<p>Posyandu is a health service organized by, from, for and with the community. Padang DKK 2016 Puskesmas pembantu Kurao has a low Posyandu level. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the implementation of the Kurao posyandu activity in the Working Area of Nanggalo Health Center in 2019.</p><p>The purpose of this study was to find out how the Posyandu Cadre Characteristics and Evaluation of Posyandu Activity Implementation in the Work Area of the Kurao Sub-District Health Center in Nanggalo. This research is a quantitative and qualitative study using primary and secondary data obtained from Health Officers, cadres and the community who come to posyandu</p><p>The results obtained were more than half of respondents (56.6%) with the age category 26-45 years. Most respondents (80%) were married or married. More than half of respondents (63.4%) with &lt;5 years old category. Most respondents (83.4%) with a secondary education level category. More than half of respondents (76.6%) in the category of not working or housewives</p><p>A total of 11 posyandu are under the working area of the Kurao Preparation of information on Posyandu implementation is carried out 1 day before the implementation of Posyandu and preparation of facilities, the infrastructure has been completed. In the implementation of posyandu activities, there was an ineffectiveness in the implementation of the fourth table because not all cadres understood and were able to provide counseling materials related to health issues, because not all cadres received specific training. Cadres only get information through regular monthly meetings at cadre social gathering events. The Posyandu Information System has been arranged in detail. Policies, preparation, implementation and Posyandu Information System in the work area of the Kurao sub-pustu have not been prepared and implemented in full, there are still shortcomings. With this research, it is recommended that health workers in the Puskesmas be able to provide training and refreshment to cadres and be able to complete all the deficiencies that exist in the implementation of the posyandu activities</p><pre> </pre>

Tetanus problems are still the cause of neonatal death in Indonesia. Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus Elimination Program is a program to improve maternal and child health and evenly to be free from Tetanus disease by Immunization of Tetanus Diphtheria during pregnancy, its aims to build immunity in the mother and baby to avoid Tetanus infection. Tetanus Neonatorum case in 2014 in Indonesia amounted to 54 cases with the non-immunization status of Tetanus Diphtheria. The number of pregnant women targeted by Tetanus Diphtheria immunization in the work area of Burneh Sub-District Health Center of Bangkalan District is 1073 pregnant women in 2016, but it just covered 585 pregnant women. This research was conducted with a cross sectional design with the number of samples taken by 93 mothers who became the target of Tetanus Diphtheria Immunization and had given birth in 2016 by using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the participation of pregnant women in the implementation of Tetanus Diphtheria immunization in the work area of Burneh Sub-District Health Center 2016. The results of this study indicate that the age of the respondents is mostly aged 20 years to 30 years, with the number of children owned by respondents mostly amounted to 1. Lower knowledge possessed by respondents about tetanus disease and Tetanus Diphtheria immunization, so that health workers and family roles have an important role to encourage respondents to have awareness to immunize Tetanus Diphtheria during pregnancy.Keywords: husband support, Tetanus Diphtheria Immunization, knowledge, officer attitude

Objectives: The study aims to describe the current situation and need for continuous training and analyze some factors influencing the continuous training situation of nurses at Tan Thanh District Health Center, Long An Province in period of 2017 - 2019. Methods: A study of qualitative and qualitative research was conducted through interviews with 113 health workers and 10 in-depth interview and retrospect of secondary data on continuing training for 3 years from 2017 - 2019 at Tan Thanh District Health Center, Long An province. Results: There were only 30.1% of health workers participated in continuous training reached 48 class-hour per 2 years in compliance with Circular 22/2013/TT-BYT. Positive factors come from the organization of training if the training content is necessary and appropriate and the training course provided certificate. Some negative factors were limited funding and the lack of time for for continuing training due to overload of working. Conclusion: The Health Center should have a plan to allocate funds and human resource to ensure the implementation of the continuous training reached 48 class-hour per 2 years and cooperate with the needs of health workers. Introduction: Pregnant women are anemic. No one has ever consumed tomato juice during pregnancy because they do not know the benefits of tomato juice. There has never been any counseling regarding the handling of increased Hb levels using tomato juice. The aim this research is to determine the effectiveness of giving Fe tablets and tomato juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the West Delitua Sub-district Health Center. Methods: Quasi experiment one group design with pre and post-design. The total population is 30 respondents, and the sample using purposive sampling is as many as 20 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate using non-parametric with Wilcoxon test. Results: A total of 20 pregnant women (100%) experienced mild anemia before giving Fe tablets and tomato juice, and after being given Fe tablets and tomato juice, 15 people (75%) experienced mild anemia from the Wilcoxon test that has carried out, it knows that Asym.Sig, (2-tailed) is 0.000. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving fe tablets and tomato juice on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the Work Area of ​​the West Delitua Sub-district Health Center. I hope that pregnant women will increase their knowledge about the benefits of foods containing vitamin C, especially tomatoes, which are beneficial for anemia and can maintain health, especially during pregnancy.

Basic immunization is given to prevent various diseases, including hepatitis B, tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio and measles. Based on the data found, basic immunization coverage is still below the target. The condition was caused by the family not allowing and immunization service places far from their homes. This study aims to determine the relationship between access and motivation of mothers with basic immunization for infants aged 0-11 months in Lumban Toruan Village, Kentara Health Center, Dairi District, 2019. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers with babies aged 0-11 months who visited the Posyandu in Lumban Toruan village as many as 34 people. The sample used is total population. The data used are primary and secondary data, instruments used in questionnaires, data analysis using statistical tests, namely Chi-Square test with α <0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between access and basic immunization for infants aged 0-11 months in Lumban Toruan Village, Kentara Health Center Work Area, Dairi Regency in 2019, with a value of ρ = 0.001 (<0.05). There is a relationship between maternal motivation and basic immunization for infants aged 0-11 months in Lumban Toruan Village, Kentara Health Center Work Area, Dairi Regency in 2019, with a value of ρ = 0.001 (<0.05). It is hoped that health workers in Lumban Toruan Village will improve information or counseling about the importance of basic immunization and make home visits for mothers with 011 months infants who have difficult access to improve the health status of infants.

Exclusive breastfeeding or more properly called exclusive breastfeeding. The reality in the field shows the production and ejection of breast milk is a bit of a constraint in breastfeeding. One solution to overcome the insufficiency of breast milk production is through techniques acupressure points for lactation. This study aimed to determine the effect of mother's milk production with acupressure point for lactation intervention in the work area of Muaro Paiti sub-district Kapur IX Lima Puluh Kota Regency 2018. A quasi-experimental design with control group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted in the working area of Muaro Paiti Community Health Center in April 2018. The population was breastfeeding mother in the work area of Muaro Paiti health center which was 118 people, with purposive sampling of 16 people. Processing and data analysis is done computerized. Univariate results revealed the average production of breast milk before acupressure point for lactation intervention in breastfeeding mothers was 67,9 ml and after intervention 85.7 ml. Bivariate results have the effect of acupressure point for lactation intervention on maternal breastmilk production in the work area of Muaro Paiti District Health Center Kapur IX Lima Puluh Kota Regency  2018 (p = 0,0005). It is expected that health workers should be able to teach acupressure point for lactation techniques in breastfeeding mothers to increase milk production for mothers with breastfeeding production

ABSTRAK Kepercayaan masyarakat Manggarai Timur terhadap dukun sebagai penolong persalinan masih cukup tinggi. Program kemitraan dukun dengan bidan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencegah terjadinya pertolongan persalinan oleh dukun. Program ini sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan cakupan pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan program kemitraan dukun dengan bidan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mamba Kabupaten Manggarai Timur, sehingga cakupan pertolongan persalinan oleh dukun tidak terjadi lagi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh kepala puskesmas, dukun, dan bidan setempat. Motode yang digunakan adalah melalui edukasi dengan penyajian materi menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab serta pembagian leaflet dan lembar balik kepada peserta. Semua peserta yang ikut dalam kegiatan ini sangat antusias dan aktif dan mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan. Peserta bersama bidan dan pemerintah setempat berkomitmen untuk bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan program kemitraan dukun dan bidan ini. Diharapkan, dengan kegiatan ini cakupan pertolongan persalinan oleh dukun tidak terjadi lagi. Kata Kunci: Kemitraan, Dukun, Bidan, Persalinan  ABSTRACT The trust of the East Manggarai community towards traditional healers as birth attendants is still quite high. The shaman's partnership program with the midwife is one way to prevent birth assistance by shamans. This program is one of the strategies to increase the coverage of delivery assistance by health workers. This activity was carried out to improve the traditional healer's partnership program with midwives in the Mamba Health Center Work Area, East Manggarai Regency so that the coverage of delivery assistance by traditional birth attendants would no longer occur. This activity was attended by the head of the health center, traditional healers, local midwives, and pregnant women. The method used is through education by presenting the material using lecture, discussion, question and answer methods, and distributing leaflets and flipcharts to participants. All participants who took part in this activity were very enthusiastic and active and were able to understand the material presented. Participants together with midwives and the local government are committed to working together in improving this partnership program between traditional healers and midwives. It is hoped that with this activity the coverage of delivery assistance by traditional birth attendants will not occur again.  Keywords: Partnership, traditional healers, midwives, childbirth

Objectives: To determine the rate of physical activity and some associated factors between adequate physical activity and understanding, barriers, and support from family and friends in diabetic patients at the Long Ho district Health Center in Vinh Long province in 2021. Subjects and research methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study with analysis. The toolkit is based on the GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) questionnaire and related research [9]. Results and discussions: Patients with incorrect knowledge about diabetes accounted for 53%, with sufficient physical activity 43.6%. The results of multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that there were relationship between sufficient physical activity and age (p<0.05), barriers including exercise taking a long time, remote locations, and a lack of facilities (p<0.05) and the patient was still confident in futures activities even when the weather was bad (OR = 0.486, p<0.05). The family and friends had not supported (OR= 0.317, p<0.05). Conclusions and recommendations: Patients need to sufficient physical activity as recommended with an average intensity of 150 minutes/week. It is necessary to update the knowledge of diabetes as well as the knowledge of sufficient physical activity from health workers, family and friends. Local governments should construct cultural houses and playgrounds to make it easier for patients to participate in activities.

Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.

Introduction: The low number of deliveries assisted by midwives or health workers is an indicator of the low utilization of health facilities by mothers in labor. This study analyzes the factors related to the utilization of childbirth in health facilities in the Sungai Lokan Community Health Center Work Area, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Materials and Methods: This research is an analytic observational using a cross-sectional approach involving 74 participants. The research was conducted from January to July 2019 in the Sungai Lokan Health Center Work Area, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Results: The results showed that the factor of the utilization of childbirth in health facilities was related to family culture (p = 0.0001) and family support (p = 0.003), while the service access factor was not related (p = 0.364). Conclusion: The role of health workers in socializing the importance of utilizing health facilities as a place of delivery is significant in reducing maternal mortality Keywords: Health Facilities; Family Culture; Family Support; Access To Services

The daily facts indicated that an individual is the key factor to achieve organization’s success. Every organization with its best performance is always related to its human resources’ balanced competency. The midwife has role, function, and competencies to provide maternal services for women. The midwife’s role is not only a doer, but also an organizer, an educator, and a researcher. Therefore, the midwife is expected to focus on prevention and health promotion aspect with basis of partnership, and community empowerment collaboration with other health workers in order to be readily prepare the health services for anyone who is in need.This was qualitative research method with case study approach. The informant was the midwives of Tambakrejo Community Health Center of Surabaya. According to the data of antenatal care attendance, trained birth attendance, and perinatal care, there were 859 pregnant women, 581 persons on phase of K1 (67.64%), and 551 persons on phase of K4 (64.14%). The birth attendances by trained birth attendants are 513 people (62.56%), while perinatal care recorded 570 people attending the health service (69.51%). The data indicated the performance by the midwives of Tambakrejo Community Health Center categorized in the lowest position among 63 community health centers in Surabaya. The result showed poor soft skill competency and poor hard skill competency on midwives. In conclusion, poor soft skill competency including personal competence and social competence should be trained and developed by obstetrics and gynecology specialist of Soewandhi Public Hospital of Surabaya. The study suggested Surabaya District Health Office needs to conduct training of technology information and computer in order to increase the service quality and to solved the problem related to hard skill competencies on technology and computer skill.
