Abstrak   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelayanan Pajak Terhadap Loyalitas Wajib Pajak di KPP Pratama Pamekasan. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar melalui google from kepada wajib pajak wilayah kerja KPP Pratama Pamekasan. Sebanyak 40 kuesioner yang telah terisi dan dapat diolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pajak berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas wajib pajak di KPP Prtama Pamekasan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin baik pelayanan pajak yang diberikan maka akan meningkatkan loyalitas wajib pajak untuk melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan. Karena dari 40 responden yang mengisi kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 61.43% responden setuju KPP Pratama Pamekasan telah memberikan excellent service dengan tingkat loyalitas WP dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan sebesar 52.5%. dan hal ini tentu berpengaruh pada ketepatan dan ketaatan dalam penyampaian SPT wajib pajak.

Banking industry is very tight competition in all aspects. Results review from some literatures: journals and empirical data indicates that the banking industry has been applied information technology in order to provide excellent service to customers in the form of electronic transactions such as ATM, sms banking, e-commerce and so forth. Illegal levies have been ingrained in the correctional ranks that exist throughout  Indonesia. This has become a bad precedent for socialization in the community. With  this, it is necessary to improve the integrity and transparent public service system that  is provided to service recipient communities to improve public trust in correctional  services in prisons and detention centers in Indonesia. Services that can be provided to  service recipient communities are services that can be seen directly from the results  and transparency in realizing excellent service and quality. Services that are a complaint  against indications of illegal levies in prisons and detention are services to visits (bezel),  remission proposals, assimilation, conditional leave, free explanatory leave, paid  release, and the provision of other services needed by the community and prisoners.  To get information that is as clear as possible, this study uses descriptive  qualitative research methods by measuring the behavior of officers, prisoners, and  prisoners. The research uses in-depth interview methods to visitors (bezel), to prisoners  and prisoners as data sampling and direct observation in the Class I Prison in Bandung  to find out the actual conditions in the research locus.  The results of the study indicate the need for strengthening commitment with all levels  of officials and officers in the Bandung Klas I Prison in eradicating illegal levies in  providing services, increasing commitment and integrity in services, providing  Information technology-based services and strict supervision of the giving of prisoners'  rights. Realizing principles and regulations are necessary to provide guidance and  training for all Klas I Bandung detention officers to strengthen Integrity in the  implementation of tasks. With training and education can provide strength and insight  for officers to be able to build integrity and commitment to good service in prison.

The success of the Badung Regency Land Office in issuing HT-el Certificate, the first in Indonesia cannot be separated from the support of the Creditors and PPAT as the main users of HT-el Services. This innovation is an effort to realize the digitalization of services and overcome various existing weaknesses. Creditors and PPAT as the main users are important instruments in providing an overview of HT-el service quality, because basically the success of an organization in providing a service depends on how well the perception of service users will reflect the level of user satisfaction and the profitability of the organization. HT-el Service User Perception (Creditor and PPAT) assessed using the e- Govqual Method illustrates that the Quality of HT-el Services at the Badung District Land Office is very good, this is evidenced by positive responses to the Efficiency, Trust and Realibility as well as Citizen Support. This is an effort to create excellent service in the land sector based on the principles of efficiency and effectiveness in implementing activities.

As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, libraries must change their habits and order in providing library services. Library services, which were initially carried out in person or on the spot, were turned into online services to facilitate and provide convenience for users and librarians. Librarians are expected to be more creative in creating new innovations in providing online services to users. Librarians must still be able to provide excellent service to users even with various existing limitations, both librarians, infrastructure, and library collections. In the midst of the limitations of excellent service, the librarian is the key to this excellent service. Librarians must have a brand. How the librarian shows brand personality, brand-ability, brand value, and has a stimulus that produces positive perceptions. The brand of personality to build is one that is friendly, cooperative, forgiving, understanding, and good on good terms with other people. Librarians must also hone their brand personality in terms of being systematic, careful, thorough, responsible, and disciplined. Librarians should also have less negative emotionality, so that they are relatively balanced, calm, steadfast, and feel safe. Librarians must be sociable, articulate, assertive, and open to new relationships. besides that the librarian must have a high, to listen to new ideas and change ideas. The brand of librarian abilities that must be built is solving problems systematically, being able to find and finding creative and original ideas, managing people, coordinating with other people or teamwork, regulating and controlling emotions, being able to draw decisions, under any conditions, have a service or service orientation, negotiate, have cognitive flexibility or are able to think spontaneously in response to adjusting to situational needs. The librarian's brand value that must be built is the value of integrity and leadership. In terms of integrity, librarians must value honesty in speaking and acting; be able to balance/be consistent between thoughts, words, and actions; fair in treating others; have a high dedication to the institution; can always be trusted in carrying out the mandate and carrying out daily tasks. In addition to leadership, librarians must build teamwork in order to generate new ideas, ideas, suggestions so that work goals can be implemented.

ABSTRACT Excellent service is the attitude or way of service providers who play a major role in creating satisfaction for patients, so the hospital's effort to improve the quality of service and patient satisfaction is to implement service excellence. Factors that must be applied by nurses in providing excellent service, including abilities, attitudes, appearance, attention, action and accountability. This study aims to determine the description of excellent service nurses based on patient perceptions in the Talaga Bodas inpatient (Class 3 Male Disease) Kindergarten II Hospital 03.05.01 Dustira Cimahi City in 2019. The study design was an analytic survey. The total sample of 149 respondents using purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was performed using a Likert scale questionnaire method. Analysis of data through two stages, namely univariate to see the frequency distribution. The results showed as many as 80 respondents (53.7%) felt excellent service. It is recommended that each inpatient room has a standard operating procedure standard (SOP) so that all nurses know the steps - good steps to perform excellent service to increase patient satisfaction. The Population and Civil Registration Office of South Lampung Regency is one of the South Lampung Regency Government Agencies that directly provides public services, as stated in the Decree of the South Lampung Regent Number 11 of 2003 concerning the Job Description of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency. In connection with the foregoing, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency has the responsibility to carry out the said public service which is also based on the goal of excellent service in order to create good governance. Community satisfaction in receiving service from the service is measured by understanding the dimensions of service quality that are closely related to community satisfaction, namely tangiables (physical evidence), relianility (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of financial motivation implemented at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency, therefore the hypothesis proposed in this study was "There is a positive influence between financial motivation on employee performance". Meanwhile, the data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. From the calculation of the data analysis, it is obtained that r count 0.899 when consulted with the r value of the moment product label for N 49 both at a significant level of 5% = 0.325 and a significant level of 1% = 0.418 turns out that r count is greater than r table or r 0.899 > 0.325 and 0.899 > 0.418. Thus, it can be shown that there is a positive relationship between financial motivation and employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency. In other words, the better the financial motivation by the leadership to subordinates or employees, the better the employee's work performance will be. This study aims to determine and analyze the application of the principle of transparency and the implementation of excellent service at the Kendari City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the application of the principle of transparency at the Kendari City Investment Office and PTSP from the informative (informative) aspect of the agency was good enough in providing convenience to the public to obtain information either directly or indirectly about services in the field of investment and licensing, in terms of openness has been good enough in conveying information to the public openly, and is easily accessible through several channels of information delivery, on the other hand, the agency still needs to be more intense in explaining all service requirements both technical and administrative in a clear and easy to understand manner using the system. and simple language to the public, from the aspect of disclosure, it is still not optimal in informing the public of financial details and annual reports regarding revenue, financial management and assets of the organization. In terms of the implementation of excellent service in terms of the dimensions of service procedures, service costs, completion time, service products, infrastructure, the overall competence of service providers is good, with the Public Service Standards  that have been standardized in 2018.

The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.

In this study the authors analyzed aspects of the web service service available at PT Tratana, namely by analyzing the excellent service system to consumers with Using the Webqual4 model and data processing with the Pls-Sem method from the results of this study it is expected to know the extent to which the effectiveness and satisfaction of consumers after buying the products they buy from the analysis results obtained by many variables that are not significant to customer satisfaction..

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the service STO Jakarta Kelapa Gading according to the Circular of the Director-General of Tax No. SE - 84 / PJ / 2011 and SE - 09 / PJ / 2013, and within six components of the assessment Pilot KPP. The research method used to obtain and analyze data that can support this writing is a qualitative method through interviews and document collection through library research. The implementation of excellent service is an obligation of the KPP as a public service provider. To carry out performance evaluations and give awards to offices that have performed excellent service according to existing regulations, an assessment was held to obtain a pilot KPP title held by the Ministry of Finance Assessment Team. This assessment is regulated in Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 128 / KMK.01 / 2013 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Pilot Service Offices in the Ministry of Finance and Decree of the Director-General of Tax Number KEP-161 / PJ / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Pilot Services Offices at Regional Office Level Directorate General of Taxes. Jakarta Kelapa Gading KPP is the first KPP Pilot Model in the North Jakarta area. Therefore following the implementation of existing services so that the KPP can get a pilot KPP title.
