Journalism knowledge with all forms of writing is the product offered to students of Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Faculty of Languages And Arts, Universitas Negeri Padang through journalism package courses as predominant skills besides language, literature, and teaching skills. Based on this condition, this study is intended to measure the degree of student knowledge in distinguishing journalistic writing. This research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. Quantitative analysis is designed to measure and describe the level of student knowledge. The population of this study was 453 students of the Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia study program. Based on the provisions of the research variables, students who had passed the introductory journalism, editorial, and news photography courses were students in 2014 who were used as the research population as many as 105 people. The research sample was taken with Taro Yamane's formula with a precision level of 10% to 51 students. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that the student's knowledge of distinguishing journalistic writing was in the range of 79.90%. This result shows that students' knowledge in determining the variety of journalistic writing is in the 'outstanding' criteria.

New students for the 2020/2021 academic year have never experienced a direct meeting with the campus since registering, undergoing the orientation period, and lectures are all done online. This study aims to determine the opinion of new students of the Islamic Religious Education study program towards the lectures they undergo. This research uses mixed methods research, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The research was conducted at IAIN Takengon Central Aceh, IAIN Ponorogo East Java, University of Muhammadiyah Kupang, and IAIN Samarinda. The data collection technique used an open questionnaire distributed via a google form. Analysis of the data used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to analyze the reasons for students in online lectures. In contrast, quantitative analysis is used to analyze students' opinions who are happy or not with online lectures by percentage. The results showed that at IAIN Takengon 24.6% of students who liked to study online were happy. In comparison, 75.4% of those who were not happy, at IAIN Ponorogo who liked to study online were 35.8% and 64.2% who were not happy, at the University Muhammadiyah Kupang who like online lectures are 40%. Those who are not happy are 60%, and at IAIN Samarinda who like online lectures are 19.8% who are not happy at 80.2%. Overall, new students who enjoy studying online are 30.05%, and those who are not happy are 69.95%.

This study aims to get a clear description of the basic teaching skills for students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a mixed-method which is a combination of quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. The research location is in one of the Universitas Negeri Jakarta classrooms and the research subjects consisted of 45 students class of 2016 in the Arabic Language Education Study Program who took Micro Teaching course. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation instruments. The percentage of the highest to lowest average scores in basic teaching skills mastered by students on the exam, small groups and individuals, with a value of 89.42% in the very good category, and skills of reinforcement obtained an average value of 85.00% with enough category. With this research, researchers gain an understanding of basic teaching skills as well as data related to teaching skills in the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research also can be used as a guideline for other researchers regarding basic teaching skills.

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi kemajuan dan kualitas suatu bangsa. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 harus tetap dilak-sanakan meskipun secara daring. Keberhasilan pembelajaran daring tak terlepas dari keterlibatan mahasiswa.  Salah satunya ialah sikap rasa ingin tahu mahasiswa pada aktivitas membaca. Semakin tinggi rasa ingin tahu mahasiswa, semakin sering mahasiswa melakukan aktivitas membaca, begitu pula sebaliknya. Penelitian ini membahas rasa ingin tahu mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sikap rasa ingin tahu pada aktivitas membaca mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Adapun proses pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner yang diperkuat dengan hasil wawancara. Kuesioner pengumpulan data dianalisis melalui expert judgement. Untuk analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif berdasarkan skor pengisian angket survei kuesioner dan hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sikap rasa ingin tahu mahasiswa pada aktivitas membaca selama pembelajaran daring memperoleh skor 69 dari sekor maksimal sebesar 90 dengan kategori tinggi yang ditandai melalui keaktifan, berpikir kritis, dan inisiatif. Education is one of the essential factors to improve the progress and quality of a nation so that during this COVID-19 pandemic, learning must be carried out even if it is brave. The success of bold education cannot be separated from the involvement of students, one of which is the curiosity of reading activities. The higher the student's curiosity, the more often they will do reading activities, and vice versa. This study aims to measure the attitude of curiosity in students' reading activities during bold learning. The approach used is quantitative research with a research subject of 60 students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, Jenderal Sudirman University. The process of collecting data through a survey was conducted with the results of interviews. Data collection questionnaires were analyzed through expert judgment. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative based on the scores of filling in the questionnaire survey questionnaires and interviews. The result of this study is that students' curiosity in reading activities during bold learning gets a score of 69 of maximum skor 90, with a high category which is characterized by activeness, critical thinking, and initiative.

This study aims to determine the misconceptions and level of understanding of physics education students on dynamic electricity. The method used is descriptive quantitative research methods. The research sample was 33 students of the tadris physics study program who are currently taking basic physics courses 2 even semester 2019/2020. Data collection used a 3-tier diagnostic test. In the concept of current and electric voltage, students who are included in the full understanding category are 26% and 29% understand partially with the low category and the level of misconception reaches 45%. In the concept of ohm law and electrical resistance, it was found that students with a full understanding level of 23% and partially understanding 14% were in the low category and the level of student misconception showed the largest percentage, namely 63% with the high category. In the concept of electrical circuits, students with a full understanding level of 29% and partially understanding 50% and included in the medium category with student misconceptions showed the smallest percentage was 21% with the low category. As a whole, it shows that the average level of students' understanding and misconceptions on dynamic electricity material is still low with a percentage of 26% and partial understanding is moderate with a percentage of 31% and a misconception of 43% with a moderate category. Keywords: Misconception, level of undertanding, 3-tier diagnostic, electricicity.ABSTRAK.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui miskonsepsi dan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa tadris fisika pada materi listrik dinamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 33 orang mahasiswa program studi tadris fisika yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah fisika dasar 2 semester genap 2019/2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan 3-tier diagnostic test. Pada konsep arus dan tegangan listrik, mahasiswa yang termasuk dalam kategori pemahaman penuh sebesar 26% dan paham sebagian sebesar 29% dengan kategori rendah dan tingkat miskonsepsi mencapai 45%. Pada konsep hukum ohm dan hambatan listrik didapatkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan tingkat pemahaman penuh sebesar 23% dan paham sebagian 14% dengan kategori rendah dan tingkat miskonsepsi mahasiswa menunjukkan persentase paling besar yaitu sebesar 63% dengan kategori tinggi. Pada konsep rangkaian listrik, mahasiswa dengan tingkat pemahaman penuh 29%, paham sebagian 50% dengan kategori sedang serta miskonsepsi mahasiswa menunjukkan persentase paling kecil yaitu 21% dengan kategori rendah. Secara kesuluruhan rata-rata tingkat pemahaman dan miskonsepsi mahasiswa pada materi listrik dinamis masih tergolong rendah dengan persentase sebesar 26% dan paham sebagian tergolong sedang dengan persentase 31% dan miskonsepsi sebesar 43% dengan kategori sedang.Kata kunci: miskonsepsi, tingkat pemahaman, 3-tier diagnostic, listrik dinamis

Many of Bunda's Tourism Diploma graduates are still unemployed because some are less interested in becoming self-employed. It because students are not motivated to become entrepreneurs, and the family environment is not yet supported. This study aimed to measure: the relationship between entrepreneurial learning outcomes, entrepreneurial motivation, and family environment with interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research is descriptive correlational. This research population is all students of the Hospitality study program of the Bunda Padang Tourism Academy, batch 2017 and 2018, totaling 61 students. The sample in this study were 61 students using the total sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire using a Likert scale and data analysis methods, including simple correlation and multiple correlations. Research is expected to increase students' entrepreneurial knowledge through attitudes, knowledge, and skills to overcome entrepreneurial tasks' complexity, providing real experiences for students to carry out entrepreneurial practices.

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to find out how much influence the contextual teaching learning model of learning motivation of Islamic education study program students at the Islamic University of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 25 Islamic education study program students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that the contextual teaching learning model has a low effect of 11.56% on student learning motivation. But when testing the hypothesis,   implies that  is accepted and rejected . AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan  adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket. Responden  penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan agama Islam yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasanya Model Pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berpengaruh rendah 11,56% terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun pada saat pengujian hipotesis,  hal ini mengandung arti bahwasanya diterimanya dan ditolaknya .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rintisan bank soal Bahasa Inggris SMP kelas VIII pada tingkat provinsi dengan memperhatikan (1) karakteristik soal Ulangan Kenaikan Kelas (UKK); (2) karakteristik butir-butir soal; (3) jumlah butir soal yang memenuhi standar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sam-pel sebanyak 6554 respon siswa (lembar jawab). Perangkat tes dianalisis kesesuaian indikatornya dengan Standar Kompetensi (SK) dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) yang telah ditentukan, serta ditelaah secara kualitatif oleh ahli berdasarkan kriteria kons-truksi, bahasa dan materi. Respons siswa dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan Iteman 3.00, dan Bilog MG 3.0 3 PL untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang tingkat kesulitan, daya beda, pseudoguessing, serta informasi butir. Bank soal yang dihasilkan masuk kategori baik dilihat dari (1) Hasil analisis kualitatif dari 150 butir soal, sebanyak 105 butir soal (70%) dinyatakan baik. (2) Hasil analisis kuantitatif dengan program Iteman 3.00 diperoleh 115 butir soal tergolong baik. (3) Analisis dengan Bilog MG 3 PL 77 butir soal (66,96%) masuk kategori baik.Kata kunci: bank soal, tingkat kesulitan, daya beda, pseudo guessing, expert judgment, informasi butir dan tes______________________________________________________________ THE ITEM CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FINAL SEMESTER TEST AS A PREPARATION FOR ENGLISH ITEM BANKAbstract This research aims at developing a pilot english test item bank of the 2nd grade junior high school based on: (1) the characterisctics of test items for final semester test; (2) the total number of test items for the 2nd grade junior high school in Yogyakarta Special Province. This descriptive quantitative research used 6554 samples of students’ answer sheets in 2009 and also employs expert judgment to review the construct, language, as well as the materials of the questions. Students’ responses were also analyzed by using Iteman 3.00, Bilog MG 3.0 3 PL. The result of qualitative analysis with expert judgment which shows that 105 out of the 150 test items are categorized as “good”, and the other are “bad”. The quantitative analysis with Iteman 3.00 shows that 115 out of the 150 test items are categorized as “good” and the quantitative analysis with Bilog MG 3.00 3 PL shows that 67% test items are categorized as good. This research aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, analyze the effect of product quality on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, analyze the effect of brand image on purchase intention to the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, and to analyze the effect of purchase intention on purchase decision to the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball. This research is quantitative research that applies an associative descriptive approach. The research population is the people of Halim Perdanakusuma Village of East Jakarta who once consumed the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball with a total sample of 190 people. The research sampling was carried out using incidental sampling technique. The data collection was performed by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 2 and SPSS. The analysis results showed that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, the brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball, and purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision the Spesial SB packaging beef meatball.

This study aims to determine learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study programs using virtual lab. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential stattistics to illustrate data learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores using the virtual lab. Data collection techniques used in this study were test for learning outcomes and observatory techniques for the scientific attitude. From the results of descriptive analysis for learning outcomes, it shows that the average is 75,05 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,011 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the learning outcomes. For the scientific attitudes it shows that the average is 76,14 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,001 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores.Keywords: Virtual Lab, Learning Outcomes, Scientific AttitudePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores dengan menggunakan virtual laboratorium. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif untuk hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa adalah 75,05 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Karena nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,011 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan virtual laboratorium berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores. Untuk sikap ilmiah berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 76,14 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. Learning media is one of the things that can help the process of learning activities, but the media can also be a tool that does not support the smooth learning process, internet-based learning media is one of the infrastructures that can be used especially with today's era where everything is very easy to access. especially internet-based media which at this time have been widely used as learning materials or media that can support teaching skills for teachers or prospective teachers during the current COVID-19 pandemic, where teachers are required to be as creative as possible in providing media that will be used in teaching and learning activities. learning activities, the purpose of this research is to find out from the implementation of learning media in learning skills for students who are taking courses in Media and Learning Technology in which students especially prospective teachers must be able to adapt to the times with developments and technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative media, where this method is to determine the extent of student knowledge in implementing a learning media on teaching skills, for the presence of researchers in this study is as an observer who designs learning activities or actions taken together with the team. The research model is a member of the research team, namely the lecturer of Islamic Religious Education. The research was carried out at the State University of Jakarta during the even semester lectures for the 2020/2021 academic year from March to July 2021. The subjects of this research were students in the PAI study program. The focus of this research is to find out the implementation of the usefulness of learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in teaching skills.
