Abstract - In early 2020 various parts of the world announced a pandemic status due to the Covid-19 outbreak caused by the Corona virus. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by this epidemic. The public is urged to implement health procedures such as taking vitamins, basking in the sun, doing physical distancing, staying at home, working from home, Study from Home and so forth. Almost all sectors were paralyzed to minimize the spread of the covid-19 virus. Starting from the tourism sector, the economic sector and even the education sector. The Education Sector, which in its application must run classes in an amount that is not small, must also be limited. Academics and students in various regions in Indonesia are prohibited from traveling on business trips, out of town or even going to schools or educational institutions. One technology that has the potential to be used as an Education medium is Augmented Reality. In the past few years Augmented Reality has launched educational media products for Education in various sectors. In this journal, we will study about augmented reality-based Education media applications that can be used to study at home or Study from Home, so that it can improve physical distancing or reduce mass gathering to help the government in tackling the covid-19 pandemic.

The global pandemic of COVID 19 has had a severe effect in various developing economies, including Nepal itself, as it has seriously engulfed the strongest economies of the world. The tourism industry globally has been paralyzed, and it will take long ahead to get the industry back on track. There are challenges to revive this industry and ensure its tremendous contribution to revitalizing the ailed tourism sector. To drive this situation more efficiently and tactfully, the need for good governance through its leading agencies seem to be much demanding and prevailing. Visit Nepal 2020 has been postponed by the Nepal government due to the potential risk of an outbreak of COVID -19 and almost all the government efforts have now been centralized to combat the threat of COVID-19. Both domestic and international tourism is in its complete halt, creating a massive shortfall on revenue generation in the national economy. To combat the spread of COVID-19 into the community level and thus checking the further loss of lives and property, series of lockdown at the national level were imposed restraining the public mobility, factories, and industries are closed for indefinitely leaving the tourism activities completely at coma. As the tourism industry globally has come to a halt now, stopping all the tourism-based activities resulting cut off of a heavy chunk of revenue, it’s a high time to think over the noble strategies on what might be the forms and modality of governance in tourism sector globally.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain public perceptions of the implementation of social distancing during the pandemic as the implementation of social capital. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in a number of countries, including Indonesia. This condition not only affects the economic condition of a country, hinders social interaction among the community, and also has an impact on the health condition of every human being. To avoid the wider spread of Covid-19, the government was forced to adopt social distancing and physical distancing policies in the form of staying at home, working from home, studying, and worshiping at home. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is the impact of social distancing for the community in Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. Sources of data come from several communities with a total of 50 respondents. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, record, and continue to take notes. The results of the research can be concluded that with the implementation of social distancing in the pandemic period, at least the community can implement social capital which includes informal values ​​or norms that are shared among members of an interrelated community group, which is based on the values ​​of beliefs, norms and networks social and they respect each other, the development of social capital is the creation of increasingly independent groups of people who are able to participate more meaningfully. Social capital can solve citizens' problems, especially with regard to strengthening friendship, repairing and maintaining public service facilities because it has advantages and is the most appropriate, even though there are other social capital in the community.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has become a “major disaster” for Indonesia. Communities became confused after the Government instructed people to “Stay at Home” and “Work from Home” in order to end the spread of the coronavirus. Many people feel that the Government's decision is detrimental because not everybody can work from home. There were many employee reductions in several companies and did not have a steady income. This study attempted to find out the use of Instagram as one of the popular media during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia on economic impact. This study employed the semiotics method to analyse the #stayathomeindonesia hashtag on Instagram from 20 March 2020 to 5 April 2020. It was revealed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesian Instagram users used the platform to post their activity at home. Indonesian behaviours on Instagram amid the COVID-19 pandemic include posting homemade food, children’s drawings or colourings at home, and food order through online applications. So that the online-based economy more benefited than the offline-based because of limited activities outside the home due to appeals for staying at home.

Melayani  masyarakat  ataupun  publik  dengan  menggunakan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis  website  hampir  dilakukan  oleh  semua  sektor, termasuk sektor pemerintah seperti halnya pemerintahan ditingkat kabupaten. pemerintah kabupaten yang sudah memiliki website resmi diantaranya kab.subang  (subang.go.id), kab.bandung barat (bandungbaratkab.go.id), dan kab.cianjur (cianjurkab.go.id) yang  menjadi  fokus  penelitian ini. Keberadaan  website  resmi  milik  pemerintah, perlu dilakukan  pengukuran  kinerja  dan serta kualitas dari website tersebut dengan menggunakan alat uji  GTMetrix, WebPageTest, dan WAVE. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan GTMetrix, maka website resmi pemerintah kabupaten  subang termasuk  kategori  lambat  dengan  waktu  tampil  18.9s,  sedangkan  untuk  website resmi pemerintah kabupaten cianjur  dan  kabupaten  bandung barat dengan waktu tampil  33.5s dan  31.0s  termasuk  kategori sangat  lambat. Berdasarkan  hasil  pengujian  dengan WebPagetest,  maka  website  resmi pemerintah kabupaten  Cianjur  memiliki  nilai performa baik dengan waktu tampil 20.015s dibandingkan dengan  kabupaten  subang dengan waktu tampil 65.871s dan  bandung  barat  dengan  waktu tampil  39.574s. Berdasarkan  hasil pengujian dengan WAVE, maka website resmi pemerintah  kabupaten  Bandung Barat memiliki nilai error sedikit  dengan jumlah  9 error dibandingkan dengan  kabupaten  subang dengan jumlah  61  error dan  kabupaten  cianjur  dengan  jumlah  168 error. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dengan  fokus load time dari ketiga website resmi pemerintah kabupaten  tersebut, maka Semakin  kecil  angka  loadtime  yang dihasilkan, maka  kinerja  website  semakin  baik  dan  juga  Kualitas  sebuah  website  sangat  berpengaruh  terhadap minat    pengguna  ataupun  masyarakat  untuk  mengakses  website tersebut. saran  yang  dapat  diberikan berdasarkan hasil pengujian diatas adalah  meningkatkan  kinerja website  resmi pemerintah  terlebih  difokuskan  pada  load time website, dan  dari ketiga website resmi tersebut parameter security score nilainya F  itu  artinya  perlu ditingkatkan keamanan dari website milik pemerintah tersebut, sehingga dapat memberikan  kenyamanan dan  minat  pengguna untuk  mengakses  lnformasi  yang  terdapat  pada website  resmi  pemerintah  daerah  tersebut. Serving the public or the public by using information technology and website-based communication media is practiced by almost all sectors, including the government sector as well as the district level government. District governments that already have official websites include Kab.subang (subang.go.id), Kab.bandung Barat (bandungbaratkab.go.id), and Kab.cianjur (cianjurkab.go.id) which are the focus of this research. The existence of an official government website, it is necessary to measure the performance and quality of the website using the GTMetrix, WebPageTest, and WAVE test tools.  Based on the results of testing with GTMetrix, the official website of the Subang district government is in the slow category with a display time of 18.9s, while the official websites of the Cianjur regency and West Bandung regencies with a display time of 33.5s and 31.0s are in the very slow category. Based on the results of testing with WebPagetest, the official website of the Cianjur regency government has a good performance score with a display time of 20,015s compared to Subang district with a display time of 65,871s and Bandung Barat with a display time of 39,574s. Based on the results of testing with WAVE, the official website of the West Bandung district government has a slight error value with 9 errors compared to Subang district with 61 errors and Cianjur district with 168 errors. This research states that with the focus on the load time of the three official websites of the regency government, the smaller the load time is generated, the better the performance of the website and the quality of a website greatly affects the interest of users or the public to access the website. The suggestion that can be given based on the test results above is to improve the performance of the official government website, especially focused on the load time of the website, and from the three official websites the parameter of the security score is F, which means that the security of the government-owned website needs to be increased, so that it can provide user comfort and interest. to access information contained on the official website of the local governmen

The Job Creation Act which was ratified on 5 October 2020 was met with the agitation of rejection in the form of demonstrations in almost all parts of Indonesia. There are many misunderstandings in the interpretation of this law, one of which is the assumption that the law will harm workers and society. This study aims to identify the causes of negative public opinion on the Job Creation Act, what forms of socialization are carried out by the government, and how the public gets information about the law. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data was taken through a questionnaire distributed to 22 respondents who were randomly selected from the Job Creation Act demonstrators in November 2020 in front of the DPRD Building of South Kalimantan Province. The results showed that respondent’s negative opinion on the Job Creation Act was caused by a lack of knowledge about the contents of the law and the lack of government socialization to the public. The strategy that can be taken by the government to create positive public opinion is to involve community groups, students, public figures, religious leaders, community leaders, and influencers as communicants or messengers in the socialization of the Job Creation Act.

Covid-19 or Corona pandemic, which has entered Indonesia since the last three months, has changed many of the religious behaviors of Indonesian people who are predominantly Muslim. Starting from praying in congregation at home, Friday prayers at home, Eid prayer at home, changing sentences on some words in the call to prayer to cancel the departure of the pilgrims. This has changed the religious traditions and religious behavior of the community in general. This study uses theoretical conceptions according to Peter L. Berger with the conception of social construction with three components, namely externalization, objectivation and internalization. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of uncovering a phenomenon of religious behavior that occurred in the community during the Covid-19. The conclusions in this research are, externally the community made social changes because of information related to the Covid-19 pandemic, both through a task force formed by the government, as well as news that circulated on television and social media. From that, people make objectivation by implicit behavior formation in response to government regulations and news circulating on social media. Internalization is carried out by the public by picking wisdom in every situation that occurs. Furthermore, from the socio-religious construction the perspective of Sufism during the pandemic resulted in patterns of religious behavior: patient, gratitude, tawakal and muhasabah Keywords: Covid-19, Social Construction, Tasawuf, Society

AbstrakThe policy of staying at home due to the prevention of the spread of Covid 19 is the primary of economic problems in the poor society since they were laid off by the company where they worked in and therefore, they cannot fulfill their family needs anymore. This reality force them to find solution to fulfill their family needs in which almost all society get impact of this including the Kharisma Koka residential. It encourages the people there particularly the housewives to concern with culinary business at home by selling various foods such as typical food of North Sulawesi and even some kinds of food from outside the province. Thishome culinary is regarded as the excellent business opportunity in the Covid 19 pandemic.  Key words: Kharisma Koka residential, home industry, culinary business.

Education is a main asset in the growing and development of a country. Various financial resources from the government and private agencies are provided to ensure that all Malaysians have the opportunity to obtain education and further their studies. Waqaf and zakat are one of the most important contributors in education. There have been many efforts undertaken by waqaf and zakat institutions in the development of education sector such as helping the B40 and underprivileged gorup. Therefore, this study will discuss the role of waqaf and zakat for educational institutions in the context of Malaysia. The study also will discuss the proposed educational institution model through the synergy of waqaf and zakat funds. This qualitative study uses the method of documentation. The findings suggest that the proposed establishment of a fully-funded educational institution using waqaf and zakat funds should be established for the sustainability of waqaf and zakat institutions as well as the ummah. The synergies between waqaf and zakat funds are believed to strenthen the management and development of the education sector in Malaysia including for those in need. It is hopeful that this study can be used as a guideline and reference to the authorities especially the State Islamic Religious Council, Centre for Waqaf, Waqaf Foundation, as well as NGOs which involved either directly or indirectly in the management of waqaf and zakat throughout Malaysia. ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan aset utama dalam kemajuan dan pembangunan sesebuah negara. Pelbagai sumber kewangan daripada pihak kerajaan dan swasta disediakan bagi memastikan semua rakyat Malaysia berpeluang mendapatkan pendidikan dan melanjutkan pelajaran. Wakaf dan zakat merupakan salah satu penyumbang terpenting dalam bidang pendidikan. Terdapat banyak usaha-usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh institusi wakaf dan zakat dalam pembangunan sektor Pendidikan termasuk membantu golongan B40 dan kurang bernasib baik. Justeru, kajian ini akan membincangkan peranan wakaf dan zakat bagi institusi pendidikan dalam konteks Malaysia. Kajian ini juga akan membincangkan cadangan model institusi pendidikan melalui sinergi dana wakaf dan zakat. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan kaedah dokumentasi. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa cadangan penubuhan institusi pendidikan yang dibiayai sepenuhnya menggunakan dana wakaf dan zakat wajar ditubuhkan bagi kelestarian institusi wakaf dan zakat serta ummah. Sinergi antara dana wakaf dan zakat diyakini dapat memperkasakan pengurusan dan pembangunan sektor pendidikan di Malaysia termasuk golongan yang memerlukan. Diharapkan kajian ini dapat dijadikan panduan dan rujukan kepada pihak berwajib khususnya Majlis Agama Islam Negeri, Pusat Wakaf, Yayasan Wakaf, NGO-NGO yang terlibat sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung dalam pengurusan wakaf dan zakat di seluruh Malaysia.

Covid-19 epidemic attacked Indonesia so that the government decided policy to have to stay at home which started in the middle of March 2020. People had to adapt to the situation. This moment attracts the attention of service and product providers to conform. The researcher uses printed advertisements as the data source in the form of a multimodal document and find various businesses respond to the condition. They support the government’s policy while remaining motivating customers to use their products and services. The research is done in a qualitative paradigm towards words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and pictures as the data to answer the research topic. The data source was taken from the daily newspaper Kompas at the beginning of staying at home policy implementation by the government. The data collection was done by criterion-based sampling. Supported by the multimodal analysis approach, this research observes how linguistic and visual image components simultaneously convey intentions of the advertisements in the pandemic outbreaks. Readers are directed to know various terms raised by the advertisement to campaign the government’s policy while remain promoting. The researcher finds kinds of text genres working harmoniously with visual images to articulate meanings. This research is able to show that offered products and services by providers in their pandemic-time advertisement are part of the solution towards customers’ needs while physical and social distancings were enforced. Linguistic analysis in this research gives new findings of the benefit of text and visual images to express meanings in various ways for the same goal.Wabah Covid-19 melanda Indonesia sehingga pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan untuk beraktivitas di rumah saja mulai pertengahan bulan Maret 2020. Masyarakat harus bisa beradaptasi dengan situasi. Momen ini turut menarik perhatian penyedia layanan jasa dan produk untuk menyesuaikan diri. Peneliti menggunakan iklan cetak sebagai sumber data berupa dokumen multimodal dan menemukan beragam perusahaanturut merespon keadaan ini. Mereka mendukung kebijakan pemerintahsambil tetap mendorong konsumen untuk  menggunakan produk dan jasa yang dimiliki. Penelitian dilakukan dengan paradigma kualitatif terhadap kata, frasa, klausa, kalimat, dan gambar sebagai data untuk menjawab topik penelitian. Sumber data diperoleh dari koran harian Kompas pada awal masa berlakunya kebijakan aktivitas di rumah oleh pemerintah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik sampling berbasis kriteria. Didukung dengan pendekatan analisis dokumen multimodal, penelitian ini mengamati bagaimana komponen linguistik dan visual secara simultan menyampaikan maksud dari beragam iklan tersebut di saat pandemi. Pembaca diarahkan untuk mengetahui beragam istilah yang diangkat oleh iklan-iklan itu untuk mengampanyekan kebijakan pemerintah sambil tetap promosi. Peneliti menemukan macam-macamgenreteks yang berjalan harmonis dengan tampilan visual untuk mengartikulasikan makna. Penelitian ini mampu menunjukkan bahwa produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan perusahan pada iklan di masa pandemi merupakan bagian dari solusi terhadap kebutuhan konsumen saat jarak fisik dan sosial diberlakukan. Analisis kebahasaan dalam penelitian ini memberikan temuan baru tentang manfaat teks dan tampilan visual untuk menyuarakan maksud dengan beragam cara untuk tujuan yang sama.
