The incidence of hypertension especially faced by elderly demands the role of health workers to prevent and promote about healthy. Health education about hypertension for personal can give benefit habits, attitudes and knowledge related to the health of individuals, communities, and nations. Pre-experimental research design and One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used in this research. Population of this research were elderly with hypertension grade I blood pressure in Integrated Healthcare Center located in Pangarangan Village, Sumenep as many as 50 people. The samples of this research were 44 elderly suffered by hypertension. Purpossive sampling technique using inclusion and exclusion criteria approach. Data analysis in this study used the Paired samples t-test. The results of this study for elderly with blood pressure before given health education have  basic pressure at stage II as many as 18 people (20.5%). Elderly’s blood pressure after given health education mostly at stage I as many as 37 people (42.1%) and effective health education against pressure blood pressure in elderly with hypertension in Integrated Healthcare Center Elderly in Pangarangan Village, Sumenep. Getting lower education level, getting high the risk of developing hypertension for elderly.

Community Lead Total Sanitation is a strategy to degrade the incidence of communicable diseases based on the environment and to improve hygiene behavior and quality of life of the community with five pillars of stopping to defecate anyway, handwashing with soap, managing drinking water, and safe food, managing waste and wastewater households properly. This research aims to know the description of knowledge, attitude, and role of health officer in the achievement of five pillars of community lead total sanitation in District of Patamuan. The research design used descriptive method implemented from February to November 2016. The research population was the whole household with sample size 102 RT. Sampling technique by Proportional Random Sampling. Univariate data analysis. Quantitative research results show that most respondents have not reached five pillars of STBM (68.6%), less than half of respondents (45.1%) have low knowledge of sanitation, more than half of respondents (51%) are negative towards sanitation, and more than half of respondents (52%) said health workers had little role to play in sanitation. It can be concluded that the knowledge, attitude, and role of officers are still low in achieving the five pillars of community lead total sanitation. It is recommended to the Puskesmas and District Facilitators to increase extension and empowerment activities to community groups such as triggers so that communities are encouraged not to waste water and build latrine facilities from their own needs and provide training/training to the CLTS committees that have been established to improve the capacity for monitoring activities.

The success of health education in the society, depends on the learning component. Attractive media will provide confidence, so the cognitive changes of affection and psychomotor can be accelerated (Siti Zulaekah, 2013). Print media that can be used in the EIC program for the postpartum mother family is a pocket book or booklet (Notoatmodjo, 2012). Audiovisual is one of the media that provide information or messages in audio and visual (Setiawati and Dermawan, 2008). The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the booklet and video animation towards the increasing of puerperal sign knowledge on the husband. This research was conducted in Gayamsari Polyclinic. The type of this research is experimental research, research method in the form of quasi experiment using control group design pretest posttest design. The research population is the husband of postpartum mother period March-April 2018 and the sample was 30 respondents. The Sampling technique by using the purposive sampling, the group determination by using simple random technique (drawing technique). The result of this research using Mann Whitney with Sig 0,268 0,05, mean of control group with booklet was 17,27 higher than intervention group with videos animation, so booklet more effective to increase knowledge husband than used videos animation. The explanation of health education can use a variety of media such as animated videos. Health workers may also actively involve the role of the husbands of the puerperal mother in performing care for the puerperal mother.

Hypertension that is continuously high for a long time can cause complications. Therefore, hypetension must be detected early with routine blood pressure checks. This study aims to determine the factors associated with compliance with hypertension in undergoing treatment in the work area of Simpang Tuan Health Center. This study uses a cross sectional design. The study sample was 168 people with hypertension. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire with interviews. Data were tested using the chi square statistical test. The results showed that 89.3% of respondents had low adherence to treatment, 44.6% had poor knowledge, 29.8% had poor attitudes, 77.4% had poor access to services, 50% had poor family support , 32.7% of the role of health workers is not good. The results of bivariate analysis found that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0,000), access to services (p = 0.014) and compliance with hypertension in undergoing. There was no relationship between attitude (p = 0.119) and family support (p = 0.803) and the role of health workers (p = 0.203) with hypertension patients' compliance in undergoing treatment at the Simpang Tuan Health Center in 2020. Community Health Center provides health education to hypertensive sufferers outpatient care at Simpang Tuan Health Center and health education should not only be given to hypertension sufferers, but also to families and people closest to hypertension sufferers so that they can participate in reminding and motivating hypertensive sufferers

ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang tergolong silent killer atau penyakit yang dapat membunuh manusia secara tidak terduga. Pengetahuan tentang hipertensi dan bagaimana penatalaksanaanya serta cara pencegahan terjadinya komplikasi  sangat diperlukan  pasien hipertensi dalam mengontrol tekanan darahnya dengan baik. Kesadaran diri pasien hipertensi untuk melakukan perawatan diri dengan tepat dan teratur sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi pada penderita hipertensi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengetahui pentingnya aplikasi terapi kognitif tentang perawatan hipertensi dalam pencegahan kejadian stroke di Desa Kotaway Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Solusi yang ditawarkan dengan memberikan Terapi Kognitif berupa pengetahuan tentang perawatan hipertensi melalui ceramah dan pendidikan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Februari -12  Maret 2021 di Desa Kotaway OKU Selatan bersamaan dengan kegiatan posyandu lansia . Peserta dalam kegiatan  14 pasien hipertensi. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan terapi kognitif ini  dilakukan pre dan post tes selama kegiatan berlangsung. Setelah dilakukan terapi kognitif pada pasien hipertensi, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sehingga mencegah terjadinya komplikasi pada pasien hipertensi Kata Kunci: Terapi kognitif, pencegahan dan hipertensi   ABSTRACT Hypertension is a disease that is classified as a silent killer or a disease that can kill humans unexpectedly. Knowledge of hypertension, how to manage it, and how to prevent complications are needed by hypertensive patients to control their blood pressure properly. Self-awareness of hypertensive patients to carry out self-care appropriately and regularly is very important to prevent complications in people with hypertension. The purpose of this community service is to find out the importance of the application of cognitive therapy on hypertension care in preventing stroke in Kotaway Village, South Ogan Komering Ulu District. The solution offered is by providing Cognitive Therapy in the form of knowledge about hypertension care through lectures and health education. This activity was carried out February 22 – March 12, 2021, in Kotaway Village, South OKU in conjunction with elderly Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) activities. Participants in the activity were 14 hypertensive patients. To measure the success of this cognitive therapy, pre and post-tests were carried out during the activity. After doing the cognitive therapy in hypertensive patients, there is increasing in knowledge so as to prevent complications in hypertensive patients. Keywords: Cognitive therapy, prevention, hypertension

Corona Virus Diseases 19 (Covid-19) has become a global threat. The role of the community is very much needed to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. This study aims to determine the role of the Indonesian people in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic in general, health, education, and the economy. Research method: using SLR. Data is collected from Scopus and indexed journals through a science direct and Garuda-based data system. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. Research Results: Indonesian people have implemented health protocols in the form of using masks outside the home, complying with PSBB policies, washing hands regularly. In the health sector, supporting health workers by helping to raise funds for PPE, conducting regional quarantine. In supporting education policies during the Covid-19 period, the context of which is the government, teachers, and parents, have been with all their might and dedication to provide facilities for students in the form of data packages, relaxation of curriculum policies, elimination of National Examinations, the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities in Indonesia. during the pandemic. To respond to the economic downturn itself, the community supports the return of the Indonesian economy, such as opening small businesses online, supporting policies for providing assistance and relaxing MSME loans by submitting small businesses, supporting government policies on tax relaxation. while still paying taxes. Conclusion: In general, the Indonesian people have been quite disciplined in trying to prevent the spread of COVID-19, both in the fields of health, education, and the economy.

Background: The measles rubella (MR) immunization coverage rate in Padang City is only 30.82%, still far below Indonesia's national target of 95%. The coverage of measles rubella immunization at the Rawang Health Center is around 62.1%. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in the success of measles rubella immunization in the Rawang Public Health Center, Padang City. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in October 2018-July 2019. The research population is mothers who have children aged 12-59 months (toddlers) as many as 1807 respondents. The sampling method is proportional random sampling with a sample of 87 respondent. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 37.9% of children under five had not been immunized against measles rubella and 44.8% of health workers had an unfavorable role. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship  between  the role of officers in  the success of measles rubella immunization  (p-value=0.020). Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can increase health promotion activities regarding the risks due to children not being immunized against measles rubella and intensify door-to-door programs in the implementation of measles rubella immunization

Background, the incidence of breast cancer in women increases every year worldwide including Indonesia. Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is an early detection method for detecting breast cancer that can be done by all women. However, research in Indonesia that examines women's knowledge about BSE, especially in women who have teenage daughters is limited. The purpose of this study was to identify women's knowledge about BSE, especially women with teenage daughters. Method, This study was quantitative descriptive research. The samples were selected using the total sampling technique. The number of samples was 138 women who have teenage daughters. This study was conducted in Sarijadi Village, Bandung. The research instrument was a knowledge questionnaire about BSE. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution. The results of the study, women had a moderate level of knowledge about BSE (51.4%) Women's knowledge was good in the component of purposes and benefits of the BSE (79.7%), and they had poor understanding related to identifying sources to conduct BSE to their daughters (73.2%), Conclusions and recommendation, women have good knowledge about the purposes and benefits of BSE, however they had lack of knowledge about the role of women in supporting girls to conduct BSE.  Women need information from health workers relates to their roles in conducting BSE to their daughters. Further research is needed to examine the knowledge and role of fathers in women’s health especially daughters including early detection of cancer as supporting and maintaining daughters' health in the family are parents’ responsibilities including father.  Keywords: BSE, breast cancer, health knowledge, mothers, teenage women.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an endemic disease commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions. Community behavior and the role of health workers in DHF prevention significantly influence DHF incidence. This study purposed to determine the relationship between community knowledge and attitude and the role of health workers with DHF prevention in the working area of the Bakunase Public Health Center in 2020. The study design was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The research sample was 99 respondents, taken by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of research data used the chi-square test. The results showed that knowledge (p = 0.003), attitude (p = 0.000), and the role of health workers (p = 0.004) were related to DHF prevention. Most respondents had poor knowledge but showed a positive attitude towards DHF prevention. Intensive counseling on DHF prevention is essential to ensure active community participation in DHF prevention activities.

The Lack of knowledge of mothers about the nutrition of childbirth mothers, causing the existence of understanding tarak. Smartphones equipped with the application "SINNIA" as a media for health promotion are expected to be able to facilitate postpartum mothers to more easily receive and understand information about the nutrition of postpartum mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education using the application media "SINNIA" on the knowledge of postpartum mothers at Aura Syifa Hospital 'Kediri. This research is a experimental study with the Pretest-Postest One Group type. The sampling technique used is non probability random sampling. The sample in this study was 20 mothers who matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria carried out in April 2019. Thus it can be concluded that there was the effect of health education using the application media "SINNIA" on nutrition knowledge for postpartum mothers at Aura Syifa Hospital 'Kediri. To further researchers who are interested in replicating this study, it is recommended that the experimental design be improved by adding control groups, improving the implementation of the intervention procedure, and improving the research instrument by adding items and adding alternative answers to 5. Health workers are advised to use the application "SINNIA" as an alternative way to facilitate the delivery of health information.

Hypertension is defined as a persistent blood pressure where the systolic pressure is above 140mmHg and the diastolic pressure is above 90 mmHg. Empowering patients by providing ongoing care services can create ongoing communication, building relationships between clients and service providers so that they will increase patients' confidence in overcoming problems. The visit of hypertensive patients has increased every month, health education about hypertension diet is generally carried out when the patient is diagnosed with hypertension and does not regularly monitor the implementation of the diet. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the approach to sustainable nursing services through health education about diet to changes in blood pressure of hypertensive patients. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design pre-post test with the control group. The study population was 108 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 33 respondents for each intervention and control group. Patient characteristics data were taken using a questionnaire, while blood pressure data was carried out by blood pressure examination. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate analysis with paired t-test statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on diet health education on changes in elderly behaviour.
