One of the most important things in Act No. 6 of 2014 on Villages is the existence of special rules contained therein which contain regarding village funds. Research will answer the problem formulation that is how the implementation of village funds in the form of implementation of development in the Kadiwono Village, Bulu District, Rembang Regency. The method of approach in this research uses the sociological juridical method with the research specifications descriptively analysis. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data taken from field observation, interviews, and literature study methods. Based on the research concluded in 2019, Kadiwono Village, Bulu District, Rembang Regency obtained Village Revenues totaling Rp 1,500,432,113 consisting of village funds, tax revenue-sharing, retribution sharing, village fund allocation, provincial financial assistance, district financial assistance, and the remaining 2018 budget (SILPA). In village expenditure, Kadiwono Village divides 4 areas in village expenditure through the allocation of village funds, namely (1) the field of village governance, (2) development, (3) community development, (4) and community empowerment.Keywords: Village Funds; Development; Public Welfare.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and contribution of advertisement tax revenue to local revenue in Pekalongan Regency in 2014-2018. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial Management Agency of Pekalongan Regency.The research method used is descriptive method and data collection techniques. Observations were made using observation, interview, documentation and literature study techniques. The method in this study uses qualitative and descriptive research types.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of advertisement tax revenue during the period 2014 - 2018 has a ratio of more than 100% so it can be said to be very effective. The contribution of advertisement tax to Pekalongan Regency's Regional Revenue (PAD) during the period 2014 - 2018 with the contribution ratio is still below 10% so it is said to be very less. Keywords       : Effectiveness, Contribution, Original Regional Revenue

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax revenue sharing (X) on GRDP (Y) in North Aceh District and find out the contribution of the manufacturing sector to GDP in North Aceh District. To achieve this goal, this study uses secondary data in the form of time series in 2008-2017 which are sourced from the North Aceh Regency BPS. A data analysis method using Simple Linear Regression and Analysis of GRDP Sector Contribution. The results showed that partially stated that tax revenue sharing had no significant effect on GRDP in North Aceh District. The contribution of the manufacturing sector to the GRDP in North Aceh District was the largest in 2015, which was 16% and the smallest occurred in 2008 at 4.09%. The average contribution of the manufacturing sector to the GRDP in North Aceh Regency over the past 10 years is 11.59%.

Prodamas is one of the mainstays of government programs Kediri inincreasing welfare, because prodamas system that provides assistance in the form of infrastructure, social and economic worth 50 million Rupiah per year that is given to each area of the neighborhood (RT) in the area of Kediri. The research was conducted at the Community Development Office of Kediri with the aim of which is to determine the extent of the Kedirigovernment's strategyProgram through Community Empowerment Facility (Prodamas) in creating public welfare Kediri. Results of the research shows the implementation of the prodamasprogram has already worked quite well in all entire RT in Kediri because it was the application of the system prodamas did not necessarily provide financial assistance that is provided directly by 50Million Rupiah to each RT, but through some specific processes in RT community do to hold deliberations together, so prodamasdid not give in the form of cash but in kind from the results of consultation that has been approved by the citizens of RT. In addition, to anticipate the misappropriation of funds, in the form a coordination team that some city-level coordination team, team coordination sub-district, sub-district level coordination team, self-managed teams and companion.Keywords: government strategy, social welfare and Prodamas

This study aims to identify the effects of local tax, tax revenue sharing, special allocation fund, and capital expenditure on the regional finance independence in Indonesia’s local governments.  This study uses all districts/cities within the Central Java as a sample. The sample identification uses the purposive sampling method. Secondary data used in this study originates from the report of examination of the local government financial report and the summary of examination published per semester by the national audit board of the Republic of Indonesia. A total of 161 samples were retrieved, resulting in a total of 175 samples. The hypothesis testing was done using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that local tax, tax revenue sharing revenue, has a significant relationship on the regional finance independence in Indonesia’s local governments. While, allocational fund and capital expenditure does not have a relationship on the regional finance independence in Indonesia’s local governments.

This study aims to examine the effect of Village Original Income, Village Funds, Regional Tax and Levy Revenue Sharing, Village Fund Allocation, and Special Financial Assistance on Expenditures for the Implementation of Village Development. This research data was collected using the saturated sample method, the entire population which includes the financial statements of 133 villages in Tabanan Regency from 2017 to 2019 was used as a research sample, so the research sample amounted to 399. The data collection method was carried out by the documentation method, with the analytical technique used was the Multiple Linear Analysis. The results of this study stated that village funds, regional tax and levy revenue sharing, and special financial assistance had an effect on expenditures for the implementation of village development, while village original income and allocation of village funds had no effect on expenditures for the implementation of village development. <p><em>Bali has a rich potential for art and culture. The life of Balinese people who are familiar with various types of art performances give the island its own image in the eyes of the world. In Bali art is divided into three groups, namely: (1) wali, (2) bebali, (3) balih-balihan. Many of the performing arts in Bali are seen in religious ceremonies as well as in formal events. The performing arts have a very wide scope. The most popular performing art group and much in demand for the public is Drama Gong. Based on this matter, the problems discussed in this research are: (1) What is the form of staging Drama Gong Wijayakusuma As Traditional Communication Media in Kelurahan Abianbase Gianyar District Gianyar Regency? (2) What is the Function of Staging Drama Gong Wijayakusuma As Traditional Communication Media in Kelurahan Abianbase Gianyar Sub-district of Gianyar Regency? (3) What is the Meaning of Staging Gong Wijayakusuma as Traditional Communication Media in Kelurahan Abianbase Gianyar Sub-district of Gianyar Regency?</em></p><p><em>Digging and dissecting the problem formulation that has been established using two theories are: (1) the theory of symbolic interactionism, (2) structural functional theory. Analyzing each problem used research methods that include: research using qualitative methods. The research location is in Kelurahan Abianbase Gianyar District Gianyar Regency. Types and sources of data used are qualitative data types, while the data source used in the form of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: observation techniques, interviews, and literature study. Instrument research in the form of documentation. Determination technique of informant used is purvosive sampling</em></p><p><em>The results of this research are: (1) The form of staging Drama Gong Wijayakusuma includes some supporting elements such as: elements of performing arts Drama Gong, language used, acting figures, gamelan accompaniment, source of play and governance sekaa Drama Gong, Shape and structure of the performing arts of Drama Gong. The drama gong has its own uniqueness which in the performing arts of Drama Gong is built by elements of motion, acting, singing, dancing, and percussion combined harmoniously with Jayaprana plays. (2) Drama Gong functions as a social show which is staged exclusively to entertain the audience. There are 2 functions namely primary function and secondary function. (3) The meaning contained in the staging of Drama Gong is the meaning of religion, the meaning of cultural preservation, the meaning of togetherness, and meaning for the community at large.</em></p>

Parents are the first and foremost educators for the formation of children's behavior, but actually there are acts of violence and deviant behavior of parents in educating children in Banda Aceh City, this is not in accordance with the values of the educational trilogy initiated by Ki Hajar Dewantara and educational goals. namely, among others, so that children have noble morals and the duties of parents who act as first and foremost educators for the formation of children's behavior.  This study is to get a scientific answer to how the actualization of educational trilogy values is applied by parents in educating children in the city of Banda Aceh. The author uses secondary data, data from field research. The sampling technique for the object under study consisted of the parents of the father / mother who had children with the "Simple Random Sampling" technique (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques using literature study, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used to answer the problem formulation and to test the hypothesis is to use a quantitative form of description through the Means test (Average). The results of the hypothesis study show that: 1) actually the values of the education trilogy (with means and categories), namely, parental exemplary (73.3, high), teaching to worship (33.01, high), parental care for children (28.44, high), the responsibility of parents to children (25.97, high), direction to kindness (29.64, moderate) have been implemented by parents in educating children; Therefore, the authors conclude that this study is a new approach to see actually the values of the educational trilogy that Ki Hajar Dewantara has applied by parents in educating children in families in Banda Aceh City.

This study entitled: "Financial Reporting Village Fund Allocation as One Financial Accountability Village". Researcher using secondary data, financial reports Desa Ban Mandiri allocation of funds for Fiscal Year 2015. The purpose of short-term studies to prove whether the allocation of funds financial reporting Desa Ban Mandiri in 2015 in accordance with decree No. Banggai 5 In 2015, while long-term goal of this research is expected to be useful for the development of the science of government accounting, especially financial accounting of the village and as a reference for other researchers who want to examine the same problem. Tests carried out on the basis of the problem formulation wake theory / concept where the alleged causal relationship of each variable has been identified by a clear conceptual framework. For the purpose of the data collection variables operationalized research clearly from the variable / dimensions, concepts, indicators, measurement units, and measurement scale. Data used in this study is a type of secondary data that document the financial statements of the allocation of funds Desa Mandiri Buon Fiscal Year 2015. Once the data are collected then performed a descriptive analysis of financial reports village allocation fund has been made with regard to Banggai Regent Regulation No. 5 2015. The results showed that the financial reporting of the village fund allocation by the government village Buon Mandiri in accordance with decree No. Banggai 5 2015.

The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

<em>The agricultural sector</em><em> is a strategic sector in Manokwari regency. The agricultural sector provides a major contribution in the regional economy, an economic base of rural people, dominate the life of most residents in this region and provider of food and raw materials for other sectors. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the contribution of different sub-sectors that exist in the agricultural sector, which analyzes sectors influential in changing the economic structure of agriculture in the area and know the potential commodities that can be developed in an effort to enhance the role of the agricultural sector. The research method used through literature study and analysis of secondary data sourced from the relevant authorities. To find out how big the factors that influence changes in economic structures of domination of the agricultural sector into non-agricultural sector estimates used Ordinary Least Square (OLS). For the determination of the potential commodities that can be seeded used method approach Location Quotient (LQ). The results showed the greatest contribution of the different sub-sectors within the agricultural sector contained in the food crops sub-sector. Based on the rate of growth per year, plantation crops sub-sector occupied the highest positions. The sectors that provide real impact on the agricultural sector's contribution to the regional gross domestic product �of the building sector and services sector. Potential commodities that can be developed in different areas in Manokwari regency include food crops and pulses, vegetables and fruits and livestock including cows, goats, pigs and chicken.</em>
