ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON MEAT CONSUMPTION (BEEF, PORK AND CHIKEN) AT THE VILLAGE OF SEA I, PINELENG DISTRICT.This study aims to determine the magnitude of meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) of household based on income levels in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and to determine the effect of household income on meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9  kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3  kg/capita/year.   Key Words : Household income, meat consumption, Sea I Village.

Abstract. Riwidiharso E, Darsono, Setyowati EA, Pratiknyo H, Sudiana E, Santoso S, Yani E, Widhiono I. 2020. Prevalence and diversity of ectoparasites in scavenging chickens (Gallus domesticus) and their association to body weight. Biodiversitas 21: 3163-3169. Domestic chickens (Gallus domesticus) which are traditionally fed by scavenging on farms predispose them to ectoparasites infestation. In this study, a preliminary survey was conducted on the common ectoparasites on G. domesticus in the rural areas of Banyumas. The purposes of this study were to determine the diversity of ectoparasites, their prevalence, and their relationship to the chickens body weight. This research was conducted by the survey method from December 2019 to April 2020 in five villages around the city of Purwokerto, Banyumas District, Central Java, Indonesia viz., Kedungwuluh, Kedungwringin, Kutasari, Karangsalam, and Karanggintung. Data analysis was conducted by Shannon Wiener and Evenness indexes. Analysis of variance was used to calculate the difference in prevalence among sample locations. Regression correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between prevalence and chicken body weight. The results showed that there were six ectoparasite species  i.e., Menopon gallinae, Menacanthus cornutus, Lipeurus caponis, Dermanysus gallinae, Megninia ginglymura, and Haemaphysallis sp. parasitizing G. domesticus. The number of ectoparasite individuals among locations was significantly different (F 5.59 < 32.45; p <0.05). The most number of ectoparasite was found in Karangsalam (272 individuals). The most prevalent ectoparasite was M. cornutus (45%), followed by L. caponis (40%), and the lowest was M. synglineura (25%). Ectoparasite prevalence was associated with chicken weight loss (r = 0.98). The prevalence of ectoparasite of domestic chickens farm in the Banyumas Regency is classified as low but has the potential to influence body weight.

The aim of this study is to understood the difference of fish pattern distributions at North West and intermonsoon in North of Central Java waters, based on acoustic and oceanography sampling in December 2005 and May 2006. At North West monsoon, the density of pelagic fishes was more gathering in narrower areas <40 m, and low fish density was going to middle areas. Seen from target strength the value was detected about -60 to -50 dB and it was dominated by fishes -60 to -55 dB, the targets for small pelagic fishes are about 4 to 12,5 cm. At the intermonsoon, distribution of small pelagic fishes density tends to be flat, but fish density at this time was the lower than North West monsoon. The higly current direction and food source factor at North West monsoon may cause this difference. The size of small pelagic fishes at the intermonsoon was bigger than fishes at North West monsoon, which target strength value was detected about -60 to -45 dB or 4 to 22 cm and dominated by fishes -55 to -50 dB of about 7 to 12,5 cm. The density distribution of demersal fishes almost flat at both monsoon. How ever at intermonsoon, the demersal fishes density was lower than that at North and West season. Demersal fishes at North West monsoon consisted of small fishes (-55 to -50 dB) with size of about 7 to 12,5 cm especially in narrow areas <40 m, and fish sizes the larger (-50 to -45 dB or 12,5 to 22 cm) were going to the middle areas. At intermonsoon, there were demersal fishes with target strength -55 to -50 dB at <40 m. Demersal fishes with target strength -55 to -50 dB were dominant at this time. At areas >45 m it was detected fishes of -45 to -35 dB target strength of about 22 to 70 cm.

The paper presents the results of studying the effect of the state of grain boundaries (formed in the consolidation of beryllium powders by vacuum hot pressing on the strength properties of sintered beryllium. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectral microanalysis were used to study the dependences of the morphology, elemental composition and structure of a dispersion hardening phase - beryllium oxide – on the content of low-melting impurities at the grain boundaries of sintered beryllium. A new hypothesis is proposed to explain the difference in the morphology and structure of reinforcing particles based on the transition features of amorphous beryllium oxide to a crystalline state (devitrification) at the grain boundaries of metallic beryllium. It is theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed that the devitrification mechanism can be homogeneous or heterogeneous depending on the content and ratio of silicon and aluminum impurities. This difference leads to the formation of either finely dispersed high-strength reinforcing particles of beryllium oxide or large, lower-strength oxide clusters. Changes in the morphology and structure of reinforcing oxide particles at the metallic beryllium grain boundaries, in its turn, influence the dynamics of beryllium microstructure grain growth during vacuum hot forming and, ultimately, the effect of dispersed grain-boundary hardening of sintered n beryllium. The paper provides the statistically processed results of testing the mechanical properties of industrial hot-pressed blanks produced of less than 56 μm powders to determine the effect of various factors (the content of impurities, their ratio and particle size of the initial powders) on the strength properties of hot-pressed beryllium. The adequacy of the obtained regularities was evaluated using the approximation confidence coefficients and confirmed the conclusions made in the theoretical and experimental analysis of the research problem. The statistical studies substantiated a comprehensive quality indicator of initial powders in order to predict the strength properties of hot-pressed beryllium. The results obtained substantiate new possibilities for controlling the mechanical properties of sintered beryllium for various purposes.

The problem of this study is that small-scale capture fisheries business in Indonesia still faces a classic problem, namely limited sources of capital to develop the business, so a strategy is needed to overcome this problem, including working with other parties as partners in running the business. This study aims to investigate the legality of the capture fisheries business in Indonesia, and the limited partnership (Commanditaire Vennootschap/CV) as an alternative form of capture fisheries business in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, the legal data used is secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, namely the Law on Capture Fisheries and the Law on CV, and secondary legal material in the form of literature related to the research problem. The data and legal materials were collected through a literature study and analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results of the study concluded that in carrying out fishery business activities, the entrepreneurs can use CV as an alternative form of small-scale capture fisheries business that allows overcoming the problem of limited capital faced by small-scale capture fisheries entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The study concludes that with the formation of CV, there will be two partners in small-scale capture fisheries business, namely complementary allies as the party who manages what is done by fishermen and limited allies are parties who include capital in small-scale capture fisheries businesses.

Arabic language is one of the richest languages in its grammatical rules. Linguistic research, in its broad sense, has no limit. The grammatical dispute is nothing but a kind of different views, and the task of the grammatical researcher when examining a sentence is to classify it and explain how it is constructed. The research aims to identify the reality of the adjectival sentence, and its position in the Arabic sentence. The research problem here is to identify the adjectival phrase either as nominative or verbal, or is it something else, as it has a double character represented in the difference in its pronunciation from its meaning. In pronunciation, it is a noun, but in the meaning it is a verb-like. The paper also examines the views of both the Basris and the Kufis in the issue, and their arguments. The paper provides what is permissible and what is not in the i’rab, the similarity between adjective and verb, and the difference of grammarians in the adjectival predicate. The paper executes the descriptive analytical method. The research findings are: 1- There are three types of sentences in Arabic language: the nominative sentence, verbal sentence, and the adjectival sentence. 2- The study manages to reconcile between the different views in the adjectival sentence in terms of both verbal and nominative sentences. 3- The study also justifies this division. 4- These findings help to make grammar easier for the learners to avoid the interpretation that weighed heavily on grammar.
