The growth of Islamic banking assets in Indonesia has experienced a very significant growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external factors that influence this growth. This research method uses a quantitative design with a causal approach. Internal data sources use Islamic bank financial reports for the 2016-2020 period and external data, namely inflation. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling method, namely 7 Islamic Commercial Banks. The results showed that the internal factors NPF and ROA had no significant effect on assets. In contrast, BOPO has a significant effect on assets. External factors, inflation have a significant effect on Islamic banking assets.

This study aims to examine the internal and external factors that influence Non-Performing Loans in banks in Indonesia. Internal factors consist of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expenses for Operating Income, Prime Lending Rate. Meanwhile external factors consist of inflation and exchange rates. The sample in this study is Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Data samples obtained were 84 data from 21 Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression processed using the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that the variables of internal factors, namely Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expenses on Operating Income and Loans Base Interest Rate affect the Non Performing Loan. While the external factor variables namely inflation and the exchange rate do not affect the Non Performing Loan.

One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that contribute to improving economic conditions, especially the rural economy. However, the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very slow in competition with large companies in the era of free trade and globalization. Therefore all problems must be found the best solution with various efforts so that MSMEs perform well. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the improvement in the performance of MSMEs in Serenan, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency by observing both the influence of internal and external factors partially or jointly. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive type. through the Survey directly to the research location, the population of this study was wood processing MSMEs (furniture) which were in Serenan, Juwiring, Klaten Regency totaling 34 producers. The sample in this study is a population of 34 producers. While the sampling technique used was the census of all producers in the Serenan Sub-District which numbered 34 questionnaire answers. The results showed that the performance of MSMEs in Serenan, Juwiring, Klaten Regency was significantly influenced by internal factors (consisting of aspects of HR, financial aspects, production aspects and marketing aspects) and external factors (aspects of government policy, aspects of socio-economic aspects and related institutions) both partially and together.

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal and external factors in the learning output of D III Accounting students, and what factors have the greatest influence on the output of D III Accounting students at Pamulang University in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with a sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were students of D III accounting for the 2019/2020 school year. as many as 63 respondents. The data research technique used was a questionnaire method, with a 1-4 Likert scale measurement. The results of research that have been conducted by researchers from the internal factors that affect the learning output are those related to aspects of interest, motivation and physical health and external factors are the environment and infrastructure. The results of these two factors have moderate criteria with the method (Three-box Method), which means that these two factors have an influence on the output / learning outcomes of D3 Accounting students at Pamulang University.

Quality of life is one of the evaluation used to measure the level of a person's life with emphasis on an objective evaluation. Quality of life is affected by internal and external factors. internal factors are the experiences I've ever experienced before one of them is the emotional status, while external factors are all activities that dilakuakan everyday individuals like daily activities and sleep quality. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between activity, emotional status and quality of sleep and quality of life of the elderly. This study used crosssectional design, the sample used 63 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results showed no activity relationship (P = 0.000, CI = 95%) and emotional status (0.03, CI = 95%) with the quality of life in the elderly. The results also show no relationship quality of sleep (P = 0.929, CI = 95%) with the quality of life in the elderly. Research suggests the nurse gerontik to get better at doing nursing care to the elderly, especially with regard aspects of activity and emotional status to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

In attracting students' attention in learning, teacher creativity is needed to arouse students' desires and can foster student motivation to learn. In order for the learning process to run according to what the teacher wants, students need motivation. Motivation is influenced by several factors, both internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise from within students, such as health conditions, interest in learning and so on. While external factors are influential factors that arise from outside students, such as teachers, the environment, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as teaching methods and strategies. Facilities and infrastructure are very vital and very important things in supporting the smoothness or ease in the learning process. This study examines the effect of facilities and infrastructure on student motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Quba, Sorong City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using a survey approach. The sample of this study was the fifth grade students, totaling 35 students. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and was a saturated sampling. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then processed using the SPSS 20.0 for Windows application. Based on the results of research using statistical analysis and the help of the SPSS 20.0 application program for windows, it shows that there is an influence between facilities and infrastructure on student learning motivation in class V students, obtained fcount of 422.239 and ftable of 3.285 so it can be concluded that fcount (422,239) > ftable (3.285), and the value of T_count 20,548 > T_table 1,692, it can be stated that H1 is accepted or there is an influence between facilities and infrastructure (X) on students' learning motivation at MI Quba, Sorong City (Y).

ABSTRAKInisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) merupakan langkah awal keberhasilan pencapaian ASIEksklusif. Permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan IMD tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik.Faktor ibu, bayi dan lingkungan dapat berperan dalam pelaksanaan IMD tersebut. Penelitianini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor internal dan eksternal pelaksanaanIMD di Puskesmas Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah ibu bersalin normal,sampel diambil dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlaj 39 responden. Analisisdata menggunakan Analisis univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitiandidapatkan bahwa pengetahuan, pendidikan dan sikap responden merupakan faktor internalyang memengaruhi terlaksanaya IMD. Adapun yang menjadi faktor eksternal pelaksanaanIMD yaitu peran keluarga dan dukungan dari petugas kesehatan. Simpulan dari penelitianini yaitu pengetahuan, pendidikan, sikap, peran keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatanmerupakan faktor yang berperan dalam pelaksaanan IMD. IMD diharapkan dapat dijadikanStandar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam asuhan kebidanan.Kata kunci : faktor eksternal, faktor internal, IMDAbstractFirst breast milk (IMD) is the first step to the works of achieving Exclusive ASI. Problems thatoccur in the field of IMD are not utilized properly where it is influenced by several factors bothfrom mother, baby or the environment. For this reason, this research was conducted to determinethe description of internal and external factors in implementing IMD in the RancaekekHealth Center in Bandung Regency in 2019. This research method uses the descriptive method.The population in the study were normal maternity mothers, the sampling technique was purposivesampling. Representation numbered 39 people. Data analysis was performed Univariateanalysis in provided with frequency distributions. An knowledge, education, and attitudeswere internal factors that influenced the implementation of IMD. While the external factorsfor implementing IMD are supporting from anyone, both families or midwives. Conclusions forthe study are knowledge, education, attitudes, family roles and support of health workers arefactors that play a role in the implementation of IMD. The growing of digital services in the world of banking and the use of cellular telephones by customers, banks provide services in the form of phone and SMS banking that makes it easier for customers to transaction. The existence of digital banking makes it easy and saves time in making transactions. The purpose of this study was to examine the intention of using cell phones in digital banking services base on external factors (easiness, benefit, trust and risk) and internal factors (self efficacy and locus of control). This research model is prepared based on the concept of risk perception and behavior. Respondents in this study were 98 respondents that consist of students and employees. The sampling technique is non-random sampling. SEM model analysis techniques (structural equation model) with the help of the Lisrell 8.7 program. The results of this study indicate that the data obtained in accordance with the proposed model for both internal and external factors influence the intention of using cell phones for digital banking services.

Capital is a very important function in overcoming risks that may occur in the Banking Industry. A bank is said to be healthy if a bank has sufficient capital despite possible risks. To see that a bank is healthy, capital indicators are also the most important measurement, namely through the capital adequacy ratio or Capital Asset Ratio (CAR). Things that can affect the size of the capital adequacy ratio can occur due to internal and external factors. Internal factors originating from the banking industry itself, such as profitability, asset quality, company size and liquidity. Meanwhile, external factors come from outside the company such as the macroeconomic condition of a country. The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the impacts that causes the economic condition of a country to weaken which impacts on investment. So this study aims to see how much the ability of Islamic banks in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic which began to occur in Indonesia from February 2020 to the end of 2020. And the factors that influence the capital adequacy ratio's size. The findings of this research show that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Islamic banking was able to show its performance as an ever-growing Islamic financial institution seen from the data on the development of assets and growth in deposits. Islamic banking CAR for the period of 2020 remains at a fairly strong level despite the covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, one of the internal factors that influence CAR is Return On Assets (ROA) with a significance value of 0.005.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the problems faced by Eighth-semester students of English Education Program FKIP-UMM in the academic year 2015–2016 in writing thesis, especially in internal and external factors. This study used a case study. The subjects of this study were the Eighth-semester students who composed their thesis. In this study, the writer used purposive sampling as the sampling technique. So, the sample was 15 students. The instruments applied in this study were questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire was used for finding the students’ problems in writing a thesis. However, the interview was used to support the data obtained from the questionnaire. The result of this study showed that the problem faced in writing a thesis by Eighth-semester students of English Education Program, especially in internal and external factors. The first internal factors consisted of 33 % of students have a problem in deciding the title of thesis, 20 % of students did not understand how to write the organization of their thesis, 20 % of students have a problem in finding appropriate theories to support their thesis, 13 % of students have a problem in deciding methodology which is suitable. The external factor was 33 % of students said “No” library of the college provides a variety of books that can help them to write their thesis. Those problems are dominantly caused by internal factors rather than the external ones. The internal factors include the knowledge of students while the external factor related to the facility of college that support students in writing a thesis.
