Abstract. Introduction. The article examines current trends in advertising campaigns on the Internet and social networks. Social networks are seen as a tool to influence the target audience and study its benefits, growth, development of companies and expanding market share. Studied the theory of the importance of social networks at the initial levels of small and medium business development, including in connection with the possibility of attracting the necessary financial resources and access to information of various kinds, and in the subsequent stages of development. An analysis of examples of companies whose growth has been largely due to the integration of development strategies through social networks. The medium- and long-term prospects for the development of the advertising industry with the mass introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies and the expansion of 5G Internet networks were considered. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the reasons for doing business on social networks, analysis of current trends in social networks, assessing the possibility of doing business and building marketing strategies through social networks. Results. The article describes the main trends of advertising on social networks, why is it worth to run advertising campaign on social networks, describes the social network as an advertising tool, how social networks will effectively interact with the target audience and gives examples of successful projects of large companies implemented in social networks. Were reviewed main directions of development and improvement of advertising methods in social networks, how it will happen, what is needed for this and why it is impossible to implement at this stage of development. Listed all the positive aspects that will help increase the efficiency of sales goods and services, as well as the negative aspects with the implementation of these ways. Conclusion. Development of virtual and augmented reality and also 5G techonologies: 1. Significantly increase the perception of advertising; 2. Allows you to process large amounts of information in a short time; 3. Solve the problem of oversaturation with advertising of various sources of information (billboards, newspapers, the Internet); 4. Advertising will become more relevant and timelier; 5. Advertising will become more relevant for the user, which will increase business revenue; 6. Advertising will be less intrusive, which will increase user loyalty to it. In the long run, the amount of data passively collected by technical devices around will increase, which will invariably affect the prospects for marketing development in general. With the expansion of Internet coverage around the world and the increasing availability of technical devices, the number of network users will increase, which will make it easier to interact with the intended target audience, change the ways of advertising and over time social networks will become its main location. Increasing the data collected will increase user loyalty and help make advertising less intrusive and more useful to each potential customer. Given advertising prices and audience reach, businesses will be more focused on developing brands on social media and marketing mostly online.

With an ever-increasing development of internet communications, human reactions have interred a new phase. The results of these communications are a most significant matter considered by the sociologists. Using the internet is developing and forms a significant part of individuals` lives. The advantages and disadvantages of this easiness in communicating and traveling through boundaries should be considered. Breaking the norms happened in the light of these reactions should be discussed, also increasing in awareness and availability to information, joining to global information networks and communication is another face of this placeless and timelessness. This contrasting face challenges the position of cyber space in the social communications, a challenge of which there is no escape by the society. In this research it is an attempt to criticize this challenge through criticizing the position of internet and to consider the role of social networks. We suppose that it is not possible to neglect the advantages of virtual space in developing a new level of human occasions but via this method lack of proper awareness in principle using of it results in some problems which should be covered by a proper training and comprehensive informing. Online spaces penetrate in human`s life in an extended way and it is a good opportunity to have good use from social networks as the basic condition. The results of this presence form reaction in individuals which will be considered in the present study.


The article analyzes different approaches to the definition of «social networks» as technological complexes of organization and management of electronic information exchange among the subjects of social relations, united by common interests, information needs and skills. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature the essential characteristics of social networks that affect the formation and development of the adolescent's personality are revealed. Role of social networks at the present stage of development of society, which is manifested in the representation of interests not only of social groups but also of entire social groups, is defined in the article. The negative impact of social networks on the personality of the adolescent, which is manifested in the expansion of adolescents in cyberspace, the desire for independence and adulthood, selfexperimentation, which leads to risky activities both on the Internet and in real life are revealed. Concept of safe behavior in social networks as a set of actions of the individual when using the Internet, helping to meet the needs and at the same time prevent the possibility of causing damage to physical, mental, social well-being and property of man and others is analyzed. The basic rules of safe behavior in social Internet communities are highlighted. The structural components of safe behavior of adolescents in social networks are singled out: cognitive, motivational and actionreflexive; the concept of «professional training of future social professionals for the formation of safe behavior of adolescents in social networks» is revealed. Readiness is revealed as a result of the process of training future social specialists for professional activity on the formation of safe behavior of adolescents in social networks; the author's definition of the concept «readiness of future social professionals to form safe behavior of adolescents in social networks» is given. Components of readiness of future social workers to form safe behavior of teenagers in social networks, such as cognitive, motivational-personal and activity, are described.

The last decade witnessed an explosion of social networks such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc, which added a new social dimension to the web. While such networks have made people, communities and groups with shared interests stay more “connected”. Internet addiction and surfing so many social network sites on internet is an addiction and moreover this particular also started being recognized as psychological disorders all over the world. While several 90′s studies focused on Internet addiction, the next decade saw the growth of a new addiction related to all manner of social networking sites, especially the current king of the jungle: Facebook. This study investigated the existence of Internet addiction among youth and how users are becoming addicted to the Internet in much that same way that others became addicted to drugs or alcohol which resulted in academic and what are the advantages and disadvantages of social networking sites.


A definition of modern social media leads to the characterization of advantages and disadvantages of social media in the workplace. The characteristics of social media are: reach, accessibility, immediacy, and permanence paradox. The extent of media invasion of privacy is discussed in this chapter, and ethical dilemmas are raised. Social networks are regarded as the main reasons for the decrease of productivity and other unanticipated confidential problems, which a company may face. Furthermore, the implications of security alerts lead to a dilemma between individual privacy and common interest. Different types of attacks might interfere with an existing functional network. Relevant current issues in Network Security include: authentication, integrity, confidentiality, non-repudiation, and authorization.

The essence of non-current assets is investigated and their main components are revealed in this paper. The problems of accounting for non-current non-monetary assets, which currently occupy an important share in the total value of assets, are studied. The place of new types of property – computer programs, electronic databases, websites (online stores, electronic printed publications and other electronic media) in the structure of non-current assets in particular, and property of the enterprise in general is determined. It is proved that such property is be closely related to the application of computer equipment and computer networks such as the Internet. In order to summarize the selected features and characteristics of this type of property, it is proposed to combine them into the separate group called «Electronic Property». Allocated objects are neither things nor property rights, the amount of money invested in this property is huge, and the turnover from the sale of goods and services via the Internet (online stores) is significant. On the global scale, such manipulations make it possible to clarify the concept and meaning of the term «intangible assets». The concept of «electronic property» is defined as property that has no material, natural form, which functions exclusively in conjunction with the physical resources of personal computers or computer networks. In order to organize the accounting of the investigated type of property, it is proposed to combine it into a separate accounting group «electronic assets» and to use for reflection in the accounting system the following accounts of the Chart of Accounts: 128 sub-account – «electronic assets», 136 subaccount – «depreciation of electronic assets». The main stages of accounting for non-current assets: identification and definition of non-current assets; classification of non-current assets; evaluation of non-current assets for accounting purposes; criteria, norms, methods of depreciation; principles of objects depreciation impossibility; procedure (methodology) for accounting of non-current assets aiming to determine the financial result are identified.

In this situation, a competitive advantage in the labor market get organizations that use the power of social networks to find and attract candidates with particular qualifications and experience. The article analyzes the use of social networks in the practice of personnel management, including search, selection, recruitment, development, motivation, etc. The authors explore the peculiarities of contemporary social networks (account creation, community groups and professional). The study reveals the features of the organization and conduct of recruitment and search for candidates using the data resources of the Internet. The text contains the classification and description of modern social networks. The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of the use of modern social networks for staff. The author analyzes the major mistakes of HR professionals in recruitment through social networks. The authors examine the degree of relevance and popularity among competitors in social networks as one of the ways to search for jobs.

The past decade has highlighted the increasing role of virtual electronic digital currency in the financial sphere. This currency is now performing the functions of investment, storage and accumulation rather than solely the function of measuring the value of goods and services. Thus, the virtual digital currency has come to implement all basic functions of paper money.The purpose of the paperwas to put forward the thesis of the feasibility of introduction in Russia of a new virtual national digital currency operating on the basis of the blockchain technology, which will significantly revitalize the domestic economy. The paper provides the definition of the virtual digital currency and its types, discusses its advantages and disadvantages, gives a brief overview of the experience of using this currency in Russia and abroad, shows the current state of cost capitalization of the virtual digital currency and describes the legal framework for the virtual digital currency application. The paperconcludesthat rather than forbidding the crypto currency, there are all the reasons to arrange the issue and circulation of an officially accepted type of a virtual national digital currency that would give a powerful impetus to the development of all spheres of the country’s economy. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of the national digital currency operation with the government participation. Every citizen will be able to get a salary in a few seconds, buy everything he wants, invest in any project. Records of transactions in the user’s personal digital electronic purse will completely relieve him of paperwork. It is important to note that blockchain protocols do not allow transaction canceling or compulsory change of ledger entries. This means that all transactions will become safe and anonymous, and anonymity cannot be violated if only by illegal operations. This will suit all law-abiding citizens of the country. The advantages of the national digital currency will ensure its wide circulation in the country and lead to significant shrinking of the “gray” and “dark” cryptocurrency markets and revival of the domestic economy.

This article highlights the features of the current state of Digital Marketing in Kazakhstan. Digital marketing is the promotion of goods and services through information and electronic channels such as television, the Internet, social networks, etc. The main purpose of digital marketing is to expand the number of possible communication channels with customers. The authors analyzed the methods and tools of Digital marketing, and the main problems of the development of Digital marketing in Kazakhstan were identified on its basis. In the course of the research, we used economic and statistical methods, as well as a comparative analysis of statistical data.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the current phenomenon – «the terrorism of individuals». In particular, it is presented the definition of the concept in question, its main specificity and current trends. The article describes the terrorist acts committed by loner terrorists in the period from 2017 to 2020 in Europe, as well as an analysis of similar crimes from 2000 to 2014. Special attention is paid to the role of international terrorist organizations in their work with their followers in the form of individual terrorists.The features of preparation of the investigated terrorist acts, including the means, tools and methods of their commission, are considered. It was done the analysis of the ideological component in the illegal activities of loner terrorists, and were identified the main directions of their terrorist ideology. The role of the Internet, social networks and messengers in terrorist activities was studied. Proposals to counteract the terrorism of individuals and improve the effectiveness of counter-terrorism measures in general are presented. As a result of the study, the fundamental directions of anti-terrorist activities in Russia in the sphere of countering the terrorist threat posed by loner terrorists were identified. Special attention is paid to the prevention of lone-person terrorism and the participation of representatives of public and religious associations and national diasporas in this activity.The features of preparation of the investigated terrorist acts, including the means, tools and methods of their commission, are considered. It was done the analysis of the ideological component in the illegal activities of loner terrorists, and were identified the main directions of their terrorist ideology. The role of the Internet, social networks and messengers in terrorist activities was studied.
