Rubber tapping workers are piece workers in which these workers receive wages based on the volume of work or units of work. One of the plantation companies managed by BUMN is PTPN XII. One of the gardens that was the highest revenue contributor for the company was the PTPN XII Banjarsari Garden in Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency. The problem that often arises in piece workers such as rubber tapping workers is the problem of wages. The productivity of the rubber tapping workers affects the wages earned by the rubber tapping workers. Research at the Banjarsari Plantation of PTPN XII, aims to determine: (1) The work motivation of PTPN XII's Banjarsari rubber tapping laborers, (2) The work productivity of PTPN XII's Banjarsari rubber tapping workers in, (3) The relationship between work motivation and work productivity of rubber tapping laborers in the Banjarsari Plantation of PTPN XII. The results of the analysis show that: (1) The level of work motivation of rubber tapping workers at Banjarsari Plantation PTPN XII is high, (2) The productivity level of rubber tapping workers at Banjarsari Plantation PTPN XII is high, (3) There is a significant and unidirectional relationship between motivation. and labor productivity of rubber tapping at PTPN XII's Banjarsari Plantation. The implementation of Good Amil Governance as one of important aspects in standard of international zakat management institution that stated in Zakat Core Principles requires an approach that is more than just amil competence and qualification aspect. Psychological aspect of amil in work also needs to be considered in order to obtain and maintain the best human resources. As a profession that is oriented towards social benefits, amil has different working rhythm and consequences from profit institutions. This research aims to measure the happiness of amil in the workplace and see the impact on amil productivity. The result show that amil is a satisfying job, the most blissful factor for amil is work motivation, while the most unhappy factor for amil is unclear career path and less promising. In addition, the happiness level of amil also has positive relationship to the work productivity level of amil. Therefore, psychology condition of amil should be considered in order to increase the performance of zakat institutions.

AbstractWork productivity is potential on the survival of a company. The use of contraceptives may affect the physiology of every woman, so it can affect daily activities and resulted in labor productivity. The aim of this study was to determine the contraceptive use effect on labor woman productivity by controlling with age, education and work motivation. Study with cross sectional design involved 71 married women workers of PT. Bomar Makassar who had got married. Data were found by interview using questionnaire on May to June 2015, then analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the study indicate that, there was an effect of contraceptive use on woman labor productivity after controlling for variables as age (p value = 0.011), education (p value = 0.022) and work motivation (p value = 0.028).Withouth being controlled by those variables, a significant result showing an effect of contraceptive use on work productivity was also found (p value < 0.05). The results of multivariable analysis indicate that there were two variables which consistenly affected the productivity, namely work motivation (p value = 0.010) and contraceptive use (p value = 0.010). In conclusion, there is an effect of contraceptive use on woman labor productivity. AbstrakProduktivitas kerja potensial pada kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Penggunaan kontrasepsi dapat memengaruhi fisiologi setiap perempuan, sehingga dapat memengaruhi aktivitas sehari-hari dan akan berdampak terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja perempuan dengan mengontrol usia, pendidikan dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian dengan rancangan potong lintang melibatkan 71 pekerja perempuan PT Bomar Makassar yang telah menikah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2015, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas kerja setelah dikontrol dengan variabel usia (nilai p = 0,011), pendidikan (nilai p = 0,022) dan motivasi kerja (nilai p = 0,028). Tanpa dikontrol dengan variabel tersebut, juga terdapat hasil yang signifikan yang menunjukkan dampak penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas kerja(nilai p < 0,05). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang konsisten memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja yaitu motivasi kerja (nilai p = 0,010) dan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi (nilai p = 0,010). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat kontrasepsi terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja,produktivitas kerja karyawan dan hubungan dari ketiga variabel tersebut di PT.Kadi International. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Datadikumpulkan dengan kuisioner kepada sampel dari 60 orang karyawan perusahaanyang bersedia dan diijinkan perusahaaan untuk diteliti, selanjutnya data dianalisismengunakan analisis frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analysis jalur (pathanalysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki lingkungankerja dengan modus yang baik, motivasi kerja karyawan yang tinggi serta memilikiproduktivitas karyawan yang tinggi pula. Korelasi lingkungan kerja dan motivasikerja karyawan sebesar 0,357 dan signifikan. Secara parsial lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas sebesar 4 % (signifikan), sedangkanmotivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar44% (signifikan). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif sebesar 58,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebutdan sangat signifikan.Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, produktivitas kerja This study aims to explain the work environment, work motivation, employee workproductivity and the relationship of the three variables at PT. Kadi International.The research approach uses quantitative descriptive. Data were collected byquestionnaire to a sample of 60 company employees taken proportionally, then thedata were analyzed by frequency scale analysis and path analysis. The resultsshowed that the company has a good work environment, high employee motivationand high employee productivity. The correlation of work environment and employeemotivation is 0.357 and significant. Partially the work environment has a positiveeffect on productivity by .4% (significant), while work motivation has a positiveeffect on employee work productivity of 44% (significant),.Simultaneously the workenvironment and work motivation had a positive effect of 58,1% on the workproductivity of employees in the company and were very significant.Keywords: work environment, work motivation, work productivity

So that labor productivity increased labor, one of the ways that must be taken workforce management is providing training to its workforce. This research is classified into associative research and descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. in this study, researchers will explain the variables that would be appropriate that occurred in PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Bandung.The total number of employees PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk part minimarket service in the Bandung area is a total of about 1500 people. The sample will be taken is 62 people. the data analysis is classifying data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulate the data based on the variables of all respondents, presenting the data of each variable studied, perform calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of multiple correlation analysis showed a correlation value 0892. means of training and productivity of employees have a degree of force that is very strong relationship with work productivity. That assumption is taken from the value of 0, 892 which is in the range of 0.8 to 1.The coefficient of determination used to how big the influence of training on labor productivity. Based on the analysis using SPSS 13:00 KD value obtained is equal to 0796 X 100% = 79.6% of the value shows that the effect of training on labor productivity is 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% influenced by other variables. Based on the calculation result is unknown if the training provides a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The condition is indicated when an increase in the quality of training will result in an increase in employee productivity.

                                                         ABSTRACTUD. King Rack Surabaya is a rack production home industry. The production process includes welding of the rack structure. This study aims to analyze the relationship between education, job satisfaction, and work motivation to the work productivity of workers in the welding section of rack production at UD. King Rack, Surabaya, Indonesia. This is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The study sample used a total population of 12 workers. Data were taken in the form of primary data tested with the Spearman correlation test. The results of the analysis show that the majority of respondents graduated from elementary school and the majority of respondents' job satisfaction was high. However, majority of respondents' work motivation was moderate and the majority of respondents' work productivity was low. The results of the Spearman correlation analysis indicate a relationship between education and work productivity (correlation coefficient = 0.475) as well as work motivation and work productivity (coefficient correlation = 1.000). There was no relationship between job satisfaction and work productivity. To increase work productivity, daily standards for the number of racks to be produced by workers need to be set. Besides that, it is important to give praise and appreciation to the workers in order for them to produce racks that are above the work standard. Keywords: education, job satisfaction, work motivation, work productivity

The theory used in the motivation variable is Herzberg's Motivation Theory in which motivation is divided into two, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, then Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. One of the data collection techniques used in this research is through questionnaires and literature review of the object under study. From the results of hypothesis testing with a simple correlation (bivariate) that has been done, it shows that: There is a strong and real positive relationship between Employee Work Motivation (X) and Work Productivity (Y). This shows that the higher the level of work motivation, the better the performance will be. The partial correlation hypothesis testing shows that: There is a positive and real relationship between Work Motivation (X) and Work Productivity (Y), which indicates that the higher the level of Work Motivation, the better the productivity. The correlation value between X and Y is 0.714, indicating that there is a close relationship between Work Motivation and Work Productivity. Hypothesis testing to see the relationship between the level of motivation and productivity is tested simultaneously. The test results show that there is a close and real relationship between the level of work motivation and work productivity, which is equal to 0.714

The research purposes are to find out  the relationship between effectiveness principals leadership with teachers work productivity, the relationship between organisational climate with teachers work productivity, the relationship between effectiveness principals leadership and organisational climate simultaneously with teacher’s work productivity. The population of this research were teachers of elementary school in Tenggarong District, with the total of 750 teachers and 88 of them were taken as sample by using random sampling. Quantitative research method is the kind of descriptive research with correlative study. The result of descriptive analysis showed that there has constribution teachers work productivity was in middle  category, is equal to 60%, the majority of effectiveness principals leadership in middle category that is equal to 56%, and the organisational climate is in the middle category. So  majority that is equal to 62%. Thus a good descriptive performance, motivation and discipline of teachers working at the medium category.  The results found that (a) there was a positive and significant relationship between effectiveness principals leadership (X1) with teacher’s work productivity (Y) at a weak level, amounting to 0.356 with a 0.114 coefficient of determination, and the regression equation Ŷ = 37.438 +0.56 X1.  (b) there was a positive and significant relationship of organizational climate (X2) teacher’s work productivity (Y) at the current level of closeness, amounting to 0.491 with a coefficient of determination value of 0.2411, and the regression equation Y = 9.082 + 1199X2 (c) there was a positive and highly significant correlation between the variables of work motivation of teachers (X1) and the variable of work discipline teachers (X2) together with special-ed teacher performance variables Samarinda (Y) at the level of closeness that is, that is equal to 0.646 with value coefficient of determination of 0.418 and regression equation y = 11 460 + 0.152X1 + 1.317X2.

This study aims to determine the effect of age, work experience, expertise of workers, health of workers, suitability of wages, field conditions and tools on the level of labor productivity in Kayangan port business and KMP Dingkis especially in cleaning services and kepil. Data analysis in this study uses the help of SPSS Software. In this study multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable whether each independent variable is positively or negatively related and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases. Data used is interval or ratio scale.     From the results of the analysis that has been carried out the level of productivity of workers in the cleaning service and kepil work at PT. ASDP East Lombok Kayangan Work Area is 85.53%, meaning that the productivity level is very good. Simultaneously age, experience, expertise. health, wage suitability, field conditions and supporting facilities have a significant effect on labor productivity, with F test (10,568)> F table (2,148). The partial dominant influence on labor productivity is: labor wages, supporting facilities, health and labor experience. This can be seen from T count> T table, while age, expertise and field conditions affect productivity but not real, because T count <T table. Simultaneously all variables have a significant effect because they have an R value or a high correlation of 0.722. The most dominant variable influencing labor productivity is wage suitability.

Pengaruh compensation to labor productivity levels of labor  in the PT bogor summit Oto Finance Brand as follows : (1) Effect of base salary to the level og labor  productivity sig valuse obtained for 0,237 > a = 0,05 other words there is no influence of the basic salary of labor productivity levels . (2) The effect of the level of work productivity benefits gained sig value of 0,177>a = 0,05 in other woeds there is no effect on the level of work productivity benefits . (3) effect of incentives on the level of labor productivity obtained sig value of 0,002 <a = 0,05 in other words there is an incentive effect on the level of labor productivity.

<p>The purpose of this study was to study the motivation and work discipline on the work productivity of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta North Jakarta Campus. This research was conducted with a method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic North Jakarta Campus. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear analysis techniques. The hypothesis test used is the F test and t test.The results of this study indicate the relationship between motivation (X1) to work productivity of 0.594, as well as work discipline variables (X2) to work productivity (Y) has a relationship of 0.389. Motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on work productivity (Y) are carried out simultaneously showing a relationship of 0.608 and having an influence of 39.60%.The relationship between motivation and dissipilin work on work productivity both partially and simultaneously has a strong correlation. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Motivation and work discipline towards the work motivation of North Jakarta Campus have better work motivation and discipline competence.</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Productivity.</p>
