The urgency of character becomes a priority in time of nation’s current moral crisis, which infected in various aspect and fields, especially in the field of education. One of the scholars of education character who had the concept of character education was K.H Hasyim Asy’ari who poured out a lot of his concept in the book “Adabul Alim Wal Muta’allim”. This research uses the library research with the primary resource is the book “Adabul Alim Wal Muta’allim”. The results mention that education character is a good character has a higher position. For him, a man with no manners or good character tends to underestimate ethical, moral, and akhlak values. For him, there are several characteristics that an educator and learners must develop in communication, both in the learning process and social environment

This paper aims to examine the role of class teachers in character formation through a thematic learning process. The method used in this discussion is the library research. The library is one of the sources of reference in this discussion by examining various sources from books, magazines, journals, and others for the topics of the relevant discussion. The results of the discussion make it clear that the role of the class teacher in character formation through thematic learning in elementary schools must be implemented through the implementation of character education in all subjects. Namely through exemplary and habituation exemplified by the teacher himself. Promoting character values through thematic learning includes, among other things, inserting character values into the lesson plans and preparing media, methods, teaching materials and assessment sheets.. As supporting material, there are routine activities in the form of 15-minute lectures by the teacher in class every Friday.

This study examines the importance of character education in students of Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially those who are currently undergoing the online learning process. The character of education is really needed not only in school or college but also at home and in the social environment itself. Furthermore, students in colleges are no longer monitored by their parents during the learning process so that character or manners while studying are no longer something that must be observed and considered important in distance learning. This study is a literature study sourced from library materials using a qualitative approach. Thus, the research activity is the exploration of a number of data both primary and secondary with some concrete steps such as reading and studying primary data in the form of research books, theses or dissertations related to character education and its relationship with Pandemic Covid-19. Character education for students is needed because so far students are only preoccupied with lecture materials in the classroom, but pay less attention to the meaning and value behind the process itself. The situation becomes more difficult when classroom learning turns into distance learning and students cannot be fully monitored by lecturers and less participation from parents who pay less attention to character education at home.

Moral degradation that is now going on in Indonesian, assumed was sourced from ethical and moral crisis in religion. Akhlak and moral crisis is an indication of poor mentality of the nation and the decline of the national dignity. It can be one of sign to the destruction of the nation. Responding to these conditions, lately, character education has become one of the hot issues in education. Program of "character building" has become a priority in the era Minister of National Education (Mendiknas), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nuh, to build the nation's character. In step of the ideals above, Islam is a religion that aims to form his people have morality and noble moral character. Therefore, character education that emphasizes ethical-religious dimension becomes relevant for application. From this, conceptually articulate character education to know how the Islamic perspective in looking at the issue of ethics and moral character in helping his people is very important to put forward. Therefore in this paper, the authors will discuss the issue comprehensively.

<p>Dewasa ini pemerintah mengalakan pendidikan yang bercirikan dengan agama,  atau yang sering disebut dengan pendidikan karakter. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa karakter bangsa Indonesia sekarang merosot. Oleh karena itu pendidikan karakter sebagai solusi untuk untuk membangun karakter bangsa agar memiliki karakter yang baik.  Dalam pemberian pendidikan karakter pada  sebuah  lembaga pendidikan dapat  dilakukan   dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai  pendidikan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran. The essence of Islamic education is character education. Islam views and teaches morality is more important than the glory of science. Islamic education asserts that virtue values are the content of Islamic education. The content of Islamic education is character or value. Value education emphasizes the importance of the process of awareness that humans need that value to improve their spiritual quality and life. Strengthening is done by various strategies such as: integration in the learning process, habituation, exemplary, joint movements and become a priority scale for the formation of mentality and human resources in Indonesia in the future. The emphasis of learning should be done as a process of directing and developing individuals in the process of realizing the importance of character and values in shaping their self and spiritual qualities.

This study aims to explain the application of hypnoteaching method in spiritual values learning. This type of research is library research. This research is qualitative research. The primary source used in this study is the thought of Muhammad Noer in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. This research concludes that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines teaching and learning with hypnosis. This method can be used as one of the methods in the process of learning spiritual values. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions. This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

This study tries to unravel the problems of street children related to character building, especially in the aspects of personal and social skills. So we need a model of character education that is considered suitable to be implemented in street children. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The results of this study conclude that, Among the character education models that can be implemented on street children are problem-based learning models, emphasizing more on the application of problem solving methods or problem solving which by John Dewey consists of six learning steps as follows: 1) formulating problems; 2) analyze the problem; 3) formulate hypotheses; 4) collect data; 5) hypothesis testing; and 6) formulate problem solving recommendations.

Character education is considered the best solution to produce excellent students in character, personality and uphold the nation's noble values. Through local wisdom in each area, such as the Dongkrek dance culture, it is important to understand and improve character education in students. Therefore, it is necessary to explore more deeply character education based on local wisdom by exploring the Dongkrek dance culture to internalize character values in learning art in elementary schools. This study aims to describe the character education of Dongkrek dance and efforts to internalize it in learning arts in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis and a library research approach. Five main character educations are explored in the Dongkrek dance, including religion, cooperation, nationalism, independence, and integrity. Meanwhile, efforts to internalize it into art learning are by understanding the contents of the dance, performing, and developing the Dongkrek dance into a show.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan aplikasi android menggunakan iSpring sebagai alternatif desain dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau Kajian Kepustakaan. Ispring Presenter merupakan salah satu tool yang mengubah file presentasi yang kompatibel dengan Power Point untuk menjadikan bentuk Flash. Pembelajaran e-learning mengguakan iSpring membantu peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cerdas. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan iSpring, akan membantu peserta didik belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar setiap peserta didik serta mendapatkan kebebasan saat belajar tampa keterbatasan waktu dan lokasi. Proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik, sehingga dapat memotivasi dan materi yang disampaikan dalam desain aplikasi iSpring lebih dapat dipahami. Kata kunci: ispring, media pembelajaran, teknologi This study aims to determine the making of android applications using iSpring as an alternative design in making online learning media. This research method uses the Library Research method or literature review. Ispring Presenter is a tool that converts PowerPoint compatible presentation files to Flash format. E-learning learning using iSpring helps students to use technology smartly. The learning process using iSpring, will help students learn in accordance with the learning style of each student and get freedom when learning without the limitations of time and location. The teaching and learning process is more interesting, so that it can motivate and the material presented in the iSpring application design is more understandable.
