The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic on the background of a shortage of state resources in the healthcare sphere, caused a wave of pseudoscientific information in the Internet. The youth environment is particularly susceptible to such influence, communication in which has the character of information chaos. To assess the attitude to vaccination in the youth environment of Russia, a sociological study was conducted, N = 480, average age (20.8 ± 1.41). According to the data obtained, 36.71 % of respondents are categorically against personal vaccination. At the same time, only 65.71 % of students who gave a negative answer were able to explain their position. The obtained results demonstrate a tendency to the formation of a socially negative "fashion" among young people – "dissident-vaccines". It is shown that the fundamental difference is that the stigmatization of those who are not vaccinated abroad can be provoked by inequality in access to vaccines, and not a protest manifestation of infodemia, as among young people of Russia. Because of this, the demand for socio-psychological support of vocational education is increasing, where in the conditions of the educational environment, sociological monitoring, moral and psychological correction seems to be the most realistic. In such conditions, the demand for humanitarian education in medical universities is increasing, which allow to focus on ethical norms and moral values of the profession within the educational process.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the formation of moral norms in older adolescents in Russia and Kazakhstan. The authors posed the following questions: do the modern system of education in the digital society of Russia and Kazakhstan have prerequisites based on the historical traditions of our countries? What are the current trends in the modernization of the system of education in vocational education, characteristic of the digital society? Are there any justifications for the feasibility of forming a system of education of modern professional personnel for the digital economy based on the traditional principles of the system of education of professional personnel in Russia and Kazakhstan? It is shown that in adolescence it is a moral act that characterizes the formation of moral consciousness. The actions of a teenager are determined during this period by the recognition of responsibility, and not by the expectation of approval, which was typical for an earlier age period. Many adolescents have a high situational variability, adherence to diametrically opposite positions. Here is the violation of principles, and intolerance to the opinions of other people, and the demonstration of passivity in the violation of the rights of others, and the justification of immoral actions by profit. The authors proceed from the understanding that now teachers are educating those young people who have a completely different perception of reality, their thinking, moral norms, a new culture, and ways of communication. At the same time, no one removes from the modern teacher the task of transmitting to the young the existing moral and ethical norms that originate in the previous period of education.

The article aims to trace the cultural continuity of generations in Russian context by studying the interaction between literary preferences of modern students and their moral choice. Special attention is paid to the role of humanitarian education in forming both literary taste and moral values of young people. Our approach includes both sociological and cultural methods. The article analyzes the results of a sociological study conducted in 2019, where the semiotics of behaviour in hypothetical conditions of setting up one's own business by young specialists is superimposed on the literary priorities of the respondents. Our hypothesis is that, despite the processes of globalization, national cultural and moral values that originated in the XIth century in the ideas of Metropolitan Hilarion, who proclaimed the internal law above the external, continue to live and largely shape the worldview of modern Russian youth. This philosophical heritage is transmitted, in particular, through humanitarian education and especially through the works of classical Russian literature, as shown by the analysis of the results of our sociological research. The article also outlines directions for further development of the topic we have studied.

The article analyzes the essence of such a concept as “an innovative educational environment” and defines its content for vocational education institutions. It illustrates the work experience of teaching staff in educational institutions in creating an innovative educational environment and forming professional competency in future workers. It also describes the main approaches to creating an innovative educational environment in vocational education institutions for vocational training of future skilled workers. They include humanistic approaches (anthropocentrism, relationship harmony, forming intellectual culture); systemic approaches (improving an educational environment as a holistic developing system); informational approaches (a sufficient level of information culture); innovative approaches (creative interaction, forming readiness for future professional activity). Based on the practical experience of vocational education institutions in Ukraine, pedagogical conditions for creating and maintaining an informational educational environment in educational institutions were singled out: partnership cooperation, respect and trust of all participants in the educational process; focus on development and self-development of every individual; creative activity; an effective use of scientific and methodological, material and technical capabilities and human resources of educational institutions; employment of personality-oriented innovative pedagogical technologies. The emphasis is placed on the importance of implementing personality-oriented pedagogical technologies in the educational process. It is shown that vocational education teachers have different views on the approaches to creating an innovative educational environment. However, it is agreed that the process of creating an innovative educational environment significantly influences the processes of forming and developing professional skills in teachers, strengthening professional relations between them, facilitating pedagogical innovations.

The article is devoted to the search for methodological, theoretical and didactic basic for a modern model of the formation of the ecological worldview of college students. The author made a substantiation of the main components of the model. A two-level concept of the formation of the ecological worldview of students of secondary professional education (SPE) and a set of pedagogical conditions for its implementation are proposed. The proposed model for the formation of the ecological worldview of students of secondary vocational education on the basis of a system-activity approach in the educational process can be pedagogically effective by including in the training and education processes such forms and methods that will put students in the position of researchers and discoverers. In the modern professional educational environment, the training of competitively capable graduates who are ready to withstand the socio-economic changes that arise in society and are able to take responsibility for decisions made becomes one of the main directions of the educational process in institutions of higher and secondary professional education.

The article discusses the materials of the sociological study of the educational environment of schools in the Krasnoyarsk region, conducted as part of the interregional research «Psychological comfort of education in modern rural school». Based on the theoretical analysis, the authors highlight two characteristics of the school environment, which have significant impact on the psychological health of schoolchildren and the success of education: tension and emotionality. The study found out quite serious differences in the assessment of the importance of educational parameters by different participants in the educational process: schoolchildren, parents and teachers. In general, all participants in the educational process highly appreciate the tension of the educational environment of schools; and there were no significant differences in the assessment of this parameter between rural and urban schools. According to the participants of the educational process, the school creates the necessary conditions for the development of different abilities of students, development of life skills. The emotional environment of the schools was also well received by all respondents. The most appreciated one is the potential for the development of educational activity, relationship with students, preservation of the personal dignity of students. However, many students note a high level of insecurity from the possible threat of insults, coercion to undesirable actions, from ill-will and insults from teachers and classmates. This requires the development of special measures to prevent bullying, improve the psychological culture of teachers, and design the educational environment of schools.

The article deals with the problem how to prevent cyberbullying in the educational environment, which is currently relevant due to the increasing influence of digital resources on our social life. The authors describe the specific characteristics and features of bullying, including economic, psychological, social, physical and cyberbullying. According to the statistics there is inaction in bullying situations in the educational environment. This is due to the insufficient level of digital skills of modern teachers. Digital skills is a cluster of above-professional competencies that includes media literacy, programming and artificial intelligence, modeling, design and robotics as well as technical literacy. In this regard the research problem is identified as finding the tools to form above-professional competencies of future teachers in the educational process. The authors analyze the causes, forms and features of cyberbullying which are determined by the specifics of the Internet environment. The article presents the results of content analysis of creative works of the future teachers under the topic "Recommendations for working with children exposed to cyberbullying". The analysis of the works showed that only 10% of the students include measures related to working in the Internet space in their recommendations. The authors also propose to discuss the results of a study aimed at development of digital skills of the future teachers, since their level of proficiency affects the quality of tools helping to prevent cyberbullying. The results of the study showed that students, both full-time and part-time, note high importance of media literacy and technical literacy of their work or study. At the same time they realize that the level of proficiency in digital skills is currently insufficient to prevent cyberbullying. As one of the tools for preventing cyberbullying the authors suggest using web quests. During the training sessions, future teachers learn not only to develop web quests, but also to model scenarios for getting out of situations related to bullying, thereby developing their professional competencies in the digital environment.
