The Village

This service is motivated by the socio-cultural phenomenon of education in Kalampadu Village since the distance school system has created new social problems. The quality of school resources, parental resources, online media, and internet access does not support the learning process, causing children to find it challenging to understand school subject matter. This socio-cultural-educational problem should not be left without efforts to solve the problem because the nation's children are the hope and successor in a prosperous future of Indonesia. The Unsri community service team helped solve this educational problem by conducting socialization and internalization of socio-cultural-educational. This community service activity was carried out at the Village Hall, Kalampadu Village, involving 32 participants consisting of parents, teachers, students, community leaders, and the village government. This method is carried out by delivering material and direct practice to the participants of service activities. The results of these activities are full of practice from Parsons' structural, functional theory. Every series of events from beginning to end fits perfectly with the AGIL scheme in socializing and internalizing educational norms. Welcoming remarks as a process of re-adaptation, delivery of material according to the re-integration scheme, and a question-and-answer and interactive process is applying all elements of adaptation-achievement of goals-integration-maintenance of patterns. This service activity integrates the socio-cultural system of education towards an ideal and prosperous educational, social system.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Public Service Analysis of Village Tlanak Support of Lamongan District. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors and solution of Public Service of Village Government of  Tlanak Kedungpring District of  Lamongan Regency and to know the implementation of Good Governance in Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency. The type of this research is non-doctrinal (sosiologis) legal research. Non-doctrinal method is a type of scientific study with the intention just to learn just and not to teach something doctrine. The research method used is research method with qualitative analysis. The results of this study concluded that the quality of Public Service Village Tlanak Kedungpring District Lamongan through Programs, policies, and attitudes is Services Open, easy and accessible by all parties who need and provided adequate and easy to understand, can be accounted for in accordance with the provisions of legislation - invitation, inhibiting the public service of Tlanak village administration of Kedungpring Sub-district of Lamongan Regency is seen in the condition of society which still have a lot of parochial political culture. The solution of inhibiting factor of public service in Tlanak Village, Kedungpring Sub-district, Lamongan Regency by strengthening service system, improving professionalism of each employee, conducting public awareness program to help dissemination and comprehension of information to society about matters related to service activity and giving sanction that is firm. The village government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency has not fully implemented the Good Governance principles in the implementation of the village government's tasks, functions, authorities, rights, and obligations in terms of planning, service, implementation of village development, especially those related to village governance.Keywords: Quality Analysis of Public Service, Good Governance.

ABSTRAK Penerapan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) oleh pemerintah  Indonesia berdampak besar terhadap penurunan kegiatan ekonomi di masyarakat.Hal tersebut memberikan pengaruh kepada sejumlah pengusaha terpaksa membuat keputusan dengan menutup usahanya dan sebagian karyawannya dirumahkan atau melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja karena beban operasional yang tetap berjalan, seperti biaya sewa tempat, listrik, maupun gaji karyawan sementara tidak ada pemasukan. Bagi pengusaha yang memiliki modal yang besar, kemungkinan masih bisa bertahan untuk beberapa waktu ke depan. Namun lain halnya bila pengusaha yang memiliki modal yang relatif kecil atau pas-pasan. Tentu menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang tidak mudah untuk bertahan. UMKM merupakan salah satu sector yang terimbas dari adanya Pemabatasan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Bunda Mulia melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, membantu para penggiat UMKM di Desa Cadas Ngampar untuk dapat bangkit dan berinovasi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih kemampuan berwirausaha masyarakat di desa cadas ngampar.  Beberapa paparan materi yang disampaikan dalam PKM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas UMKM warga lokal dan meningkatkan lagi perekonomian di Desa Cadas Ngampar. Setelah melakukan penyuluhan dengan pemaparan materi dari masing-masing dosen maka hasil yang di dapatkan berdasarkan intensitas tanya jawab yang muncul, kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta dalam kewirausahaan, dapat mengetahui manfaat-manfaat dari materi yang disampaikan, dan adanya tambahan motivasi dalam berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Pemasaran, Higiene dan Sanitasi ABSTRACTThe implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy by the Indonesian government has had a major impact on the decline in economic activity in the community. For entrepreneurs who have a large capital, chances are they can survive for some time to come. However, it is different if the entrepreneur has a relatively small or mediocre capital. Of course, being homework that is not easy to survive. MSMEs are one of the sectors affected by these restrictions. Therefore, Universitas Bunda Mulia through this Community Service (PKM) program, helps MSME activists in Cadas Ngampar Village to be able to rise and innovate in running their business. The purpose of this community service activity is to train community entrepreneurship skills in the village of rock ngampar. Some of the material presentations presented in this PKM are expected to improve the quality of local MSMEs and improve the economy in Cadas Ngampar Village. The village government does not want to be left behind in providing excellent service to its citizens by providing information on the media website. The community service carried out introduced Balongsari Village as a tourist village with the target of promoting economic, social and cultural activities. The method used is in the form of counseling and website creation training. The continuity of this community service activity is in the form of a website created that is followed up by being managed by the local government to be used as a promotional media.

ABSTRAK Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas visual sebuah kawasan adalah dengan seni mural. Selain dianggap memperindah tampilan kawasan, keberadaan gambar-gambar dan warna ini juga dapat memperkuat karakter sebuah kawasan. Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang terletak di Kelurahan Loa Buah. Panti asuhan ini mempunyai misi menolong anak-anak yatim atau yang tidak mampu yang berpotensi untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang baik. Sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi kehidupan di masa depan, anak-anak asuh panti harus banyak memperoleh bekal keterampilan salah satunya adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat mural. Khalayak sasaran program ini adalah anak asuh Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad.  Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode ceramah, praktik dengan bimbingan, serta evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan ini tahap-tahap yang lakukan adalah memberi materi pendahuluan, tahap persiapan pembuatan mural, tahap melukis dan tahap finishing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan memberi respon yang positif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembuatan mural ini memberi keterampilan baru bagi peserta yaitu anak asuh Panti Asuhan Baitul Walad sekaligus secara umum memperbaiki aspek estetika visual Kawasan Loa Buah Kota Samarinda. Kata Kunci: loa buah; mural; pelatihan; pendampingan.ABSTRACT One effort that can be done to improve the visual quality of an area is with mural art. Besides being considered to beautify the appearance of the region, the presence of images and colors can also strengthen the character of an area. Baitul Walad Orphanage is one of the orphanages located in the Village of Loa Buah. This orphanage has a mission to help orphans or underprivileged people who have the potential to get a good education. As a provision to face life in the future, orphanage children have to get a lot of skills, one of which is training and assistance in making murals. The target audience for the program is the foster children of the Baitul Walad Orphanage. The method used is the lecture method, practice with guidance, and evaluation. In the training activities and the stages, the steps taken are to provide preliminary material, the preparation stage for mural, the painting stage and the finishing stage. The implementation of this activity went well as planned, participants enthusiastically participated in the activity and gave a positive response. The community service activity in the form of making murals gave new skills to participants, the foster children of the Baitul Walad Orphanage, while at the same time improving the visual aesthetic aspects of the Loa Buah Samarinda City.Keywords: accompaniment; loa buah; mural; training.

The high prevalence of stunting has prompted the government to take preventive measures. One of them is the priority program for convergence to prevent stunting in villages through the Ministry of Village Regulation, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds 2020. This regulation was followed up by the formation of a Human Development Cadre (KPM) to carry out convergence activities for preventing stunting with 1 cadre of 1 village. The problem that occurs is the lack of provision for convergence activities for KPM. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to KPM in making proposals for convergence activities. This activity was carried out in Poso Pesisir District, Poso Regency in February 2020. The target audience was 13 KPM people and 13 village midwives. In this KPM mentoring activity, village cadres and midwives succeeded in making proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting in the village. It is hoped that the village government will follow up the proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting into village meetings and it is agreed to be budgeted for 2021.

<em>Sekolah Perempuan (SEKOPER) is a program initiated by the Gresik Regency Government in collaboration with UN Women Australia. This program is a forum for village women to exchange knowledge and experiences, identify women's needs and interests to improve their quality of life. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic does not only attack clinically but also worsens the economic side of the community, including Kramatinggil Village, which is in the Kebomas District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province.</em> <em>The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of life of women in Kramatinggil village which is still low by producing aloe vera, temulawak and moringa which are local food potentials in the village so that they can increase economic and health values and form creativepreneur healthy food. The first stage is counseling about creativepreneur to SEKOPER members. The second stage is counseling about the benefits of aloe vera, temulawak and Moringa leaves. The third stage is counseling and the practice of making healthy food/snack products from aloe vera, temulawak and Moringa leaves</em> <em>The establishment of creativepreneur healthy food from SEKOPER members and the launch of the product "Dayya Ummat" in collaboration with the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik and the village of Kramainggilt. The outputs of this community service are: 1) Health Healthy food products such as: Aloe Vera Sticks, Temulawak Cookies and Moringa Tea, 2) Forming SEKOPER members as Pioneers of creativepreunur Healthy food in Kramatinggil Village, and 3) Launching the "Dayya Ummat" product in collaboration with the University Muhammadiyah Gresik and Kramatinggil Village.</em>

Village government is the administration of government affairs and the interests of local communities in the NKRI government system (Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 1 Paragraph (2)). The village head as the organizer of the village government is directly elected by the community through the election of the village head (Law Number 6 of 2014 Article 34 paragraph 1). The village head in village administration is assisted by village officials, namely the village secretary and other village officials. "BPD is located as an element of village administration, functions to determine village regulations with the village head, to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community". In this case the problems that occur are about Village Wealth Management Procedures, which are more focused on village financial management. The problems that often occur in Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency are; 1) The many original assets of Sungai Pinang Village can be used as a source of original village income to improve development and the standard of living of the community, especially in Sungai Pinang Village. 2) The many residents of Sungai Pinang Village community who do not yet know about the procedures for managing village wealth. Referring to the above problem, the formulation of the problem in this service is how to increase the capacity of the village government in financial management of Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud River District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this service is so that the Device and Community of Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency can find out and improve the capacity of the village government in managing village finances. The benefits of this service are for lecturers for lecturers, the increase of students' knowledge and knowledge about the Government's Capacity Building in Village Financial Management Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud Rokan Hilir District, For Higher Education, the achievement of darma chess from universities in Riau Islamic University. one of them is community service. For the Community, so that the community can know clearly about Capacity Building of Village Governments in Village Financial Management. The target of community service is to increase awareness of the village government and the community the importance of understanding the Capacity Building of Village Governments in Village Financial Management to realize the Target Development. The location of this community service activity is Sungai Pinang Village, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This village is approximately 7 hours drive from the city of Pekanbaru. The timing of this activity is carried out on Saturdays. December 28, 2018 at 09.00 WIB until Completed. The method of implementation is carried out with assistance and question and answer with the community and village officials. Furthermore, the Dedication Team will conduct a direct review of the documents that are in the Village archive to see the shortcomings. The material presented in this service is Law no. 6 of 2014 and supporting material.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Bokor Kecamatan Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Kondisi obyek dampingan dapat diidentifikasi beberapa permasalahan yang muncul, adanya perilaku yang kurang tepat dari masyarakat bokor yang membuang sampah sembarangan. Mereka membuang sampah di sungai, dan pekarangan sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (participation action research). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini diawali FGD dengan Pemerintahan Desa, Stake holder dan masyarakat itu sendiri, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan perilaku masyarakat desa Bokor dengan memilah sampah organik dan unorganik, serta memberikan fasilitas tong sampah yang didistribusikan ke warga desa Bokor warga agar terjadi perubahan membuang sampah tidak disungai tapi dibuang pada tong sampah yang yang sudah disediakan. Sehingga mereka tidak lagi membuang sampah rumah tangganya di sembarang tempat dan sungai. Mitra kerja dalam pengabdian ini adalah karang taruna serta ibu PKK yang didukung sepenuhnya oleh Kepala desa dan perangkatnya.Abstract: This community service activity was carried out in Bokor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The condition of the assisted object can be identified several problems that arise, the existence of inappropriate behavior from the bokor community who littering. They throw garbage in rivers and yards so that it can cause pollution to the surrounding environment. The method used in this service is PAR (participation action research). The steps taken in this service began with an FGD with the Village Government, Stakeholders, and the community itself, followed by socialization and mentoring the behavior of the Bokor village community by sorting organic and unorganic waste, as well as providing trash can facilities that were distributed to residents of the village of Bokor. There has been a change in disposing of garbage, not in the river but discarded in the trash can that has been provided. So that they no longer throw their household waste in any place and river. The partners in this service are youth organizations and PKK mothers who are fully supported by the village head and his apparatus.

This community service aims to improve the tourism village through the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing in Tanjung Luar Village, East Lombok Regency. This community service activity was held for forty-five days. This devotion adopts qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques conducted by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that community service in the creation of information boards and the development of supporting systems and marketing were able to build the spirit of the community to continue to participate in the development activities of tourist villages. By utilizing institutional networks, the strength of the younger generation, the support of the village government, and social media, the community managed to bring about new tourist attractions, improve accommodation facilities, and better tourism management
