At the present stage of development, basketball as a team game is gaining more and more fans. Basketball is characterized by a large number of techniques performed in rapidly changing conditions. In the process of long-term training of basketball players should pay special attention to their preparedness. Modern basketball requires players to acquire high levels of physical, technical and tactical readiness, and for this it is necessary to carry out a rational and effective training process. Consequently, tracking the dynamics of preparedness of female basketball players allows to have a more complete picture of their preparedness and the possibility of timely adjustment of the training process. For the correct assessment of athletes preparedness, it is necessary to select the tests differing in the informativeness. In this study, we conduct testing with female basketball players engaged in the training stage. The tests were aimed at measuring technical and physical readiness. To identify the dynamics, testing in the group was carried out three times. According to the results of testing in both technical and physical readiness was revealed positive dynamics.

At the present stage of development, basketball as a team game is gaining more and more fans. Basketball is characterized by a large number of techniques performed in rapidly changing conditions. These circumstances confirm the relevance of the development of the coordination abilities of young basketball players. The methodology for developing the coordination abilities of basketball players involved in the initial training phase is presented. This technique consists of two blocks: 1 – aimed at the development of sleight of hand; 2 – on the correct work of the legs. Four tests were selected showing the level of development of coordination abilities. Tests were carried out at the beginning and at the end of the experiment in the control and experimental group. The data of the statistical processing of the results showed that the results of the experimental group were significantly higher in the three tests. Only in one test the reliability of the results was not confirmed. Thus, the conducted study proves that the introduction of exercises in the training process for the development of sleight of hand and the correct operation of the legs, can significantly increase the level of development of coordination abilities, and requires the finalization of exercises that contribute to the development of accuracy of hit shots from an average distance.

This article provides information on the experimental effectiveness of the training process to 12-13 year-old handball players in their formed team-game specialization. Currently, the competition calendar has radically changed, it has become more dense and intense for teams of different levels and ages with high demands on the results of the competition. And this, in turn, creates difficulties in the training process of athletes, allowing an excessive intensification of training sessions, with all the ensuing consequences. We believe that in this situation, in order to improve the sports training of handball players, at the present stage, it is necessary to use other possible reserves, which suggest, against the background of general training processes, the restructuring of the existing ways of organizing game capabilities, including an earlier age-related team-game specialization of athletes, in which their role, as an individual sports and technical characteristic, will be especially effective in competitive manifestations.

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of female athletes’ training in ketlebell lifting. The dynamics of fulfillment of standards of the master of sports of Ukraine by female athletes in all disciplines of ketlebell lifting in the period from 2016 to 2021 is analyzed. Female athletes (women aged 18-35 years) of national teams of regions of Ukraine in weight categories up to 58 kg, up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg and over 68 kg took part in the study. The protocols of the championships of Ukraine for the specified period were analyzed. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature and documentary method (study of competition protocols). It was found that in the snatch for the period under study the standard of the master of sports obeyed only three athletes, but in the jerk and long cycle no one female athletes have not fulfill the standarts. In addition, in a snatch with an arbitrary change of hands for 12 minutes (R-12), which was introduced in 2019 to attract more women to ketlebell lifting and popularize ketlebell lifting among women, in three years the standard of master of sports obeyed 27 female athletes. This allows us to say that at the present stage of development of ketlebell lifting there is a high level of preparedness of female athletes in the discipline of R-12 and the popularity of exercises with ketlebells among women. The need to improve the training process of female athletes in other disciplines of ketlebell lifting was also confirmed.

Modern basketball is characterized by a high intensity activity throughout the game, which requires optimal physical condition for the players. The increasing demands of modern basketball and inadequate physical preparation also result in an increased number of sports-related injuries. Physical preparation in the form of strength and power training is part of the strategy in preventing and reducing such injuries, but also in improving the performance of basketball players in the game. Strength and power have a direct impact on improving the performance of basketball players, but also influence on improving other motor skills and characteristics of basketball players. As the benefits of the strength and power training are known and recognised, this review paper aims to point out some specifics of the training process in the development of strength and power of basketball players. The paper points to the importance of being systematic and progressive in the long-term development of power , but also within the annual cycle of training. In addition, the paper provides some specific guidelines for conducting strength and power training within the various stages of the preparation and competition periods, with an emphasis on the functionality and specificity of the training.

Art libraries in Austria are basically divided into three main groups according to their specific form of institutional organisation: museum libraries, university libraries, and libraries in galleries. The latter are often situated in recently founded institutions and usually put their focus on contemporary art. Museums and university libraries traditionally have rather extensive collections of basic literature on art and art history as well as specialized literature according to the main subject of their collections. It is characteristic of the present stage of development that innovations in the organisation of these libraries (i.e. computer systems for online catalogues, specialized training, etc.) are not being co-ordinated and the results of local improvements are therefore not as rewarding as they could be. Nevertheless, the first steps towards long term cooperation are being taken, and include such initiatives as the Verein zur Förderung der Errichtung einer Fachhochschule für Informationsberufe, FIB (= Association to promote the foundation of an academy for information professions), and the Kunstreferentensitzungen, an assembly of librarians who discuss current trends and problems in library organization.

Preparation of sportsman of high class begins from employments after children and teenagers at sport school during a few years. This process is difficult and needs detailed during a calendar year and on the corresponding stages of long-term preparation. Training work in child-youth schools and sport child-youth schools of Olympic reserve must be conducted on the basis of the special program, intended for trainers-teachers, teachers and leaders of establishments of additional formation of athletic-sport orientation and is a basic state document, that regulates educational-training and educator work, implementation of norms from special physical, technical and tactical preparation. An Educational-training process envisages the gradual increase of the training and contention loading, that decide the tasks, related to strengthening of health, development of the special physical qualities, mastering of difficult technical actions, inoculating of love to the sport competitions and increase interest in engaging in tennis. The stages of training process are examined in long-term preparation of players in table tennis, in particular: the sport- health stage, stage of initial preparation, educational-training stage, stage of sport perfection and higher sport mastery. The forms of educational-training process from table tennis show up in group and individual employments, theoretical preparation, medical control, educational-training collections and competitions, instructor and judge practice, medical and rehabilitation events.

When we talk about mini-handball, we are thinking of a group of children playing and having fun. Therefore, when talking about video analysis of mini-handball games, it may seem a little exaggerated. However, if we think that mini-handball is the first stage of handball training, we realise that, in fact, the training is at the basic level. Video analysis of the games at this level is not for the purpose of analysing the own team game or the game of the opposing team to increase the sports performance of children. Instead, the purpose of video analysis at this level is to observe the most commonly used technical elements, technical procedures and tactical actions. All these observations will be used to optimise the training process, eliminate many unnecessary means used during training and create a training programme for this level. Our research was carried out after analysing a number of 124 mini-handball games played by four teams from Romania and Greece, after which we tried to create a mini-handball game model. Based on this game model, we will propose a training programme model adapted to this level of training. The training models allow the design of an effective training programme, which in turn allows us to rationally use the time allocated to the team training, to focus on the preponderant actions during the game and carry out training sessions adapted to the needs of the competition.

The article deals with the main problems of financing Russian enterprises at the present stage of development of the national economy. Among the main problems in this area, the lack of the ability to attract long-term financing in the form of debt securities, as well as the inability to attract long-term bank loans due to their high cost and insufficient development of the stock market, seem to be especially complicated for Russian enterprises. In the context of the sanctions confrontation, Russian enterprises are experiencing problems with attracting foreign capital, which also negatively affects the financing of the current activities of enterprises. Solving the problems of financing domestic enterprises remains an urgent problem for the national economy, the solution of which will increase the pace of economic development of the Russian Federation.

Transformations in the sphere of federal relations concern the most important directions of the reforming processes in the country. However, not all proposed and actually developing components of the federal reform seem well-argued and corresponding to long-term, strategic interests of the Russian statehood. The basic course of reform should meet the objective requirements of further decentralization of governing economic and social processes and the need to ensure strengthening the responsibility of RF subjects’ executive bodies and local self-management for steady social and economic development of their territories. The solution of these problems calls for a new model of federal policy of regional development, specification of some important components of the municipal reform as well as inserting certain amendments into the system of intergovernmental fiscal relations in order to stir up their stimulating function.

At the present stage of development, the entire world industry has faced the problem of rational use of renewable natural resources, in particular the most efficient ways of wastewater treatment and the use of accumulated waste in the production process as a secondary raw material. In particular, the alcohol industry, as one of the components of food, medical, chemical and various industries, leads to the formation of huge amounts of waste, including wastewater. The food industry, like any other industry, has a negative impact on the environment. Water bodies are the most affected by the food industry. Almost the first place in terms of water consumption per unit of production is the production of alcohol. Consumption of large amounts of water leads to the formation of wastewater, which is highly polluted and adversely affects the environment. Due to the high chemical and biological consumption of oxygen, specific color and odor, suspended solids, low pH value, the purification of such waste in the filtration fields and discharge into water bodies is not possible. The purpose of our work is: 1) conducting the analysis of the alcohol industry potential in Ukraine in recent years, and methods of waste disposal as a potential source for the development of bioenergy. 2) environmental aspects of the alcohol industry modernization at present stage of development and implementation of modern wastewater treatment technologies.
