Abstract: In addition to being known as the city of Malang chips tempe and fruit chips, also known as tofu which is commonly referred to by the community as "Breadfruit Tofu". Sukun is the name of one of the sub-districts in Malang, which consists of several villages including Sukun and Tanjungrejo. In the Sukun village there is a tofu industry that is quite large, namely "Tahu 73". Tofu is what is known by the people of Malang as "Tahu Sukun". In Tanjungrejo village, which is located next to Sukun village, there are several tofu entrepreneurs who are still on a micro scale or still in the form of a home industry. Tofu entrepreneurs in Tanjungrejo village are hereditary activities and are a source of income. The establishment of this tofu business aims to meet the daily needs of partners and in the future to create broader employment opportunities for the surrounding community. The problems faced by Mitra Uasha are that the milling tools and machinery are not feasible, many are porous, filtering tools are very simple, production sites are not clean, plastic tubs for tofu and for sale are already many that are not feasible, as well as for the kegs and knowledge very limited regarding bookkeeping and management of its business management because its human resources are still very low. To achieve these goals and targets in the implementation of the PKM program carried out with a family approach so that there is strong cooperation with partners, training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping, marketing and entrepreneurship, training in product innovation based on tofu and monitoring Keyward: microbusiness, tofu

Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

This study aims to find out and describe the implementation of garden management policies in the City of Palangka Raya through Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2006 in order to create useful gardening conditions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In this case, the researcher wants to describe and also explain the phenomena that occur related to gardening problems that are still lacking in management. The primary data source of this research is the people of the City of Palangka Raya and the Office of Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Housing. The results of this study address this shows that there is still low awareness and willingness of the community to participate together in maintaining and managing parks. In addition, the communication, supervision and human resources factors that are owned by the related Office as the implementation of the policy to the public is felt to have not run optimally

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya bersama Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Dinkopum) berupaya mengelola permasalahan PKL dengan membuat sentra PKL sebagai solusi atas permasalahan terganggunya keindahan kota, terhambatnya aktivitas pejalan kaki di trotoar, dan lalu lintas yang menjadi tidak lancar. Sejak pertama didirikannya hingga awal tahun 2020, program Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Urip Sumoharjo beberapa kali mendapati keadaan “mati suri”, yaitu menurunnya minat pembeli yang menyebabkan sepinya sentra. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan manajemen strategi program SWK Urip Sumoharjo oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data melalui observasi dengan mewawancarai pihak Dinas dan PKL disertai dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SWK Urip Sumoharjo sebagai sentra wisata kuliner di Kota Surabaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinkopum, yaitu Menetapkan Misi dan Tujuan, Dinkopum meningkatkan kemampuan usaha mikro dalam mengembangkan sumber daya produktif melalui SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Ancaman dan Peluang, berpeluang menjadi sentra maju dengan promosi serta menemukan ancaman berupa tempat makan modern dan kepekaan pelanggan terhadap produk; Kekuatan dan Kelemahan, pemberian pendampingan & pelatihan serta sarana prasarana sebagai kekuatan yang dimilki Dinkopum dan kelemahannya yakni kualitas kuantitas SDM dan lokasi sentra; Mempertimbangkan Alternatif Strategi, dengan rencana peningkatan SDM; Memilih Strategi, dengan peningkatan kualitas SDM; Implementasi Strategi, dengan pendampingan dan pelatihan PKL; Evaluasi Strategi, Dinkopum belum mampu mengubah pola pikir PKL. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan adalah meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi SWK kepada masyarakat Surabaya. Kata kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Sentra Wisata Kuliner, PKL.   The Government of Surabaya with the Cooperative and Micro Business Office of Surabaya are trying to manage problems related to street vendors (PKL) by making 44 street vendors centra as a solution to problems with disruption of the beauty of the city, obstruction of pedestrian activity on sidewalks, and unstable traffic. Since it was first established until early 2020, the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) program on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo has several times encountered a "suspended animation", which is a decline in buyer interest which has led to lonely centers. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategic management of the SWK Urip Sumoharjo program by the Surabaya City Department of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Techniques in collecting data through observation by interviewing the department and street vendors accompanied by documentation. Data analysis techniques by, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that SWK Urip Sumoharjo as a center for culinary tourism in the city of Surabaya carried out by Dinkopum, namely Setting Mision and Goals, Dinkopum increasing the ability of micro-businesses in developing productive resources through SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Researching Threats and Opportunities, having the opportunity to become a center forward with promotions and discovering threats in the form of modern eating places and customer sensitivity to products; Researching Strengths and Weaknesses, providing assistance & training as well as infrastructure as the strengths of Dinkopum and weaknesses, namely the quality of the quantity of human resources and the location of the center; Considering alternative strategies, with plans to increase human resources; Choosing a strategy, by improving the quality of human resources; Strategy Implementation, with PKL assistance and training; Strategy Evaluation, Dinkopum has not been able to change the mindset of street vendors. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase the socialization and promotion of SWK to the people of Surabaya. Millennials have become an important topic in various discussions at the beginning of the 21st century with a population that is currently in productive age and has a greater global number. However, the beginning of the millennial generation in Indonesia began with the 1998 crisis, where this will affect the decline in the level of education of the early millennial generation in Indonesia. Education and a low economy make the competitiveness of human resources in some regions, in this case it will increase in the lives of villages in the city of Jakarta, where the difference in life is very contrasting between those who get higher education and those who get low education (in rural areas). So the question is how can the generation of melenial living in the city of Jakarta compete and how to rejuvenate urban settlements, especially Jakarta, so that the millennial generation in the village can compete and adapt in the next generation? Every village must have its own characteristics and high historical value. As the development and recovery of the times, the characteristics and historical values of the village are often forgotten by the people, so the village no longer has an identity that they can be proud of. So the program was needed to restore the distinctive characteristics of a village by inviting residents from the village to be involved in it, so that the uniqueness and precision that could be of benefit both in terms of economy, development, and human resources in the village. In this way the position of the village in the middle of the city can remain by providing positive for the residents in the house with outsiders around it. By raising the characteristic of the village, the millennial in the village can compete and still be able to maintain its existence.Abstrak Generasi milenial menjadi topik penting dalam berbagai diskusi di awal abad 21, kerana jumlah populasinya yang tengah berada di usia produktif dan memiliki jumlah terbesar secara global. Namun, awal generasi milenial di Indonesia dimulai dengan krisis moneter tahun 1998, dimana hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya tingkat pendidikan generasi milenial awal di Indonesia. Pendidikan dan perekonomian yang rendah membuat daya saing sumber daya manusia di beberapa daerah juga menurun, dalam kasus ini akan difokuskan pada kehidupan perkampungan di Kota Jakarta, dimana perbedaan kehidupan sangat-lah kontras antara yang memperoleh pendidikan tinggi dengan yang memperoleh pendidikan rendah (daerah perkampungan). Sehingga yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah bagaimana cara generasi melenial yang hidup di perkampungan kota Jakarta dapat bersaing dan bagaimana meremajakan kembali perkampungan di perkotaan khususnya Jakarta, agar generasi milenial di perkampungan tersebut dapat bersaing dan beradaptasi dalam generasi selanjutanya? Setiap perkampungan pastinya memiliki ciri khas dan nilai sejarah yang tinggi. Seiring dangan perkembangan dan tuntutan zaman, ciri khas dan nilai sejarah dari kampung itu sering dilupakan oleh warganya, sehingga suatu kampung tidak lagi memiliki identitas yang dapat mereka banggakan.  Maka diperlukalah program untuk memulihkan kembali ciri khas dari suatu kampung dengan mengajak warga dari kampung tersebut untuk turut terlibat di dalamannya, sehingga keunikan dan cirikhas itu bisa menjadi manfaat baik dalam segi ekonomi, kebudayaan, dan sumber daya manusia di kampung tersebut. Dengan cara inilah kedudukan kampung ditengah kota dapat tetap bertahan dengan memberikan dampak positif bagi penghuni yang ada didalam kampung tersebut maupun dengan orang-orang luar yang ada di sekitarnya. Sehingga dengan menonjolkan sebuah cirikhas, generasi milenial yang tinggal di kampung tersebut dapat bersaing dan tetap dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya.

This research is motivated by the process of recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources in implementing the SUSENAS program at the Central Statistics Agency of the City of Lubuklinggau. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the SUSENAS program through recruitment, selection, and retention at the Lubuklinggau Central Statistics Agency. This study uses qualitative methods, the informants in this study are BPS employees of Lubuklinggau City, field officers, and the people of Lubuklinggau City, so that the sample obtained in this study amounted to 13 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation techniques and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results show that development achievements are the main data source for policymakers in planning national development, one of which is through the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) which is the main support for meeting the needs of the government in implementing national development in line with the National Medium-Term Development Plan, to planning, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as measuring the accountability of development and public welfare, namely through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), is a Non-Departmental Government Institution in Indonesia that has duties based on Presidential Decree No. 103/2001 concerning Position, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Structure, and Work Procedure of non-Departmental Government Institutions, carry out government duties in the field of statistical activities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. in the process of recruitment, selection, and retention on the implementation of the national socio-economic program in the Lubuklinggau municipal statistics body, the writer can conclude that the Lubuklinggau City Central Statistics Agency seeks qualified, disciplined, and responsible field officers so that the resulting data is of high quality. Constraints encountered in implementing the national socio-economic census program (SUSENAS) on recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources at the Lubuklinggau municipal statistical body are fluctuations where prospective officers who do not meet the needs of the public interest who are less interested in becoming field officers due to lack of promotion from the field of statistics. Current and prospective business characteristics enter the market climate. So today we live in four eras at the same time, the globalization of the economic period, the period of information technology, the strategic efficiency management era, and the revolutionary era in management. We must discover the characteristics of each period and bring it against management principles. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that Kademangan Village not only has abundant natural potential, but is also supported by skilled Human Resources (HR), especially in handicrafts and food preparations. Even so the living conditions of the people, especially the economic aspects, are not sufficient. This is caused by several factors such as the still poor quality of human resources and inadequate village infrastructure. For example, the community of handicrafts and food preparations have not been able to produce different products and of good quality so that they have high selling points. Considering these various conditions, the PKM (Student Activity Center) activities are directed at the economic aspect by organizing training for community service activities with the theme "Entrepreneurship Training to Improve Community Economy in Kademangan Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency". Keywords: Economy; Entrepreneurship; Society

The program of stimulus community partnership aims to expand the market share and develop the human resources quality for the partner, it is the UKM of Keripik Tempe ‘86”, Tahunan Village, Sale District, Rembang Regency. The activities carried out including training, facilitating and accompanying. Training is carried out in two stages. The first training stage includes the material such as, business management, financial administration, business motivation, product packaging, product photograph techniques, and product innovation. The second training stage includes the material such as, e-commerce, making data base and sales transaction. Facilitation program is carried out by facilitating web creation. Activity for expanding market share is carried out by PKMS team with the purpose that the partner is able to manage web in order to expand the market share, also able to carry out financial administration well. The result of the activity shows that: (1) There is an enhancement of partnership managerial capability from business management or financial administration, (2) Partner is able to manage e-commerce media to input product data, and sales transaction, (3) Partner has capability to carry out online selling transaction.

Abstract: The concept of the Central Business District is somewhat new due to that there is a lack of Central Business Districts in India. In the early ages when the concept was introduced at that time this concept was mainly focused on the United States of America and the European countries which are developed now. To increase the development speed of the country Central Business Districts should be introduced to create more job opportunities which will help to decrease the unemployment rate of the country. In Vasai-Virar Municipal Area, there is a lack of commercial spaces, affecting the city's employment opportunities. The idea of the Central Business District will help to develop the city and increase the revenue of the municipality. Vasai-Virar Central Business District will soon be established as a strong alternative to Mumbai and an economically developed or developing city in terms of employment and will help create sustainable employment opportunities for the economically backward Vasai-Virar and the people living nearby. This project mainly focuses on the potential of Central Business District development in Vasai-Virar city to overcome the unemployment and revenue generation options for Municipality. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and spirit of entrepreneurship (Edupreneurship) for the people of Balekambang - East Jakarta (specifically the Youth Organization management) and the entire Balekambang community - East Jakarta (especially the Youth Organization management) is expected to understand the principles and have a Cooperative in under the auspices of a legal entity foundation and the adoption of technology throughout the Balekambang community - East Jakarta. This training method (PKM) is in the form of entrepreneurship training, business management training (Edupreneurship). Participants (youth organization and community in Balekambang, East Jakarta) participated in this activity with enthusiasm, this was indicated by questions and responses regarding the material provided. During the training activities, in addition to participating as participants, partners played a role in providing training venues, participated in socializing training programs that would be carried out to the youth committee and community members in Balekambang, East Jakarta. So that the participation of partners is very supportive of the overall implementation of the PKM program activities.
