The present time more attention is allocated with the purpose about an opportunity manufacture qualitative products to improve technologies. In clause, the improvement of engineering and technology for allocation fibrous raw material is investigated. The scientific significance of the research results lies in obtaining dynamic and mathematical models of motion, numerically solving the problems of determining the laws of motion and parameter dependencies, the modes of motion of the recommended working bodies (saw cylinder, working chamber, grate, raw roller accelerator, chain gear for saw cylinder drive, bearing support) saw gin. The practical significance of the research results is to improve the saw gin, which allows obtaining high-quality cotton fiber with high productivity due to the intensification of the ginning process, an increase in the working life, as well as a decrease in the required drive power. The technology and design of a heated gin working chamber for ginning raw cotton of high humidity has been developed.

The processes of grinding dry and wet dispersed materials are common in alcohol, beer, sugar, meat, bakery, feed, chemical and a number of other industries, as well as in construction. Relevant for these processes, especially recently, in connection with the rise in the cost of energy resources, is the problem of reducing energy costs during their implementation, subject to high productivity, sufficient degree and uniformity of grinding and moderate cost of equipment for the process. The article proposes scientifically substantiated dependencies for calculating the minimum required electrical power of an experimental industrial grinder, which is considered as a replacement for hammer crushers, when used to grind wet grain of wheat, rye or corn and ensure the specified performance, taking into account the daily volume of raw materials processed at the enterprise. as well as the permissible degree of its refinement. In particular, equations were obtained to determine the power consumption for bringing the raw material in the grinder into rotary motion, for the friction between the grains of the raw material and the grinder discs, as well as the internal surfaces of its working chamber, for the friction between the grains themselves, the power required for grinding. The electric power of the grinder, the effective efficiency (41%) and the total efficiency (14%), by which it is superior to hammer crushers, have been calculated. In this work, based on the theory of contactless hydraulic seals, the analysis of possible trajectories of the particles of the processed raw materials in the working chamber of the grinder (grains of wheat, rye or corn moistened with water) is carried out, the forces acting on the particles of the raw material in the process of their movement from the axis of the grinder to the periphery of the working chamber are determined, as well as the analysis of the interaction of particles during their grinding, based on the theoretical provisions of the mechanics of quasi-solid and quasi-liquid bodies.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the conceptual understanding of the cluster as an innovative organizational and economic form of production in the system of sustainable development on the example of the agricultural sector and substantiate the scientific basis for ensuring its implementation at the regional level. Research methods. When carrying out the research, a set of general scientific methods and techniques was used; monographic - in the study of domestic and foreign publications and the above-mentioned problems; a systematic approach based on the principles of systems analysis and synthesis - to substantiate the relationship between sustainable development, the efficiency of agricultural production and the cluster model; abstract-logical - for the theoretical generalization of research results and determination of measures to ensure the implementation of the cluster model of agricultural development; economic analysis - to study the efficiency of agricultural production. Research results. The essence of the cluster in modern economic theory in the context of the concept of sustainable development has been studied and analyzed. Globalization, climate change and the aggravation of socio-economic and environmental problems in many countries of the world necessitate the search for new models of economic development. It has been established that one of the most optimal organizational and economic forms of effective agricultural production in the system of sustainable development is clusters. On the example of the Kirovograd region, a scientifically grounded regional model of the development of agro-clusters in the agro-industrial complex. Scientific novelty. Based on the synthesis of scientific theories of cluster and sustainable development, further study of theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the essence of clusters as a promising organizational and economic form of effective agricultural production in the system of sustainable development was obtained. Practical significance. The research results will find practical use in substantiating regional strategies for the development of agro-industrial production. They can be used in educational and educational programs, when providing consulting services for the creation of projects of agricultural clusters and in further scientific research.

This paper presents research results of the Bugojno coal basin, which contains very significant, but still insufficiently explored lignite reserves. Based on the determined borders of surface distribution and the research results in the northwestern part of the Bugojno coal basin, proved are four coal layers with reserves of over one billion tons of coal. Discussed are geological characteristics of coal layers, their qualitative-quantitative characteristics, spatial potential of deposit and classification of coal layers. Considering the raw material potential and the possibility of expanding the existing raw material base, the Bugojno coal basin has particular importance for the long-term development of lignite exploitation and its use for thermal energy purposes.

Determination of the directions of formation of the contemporary level of quality and assortment concept of the species diversity of functional bread of mass assortment with the use of wild berry plants Ericaceae for health improving nutrition. The materials were questionnaires of a survey of potential consumers of functional bread of the city of Krasnoyarsk, wild berry plants of the Heather family (Ericaceae): fruits of cranberry (Vaccinium oxycoccos), of cowberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), of bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), of blueberry (Vaccinium uliginosum) and powders from them. The method of isolation of the average sample according to GOST 24.027.0-80 was used in the work. The content of toxic elements in berries was determined according to GOST 26927-86, GOST 26930-86, GOST 30178-96 using an atomic emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma-iCAP 6500. Generally accepted theoretical and statistical research methods, combinatorial analysis, and data processing using standard mathematical programs were used in the work. Study of the consumer survey, literature data of the chemical composition of berries of wild plants Ericaceae, data on the possibility of procurement of raw materials on the territory of Krasnoyarsk region, investigation of safety performance of the raw material and powders out of him for compliance with the requirements of TR CU 021/2011 and 027/2012 indicate the possibility of their use in the composition of functional bread as a source of biologically active compounds with a variety of positive physiological properties. The multivariance of the development of the range of functional types of bread with additives from Ericaceae berries is confirmed by the data of combinatorial analysis. As a result, an assortment concept of the species diversity of functional bread of a mass assortment of contemporary quality with additives from wild berry plants Ericaceae for improving nutrition was formed. Researches is promising in the formation of the range and actual quality of functional types of bread of mass assortment using local wild-growing raw materials, the advantage of which is naturalness, the content of functional ingredients, and contribute to the development of the range and technologies of healthy food products.

The article presents the research results of studying the influence of various groups of microorganisms — coliform bacteria, lactic acid microorganisms, yeast, and spore bacteria — on the quality and storage capacity of cream used as a raw material for buttermaking. The objects of study were the following: cream as a raw material before and after pasteurization, as well as pasteurized cream seeded with testing cultures of various types of spoilage microorganisms. The samples were stored at temperature conditions of 30 ± 1 °C, 10 ± 1 °C, and 4 ± 2 °C. To evaluate the quality and storage capacity of cream used as a raw material, its microbiological and physicochemical indicators were determined by standardized methods: bacterial number, titratable acidity, indicators of oxidative spoilage of the fat phase. Organoleptic characteristics were evaluated in terms of taste, consistency and appearance. Research results have shown that the greatest microbiological risks during storage of cream used as a raw material are associated with lactococci, coliform bacteria and yeast. Microbiological risks caused by seeding of cream with thermophilic streptococcus, spore bacteria of the genus Bacillus and spore anaerobic microorganisms of the genus Clostridium are less significant, which is associated with the lack of development and metabolism of these groups of microorganisms at storage temperatures of 10 ± 1 °C and 4 ± 2 °C. At the same time, the reason for the rejection of cream contaminated with these testing cultures, at a storage temperature of 4 ± 2 °C, is primarily a decrease in organoleptic indicators, and at a temperature of 10 ± 1 °C — an excess in bacterial number.

The relevance of the study of the relationship between professional competencies of the future teacher of technology and the formation of students' key subject competencies. The study aims to determine the system of preparation of future teachers of labor education and technology. A sociological survey among 700 students of specialty 014.10 Secondary education (Labor training and technology) based on Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University (Ukraine). The correlation of the subject competencies defined in the standard with the professional competencies of a teacher was determined: fluency in the state language - generalization of previously learned material, ability to communicate in the native (with a difference from the state) and foreign languages - consolidation of learned material, mathematical competence - development of the ability to self-learn, competence in natural sciences, engineering, and technology - development of active listening skills, innovation - storage of large amounts of information. The practical significance of the study was the provision of recommendations on the model of formation of subject student competence through the definition of its basic principles.

Improving of livestock industry efficiency significantly depends on quality of feed preparation, as they are in cost structure of products are 30-60% of costs. Advanced technologies that allow to fully realize genetic potential of animals, due to the lack of necessary technical support have not become widespread. The experience of using intensive full-system technologies for livestock production shows that, along with reliable and balanced provision of farms with high quality feeds, traditional feeding systems are being improved, which are aimed at the development of economically efficient mechanized feed processing technologies and the preparation of full-range and balanced feed mixtures. Existing designs of feed mixers for cattle do not fully meet the zootechnical requirements for the preparation of multicomponent balanced complete feed mixtures, have high energy costs and high specific material consumption. Therefore, research aimed at developing working bodies for feed mixers, which will ensure the creation of a highly efficient feed base at low energy and material costs are of economic importance and is an urgent scientific task. In the article on the basis of the conducted researches the basic constructive-technological scheme of the effective single-shaft two-section mixer for realization of process of preparation of balanced mixes for cattle executed in the form of the horizontally located cylindrical case with the combined mixer consisting of section of screw tapes and flat blades (left and right) direction of inclination, the working surface of which is located at an angle of 45… 500 to the axis of the shaft and is equipped with radial fingers. The purpose of experimental research was to establish identification of developed mathematical models and adequacy of research results of proposed feed mixer and determine impact of basic parameters and modes of its operation on quality process. Аchieve this goal, mutual influence of simultaneous changes in speed of agitator shaft, width of flat blade angle of blade to axis of agitator shaft and duration of feed mixing on quality process: homogeneity of mixture and drive power of mixer shaft. Theoretical studies of the process of preparation of a balanced complete ration mixture confirmed the advantage of the developed design of the combined two-section mixer and increased the quality index (homogeneity of the mixture) to 98%

Hydraulic fracture in shale reservoir presents complex network propagation, which has essential difference with traditional plane biwing fracture at forming mechanism. Based on the research results of experiments, field fracturing practice, theory analysis, and numerical simulation, the influence factors and their mechanism of hydraulic fracture extending into network in shale have been systematically analyzed and discussed. Research results show that the fracture propagation in shale reservoir is influenced by the geological and the engineering factors, which includes rock mineral composition, rock mechanical properties, horizontal stress field, natural fractures, treating net pressure, fracturing fluid viscosity, and fracturing scale. This study has important theoretical value and practical significance to understand fracture network propagation mechanism in shale reservoir and contributes to improving the science and efficiency of shale reservoir fracturing design.
