that it can’t be generalized to the other boarding schools.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Ciamis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah dalam upaya untuk mendapatkan data dan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa peran sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam mewujudkan pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Ciamis. Peran SDM sebagai motor penggerak industri pariwisata, pencipta produk industri pariwisata, dan sebagai penentu daya saing industri pariwisata. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan melalui pendidikan pariwisata dan pelatihan pemandu wisata yang harus dimiliki bagi masyarakat khususnya berada di daerah wisata untuk mengembangkan pariwisata budaya di wilayah Kabupaten Ciamis, karena melalui kegiatan tersebut akan lebih meningkatkan mutu, kinerja dan hasil yang diperoleh menjadi lebih baik. Maka, peran SDM sangat menunjang keberhasilan bagi pengembangan pariwisata budaya di Kabupaten Ciamis dengan kompetensi yang dimilikinya, sehingga objek wisata budaya yang ada di Kabupaten Ciamis menjadi tujuan wisata yang lebih menarik dan memiliki keunikan yang kaya akan nilai sejarah dan budaya Galuh serta bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang berada di daerah wisata sebagai sarana memperoleh penghasilan sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakatpun akan lebih meningkat.Abstract This study aims to analyze the role of human resources in the development of cultural tourism in Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is a historical research method in an effort to obtain data and facts in the field. Based on the results of this study, the role of human resources as a key success factor in realizing the development of cultural tourism in Ciamis Regency. The role of Human Resources as the driving force of the tourism industry, the creator of tourism industry products, and as a determinant of the competitiveness of the tourism industry. This can be realized through tourism education and must-have tour guide training for the community, especially in tourist areas to develop cultural tourism in the Ciamis Regency area, because through these activities the quality, performance and results obtained will be better. So, the role of Human Resources greatly supports the success of the development of cultural tourism in Ciamis Regency with its competencies, so that cultural tourism objects in Ciamis Regency become more attractive and unique tourist destinations that are rich in Galuh's historical and cultural values and beneficial for communities in tourist areas as a means of earning income so that the welfare of the community will increase.

Solo City has so many communities with different aspects of value from one another. The Red Batik community is chosen based on its credibility and is one of the most productive communities in Solo City. This study aims to determine the establishment of the Red Batik Community, as well as identify and explain the role of the Red Batik Community in supporting the City of Solo as a Creative City. The research methodology used in this study is research with in-depth interview techniques, observation, literature study and documentation. In addition to using the concept of community-based tourism, role concepts and creative city concepts to review existing problems. The Red Batik community becomes a space for informal education by providing a forum for people who want to get involved or engage in industry and creative activities, especially costumes and carnivals, preserve traditional markets that are characteristic of Solo City, and hold interesting shows for tourists. Wakaf secara terminologi berarti 'menahan sesuatu untuk mengambil manfaat'. Hal-hal bisa aktif seperti tanah atau pasif seperti uang sebagai wakaf tunai (waqf al nuqud). Wakaf uang masih belum tergali dan terkelola dengan maksimal, meski potensinya besar karena Indonesia mayoritas muslim. Potensi besar tantangan wakaf  juga tidak ringan. Kendala utama lebih kepada sumber daya manusia dan strategi pengelolaannya. Persoalan pengelolaan wakaf yang baik dan efisien menjadi kendalanya. Oleh karenanya semakin besar kekayaan dan keragaman wakaf yang dapat dikelola oleh nadzhir secara profesional dengan manajemen yang tepat, manfaat yang diperoleh dari pengelolaan wakaf tunai dengan good governance akan memperkuat peran wakaf dalam meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan merujuk beberapa sumber primer dan sekunder berupa buku-buku, dan jurnal yang relevan membahas tentang permasalahan wakaf, wakaf uang, dan good governance. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa dalam konteks pengelolaan wakaf, Good Governance secara lebih mudah dapat diartikan sebagai pengelolaan wakaf yang amanah sehingga harta wakaf dapat dihimpun, dikelola, dan didistribusikan dengan baik untuk kemaslahatan umat. Potensi wakaf uang juga sangat menjanjikan, karena wakaf dalam bentuk ini tidak dengan kepemilikan kekayaan dalam jumlah besar. Kata kunci: Wakaf, Wakaf Uang, Good Governance  Abstract :In term of terminology, the word Waqf means 'holding back something to acquire advantage'. Certain things can be something active like land or passive like money as cash waqf (waqf al nuqud). Money as waqf is still not explored and managed to the maximum, even though its potential is massive because Indonesia is a majority Muslim country. The great potential of waqf challenges is also not easy. The main obstacle is more on human resources and their management strategies. The problem of good and efficient management of waqf is a problem. Therefore, the greater the wealth and diversity of waqf that can be managed by Nadzhir professionally with proper management, the more benefits can be derived from managing cash waqf with good governance will strengthen the role of waqf in improving the economy and welfare of the community. This research uses literature study method by referring several primary and secondary sources in the form of books, and relevant journals discussing the problems of waqf, money waqf, and good governance. The results of this study state that in the context of waqf management, Good Governance can be  more easily interpreted as trustful waqf management so that waqf property can be collected, managed and distributed properly for the benefit of the people. Potential money as cash waqf is also very promising, because waqf in this form are not with ownership of large amounts of wealth.

Indonesia, nowadays, still deals with complex problems, such as national disintegration and social disharmony of a nation. Many regions experience disunity which is started from smallest unit into larger unit. This problem will threaten the unity of Indonesia. It becomes a serious problem so that it is important to optimize the role of education which leads to the insertion of character education in early learning. Teacher is expected to be able to implement the character education, including the preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implemented character education should be synergized to the local wisdom of each region because it has its own cultural values which could be guidances toward the attitude. Character education which is synergized with local wisdom aims at achieving the vision of integration and social harmony of a nation.

The Impact

The article explores the role of art festivals as platforms for knowledge and network development in the creative industries and creative policy intervention using the case of a small street art festival ( Fuse Festival in Medway, UK). The analysis provides a broader perspective on the current research and debate on the impact and role played by arts festivals in local economic and cultural development—which usually concentrate on either their socioeconomic impact on local communities—to focus instead of their role in building knowledge communities and communities of practice. The results highlight the key role played by the festival in supporting and commissioning artistic work. The results also expose the temporary and explorative nature of many artistic practices and the role of interaction with audiences and other creative producers. Following a network perspective, the findings highlight the role of temporary clusters not only in shaping career opportunities for artists but also in drawing new pathways for local economic development for contexts undergoing regeneration.
