The spread of virus covid-19 nowadays has influenced the behavior of people around the world, with Indonesians are no exceptions. Shortly after President Joko Widodo announced 1 or 2 patient positive with covid-19, the public is seen doing panic buying in a number of modern retailers. In some cases like buying large amount of hand sanitizer until it became rare on the market. The effect of covid-19 also caused the government to established Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy in areas that going through high cases of covid-19 spreading with the aim of preventing chances of wider spread. However, whether the establishment of PSBB has an influence on consumptive behavior of people living in those areas?. To answer this problem, researchers conducted an experiment related to effectiveness of the establishment of PSBB policy to people in Banjarmasin. This city was chosen because it is one of the areas which the government adopted PSBB policy, making it easier for researchers to collecting necessary data in this study. Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) was declared a pandemic (a disease whose spread has spread throughout the world) by WHO on March 9, 2020. This disease can be transmitted to everyone regardless of age and has a very detrimental impact both in the health and economic fields. Cempedak Lobang Village is one of the villages in Serdang Bedagai Regency which was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the precautions that can be taken to reduce the spread of Covid-19 is the application of physical distancing and maintaining hand hygiene through the use of a hand sanitizer. However, the availability of hand sanitizers has become scarce and very expensive so that it is difficult for the public to reach. In addition, there is a lack of compliance and public awareness of the importance of implementing physical distancing, using masks and maintaining personal hygiene, so it is feared that the spread of the virus will become more widespread. This community service is beneficial in providing one solution and alternative to the community of this village in solving health problems that are currently endemic. The team will disseminate and educate on how to prevent Covid-19 infection. Hand sanitizers provided with formulas according to WHO standards and prepared by the community services team as well as educating on how to use and manufacture them so that they can stimulate the community to make their hand sanitizers.

SUMMARYPinworm infection remains prevalent in children in many parts of the world. This study was designed to determine the prevalence of this infection in schoolchildren in Taiwan after the termination of the 15-year population-based control project in 2001. Our results showed that 2·4% of 118 190 children in 385 primary schools were found to have enterobiasis by two-consecutive-day adhesive cellophane perianal swabs. The prevalences were significantly different in the 25 counties/cities surveyed (0·6–6·6%). A significantly higher prevalence was found in boys (2·6%) than in girls (2·2%) and the prevalence decreased by grade from 3·8% in grade 1 to 1·0% in grade 6. In the primary schools, 9·1% had positive rates ⩾10%. In addition, pinworm infection was found to be significantly associated with the socioeconomic status, personal hygiene and sanitary conditions of the children. The results indicate that the overall prevalence of enterobiasis remains at a low level after the control programme was transferred to the local governments.

The world has been fighting against a pandemic for more than a year, caused by a highly infectious disease named COVID-19 rooted by the novel coronavirus 2019. It has already been spread out in most of the countries and a few of which are experiencing second wave. The Novel coronavirus-2019 (SARS CoV-2) incurred more than 1.6 million deaths and 76 million cases in the world population (till 20 December 2020). Although some vaccines are being launched, however, their effectivity and availability are still unknown. Maintaining personal hygiene and social distance are the best way of protection. Hand washing is the utmost recommendation for the maintenance of personal hygiene since hands can be contaminated by the droplets easily. Particularly, in pandemic situations, it is crucial to interrupt the transmission chain of the virus by the practice of proper hand sanitization. The hand sanitization solely depends on the use of effective hand disinfecting agents. Natural formula-based disinfectants can be preferable to chemicals because of higher efficacy and lower adverse effects. Unani medicine is the system based on natural formulations. „Raihan‟ (common sage, Salvia officinalis) is frequently used in Unani medicine for its higher disinfectant role. Common sage extract with ethanol may provide superior efficacy against COVID-19. In this article, we presented information on common sage and its potentiality using with ethanol as a natural, skin-friendly hand sanitizer to prevent harmful action of chemical mixing synthetic sanitizer. World Health Organization (WHO) Director General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus officially announced the Corona virus (Covid 19) as a pandemic on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, so the world community and countries of the world were excited and asked to take steps prevention measures according to the health protocol established by WHO. The WHO reason is that prevention needs to be carried out by world countries, because the Corona Covid 19 Virus pandemic is an infectious disease that spreads easily from human to human in various parts of the world. I do not know, from where the source of this corona virus appears and infects and exposes the virus so that it becomes pandamic and kills many people in the countries of the world so quickly. Citing Worldometers website data, Tuesday (2/6/2020), the number of confirmed cases of corona virus infection globally is 6,358,294 (6.36 million) cases. Meanwhile, the number of deaths recorded was 377,031 cases. While the number of patients recovered as many as 2,888,571 (2.89 million) people. The number of active cases is 3,092,692 (3.09 million) cases, with 3,039,290 (3.04 million) in mild conditions, and 53,402 in serious conditions. Furthermore, the global tragedy to follow up and respond to the insistence of the WHO world health organization, the Indonesian state took anticipatory steps with the congressional movement starting on April 13, 2020, through the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo expressly announcing and establishing and stating that the Covid 19 Virus is as a non-natural national disaster spreading Corona Virus Diseasses 2019 (Covid 19) as a national disaster.  In order to prevent the exposure or the strongest Covid 19 virus to the people of Indonesia, the government issued Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2020, and Government Regulation No. 21 of 2020 concerning the implementation of the related large-scale Social Restrictions (hurud b), Article 49 Paragraph (3) and Article 59 of Law Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Qulity. Indonesia did not want to bother, and asked WHO, the results of the Corona Covid 19 virus were accepted, but were more focused on handling the corona virus in the country. Meanwhile, developed countries such as America, Britain, Australia, opposed cool in an opinion war against China, which is associated with several countries Corona Virus came and began to plague in Wuhan, China using the source of infectious diseases through the bat virus. America, can receive that information, namely the President of the United States Donald Trump, accepts anger and sulking, and even has evidence of the results of his intelligence reports related to it, the Corona virus is actually not a virus transmitted from a bat virus to humans, but Donald Trump's presumption , that's the corona virus, originating from chemical laboratories in Wuhan China, which leaked and infected humans and eventually became a plague of infectious viruses throughout the world. Latest information, Britain, Australia, America will file a claim for compensation to the Chinese state through a lawsuit to the International Criminal Court (ICC).  Furthermore, to support the objectives of this study, the paradigm used in this study is the post-positivism paradigm. The post-positivism paradigm wants to prove everything is based on reality (which can be built based on experience, observation), the researcher is neutral towards the object of research, even though the researcher holding this paradigm remains neutral towards the object of research, but he wants to examine what actually happened from things the thing that seems certain. The post-positivism paradigm ontologically conceptualizes reality as it really is, but it is realized that there are actually many factors that influence that reality. Consequently, ontologically the post-positivism paradigm conceptualizes the law as a set of rules that apply in society whose behavior will be influenced by factors (economic, political, cultural, etc.). Epistemologically, researchers sit themselves impersonal, separate from the object of research. The researcher's position on the object of research is neutral and impartial.
