RuangGuru is one of the most successful startups in Indonesia, which is engaged in online tutoring. The application user has reached up to 15 million students. This achievement is the result of the advertisements that often appear on television media, especially during new school academic year or new semester. This study examines advertisements on television media less than 30 seconds to attract customers. This study uses semiotic to analyze television ads for the product. The research method uses an interpretive descriptive approach to analyze the signs used in advertisements. The data resource is four video recording advertisements on television media. The analysis starts with transcription and making video screenshots to sharpen the analysis. The results indicate that to attract television viewers, RuangGuru uses signs that indicate superior features. The features such as animated learning videos, practice questions, discussion, and ease of learning through applications. The celebrity figures in the advertisement represent students and parents who will later become consumers of RuangGuru. The ad also has a sign indicating how easy it is to pay and how cheap it is to subscribe to the Ruang Guru application compared to conventional tutoring. The blue color, which is the dominance of advertisements, shows that the RuangGuru app is trustworthy and can increase students' confidence in facing classroom learning.

<p><em>The learning and teaching process of adaptive physical education subject in SLB A or special school A in Surakarta (SLB Negeri Surakarta and SLB A YKAB Surakarta) have faced several obstacles such as the education background of the physical education teachers which are special education background not the physical education background, teachers are still unable to pay attention to the students entirely and to the aspects included in learning implementation, the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, adaptive physical education learning that generalizes various types of disabilities, and the inactivity of students in participating in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to discover the implementation of adaptive physical education learning process in SLB A in Surakarta. This study used quantitative method. The approach used in this study was descriptive approach and the research method used was survey method with data collecting technique of observation, questionnaire, and document study. The collecting technique used by the author was by including all of the study’s subjects as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed and tested its validity using triangulation data and triangulation method. The result of this study shows that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB A in Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 is lacking based on its influenced factors. Therefore, it is necessary to review and improve the policies in the adaptive physical education learning for visual impaired students.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze the implementation and evaluation of quality development of PTAIN lecturers in Aceh. A qualitative research method and descriptive approach is applied in the research. The research result shows that the implementation of quality development of PTAIN lecturers in Aceh is done by referring to the strategic plan or programs prepared at the beginning of the year. The forms of implementation of lecturer quality development include room visits, inspection to lecturers’ learning devices, and providing opportunities for lecturers to increase their competence and professionalism through various exercises and benchmarking to other leading Islamic universities. The evaluation for the lecturers quality development is carried out through routine meetings, weekly, mid semester, and annually at the beginning of academic year. The results of the evaluation will become supplementary materials for the institutions in following up the lecturers’ performance on the lecturers’ daily activities. The development carried out to the lecturers are in the form of admonition, providing training and development to increase the lecturers’ competence and professionalism, and also doing routine religious lectures.

Students experience problems while working in Math, with full of difficulties. They made mistakes in the process of solving questions. The error process that occurred in students leads to the low achievement of the learning outcomes. This research aimed to investigate the mistakes made by MTs students in working on the questions of the Cartesian coordinate integrated with Malay cultural nuances in Riau Province. The study was conducted at MTs in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. A descriptive approach was used as a research method with a purposive sampling technique. This technique used a test and interview to collect research data.  The results of the study described that the errors faced by MTS NurulBilad students included: (1) 55% of misconceptions because students did not understand the concept in the material of Cartesian coordinate (2) procedural errors that 76% of students did not match the stages or steps in the process of drawing on the Cartesian coordinate. Based on the findings, it was hoped that the teacher emphasized more understanding about the concept of Cartesian coordinate.

Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 9 Medan, Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X DKV 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sketsa, melalui motode demonstrasi dan latihan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang di temukan oleh peneliti, masih rendahnya hasil belajar sketsa siswa. Peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan persiklus. Hasil pre test menunjukkan masih rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari 36 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa (19,4%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan. Pada siklus I diperoleh 24 orang siswa (66,7%) yang tuntas dan 12 orang siswa (33,3%) yang tidak tuntas. Dengan begitu, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II dengan perolehan 35 orang siswa (97,2%) yang tuntas dan 1 orang siswa (2,8%) tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30,5%, maka peneliti tidak melanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sketsa pada siswa kelas X DKV 1 di SMK Negeri 9 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, sketsa, demonstrasi, latihan.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. The research employs a classroom action research method. The research subject was the ten grade students of DKV 1 with a total of 36 students consist of 20 men and 16 women. This research aims to improve skectch learning outcomes through demonstration and training method. Based on the results of preliminary observations found by researcher, the researcher found the low student sketch learning outcomes. The researcher used a pre-test to determine the initial conditions before the pre-cycle action was carried out. The result of pre-test showed that students' learning completeness was still low. From 36 students only 7 students (19,4%) who complete in sketching learning. This research was taught by using demonstration and training learning method. In cycle I, there were 24 students (66,7%) was complete and 12 students (33,3%) was incomplete. Therefore, the researcher proceed to cycle II with the acquisition of 35 students (97,2%) was complete and 1 students (2,8%) was incomplete in sketch learning. There was increase from cycle I to cycle II of 30,5%, the researcher does not proceed to the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of demonstration and training method can improve the ability in sketch learning of the ten grade students DKV I at SMK Negeri 9 Medan in the academic year 2019/2020. This research is entitled as "Anecdotal Text in the Oral Story of Yong Dollah Inheritance of Malays as Alternative Choice for Indonesian Language Teaching Materials". It is inspired by the collection of Yong Dollah stories as the inheritance of Malays in Bengkalis Regency which contain of humor elements. In addition, the stories have the same characteristics with anecdotal text, so that it can be applied as teaching material for Indonesia Language subject in the school. This research method was content analysis of descriptive approach. This research was conducted during six months. The technique used to collect data were documentation and interview. The data of this study were the entire generic structure and language features of anecdotal texts contained in a collection of Yong Dollah stories which consisted of 11 stories. The result showed that as following. First, there are five texts contain of complete generic structures and six texts contain of incomplete generic structure which is coda part for data 2, 3, 5, 8, and 1. Second, about language features, there are four data contains of all language features of Anecdote text, but on the other side, there are seven incomplete language features in the texts. Third, the consideration of choosing Yong Dollah as alternative material for Indonesia Language subject refers to eight indicators that are conveyed based on teachers’ perception toward Anecdote text Yong Dolla. 55 % of number of teachers claim that these texts suitable to be implemented as teaching material, but 44% of them claim neutral, and 1% claim disagree on it.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

Abstract: The technical instruction number: 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 dated on 1-02-2019 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration Program Based on the Community Participation (Juknis PTSL-PM) enables the presence of community involvement as the manifestation of Article 42 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Ka.BPN Number 6 of 2018. The practice can be found in Bojonegoro District which has started the PTSL–PM program before the issue of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM so that it causes issues related to the compatibility of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM implementation with the participative mechanism occurred in Bojonegoro District. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM. This research used qualitative research method through descriptive approach. The result of the research found that from 97 description of the activities as the comparison instrument, 48 activities were not appropriate, while 42 activities were appropriate (the activities type contains participation which is not regulated in the technical instruction of PTSL-PM) and 7 activities have not been studied so that those were not included in the research object. The components related to the working map, land data collection formation basic, and measurement method used were the components which affect the implementation of technical instruction of PTSL-PM the most. Land office of Bojonegoro District cannot perform the technical instruction of PTSL-PM fully since the participation method uniformity is not possible considering the community characteristic, human resource, and facilities-infrasturure which are different in each region.Keywords: PTSL, Community’s Participation, Technical Instruction Intisari: Petunjuk Teknis Nomor 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 tentang Kegiatan PTSL Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (Juknis PTSL-PM) memungkinkan adanya keterlibatan dari masyarakat sebagai perwujudan dari Pasal 42 ayat (1) Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Praktiknya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah memulai program PTSL-PM sebelum diterbitkannya Juknis PTSL-PM sehingga menimbulkan persoalan terkait kesesuaian pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM dengan mekanisme partisipatif yang telah terjadi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 97 uraian kegiatan sebagai instrumen pembanding, 48 kegiatan tidak sesuai, 42 kegiatan sesuai atau dapat disesuaikan (jenis kegiatan bersifat partisipasi namun tidak diatur dalam Juknis PTSL-PM) dan 7 kegiatan belum diteliti sehingga bukan merupakan objek penelitian. Komponen yang berkaitan dengan peta kerja, dasar pembentukan pengumpul data pertanahan dan metode pengukuran yang digunakan merupakan komponen yang paling mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak dapat melaksanakan secara penuh Juknis PTSL-PM karena keseragaman metode partisipasi tidak dimungkinkan mengingat karakteristik masyarakat, sumberdaya manusia dan sarana prasarana memiliki perbedaan di setiap daerah.Kata Kunci: PTSL, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Petunjuk Teknis

ABSTRACT This paper tries to explain and describe the position of UMKM in the Kepuh, Boyolangu Village, Banyuwangi, as an effort to reduce the unemployment rate, especially in the lower middle class and to see how the strategy of the UMKM founders in maintaining their position in all conditions. So it is hoped that readers can find out and analyze UMKM within the scope of the region as an effort to minimize unemployment and increase living standards. This paper use qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Establishing UMKM is certainly not an easy thing, because the large number of workers does not guarantee UMKM, who is determined by the appropriate expertise and strategy. In addition, the Government has not been maximally perfect in overcoming problems and financial assistance for community UMKM which in reality is able to absorb many new workers, and has an impact on reducing the unemployment rate.

This study aimed at defining the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from viewpoint of their teachers.The study used a descriptive approach. A questionnaire was developed, consisting of 30 paragraphs, which evaluated the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among students of secondary schoolsin Zarqa Education Directorate II from viewpoint of their teachers. The validity and reliability of the study's tool have been verified. The sample of the study consisted of the schools' teachers of Zarqa Education Directorate II.They were 250 male and female teachers for the academic year 2016-2017 selected from among the schools of Zarqa Education Directorate II.The results of the study were as follows:-          The role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from the viewpoint of their teachers.-          In favor of females, there were statistically significance differences in the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools from the viewpoint of their teachers due to gender variable.-          In favor of females, there were statistically significant differences in promoting of the values of citizenship among students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from the viewpoint of their teachers attributed to specialization variable.-          There were no statistically significant differences due to experience variable.The study recommended achieving the goal of education through the institutions of the Ministry of Education by educational media, and activating the role of educational media to develop the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools.
