Convenient sampling technique was applied by targeting all the nurses working in different hospitals of Quetta city. Study questionnaire was developed and tested for validity and reliability. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis tests, p<0.05) were used to assess the significance among study variables and were performed by using IBM SPSS v.20. Results: Out of 415 distributed questionnaires 324 were returned (response rate of 78%). The mean Age of respondents was 28.18 ±9.5 years. Majority (n=127, 43.3%) of participants were interns and had no or less than one year of experience (n=128, 43.7%) with negative family history of any cancer (n=275, 93.9%). Mean knowledge score was 18.52±4.84with majority (n=258, 88.1%) had adequate knowledge regarding cervical cancer. Respondent sage, current area of practice, qualification, Institute of degree and past family history were contributing factors (p > 0.05) in adequate knowledge in this study. The demographic group that is used for this research is the head of households in Rt 06/Rw 01 dusun Puncu desa Puncu, by using the purposive sampling technique which has been collected from the sampling of the 33 heads of households. Independent variable is the knowledge of disaster management, and the dependent variable is the prevention of community breakdown in the handling of the disaster. The data has been received by using the questionnaire, and the results have been analysed by using spearman rho test. Result:  As according to the statistics test, it is found that p-value= 0,000 on the significant level (α) = 0,05 and r = 0,752. It is concluded that there is a connection between knowledge and the prevention of community breakdown in handling of the volcanic eruption in Rt 06/Rw 01. This research shows that the level of knowledge within the community about disaster management and prevention in handling volcanic eruption has been increasing. Conclution: This is shown by the capability of the community in mitigating the effects of the disaster. It is hoped that the community will further engage in training education and simulation to reduce the negative impacts of a disaster. Most patients with Cancer cannot adapt to their disease because they assume that it is a deadly disease. The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between family support and adaptability of patients suffered from Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia (Indonesian Cancer Foundation) located in East Java. This analytic study using cross sectional design involved the population of all people with Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia located in East Java, totaling 30 patients. The samples of 27 patents were collected using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was family support, whereas the dependent variable was adaptability. Questionnaires were used to collect the data analyzed using Mann-Whitney test with the level of significance α = 0.05. The result of study showed that most of the patients (70.4%) received good family support, whereas most of them (63.0%) had ability to adapt to their disease. Moreover, the result of Mann-Whitney test showed that p = 0.001 and the level of significance α = 0.05 so that H1 was accepted because p < 0.05. It showed that there was a correlation between family support and adaptability of patients suffered from Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia located in East Java. The more family support, the more adaptive the patients with Cancer adapt to their disease. Hence, nurses are expected to give health education about the importance of family support to the family of patients with Cancer.

In Puskesmas Ponorogo district the number of pregnant women as much as5903 mothers, while in health centers Jetis the number of pregnant women as many as200 mothers. Interview results, 21 out of 27 mothers said were very anxious during herpregnancy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of social support foranxiety in pregnant women.Subjects and Methods: The type of research is analytical with cross-sectional approach. The location of research at Jetis health center Ponorogo regency. Research conducted onSeptember 1 to October 15, 2016. Sample of 30 pregnant women using proportionalrandom sampling technique. Dependent variable is anxiety, while independent variable issocial support. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis usingSpearman's Rho using SPSS 18.0 for windows computer program. Results: The results showed that from 40 respondents, almost half were 13 (32.5%)multiparous had mild anxiety and nearly half were 13 (32.5%) primipara experiencedmoderate anxiety. of the 40 respondents, nearly half (12%) of 3 trimester pregnantwomen had moderate anxiety and a small proportion of 9 (22.5%) of 2 trimester pregnantwomen had mild anxiety. The result of calculation using spearman's rho statistic testobtained p = 0,006 <α 0,05 mean there is influence between parity with anxiety inpregnant woman with correlation coefficient of -0,424 which show intensity of influenceof medium that is if the smaller parity hence more anxiety level. The calculation ofgestational age with spearman's rho p = 0,023 <α 0.05 means that there is an influencebetween parity with anxiety in pregnant women with a correlation coefficient of 0.359which shows the weakness of weak influence. Conclusion: The social support provided by husband and family will affect the level ofanxiety in each pregnant woman. It is hoped for a place of research to provide a solutionfor pregnant women who experience anxiety so that pregnancy can run smoothly andrespondents are expected to have a good coping mechanism in the face of anxiety forhealth and also the fetus.
