In this competitive business era, the key strategy for the success and survival of any business organization is the deliverance of quality services to customers because service quality has beneficial effect on the bottom-line performance for the organization. As a financial organization, banks are continuously introducing their new products and services at regular intervals to satisfy and retain their customers and hence, achieving high levels of service is one of techniques to keep customers both satisfied and loyal. Thus, this study intends to determine the impact of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in private banking sector of Bangladesh. Five dimensions of Servqual Model such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance (Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Berry, 1985) are considered as the base for this study. A structured questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale has been used to gather the data for this study by conducting survey. The sample size is 100 and chosen on a convenient basis. Data has been analyzed by using PLS 3.0 software. SPSS software (version 20) package was also used to present the data demographically. The result shows that tangibility and empathy have significant effect on customer satisfaction, on the other hand, reliability, responsiveness and assurance don’t have any significant effect on customer satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction has direct significant effect on customer loyalty. Finally, this study proposed few recommendations for the managerial implication.

Persuasive technology is a technology that is designed deliberately to change user behaviour without coercion and deception. This study demonstrates the design of a persuasive mobile application aiming to encourage children below 12 years old to take care of their teeth and increase their awareness towards the importance of dental care. We applied a design thinking approach which comprised of five different phases: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. A total of 13 children participated in this study. The findings show that children found that the application informs them how to brush their teeth properly and increases their awareness about the importance of dental care. This indicates that the design thinking approach is indeed useful for the designer to design a persuasive application aiming to change children’s behaviour.

Energy trans-ducting gold nano-particles, with well-being physical, chemical and optical properties for utilization in different types of cancer therapy can be prepared through chemical seed growth reduction method. Gold nano particle is a umbrella term have a variety of size and shape. More regular gold nano-particles can be obtained by reduction of HAuCl4, selection of chemicals and parameters of growth medium are set in accordance with the required category of nano-particles. Nano-particles have longest dimension of 100 nm. Therapeutic treatments like photo-imaging, gene delivery, drug delivery, cell labeling and photo thermal therapy   can be done by gold nano particles.  They reduce the side effects of conventional therapy due to high target specificity and absorb and scatter specific wavelength of laser. Hyperthermia in cancerous cells is generated without damaging surrounding healthy tissues, cause the cell death by necrosis and apoptosis. The overall morphology of gold nano particles can be characterized by SEM and TEM.

The purpose of this study was to identify whether or not there was a significant difference in the variables of student centralisation, teacher questioning, teacher modelling and high-level thinking skills of students based on class stream for low-performing school students in Kudat, Sabah, Malaysia. This quantitative study used a survey method involving 250 respondents from the stated population. This study referred to the Absorption Learning Model (Swartz, Fischer and Parks, 1998) as the basis model for the study. The data were analysed using the T-test with Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. Based on the class stream in Kudat district, the findings showed that there was a significant difference in the involvement of student centralisation between Science and non-Science students; there was no significant difference in teachers' questioning between Science and non-Science students; there was no significant difference in teacher modelling between Science and non-Science students; there was a significant difference in thinking skills level between Science and non-Science students. It is hoped that this study can provide useful inputs for improving the practice of teaching infusion of teachers to students from every class stream in Kudat region in particular and throughout Malaysia in general.

Betawi’s culture such as dance, food, and language is increasingly eroded. It can be said that it is gradually become extinct and this is due to the influence of technology developments. The government has taken many steps to preserve the Betawi culture, one of which is the placement of Condet region in East Jakarta for the development and preservation of Betawi’s culture. Recently, the DKI Jakarta Government takes steps to preserve the pride and mascot of Jakarta city, which is the Betawi culture in Setu Babakan. The word setu or "situ" itself means lake, while babakan means wood fiber. In the area of Setu Babakan, the provincial government provides a variety of facilities such as educational facilities as a learning area for Betawi culture and other various entertainments related to Betawi culture. Setu babakan has transformed from a lake into a tourism area, so it becomes one of the alternative tourism spot for local residents and foreign tourists. The large area requires a signpost or commonly called signage, this is very important because signage is part of wayfinding, which has a role in providing direction inside the city. Indirect signage plays role in improving the flow system of visitors, so that there will be no accumulation in one particular location. At present, the condition of the signage area is already exist, but it has not been maximized in the role of its function as a signpost. In terms of aesthetics and design, the existing signage does not display the elements of Betawi culture which should be represented through signage.

In this research work, we studied µTAS (µ total analysis system) method to measure the deformability of red blood cells .We took  the sample of RBCs(red blood cells) in a micro fluidic based chamber, then  allowed  low intensity laser of infra red region, mostly at wavelength 1064 nm, to fall on the sample. This generated a cavitation bubble in the fluid because of evaporation mechanism involved. We tightly hold the slides containing blood sample so that the displacement of RBCs (red blood cells) stay confined in the viewing area of the microscope. Firstly the deformation due to expansion of cavitation bubble was sighted and then came the restoring of shape of RBCs (red blood cells) which was possible due to a focused and pulsed laser. The RBCs restored their shape after some time and was viewed with the help of a video recorded by a high- speed camera. In this way the plastic character and elastic properties of RBCs (red blood cells) was measured.

In the present work, three optically transparent tungsten niobate tellurite glasses with compositions of (90-x)TeO2-10Nb2O5-xWO3 (x = 0, 6, 12 mol%) were synthesized by conventional melt quenching technique. For all these three glass samples, the structural and the compositional dependence of different physical parameters such as density, molar volume and ionic packing density have been analyzed. It been observed that the amorphous nature of the samples has been confirm by X-ray diffraction analysis. The physical properties of the glasses were evaluated and the change in density ( ), molar volume ( ) and ionic packing density ( ) in these glasses indicates the effect of WO3 different content registered on the glasses structure. The highest refractive indexes value 2.171 at 632.8 nm was measured for 78TeO2–10Nb2O5–12WO3 glass. It is found that the addition of WO3 concentration to TeO2-Nb2O5 glass system increase the value of density, molar volume as well as ionic packing density. The refractive index value of the glass increase with tendency for small optical energy band gap.

This study aims to identify the impact of social media use on user's prosocial behavior. In today's development of technology, there is no doubt that internet needs are increasingly dominant in everyday life, both in socialization, education, business and others. Social media has a huge impact on one's life. For society, especially among adolescents, social media has become a necessity that makes it a consumer no day without opening social media. Does the use of social media affect the prosocial behavior of a user? Prosocial behavior refers to behavior that can benefit other people around it. Prosocial behavior is often regarded as the foundation of human relationships and has a positive value. The research used was a survey. The questionnaire used has 3 parts. Part A is demographic, part B is a social media usage pattern. While part C is prosocial behavior. The results showed that alpha chroma values were high at 0.915. The sample involved 350 active social media users. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 for descriptive and inferential data analysis. Descriptive statistics of frequency and mean used for distribution analysis. While inferential statistics, the T-test analysis is used to examine the differences in social and prosocial behavior among the sexes. The findings show that the use of social media does not affect the prosocial behavior of social media user in Malaysia.
