This study aims to determine the direct effect of salary giving on the motivation and effectiveness of teacher learning in the learning process. The provision of salary is a form of gratitude for the hard work of the teachers in this case honorary staff who have dedicated themselves as teachers. With the provision of salary it will motivate the teacher in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The population in this study were teachers in Ende district who were included in the voluntary teacher category with salaries obtained based on committees and from school operational assistance or commonly referred to as BOS funds. The research method is a survey research with path analysis approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, which has been tested. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect on salary giving, and work motivation on teacher professionalism. For this reason, policies are needed to improve teacher professionalism, it is necessary to increase the provision of salaries and work motivation.

This study aims to determine and prove the direct effect of scoring skills (service, spike, block) and opponent error on the team wins of the four Proliga volleyball teams participating in the 2019 finals. The research method used is a survey method with analysis techniques using the path analysis approach. A total sampling technique was used and data collection was carried out based on the indicators contained in the Volleyball Information System (VIS). The results of the study concluded that: (1) service has a direct but not significant effect on opponent error by 2.34%; (2) spike has a direct effect on opponent error by 5.76%; (3) the block has a direct but not significant effect on opponent error by 0.27%; (4) opponent error directly affects the team wins by 16.4%; (5) service has a direct effect by 8.61%; (6) spike has a direct effect by 33.8%; (7) block has a direct effect on the team wins of by 21.68%. Creativity is a very important aspect for everyone because with creativity everyone can express ideas and solve problems creatively. The purpose of the preparation of this research is for PAUD teachers to be able to increase creativity in early childhood learning, especially through finger painting practice training. The research method used is a library research method with data collection techniques from several sources and relevant literature accompanied by content analysis. Teachers are required not only to produce good learning in transforming science but also to hone the potential that exists in students. The results showed that with the training, there were many benefits or advantages obtained by teachers as educators to be able to carry out the teaching and learning process creatively, innovatively, and potentially.

Based on the observation result of the researcher who is also the teacher of Sociology at the school, there were some weaknesses of students in understanding the lesson namely: (1) lack of enthusiasm; (2) lack of attention at the lesson; (3) feeling shy to ask about the lesson is not understood; (4) inactive involvement of the students on the teaching and learning process and boredom tendency; (5) lack of doing the practice tests. This observation had been supported by the findings that 77% students whose score was under the Minimum Standard Score (KKM) out of 28 students. Only 33% students met the criteria of the Minimum Standard Score (KKM). From the results of this preliminary study, researcher felt the need to make approach change in the teaching and learning process. The objectives of this research were: (1) to increase the students’ motivation; (2) to improve the students’ achievement on Sociology on the topics of Social Group through Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Model; (3) to find out the student’s responses on the STAD model. The research method applied was the qualitative one and to overcome the teaching and learning problems is by STAD model. The technique of data collection was observation. As the result, good responses from the students towards this STAD model can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students in following the lessons and the questionnaire results which also showed that 42,86% of students who strongly agreed, and 0% of them who disagreed on the use of STAD model. To increasing the students motivation, a teacher is recommended to apply the STAD model because this model has been tested and researched by several teachers in several different schools, and is has been proven successful in increasing the students motivation and achievement.Key words: Motivation, Study Achievement, STAD Model

This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength, backward flexion and self-confidence on the roll ability of the sport of wrestling by the Students of Penjaskesrek STKIP YPUP Makassar. This research method is a type of quantitative research that is selected randomly purposive, then with a population of all STKIP YPUP students who have programmed wrestling courses totaling 30 students then data collection is done from arm muscle strength using push-ups, backward toggling flexibility using ruler, be confident by using a questionnaire and roll ability that is done 5 times. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (PETH Analysis) with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study show that there is a significant direct effect of arm muscle strength on the ability to roll with a beta value of 0.353 or the significant value obtained is 0.016. There is a significant direct effect backward togok flexibility on the rollability with a beta value of 0.282 or a significant value obtained is 0.027. There is a significant direct effect of confidence on the rollability with a beta value of 0.383 or the significant value obtained is 0.003. There is a significant direct effect of arm muscle strength on the self-confidence of roll ability with a beta value of 0.457 or the significant value obtained is 0.000. There is a significant direct effect backward togok flexibility on the self-confidence of the roll ability with a beta value of 0.534 or the significant value obtained is 0.000.Keywords:strength, flexibility, confidence and wrestling rolls Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan, kelentukan togok kebelakang dan percaya diri terhadap kemampuan gulungan cabang olahraga gulat Mahasiswa Penjaskesrek STKIP YPUP Makassar. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang dipilih secara randompurposive kemudian dengan populasi semua mahasiswa STKIP YPUP yang telah memprogramkan mata kuliah gulat yang jumlahnya sebanyak 30 orang mahasiswa kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data mualai dari kekuatan otot lengan dengan menggunakan push up, kelentukan togok kebelakang dengan menggunakan mistar, percaya diri dengan menggunakan angket dan kemampuan gulungan yang dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (peth Analisis) dengan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan Ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,353 atau nilaisignifikan yang diperolehadalah 0,016. Ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan kelentukan togok kebelakang terhadap kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,282 atau nilai signifikan yang diperoleh adalah 0,027. Ada pengaruh secara langsung  yang signifikan percaya diri terhadap kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,383 atau nilaisignifikan yang diperolehadalah 0,003. Ada pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap percaya diri kemampuan gulungan dengan nilai beta 0,457 atau nilaisignifikan yang diperolehadalah 0,000. The background of the problem in this study is that the behavior of the discipline is not fully owned by the children, so that it affects the teaching and learning process in the classroom. There needs to be a renewal in the form of strategies or media that can familiarize the discipline behavior of children, so that children can get used to discipline by using the discipline tree. This study aims to determine the application of the "Disciplinary Tree" in improving the character of child discipline and to measure the increase in the character of child discipline through "Disciplinary Trees in Kindergarten IK Ceria Family Sleman. The research method used is a research method with a qualitative approach in the form of classroom action research (CAR). Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were children of Class B1 Kindergarten IK IK Ceria Sleman Family with a total of 22 students, consisting of 9 girls and 13 boys. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) the application of the discipline tree is done by introducing the discipline tree, its function and how to use it in children, then the children are asked to try and apply it during the learning activities. The teacher observes the child's disciplined attitude when using the discipline tree; 2) increasing the character of child discipline through Disciplinary Trees at IK IK Ceria Happy Family by 39.7%

Teachers are facilitators that assist students to make the learning process easier and more comfortale. Techer question is a part of learning process. The  aim  of  this  research  is to  find out the types  of  questions  asked  by teachers  in  teaching  and  learning  process.  This  research  is  descriptive  research.  Participant of this research are two English teachers at SMP PGRI Bandung. The  data  collection  used  two  instruments  namely    audio  recording  and  note taking.  From  this  research,  researcher  found  that  open ended questions are mostly occur in the classroom beside ; yes/no questions, short answer   questions,   display   questions,   referential   questions   and   non   retrieval questions. During research, there are three kind of languages used by teachers, they are English, mixed English –Indonesian, and Indonesian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan aplikasi android menggunakan iSpring sebagai alternatif desain dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau Kajian Kepustakaan. Ispring Presenter merupakan salah satu tool yang mengubah file presentasi yang kompatibel dengan Power Point untuk menjadikan bentuk Flash. Pembelajaran e-learning mengguakan iSpring membantu peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cerdas. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan iSpring, akan membantu peserta didik belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar setiap peserta didik serta mendapatkan kebebasan saat belajar tampa keterbatasan waktu dan lokasi. Proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik, sehingga dapat memotivasi dan materi yang disampaikan dalam desain aplikasi iSpring lebih dapat dipahami. Kata kunci: ispring, media pembelajaran, teknologi This study aims to determine the making of android applications using iSpring as an alternative design in making online learning media. This research method uses the Library Research method or literature review. Ispring Presenter is a tool that converts PowerPoint compatible presentation files to Flash format. E-learning learning using iSpring helps students to use technology smartly. The learning process using iSpring, will help students learn in accordance with the learning style of each student and get freedom when learning without the limitations of time and location. The teaching and learning process is more interesting, so that it can motivate and the material presented in the iSpring application design is more understandable. Based on the necessary with the teacher, it is concluded that teachers need information technology (IT) based on learning media in the teaching and learning process. The main purpose of this study is to know about the research procedure, to know about the quality of the media that developed, and the expert's respond. This study is a Research and Development (R&D). The on  procedure of the procedure uses 9 steps, including 1)Potentials and problems, 2)Data collection, 3)Product design, 4)Design validation, 5)Design revision, 6)Product try-out, 7)Product revision, 8)Application try-out, 9)Product revision until the desired products interactive powerpoint learning media are complete. The result of the study showed that the media were appropriate to be implemented. This showed from media experts of the validation result that average score 3,34 with a very good category. Material expert student's that average score 3,40 with very good category and from linguists expert result that average score 3,22 with the good category. Next, the average validation score of the teacher is 3,62 with a very good category and peers of the validation result that average score 3,44 with a very good category. The last response of the students in applications try-out responses that average score 92,75 with a very good category.

Learning media in general is a tool for teaching and learning. Everything that can be used to stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities or skills of students so as to encourage the learning process. This limitation is quite broad and includes the understanding of resources, environment, people and methods used for learning / training purposes. Barriers to the use of teaching aids in supporting student interest in learning, obstacles include: conditioning students' attention to learning with teaching aids, teacher learning methods that tend to be less varied so that students are less enthusiastic in learning if the teacher is monotonous, the teaching aids available in schools are incomplete, making teaching aids in accordance with the material and student input is difficult, the minimum time to prepare learning with teaching aids.

Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Keywords: learning, online learning, pandemic, Corona virus Abstrak – Awal bulan Maret tahun 2020, virus corona mulai menyebar di Indonesia. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona
