Background. Today our state pays considerable attention to health issues and the introduction of innovative health-preserving technologies. Of course it is the trend of deteriorating health of young people, increasing the incidence of socially dangerous diseases, including tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS, mental disorders. This increases in morbidity is due to the spread of well-known risk factors, including smoking, alcohol abuse and drug use, especially among young people. At the same time, the problem of commitment of Ukrainian students to the values of health and a healthy lifestyle remains one of the most important tasks of the educational process in the educational environment of higher education and Ukrainian society as a whole. Objective – optimization of preventive technologies of the educational process of higher education on the basis of psycho-correctional assistance to this contingent. Materials and methods. The identification of the risk group was made using the indicators of AUDIT-like tests, the values of which were in the range of 16-19 points, conditionally represented the risk group for the development of addictions. Results. The research according the indicators and forms of aggression showed that people with who use psychoactive substances tried to show their personal traits, characterized by the presence of destructive tendencies in interpersonal relationships, aggressive behavior of psychological characteristics manifested by such traits, as fear of public disapproval, irritability, tendency to see hostility in others actions, the conviction of addicts that they can not be masters of their own destiny, the tendency to feel shame and guilty in many situations. Helplessness, dependence, the need for help from the side of others, the desire to solve the problem of dependence “with other people’s hands” were also revealed. It was established that one of the dominant features of the person of addicts is infantilism, which is presented in impulsiveness, egocentrism and dependence on other people. Conclusions. Thus, in general, the proposed system of psychological correction provided the opportunity to obtain a high and lasting effect – to adequately change the stereotype of psychoactive substances, to eliminate emotional and volitional disorders, to improve social adaptation in 55 (33,6%) of students who used psychoactive substances.

Healthcare-saving activity is the determining basis for the comprehensive and harmonious development of the student's personality, his lifestyle and life position. The main tasks of this approach are to ensure a healthy lifestyle by means of healthcare-saving technologies of each person, to bring them to the required level of perfection. This necessitates the improvement of specialists in physical culture regarding the formation of a healthy lifestyle by means of health-saving technologies in parallel with the introduction of the modern software and methodological support of the educational process in their practice. The pedagogical conditions of effective healthcare-saving activity of students in the educational process of institutions of higher education are specified. The main tasks of the organization of the educational process are revealed. Pedagogical bases of a healthy way of life in the educational process of the higher school are defined. The main objectives and factors of the program-methodical support of a healthy lifestyle of young people are considered. It is noted that the program and methodological support for the problem of a healthy lifestyle of young people in the educational process of the university depends primarily on such factors as: 1) material support of the educational process; 2) the contingent participating in the educational process; 3) implementation of the specific conditions. of the program.

Annotation. Introduction. The unfavorable trend of disability in the world as a whole and in Ukraine in particular, necessitates solving the problems of access to education for children and youth with special needs, because a full life in society of people with disabilities is impossible without quality education and professional self-realization. Today, the education system for applicants with special educational needs is at a stage of inevitable change. Purpose. In the course of the research the essence and peculiarities of the development of inclusive education in Ukraine are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of including young people with special needs in the educational process are analyzed. The advantages of inclusion in the educational process both for young people with special needs and for typical applicants for higher education are substantiated. Results. A SWOT analysis of the socialization of young people with special educational needs was conducted. It is proposed to introduce measures to attract young people with special educational needs for their socialization, adaptation and integration into society. Conclusion. It has been proven that the problem of inclusive education is becoming more and more widespread every year, so higher education institutions need to respond immediately, developing mechanisms for attracting and further cooperation of young people with special needs. The practical value of the proposed ideas is: creating conditions for improving the competence of higher education students when working with people with disabilities; approbation of educational programs focused on training specialists with special needs; providing comprehensive and equitable quality education and encouraging lifelong learning opportunities for all. The socialization of young people with special educational needs will create conditions for effective work and interaction of higher education students with people with disabilities throughout the educational process. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of using available diagnostic tools for the health status of students who are engaged in physical education on the basis of a classical university using the LMS Moodle system. The goal of the study is to create diagnostic tools for the health status of the students which are in physical education using available innovative technologies. The study involved 46 students of the Kharkov National University named after V. N. Karazin aged 19-21 years who are engaged in sections of the sport games at the Department of Physical Culture (26 girls and 20 boys). Students performed health diagnostics using an open distance course based on LMS Moodle during the fall semester in the classroom and at home. The analysis of the results using innovative technologies was carried out by agreement and personal will of the participants. To solve the above goal, we set the following tasks: to analyze the available innovative technologies in the higher education system on the basis of a classical university; create an affordable system for diagnosing the health status of students involved in physical education on the basis of a classical university; introduce a system for diagnosing the health status of the students which are in physical education on the basis of a classical university in the educational process of physical education; make recommendations for the correction of the health status of students which are in physical education using available innovative technologies. The work used electronic methods for diagnosing health; methods of index assessment of health status; methods of mathematical statistics. The analysis of available innovative technologies in the higher education system on the basis of the classical university was carried out; an affordable system for diagnosing the health status of the students involved in physical education on the basis of a classical university has been created; a system for diagnosing the health status of students involved in physical education on the basis of a classical university was accomplished into the educational process of physical education; recommendations for the health status correction of the of students involved in physical education using available innovative technologies were selected. The created electronic «Health Passport», that concerns of all components of human health for monitoring the health of a classical university students’, is located in the open distance course «Fundamentals of Health and Rehabilitation», which is an interactive tool for studying the basic components of a healthy lifestyle: state of physical activity, biorhythms, features of daily energy consumption and diet analysis, diagnosis and health monitoring for all comers.

The article identifies scientific and pedagogical tools and content of physical education and basics of health of students in the process of combat horting, reveals guidelines for organizing the educational process of combat horting in higher education and the formation of a healthy lifestyle of student youth. Theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of a healthy way of life of students and conditions of application of improving physical exercises of combat horting is carried out. The implementation of the content of physical education and the basics of student health in the process of combat horting is provided by adequate to the physical activity of students methods of building training sessions. The presentation of the main material is based on the provisions of the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine, the Concept of National-Patriotic Education of Children and Youth, other guiding state documents on the teaching of the discipline «Physical Education». The experience of schools in the organization of health saving of pupils in the Republics of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova was studied. According to the materials of the self-audit and expedition survey of schools, there was evaluated their involvement in the network of health schools, focus on the effective education of students in the field of health, the adequacy of conditions and the degree of comfort of the educational process for the formation of health. It is established that the majority of schools are at the initial stages of implementation of programs on preservation and strengthening of health of the trained. In the expert evaluation of the indicators of complex questionnaire of schoolchildren characteriz-ing their psycho-emotional state, prevalence of behavioral risk factors and complaints of health disorders, as well as awareness of health issues and health promotion of a healthy lifestyle culture, there were no marked differences in students in schools with different levels of health - saving activities. Based on the results of scientific research, unified practical recommendations (road map) have been developed for the National coordinators of the network of health schools, education and health authorities of the Republics.

The article substantiates the training of specialists in education management in Ukraine. The Standard of Higher Education of Ukraine in the field of knowledge 07 «Management and Administration», specialty: 073 «Management» of the second (master's) level, which partially regulates professional training in the field of management, in particular in the field of education management, is analyzed. It is emphasized that socio-economic changes in Ukraine, the processes of globalization and integration of the world community, Ukraine’s intentions to enter the European educational space have necessitated the modernization of the system of professional training of future professionals. The principles of providing the educational labor market with highly qualified specialists in education management are highlighted: the national idea of higher education, focusing on filling the content of vocational training with the latest materials, the introduction of modern innovative learning technologies based on a high level of informatization of the educational process; development of professional training of specialists in education management in the context of development trends in global education systems, in particular European ones. Professional competencies in many educational programs are defined as the preservation of moral, cultural, scientific values and increase the achievements of society, the use of various types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle, demonstration of knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership, skills to identify problems and justify management decisions, organizational design, interaction, leadership, teamwork, situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization, independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, critical thinking and self-criticism. It is concluded that the conceptual ideas for the training of specialists in education management are the ideas of humanistic education, which reflect the recognition of personal rights of educational entities, focusing on the personification of their relationships and interactions based on the acceptance of mutual responsibility for the modeling the educational context.

The study analyzes the problem of formation of academic integrity in modern graduates of higher education institutions.The purpose of the article is to analyze the innovative means of forming the academic integrity of future professionals in the maritime field.In the process of research the methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, and deduction were applied.The results of the scientific research allowed determining the interpretation of the key category of scientific research “academic integrity” in the context of state and regulatory documents that declare the requirements for the educational process in higher education. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the system of the second (master’s) level of higher education is dominated by the strategy of developing research skills of the future specialist. The production of new knowledge takes new forms: students not only master professional courses, but also work on their own research projects: qualification work, scientific article, report on preliminary defense and defense of research, student scientific readings, discussions, research studies and more. The article emphasizes that taking into account the professional capabilities of students of RVO “Master” and the trajectory of dual education in higher education, in the future they can teach some professional courses. Accordingly, the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities will contribute to the formation of professional and methodological competencies (ability to methodically, competently organize educational activities, work with scientific texts and scientific sources, etc.), help in work and communication in the team (both permanent and variable), social adaptation; will help to create a favorable emotional atmosphere around you.The logic of the study confirms the need for practical orientation of the educational process in the plane of development of scientific speech of students. It is noted that by means of the innovative strategy “Fishbone” applicants-future specialists in the maritime industry effectively master important categories that avoid plagiarism in their own texts (qualifications, course projects, research articles, reports, reviews, etc.). The article presents exercises and tasks that are practice-oriented to master the parameters of scientific identification ORCID, DOI, author’s h-index, etc.Conclusions. In the process of scientific research the need for development and improvement of scientific ethics of undergraduates-future specialists in the maritime field in the process of formation of academic integrity is substantiated; the method of applying the “Fishbone” strategy in the educational process of future marine specialists is represented.Key words: research competence, scientific ethics, language culture, scientific product. У дослідженні проаналізовано проблему формування академічної доброчесності у сучасних випускників закладів вищої освіти.Мета статті полягає в аналізі інноваційних засобів формування академічної доброчесності майбутніх фахівців морської галузі.У процесі дослідження застосовано методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення.Результати наукового пошуку дали змогу визначити трактування ключової категорії наукового дослідження «академічна доброчесність» у контексті державно-нормативних документів, які декла-рують вимоги до освітнього процесу у вищій школі. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що в системі другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти домінує стратегія розвитку дослідницьких навичок майбутнього фахівця. Продукування нових знань набуває нових форм, адже здобувачі освіти не тільки опановують фахові курси, але й працюють над власними науковими проєктами, зокрема кваліфікаційною роботою, науковою статтею, доповіддю на попередньому захисті та на захисті дослідження, студентських наукових читаннях, у дискусіях, наукових студіях. У статті підкреслено, що, враховуючи професійні можливості здобувачів освіти РВО «Магістр» та траєкторію дуальної освіти у вищій школі, в подальшому вони можуть викладати окремі фахові курси. Відповідно, набуті знання, уміння й навички сприятимуть формуванню професійно-методичних компетентностей (вмінню методично, грамотно організовувати освітню діяльність, працювати з науковими текстами та науковими джерелами тощо), допоможуть у роботі та спілкуванні в колективі (як у сталому, так і в змінному), соціальній адаптації, допоможуть створити навколо себе сприятливу емоційну атмосферу.Логіка дослідження підтверджує необхідність практичного спрямування освітнього процесу в аспект розвитку наукового мовлення здобувачів освіти. Відзначено, що засобом інноваційної стратегії «Фішбоун» здобувачі – майбутні фахівці морської галузі ефективно опановують важливі категорії, що дають змогу уникнути плагіату у власних текстах (кваліфікаційні роботи, курсові проєкти, наукові статті, доповіді, відгуки тощо). У статті репрезентовано вправи й завдання, які практико-орієнтовані на опанування параметрів наукової ідентифікації ORCID, DOI, h-індекс автора тощо.Висновки. У процесі наукового пошуку обґрунтовано потребу розвитку та вдосконалення науко-вої етики магістрантів – майбутніх фахівців морської галузі в процесі формування академічної добро-чесності; репрезентовано методику застосування стратегії «Фішбоун» в освітньому процесі майбутніх морських фахівців.Ключові слова: науково-дослідницька компетентність, наукова етика, мовна культура, науковий продукт.

The paper considers the problem of today is a bad attitude to physical education in higher education. The health of every citizen is the main slogan of the country's policy. The human body is the only complex biological system that constantly interacts with environmental conditions. Health is a state of physical, moral, psycho- emotional, social, intellectual and harmonious development. Health is a reserve of organ capacity that needs to be improved during regular exercise training and a healthy lifestyle. Physical culture and sports are part of the general culture. As a safeguard, it helps to get rid of the negative aspects of life that hinder the development of the individual in a harmonious relationship with society. The level of physical activity of the country's population, by age, is below the minimum allowable. Hypodynamia is one of the leading causes of death and disability. The strategy for the development of physical culture, recommendation for the development of physical education and sports among students are state documents. They are developed with the participation of the specialists and sent for implementation to institutions. The help to direct forces to a new positive, responsible attitude ti physical training, physical working capacity of our future experts, heads, citizens of the country. The statistics provided in the documents finally prove that the crisis has reached significant proportions and may lead to negative consequences for Ukrainians and their future. Many factors and conditions can change the attitude of young people to physical culture and sports to a positive vision. The main thing is for young people to know that all the measures aimed at them have been implemented.

The article presents a psychological analysis of the behavior features and interpersonal relations of students-managers in a metropolis. The relevance of the present work is determined by the fact that for young people, higher education is associated with a change in their social status when they move from direct dependence on their parents to independent actions and active life in a big city. The specifics of the urban space of a metropolis have a strong influence on their mental state and understanding of the world around them. The popularity of the manager’s profession among young people entering universities has also contributed to the relevance of the study. Young people set themselves the goal of “learning to manage and lead.” The conditions of the big city impose special requirements on future managers, focusing them on the implementation of adaptive psychological functions. The manager’s ability to conform to social attitudes, to create a pleasant impression for others becomes for him a professionally important quality. As a result, students face a paradoxical situation involving a system of “double standards”. In this regard, they encounter difficulties in social adaptation and the formation of stable interpersonal relationships. To solve this problem, an empirical study was conducted, which allowed determining the values of the main strategies of interpersonal relations based on a comparative analysis of the basic ideas of first-year students. Empirical data were obtained based on the psychological method by L.N. Sobchik “Diagnostics of interpersonal relations” (DIR). The results obtained make it possible to carry out preventive psychohygienic activities with students to form their social adaptability and maintain mental health.

The article considers the organization of psychological and pedagogical work with freshmen. Specifically, during student life, young people are further socialized in the system of relations in the new social adult environment. In this regard, young people must be actively involved in the educational process in higher education, successfully cope with the requirements for learning, and gain a set of necessary competencies that can be successfully applied in practice in the future. The main freshmen's problems are outlined a new system of education; another mode, load and requirements; new social role; relationships with classmates and teachers; problems in the social and household plan; independent living in conditions for out-of-town students. The analysis of the scientific literature allowed us to conclude that a significant potential for solving the problem of students' adaptation in a higher education institution is social advertising. Thus, by social advertising, we mean information of any kind, disseminated in any form, which is aimed at achieving socially useful goals, the promotion of universal values and the dissemination of which is not for profit. The role of social advertising as an important condition for students' successful adaptation on the example of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education of Uman State Pedagogical University has been revealed. Already implemented forms of work at the faculty are: 1) annual competition of student and pupil scientific works «Family from A to Z»; in the nominations: scientific works; social projects (implemented or designed); social advertising (print, photo or video); 2) competition «The best social poster»; 3) Competition of social advertising in the form of short video works; 4) Festival of student creativity «Social worker of the future» in the framework of the social project «Make a dream come true». Thus, it can be argued that social advertising plays an important role in the students' adaptation, their formation as future professionals. Students master the necessary skills and abilities, which include the ability to work in a team, establish contacts, manage their time properly, show leadership qualities and persuade the interlocutor.
