The changes that have taken place in the economy, politics, technology and innovation increase the requirements for management personnel, their professionalism, training and retraining. Organizations cannot take on the development of all the skills of all managers, so maintaining their constant growth and development becomes a necessity for managers and, in general, for any other person who wants to use their time efficiently and make it work. This should become a kind of habit, which is achieved by long work on yourself, the development of perseverance, as well as the ability to think rationally. Nowadays, selfmanagement and self-development of personnel are becoming a factor in the survival of the economy in market conditions, strengthening the position of management in various countries. The aim of the paper is to analyse various research studies in regard to selfmanagement and to give recommendations to improve it. The paper discusses the effective concepts and approaches of various scientists, shows the importance of self-government in work and daily life to achieve the desired success and helps to assess the effectiveness of selfgovernment at the global level. The research used the theoretical information of foreign scientists and Internet resources. The scientific research methods that were used in the research are as follows: literature analysis and synthesis, the monographic method, and content analysis.

According to the Results of monitoring of Internet resources, analysis of Scientific-Methodical, Special and reference literature, members of the Research Group established, that the issue of implementation (determination of effectiveness) of Modern Scientific tools, as well as Technical means of Training that provide a System of long-term training of athletes specializing in Martial Arts – is devoted to an insufficient number of Scientific and Methodological works. This requires Further Scientific Research and emphasizes the relevance and Practical component of the chosen area of Research. The main Purpose of Scientific Research is to determine the effectiveness of modern Scientific tools ("VKS Katsumoto" and "Visual 3D") in the System of long-term training of wrestlers (on the example of athletes who specialize in Sambo wrestling). In the process of Research and Analytical work, the following Research methods were used: abstraction, Analysis and Synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, mathematical and statistical, etc. As a Result of Empirical Research, the effectiveness of modern Scientific tools has been determined "VKS Katsumoto" and "Visual 3D" in the System of long-term training of athletes specializing in Sambo (Sports and Combat direction). Prospects for Further Scientific Research in the chosen direction of Research include a comparative analysis of the performance of Ukrainian sambo wrestlers at the 2021 World Cup using modern Scientific tools (Technical Teaching Aids).

The aim of this article is to determine the particularities of the dynamics of the existential sphere components of future pedagogues in the process of professional education. The theoretical basis of the presented empirical research is O. Grebeniuk’s pedagogy of the individuality. The significant part of the concept of individuality is the existential sphere being a «dominatrix» of all individuality of a person. 63 undergraduates from 1-year of studying to 4 one with the major in pedagogy have taken part in the research. T. Grebeniuk’s diagnostic method of seven spheres of student’s individuality was used in this work. The research demonstrates students’ high assessment in the development of the components of the existential sphere. They understand its importance in the development of the individuality. The serious deference in the dynamics of the self-assessment of individual valuable positions and orientations has been determined. The qualitative improvements of «Self-concept» reflective processes and components happen in the 2-year of studying with the development of the ability of the self-analysis, deliberate self-respect and making a right choice. The existential sphere in the final year of studying becomes more complicated and at the same time there is a process of structuring: awareness of the inner world and moral self-assessment are in the centre of this process. It defines the development of the components of the existential sphere which reflect the development of the components of «Selfconcept» and provide the realization of the meaning of «Self-concept» in external active actions due to the desire of self-improvement. The development and self-development of the deliberate self-respect and the ability of analyzing the behavior should become the aim of psychological and pedagogical interactions between future pedagogues and their mentors as well as in the university and in resource centers. The significant potential in the development of the existential sphere of individuality is the system of specific pedagogical situations where the necessity of realizing a free choice appears.

The article analyzes using the normative and systematic methods, as well as analysis and synthesis, the content of the statements of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic», decisions of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and the works of legal scholars. The article is devoted to the study of the postulate that the principle of division of powers has a deep theoretical basis, which has been developed since existence of institution of state and is aimed at identifying clear boundaries of authority between individual branches of government in order to build their structure so that they serve society. The author came to the conclusion that parliamentary control is in direct connection with the principle of division of powers, in this system it serves and acts as element of mutual control of branches of government. The judiciary today also unequivocally determines inadmissibility of overarching function, the priority role of legislative branch over other parts of government. Parliamentary control is in direct connection with the principle of division of powers, in this system it serves and acts as an element of mutual control of branches of government. According to the author, presence of such control in practice constantly leads to idea of the priority role of legislative branch, which leads to weakening of principle of division of powers. However, it should be noted the implementation of control powers is not aimed at determining the priority of legislative branch in system of division of powers; parliamentary control only organizationally implements of existing powers of parliament.

The modern directions of the implementation, application and use of modern digital technologies in the agricultural sector are reviewed and evaluated. The implementation of the Digital AIC platform will create a new model of economic behavior of agricultural producers and give them additional income, many times exceeding all state support for the AIC. A methodology for the analysis and synthesis of the implementation of digital technologies in the Russian agro-industrial complex has been formed in the article, which will allow to determine the laws and factors of the formation of problems of the implementation of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex, to study trends in the dynamics of digital technologies in order to identify promising areas for expanding the implementation of digital technologies. As a result of application of the methods of analysis and synthesis (literature analysis, analysis of modern documents, analysis of the results of the introduction of digital technologies), the causes and factors “inhibiting” the introduction of digital technologies in Russia are identified, trends and factors affecting the growth (decrease) rate of the introduction of digital technologies are identified in Russia.

The article deals with the approach to the creation of a computer program for the development of adolescents’ communicative competence — the so-called «virtual interlocutor», which is the Other in terms of the dialogism of M.M. Bakhtin, and the intermediator, which mediates the introduction of a teenager to what may be called the ideal form of communicative culture in terms of cultural-historical psychology. The content of the toolkit is composed of communicative tasks and feedback, which is generated based on the principles of the co-experiencing psychotherapy developed by F.E. Vasilyuk. It’s concluded that the approach is relevant and promising considering the increasing role of Internet resources in the life of modern adolescents. The developed resource will contribute to the solution of problems related to the development of communication, the leading activity in adolescence, the success of which is caused primarily by the level of communicative competence development.
