AbstrakPola pantalon sistem Aldrich belum diketahui apakah cocok untuk pria dewasa bertubuh ideal di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelemahan, cara memperbaiki, dan penyesuaian pola pantalon sistem Aldrich  pada bentuk tubuh pria ideal di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian terapan. Objek penelitian yaitu pola pantalon sistem Aldrich yang diuji cobakan pada pria dewasa bertubuh ideal di Indonesia dengan tinggi 173 cm, berat 64 kg. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket memakai skala likerts. Penilaian dilakukan oleh 5 orang panelis, yaitu yang terampil dan ahli Busana Pria. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif berupa perhitungan rumus persentase menggunakan Microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola pantalon sistem Aldrich mempunyai kelemahan pada bagian : 1)lingkar pinggang, 2)lingkar panggul, 3)kupnat belakang, 4)kantong samping. Kelemahan  diperbaiki pada pola dan celana sehingga menghasilkan pola pantalon sistem Aldrich yang sesuai untuk pria dewasa bertubuh ideal Indonesia. Kata Kunci: kesesuaian, pantalon, Aldrich, pria ideal.AbstractThe pattern of Aldrich's pantaloon system is unknown whether it is suitable for ideal adult men in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to describe weaknesses, to fix , and adjust the pattern of Aldrich's pantaloon system on the ideal male body shape in Indonesia. The type of research used is applied research. The object of the research is the pattern of Aldrich system pantaloon tested on ideal adult male in Indonesia with a height 173 cm, weight 64 kg. The instrument research used was questioner by using a Likerts scale. The assessment was carried out by 5 panelists, as well as people who have expertise and skilled menswear. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics in the form of calculating the percentage formula using Microsoft excel. The results showed the pantaloon pattern of the Aldrich system had weaknesses in the part: 1) waist circumference, 2) pelvic circumference, 3) a rear dart, 4) side pocket. The weaknesses were fixed on the pattern and pants to produce Aldrich system pantaloon pattern that is suitable for Indonesian ideal adult men. Keywords: suitability, pantaloon, Aldrich, ideal men.

The aim of the current research was to build a simple bookkeeping model using Microsoft Excel on culinary micro-businesses. It was applied research that was conducted in Kupang city, Indonesia. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive. The results of the study have shown that the problems faced by micro-businesses in Indonesia are related to business location, human resource, and capital. All the problems, cannot be denied, are related to financial records. The micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia, in general, do not have good financial statements that can be used as a consideration for third parties who are willing to provide capital assistance. The current research presents the simple bookkeeping model created with the Microsoft Excel program that will greatly help micro-entrepreneurs this culinary in doing financial records properly and completely.

The Ideal

The number of industries in Central Java Province has experienced a significant increase, however, economic growth in the of the manufacturing sector is experiencing a slowdown. This study aims to analyze the effect of processing industry credit, working capital credit, investment credit, regional minimum wages and investment on the economic growth of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with panel data with eviews sofware . The results showed that working capital credit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. The regional minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on the economic growth of the of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. Processing industry credit, investment and investment credit not a significant on economic growth of the of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2018. This research implies the need to increase working capital credit distribution and  the need to necessary to determine the ideal UMR.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of village funds on the level of poverty and the welfare of the community in the regency / city of the Province of Bali. Village fund data was obtained from the Bali Province Community and Village Empowerment Service, while the poverty rate and Human Development Index were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali Province in 2015-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that village funds have a negative and significant effect on poverty levels. This means that the higher the village fund, the lower the poverty rate. Village funds have a positive and significant effect on people's welfare. This means that the higher the village funds, the higher the welfare of the community in the area. The poverty level has a negative and significant effect on people's welfare, meaning that the higher the poverty level, the lower the welfare of the community

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

TOEFL as a kind of English test is used to measure students’ language proficiency. Binawan University applies TOEFL Prediction test to predict students’ English competence. The TOEFL score then is aligned and mapped to CEFR to indicate the level of language ability and qualification.    This study was conducted to analyze TOEFL score of Binawan students at CEFR level. The sample was 169 students from several study programs at Binawan University. The research instrument used a package of PBT TOEFL test. Descriptive statistics was used as data analysis technique, mean and percentage. The calculation shows that the mean of the TOEFL prediction score reached by all participants is 413 and the median is 397. Based on CEFR, the students’ competence in English is in level A2 (Basic User). Individually, the number of students who is in level A1 (Basic User) is 78 or 46.2 %, level A2 (Basic User) is 35 or 20.7 %, level B1 (Independent User) is 43 or 25.4 %, level B2 (independent User) is 12 or 7.1 %, and the last is level C1 which is occupied by 1 student only that is in level C1 (0.6 %). To conclude almost 50 % of the students were at low level or A2 (Basic User) at CEFR.

Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

This study aimed to determine the professionalism of teachers SDN who certified in Banjarmasin. The research data were described consists of a group of pedagogical competence of teachers certified through portfolios, education and training, and passed for consideration age and years of service. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, by using descriptive statistics to describe the data of the study variables. The survey results revealed pedagogical competence of teachers certified through a portfolio categorized either as much as 84%, through education and training 78%, and due consideration of age and years of 72%. From the data the description of the research data revealed that the average score (mean) pedagogical competence of teachers certified through a portfolio of 150.26, 147.30 through education and training and pedagogical competence of teachers due consideration age and years of 144.56, which exceeded the mean The average (mean) ideal is 113. Based on these data pedagogical competence of teachers SDN District of West Banjarmasin classified as either category and has competence above average competence of teachers in general.Key words: professionalism and certified teachers

The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of professionalism, competence, independence, and work experience of auditors on audit quality at a public accountant office in Bekasi City, which consists of senior auditors, junior auditors, partners, and supervision. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing. This study proves both partially and simultaneously that the professionalism, competence, independence, and work experience of auditors affect audit quality.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to increase the learning independence of PGSD students of FKIP Makassar Islamic University through the use of the edlink and whatsApp application. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of experimental research with research design using a Quasi Experiment Design. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of PGSD FKIP Makassar Islamic University with a total of 54 students consisting of 27 control class students and 27 experimental class students and registered in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistical. The results showed that the learning independence of PGSD FKIP students at the Islamic University of Makassar in online learning with the use of the edlink application (Experiment) on the pretest was in the low category and the postest was in the high category while the control group on the pretest was in the low category and the postest was in the medium category; The use of the edlink application has a significant effect on the learning independence of PGSD FKIP students of Makassar Islamic University.Keywords: edlink, whatsapp, independent learningABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar melalui penggunaan aplikasi edlink dan whatsapp. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Experiment Design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar dengan jumlah mahasiswa 54 orang terdiri dari 27 orang kelas kontrol dan 27 orang kelas eksperimen dan terdaftar pada semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar dalam pembelajaran daring dengan penggunaan aplikasi edlink (Eksperimen) pada pretest berada pada kategori rendah dan pada postest berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan kelompok kontrol pada pretest berada pada kategori rendah dan postest berada pada kategori sedang; Penggunaan aplikasi edlink berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Islam Makassar.Kata Kunci: edlink, whatsapp, kemandirian belajar

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kelemahan, cara memperbaiki, serta kesesuaian pola celana wanita sistem Charmant terhadap wanita bertubuh ideal Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian terapan. Objek penelitian yaitu pola celana wanita sistem Charmant yang diuji cobakan pada wanita bertubuh ideal Indonesia, dengan tinggi 165 cm, berat 57 kg. Dinilai oleh 5 orang panelis yang ahli dibidang pola busana wanita. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket memakai skala likerts. Teknik analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa perhitungan rumus persentase menggunakan microsoft exel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola celana wanita sistem Charmant terhadap wanita bertubuh ideal Indonesia, mempunyai 2 kelemahan berdasarkan penilaian dari 5 orang panelis diantaranya yaitu: 1) lingkar duduk sempit 4 cm, 2) tinggi duduk panjang 3 cm. Cara memperbaikinya yaitu: 1) lingkar duduk ditambahkan 1 cm pada pola depan dan belakang, 2) tinggi duduk dikurangi sebanyak 3 cm.Kata Kunci: kesesuaian, celana, charmant, wanita ideal.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the weaknesses, how to improve, and the suitability of Charment’swomen's skrit pattern towards ideal Indonesian female posture. The method uses applied study. The data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics in the form of calculating formula percentages using Microsoft Excel. The object of this study was the Charmant’s women skirt pattern which were tested on an ideal Indonesian female posture, with a height of 165 cm, weight of 57 kg. Judged by 5 panelists who are experts in women's clothing. The study instrument was a questionnaire / questionnaire using the Likerts scale. The results showed that the Charmant’swomen skirt pattern towards an ideal Indonesian female posture had 5 weaknesses based on the assessment from 5 panelists which were : 1) circumference narrow sitting of 3 cm, 2) sitting high over 3 cm. How to improve it are: 1 cireumference  narrow sitting add by 1 cm on the front and back side, 2) sitting high shortened by 3 cm. Keyword: suitability, skirt, charmant, ideal woman posture.
