This study aims to determine how the level of customer satisfaction, as well as to determine whether the level of customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Official Workshop in Rembiga Mataram. This type of research is descriptive research and data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Workshop in Rembiga Mataram, the data collection technique used a sample survey technique and the determination of respondents using purposive sampling technique where as many as 50 people were made respondents. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire, in which the variables were analyzed qualitatively using a Likert scale and quantitatively using chi square analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that consumers at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Workshop in Rembiga Mataram are 35 people (70%) who are very satisfied with the elements of service provided, 10 respondents (20%) are satisfied, and the remaining 5 people (10 %) expressed dissatisfaction. The results of the calculation with the average score of the level of consumer loyalty, as many as 21 people (42%) have a level of loyalty at the Yamaha Adhi Motor Official Workshop are very loyal, 11 people (22%) say they are loyal, while the remaining 18 people (36%) stated loyal enough. Quantitatively, to test the proposed hypothesis and analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, the calculation results obtained by the X2 value is 18.25 and this value is greater than the X2 table value of 9.49 at α = 0.05 and df = 4, which proves that customer satisfaction has significant influence on the level of consumer loyalty, because X2h> X2t. Furthermore, it is also known that the level of closeness of the relationship between variables is strong, as evidenced by the contingency coefficient (C) of 0.52, which is close to the Cmaximal value of 0.71, which in fact fulfills the requirement that the C value is greater than half the C max value.

The purpose of this study is to explain customer satisfaction and prices as predictors of consumer loyalty in shopping for clothing online in the city of Denpasar. This data collection uses a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique on 88 respondents in Denpasar City, there are 11 indicators and use the Path analysis method. The results show that prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to clothing online, customer satisfaction is able to mediate. Respondent data that can be directly seen is that prices have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable between price and customer loyalty . This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction on Geprek Champion Chicken in Makmur Medan Branch. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents who were consumers of the Geprek Champion Chicken Restaurant in Medan, using the sampling technique, namely icidental sampling using the lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of research partially t test results indicate that product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variable product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have an effect on customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACTIn a job, coordination is needed, because with good coordination the effectiveness of the work increases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of coordination on the effectiveness of employee work in the Field of Support of the Regional General Hospital Dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The design of this study is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The total sample of 44 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a nonprobability technique that is total sampling. The results showed that employees who had good coordination were 26 respondents (59.1%), who had less coordination of 18 respondents (40.9%), there were 31 respondents (70.5%) who worked effectively and 13 respondents (29.5 %) who work less effectively. By using the chi-square analysis shows the results, the value of ρ = 0,000 a = 0.05. The contingency coefficient value is 0.643. Contingency value of 0.643 is included in the strong category because it is in the range of 0.60 - 0.799. Staff coordination of 59.1% is good. The work effectiveness of 70.5% employees is effective. There is a coordinating effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Nutrition and Pharmacy Installation. All employees should work according to the SOP so that coordination and work effectiveness increases.

The problems raised in this study are related to the students' ability to compose a reading text summary. This study aims to determine and describe the level of the students' ability to compose a reading text summary in grade V SD Negeri 2 Talang Bandar Lampung. To achieve the research objectives mentioned above, the author uses descriptive quantitative methods, while the data collection technique uses test techniques. The population in this study amounted to 70 students and the number of samples in this study was determined as many as 25 people. The sampling technique used is the Stratiffied Proposional Random Sampling technique. Analyzing the data in this study is to use a percentage. The results showed that the ability to compile a reading text summary in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Talang Bandar Lampung was in the Enough category. This is known from the average score obtained by students, namely 72.4. The average score obtained by students based on the aspects of their assessment is as follows: (1) the summary aspect contains the main thoughts of each paragraph is Sufficient; (2) the conciseness of the sentences is Sufficient, (3) language that is easy to understand gets very good scores, (4) the contents of the summary using the language of the summary writers themselves get Sufficient values, (5) the choice of words (diction) gets the value of Enough, and (6) the use of punctuation marks / punctuation obtains Sufficient value.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. <em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. In the current era of globalization, humans always interact with technological developments. One result of the development of technology is the use of computers. The use of computers that are not under the ergonomic position causes effects on health, one of them is tension-type headaches. In the United States, 1-4% of patients coming to the Emergency Care Unit complain of headache, 90% of them are tension-type headaches. The proportion of migraine and other headache syndromes in the hospital. Harapan Bunda in 2011 and RS. Camatha Sahidya in Batam in Batam was 5% and 0.7% respectively. Whereas the incidence of tension headaches in 5 puskesmas in Batam in 2014 ranged from 0.5% - 1.3%. The proportion of tension headaches at the BIP Clinic in the January-April 2018 period is 1.5%. Tension-type headaches that occur continuously can cause barriers to daily activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of computer use with the incidence of tension-type headaches in workers. This research uses a descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Of 97 respondents who visited the clinical BIP that met the criteria, it was found that computer user respondents experienced tension-type headaches of 18 people (42.9%) and not tension-type headaches of 24 people (57.1%). Whereas the respondents who were not computer users experienced tension-type headaches of 10 people (18.2%), and non-tension-type headaches of 45 people (81.8%). Bivariate chi-square analysis showed that p = 0.008 (p <0.05). This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Constumer satisfaction and loyalty is one indicator of marketing success. This study aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty milk powder with high calcium by attributes attached to high calcium milk powder products. Milk powder used as the object of the research was Anlene milk powder and Hilo milk powder. Attributes used in the study are: brand, flavour, label, price, and promotion. Determination of the sample using multistage sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that milk powder Anlene attributes that affect customer satisfaction is a flavor of (0,001), price (0,018), and promotion (0,023), while milk powder Hilo attributes that affect customer satisfaction is the brand (0,024) and the label (0,015). Anlene milk powder attributes that influence consumer loyalty is priced at 0,017, while the milk powder Hilo attributes that influence consumer loyalty is the brand of 0,021.
