Confidence is the key to self motivation. Individuals will not live a good life without any confidence. Researchers conducted observations in MTs ASHRI Jember class VIII A academic year 2017-2018 and the result of pretest is 42% which is classified in the qualification is less and still bellow the average of ideal confidence. This study aims to increase self confidence through group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. The type of research used is action research guidance and counseling (PTBK). The procedure used is the cycle model. Based on the result of research on the implementation of the cycle of  I respondents still showed an attitude of lack confidence. It shown from not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feeling confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only around 50%. And in the IInd cycle began to show an increasein confidence in student this is seen in not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feel confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only ranges between 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the service of group guidance with sociodrama technique can improve self confidence of class VIII A MTs ASHRI Jember. Keywords: Self confidence, Sociodrama.

This study is based on the problems that occur in IPS learning in class VIII-D students of SMPN 5 Bandung that is teacher-centered in the classroom and the ability of students to think high-order are still low. The alternative problem solving chosen is by applying the Means Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model. Based on the background, the formulation of this study problem is how the planning, implementation, implementation results and what are the obstacles of the learning model Means Ends Analysis in attempt to improve the ability of high-order thinking. Reviewing the problems to be studied in relation to the learning process, the author chose Classroom Action Research (PTK) with Kemmis and Taggart cycle model in 3 cycles with 12 actions. Implementation of learning by using learning model Means Ends Analysis in improving the ability of students high-order thinking are said to succeed. The improvement of high-order thinking ability of students can be seen from the development of aspects that becomeindicators of high-order thinking. All aspects of this indicator have evolved from cycle 1 to cycle 3, from which initially the quality is less, it is sufficient to improve. In conclusion, the implementation of learning model Means Ends Analysis can improve the ability of high-order thinking of students in IPS learning. This is supported by the achievement of all indicators in analyzing and evaluating. Both are in good categories and indicators to create are in enough category.

Based on the results of interviews with teachers mentors about the problems that often occur in students in SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru in obtaining information that: The lack of mutual understanding of students. This includes a lack of trust between students, lack of openness from students to teachers and sometimes also among fellow students so that often miscommunication among students who became one of the triggers of contention. Students are less able to express their opinions both to teachers and friends. Subjects in this study were students Class IX.1 SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru Lesson Year 2014-2015 with the number of students as many as 37 people. The form of research is action research counseling guidance services. The instrument of this research is data in the form of observation sheet of teacher activity and Student Self Confidence in Opinion Opinion. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion as presented in chapter IV can be concluded that with the Group Guidance Services can improve Student Confidence in Student Expose Class IX.1 SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. Before the action shows Student Confidence in Student Opinion is still classified as "Less" with a score of 44.9 is at the interval of 30-49. In cycle I shows that Student Confidence in Student Opinion is still classified as "Medium" with the value of 60.0 is in the interval 50 - 69. While in the second cycle increased to 83.8 with the category "Good" is at the interval 70-89.

There is a tendency to decrease attitudes for early-stage santri in terms of self-adjustment which is influenced, among others, by the interest of some santri, many of them are because of the direction of parents. If such symptoms are not immediately addressed then adjustment becomes a serious problem among the early-stage santri. That need to be given the type of guidance that can help the difficulties of the students in the adjustment in boarding school. One of the efforts that can be done is the provision of Islamic-based group guidance services. The main problem is whether the guidance of Islamic-based groups can improve the early adjustment of student students at Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang? The purpose of this study is to find out the guidance of Islamic-based groups can improve the adjustment of early students in Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang. The Pre-Test and Post-Test Design Group. The population of this study is the initial level of students in Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 32 santri. The results of this study indicate that the guidance of Islamic-based groups can improve the adjustment of early santri level students in Al Ishlah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Semarang based on the comparison of z count 4.994> z table 1.96 with probability = 0, 000 <0.05. The rate of adjustment before the guidance of the Islamic-based group was 62.04% and the level of adjustment after the guidance of the Islamic based group by 70.57%. In this case, there was an increase of 8.53%. Based on these results, the researcher gives suggestion to the custodian of pesantren to facilitate guidance and counseling to help santri adjustment to make it easier, involving the alumni of pesantren who are competent in the field of guidance and counseling.

This study aims to determine the competence of BK (Guidance and Counseling) students as prospective counselors in implementing group guidance services (BKp). This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample was determined by using a purposive sampling technique. Likert scale model was chosen as the instrument of this research. The research subjects were BK students of IAIN Batusangkar in the 2019/2020 academic year. The results revealed that the students’ competency in implementing group guidance services are divided into four categories, they are the competence at transitional stage which is the lowest (63%), competence at activity stage which is in high category (83%), competence at conclusion is categorized low (73%), and last competence at the final stage which is moderate (77%). The research findings have an impact on producing reliable prospective counselors in the future by having the competence to provide group guidance services.

Diversity in Indonesia raises the tolerance problem. The research goal to find guidance and counseling services right to develop character tolerance. The goals of this research is developing of models group gudance with folklore methode as alternative developing tolerance character. This research use Research and development as an approach. Research and development steps include preliminary study, development hypothetical group guidance model-based folklore, validation of expert judgment and expert practitioners, experimental test form group guidance model- based folklore on a limited basis — descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative in research analysis. Group guidance services consisted of 8-9 students from Yogyakarta City, Bantul Regency, Sleman Regency, Kulonpogo Regency, and Gunungkidul Regency (Indonesia Country The result from this research that group guidance with folklore methode can incrase the tolerance character of students. The result of the limited trial appears that there was a change of condition before pre-test with an average of 109 and an increase of 117.9 after post-test in implementation of group guidance service with folklore method. The T-test results also reveal significant changes from before to after the significance of 0.000 (&lt;0.05).

In writing this article the writer chooses research with the title of Relationship Guidance Group with Learning Motivation for Students of SMP Negeri 5 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This article aims to describe the learning motivation of students in SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province; describe the implementation of guidance for groups of SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province; and know whether or not there is a relationship between students' learning motivation with the guidance of the group of SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This article discusses two variables, namely group guidance and learning motivation. The population in this study were students of SMP Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir Academic Year 2013/2014 which amounted to 82 students consisting of three classes. The sample that will be used in this study is SMP Negeri 3 students which are Downstream in 2013/2014 Academic Year with a total of 82 students. The sampling technique used by researchers is a sample consideration. What is meant by sample consideration is in taking the sample, researchers take samples based on certain considerations. This sampling is based on consideration at the highest class average. So the research made the VIIA class as a research sample as many as 29 students. The type of research used in this study is expost facto research or referred to after after the fact. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation, and questionnaire.Based on the calculation results obtained that the significance value is 0,000 which is smaller than the value of a = 0.05 and the calculated value is 0.599 ** in the "moderate" category. The price of the coefficient is then tested for significance by comparing the table for n = 80 at the level of 5%, then table = 0.220, where the value of r count> r table (0.599> 0.220) and the significance value obtained is less than 0.05. Thus, Ha is accepted, that is, there is a relationship between group guidance services and Learning Motivation for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Hilir, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. While the contribution of group guidance services in improving student learning motivation is 35.88%.

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in the system of linear equations of two variables using Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model in class VIII E SMPN 21 Pontianak academic year 2016/2017. Data collection was obtained by direct observation and test. Subjects are students of class VIII SMPN 21 Pontianak with 38 students of students consisting of 16 male students and 22 female students. This classroom action research consists of two cycles. Each cycle stage consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of data analysis that replicate the first half of the academic year 2015/2016 shows that students who learn completeness of students has just reached 10.58%. His performance is low. The instruments used in this classroom action research are: (1) Student Activity Observation Sheet; (2) Observation Sheet of teacher teachers in learning activities; (3) Written test (Test Cycle I and Cycle II). Results of learning data from the first cycle to cycle II obtained more than 75% of students who graduated. This study revealed that the use of cooperative learning model STAD can improve student learning outcomes on linear equations system in two variables E class VIII SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak.Keywords: learning outcomes, Student Team Achievement Division (STAD), Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV)

The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

The purpose of this study was to improve students' learning discipline at MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya by using group guidance services. The population in this study amounted to 32 students. The number of research samples consisted of 8 students. Sampling is determined by Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and the scale of learning discipline. The method used is pre-experiment, the technique of collecting data using the Paired-Sample T Test formula or better known as Pre-Post Design is an analysis involving two measurements on the same subject against a particular influence or treatment. The results of the study show that: based on analysis with Paired-Sample T-Test, it shows that students' learning discipline has an initial average increase of 130.13 to 234.13. This means "Group Guidance Services Can Improve Learning Discipline of Students at MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya 2016/2017 Academic Year". The results of the analysis show that the eight students in the research subject experienced an increase in learning discipline after the intervention.

SMP Negeri 2 Banjarangkan is a location for classroom action research. The purpose of writing this class action research is to find out whether the Expository learning model aided by Audio Visual media can improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Banjarangkan in Class VIII.A where the ability of students for Indonesian subjects was low. Data collection method is a test of learning outcomes. The data analysis method is descriptive. The results obtained from this study are expository learning models assisted with audio visual media can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results obtained initially at 69.74 in the first cycle to 77.83 and in the second cycle to 82.17. The conclusion obtained from this study is that expository learning models assisted by Audio Visual media can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class VIII. Semester II of the 2018/2019 academic year at SMP Negeri 2 Banjarangkan.
