The coastal area is a space for humans to do activities. The area is a place for the community to carry out various sports and other physical activities. Every sport activity carried out regularly will affect the level of physical fitness. This study aims to determine the acceptance response of the physical fitness visual board and the effectiveness of the physical fitness visual board to determine the physical fitness level of the community. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was Batulicin coastal community as many as 50 people. In collecting data in this study, a survey method with test techniques was conducted. To determine the fitness level, the test used was the 2.4 km running test. To find out the public response to the use of physical fitness visual boards, questionnaires were distributed. The results of this study showed that the body mass index (BMI) was included in the ideal body category of 58%, the category of body fat was 16%, and the category of the thin body was 26%. The levels of physical fitness of the coastal community are 40% in good category, 40% in acceptable category, 16% in poor category, 2% for each very good category and very poor category. The acceptance response to the physical fitness visual board is in the very good category. A sample as much as 94% said it was very good. The effectiveness of using the physical fitness visual board to determine the level of physical fitness of the community is in the very good category. A sample of 94% stated very well.

Abstract Physical fitness is generally defined as the ability and ability of the body to make adjustments (adaptations) to the physical liberation given to it (from daily work) without causing excessive fatigue. Judging from the activities of the students every day it has been determined when they have to wake up early, then do the activities and go back to sleep again. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of physical fitness of students aged 12-16 years at Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Pedurungan Semarang. This research is a research using a quantitative descriptive design with a survey method using a 2.4 km running instrument which is only done once. The population in this study were 200 students of the Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Pedurungan Semarang. The sample taken was 30 students, using purposive sampling technique. For data analysis techniques using percentage descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the percentage of the results of the physical fitness level of male students at the age of 12-16 years at Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Pedurungan Semarang which is included in the very good category 0 children with a percentage of 0%, good category 5 children with a percentage of 16.67% moderate category 10 children with a percentage of 33.33%, 15 children in deficient category with a percentage of 50.00%, very poor category 0 children with a percentage of 0%. The conclusion of this study shows that the average physical fitness level of students aged 12-16 years is 13.93, including in the moderate category (S). Keywords: physical fitness, santri, Islamic boarding school Abstrak Kebugaran jasmani umumnya diartikan sebagai kesanggupan dan kemampuan tubuh melakukan penyesuaian (adaptasi) terhadap pembebasan fisik yang diberikan kepadanya (dari kerja yang dilakukan sehari-hari) tanpa menimbulkan kelelahan yang berlebihan. Ditinjau dari kegiatan santri setiap harinya sudah ditentukan kapan merekan harus bangun pagi, lalu melakukan aktifitas dan kembali tidur lagi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada santri usia 12-16 tahun di Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Pedurungan Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan intrumen lari 2,4 Km yang hanya dilakukan sebanyak satu kali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri pondok pesantren addainuriyah 2 pedurungan semarang yang berjumlah 200 orang santri. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 30 santri, dengan menggunkan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa presentase hasil tingkat kebugaran jasmani santri putra pada usia 12-16 tahun di pondok pesantren addainuriyah 2 pedurungan semarang yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali 0 anak dengan presentase 0%, kategori baik 5 anak dengan presentase 16,67% kategori sedang 10 anak dengan presentase 33,33%, kategori kurang 15 anak dengan presentase 50,00%, kategori sangat kurang 0 anak dengan presentase 0%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan hasil rata –rata tingkat kebugaran jasmani santri usia 12-16 tahun sebesar 13,93 termasuk dalam kategori sedang (S). Physical fitness is one of the important components in doing any activities. The sport activity is closely related to the achievements that cannot be separated from several factors and one of them is physical fitness. Related to this issue, the physical fitness of basketball club members in Universitas Teknorat Indonesia has not been known yet. Therefore, this study aims to measure the physical fitness level of basketball club members in Universitas Teknorat Indonesia. This study is a qualitative descriptive study by surveying basketball members. The subject of this study is 30 members of basketball club in Universitas Teknorat Indonesia. The data collecting technique used in this study is TKJI instrument consisting of 5 item tests, they are 50-meter run test, pull up, sit up, vertical jump, and run 1,2 KM. Descriptive statistical analysis with percentages is employed in this research as the data analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the physical fitness levels of basketball club members in Universitas Teknorat Indonesia are 26,66% for 8 members, 53,3% of medium classification for 16 members, 20,1% of less classification for 6 members, and none of the members has an excellent and poor classification. Thus, the result of the physical fitness level test for members of basketball club in Universitas Teknorat Indonesia can be categorized at a medium level.Keywords: Physical Fitness, Test, Run, Push Up, Sit Up, Vertical Jump

Lung vital capacity is the status of physiological conditions associated with the ability to treat respiration together with the increasing of physical fitness, so lung vital capacity is a process involving the mechanism of the heart and blood vessels and blood which aims to provide O2 to cells in the body and transport CO2 out of body. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between lung vital capacity and the physical fitness level of Pendor Football Athletes from Universitas Riau. The collecting of data in this study is data from lung vital capacity tests and physical fitness with a sample of 20 athletes. Analysis of the data that used to process data is Product Moment correlation. For determining the significance of data, it uses formulation of t distribution. The results that obtained from lung vital capacity have a significant correlation with the level of physical fitness, this is indicated by the results obtained by r count (0622) > r table (α = 0.05) = 0.456. Meanwhile, t distribution test is obtained the result of t count (3,369) > t  table (1,734). So H0 is refused  and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the lung vital capacity (x) and the level of physical fitness (y).

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of female college student in the second semester of PGMI STAINU Temanggung, amounting to 25 people. The method of this research is to use quantitative descriptive methods. While the data collection technique uses tests, the instrument used in this study is in the form of the Indonesian Physical Freshness Test (TKJI). Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that of 25 PGMI students in the second semester of the 50 meter running test with a score of 3 (moderate), a bent elbow hanging test with a value of 2 (less), a reclining sitting test value of 3 (moderate), a vertical jump test with a value of 3 (moderate), and finally the 600 meter test run with a score of 3 (moderate). The conclusion is that PGMI female college student in the second semester of STAINU Temanggung have a physical fitness level with a total of 14 in the medium category.

Nutritional status can be measured through the adequacy of nutrients obtained from food which are digested every day. The increasing number of healthy food absorbed by the body can increase the physical fitness of the body.  The purpose of this research was to do counseling in order to understand the nutritional status and physical fitness level of fifth grade student at Tunas Harapan Islamic Elementary School in Sendangmulyo, Tembalang, Semarang. The physical fitness level was measured using nutritional status and physical fitness test (TKJI). The data were obtained using descriptive method with measurement and test techniques. These data were obtained from measurement of height, weight, age, and physical fitness tests (TKJI). This study found that the nutritional status of fifth grade students in Tunas Harapan Islamic Elementary School were included in normal nutrition category and moderate physical fitness level.

Health is one of the important factors in life so that one's good and unfavorable health will have an impact on other activities that will be undertaken. For the public, the best step that can be taken is to prevent various diseases that can arise at any time. Preventive action that can be done is to carry out physical activities and regular and systematic exercise so as to increase one's physical fitness level. PKM Gymnastics participants are Kebondowo Village community ranging from elementary school students, teenagers, adults and the community in general. Through PKM Gymnastics is given knowledge and understanding of the basics of the gymnastics movement. Gymnastic movements start from learning footsteps, hand swing movements, combination movements and alignment with the rhythm of music in accordance with the type of movement. The public is given education related to how to maintain a healthy body to stay healthy and fit. The public is recommended to always do sports activities at least 3 times a week, and in one activity a minimum of 30 minutes of activity.Keyword: Gymnastics, Healthy, Fitness.Abstrak: Kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kehidupan sehingga baik dan kurang baiknya kesehatan seseorang akan berdampak pada aktivitas lain yang akan dijalani. Bagi masyarakat langkah terbaik yang dapat dilakukan adalah tindakan pencegahan terhadap berbagai penyakit yang dapat muncul kapanpun. Tindakan pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan aktivitas jasmani dan olahraga yang teratur dan sistematis sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Peserta PKM Senam merupakan masyarakat Desa Kebondowo mulai dari pelajar SD, usia remaja, dewasa dan masyarakat secara umum. Melalui PKM Senam ini diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dasar-dasar gerakan senam. Gerakan senam dimulai dari mempelajari gerakan langkah kaki, gerakan ayunan tangan, gerakan kombinasi serta penyelarasan dengan irama musik yang sesuai dengan jenis gerakan. Masyarakat diberikan edukasi terkait bagaimana menjaga kesehatan tubuh agar tetap selalu sehat dan bugar. Masyarakat dianjurkan untuk selalu melakukan aktivitas olahraga minimal 3 kali dalam seminggu, dan dalam satu aktivitas minimal melakukan aktivitas 30 menit.Kata Kunci: Senam, Sehat, Kebugaran.

The aim of this study is to determine the level of physical fitness of the PRA PON Bangka Belitung Men's Basketball Team 2020. The population in this study is Men's Basketball Team 2020 of PRA PON Bangka Belitung with 12 athletes. The sample in this study amounted to 12 athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of hockey athletes from STKIP Pasundan Cimahi 2017. The research method used was descriptive survey method. The population and sample of this study were 2016 Hockey STKIP Pasundan Cimahi 2016 athletes who actively practiced 14 people, and the sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument used was a physical condition test, namely: Modified Sit and Reach, Sit-Up, Shuttle Run, 20 meter run, Bleep Test and Vertical Jump. The results showed: 1) None of the 2017 STKIP Pasundan Cimahi hockey athletes were categorized as Excellent and Good; 2) There are six or 43% of hockey athletes in STKIP Pasundan Cimahi that fall into the Fair category; 3) There are six or 43% of hockey athletes in STKIP Pasundan Cimahi that fall into the Poor category; 4) There are two or 14% of hockey athletes in STKIP Pasundan Cimahi which are in the Very Poor category. Fitness is the ability and ability of the body to adjust to physical loading without significant fatigue. Physical activity is one way to create endurance and a fit body. Good endurance is very much needed by martial arts athletes, especially during this Covid-19 period, both in the daily training process and when competing. This study aims to analyze and determine the fitness level of athletes in martial arts during limited independent training, using a survey method in the form of descriptive research. The population is PON 2021 West Kalimantan athletes in martial sports, using a total sampling technique where the sample used is all athletes PON XX 2021 West Kalimantan in martial arts, totaling 12 athletes. The results of the fitness item test found that the average endurance ability was 42.69 (very poor category), average speed was 5.04 (poor category), average agility was 14.38 (enough category), average balance was 14.38 (enough category), average flexibility 18.59 (very good category). The conclusion from this study still needs special attention, especially in fixing some of the supporting elements of fitness that are still not in good condition, with a poor level of fitness it will have an impact on health, especially during the Covid-19 period so that it can affect the athlete's performance.

Abstract: Researchers who found that most of the basketball athletes of the State University of Malang had poor body condition. The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the level of physical fitness of the basketball team, State University of Malang. The research method used is survey method. The results showed that the highest category of physical fitness in men's basketball team athletes mostly in the medium category with a percentage gain of 56.7%, for the less category got a percentage of 36.7%, and for the good category it was 3.3% and for the poor category the percentage was 3.3%. The conclusion of the research results is that physical fitness level of the men's basketball team at the State University of Malang for the speed aspect is in the medium category while the women's team is in good category, arm muscle strength is in low category while the women's team is poor, the abdominal muscle strength for the men's team and women's team in good category, the muscle explosive power of the men's team and women's team in moderate category, the heart endurance of the men's team in moderate category, while the women's team was in poor category.   Abstrak: Kebugaran jasmani dalam sebuah permainan bola basket sangat dibutuhkan karena olahraga ini bersifat aktif, dinamis dan memiliki tempo tinggi. Peneliti menemukan sebagian besar atlet bola basket Universitas Negeri Malang memiliki kondisi tubuh yang kurang prima. Hal ini disebabkan oleh intensitas latihan yang kurang sehingga kondisi fisik atlet kurang prima. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat kebugaran jasmani tim bola basket Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani atlet tim bola basket Universitas Negeri Malang secara keseluruhan yaitu pada kategori sedang memperoleh persentase sebesar 56,7%, kategori kurang memperoleh persentase sebesar 36,7%, kategori baik memperoleh persentase sebesar 3,3% dan kategori kurang sekali memperoleh persentase sebesar 3,3%. Simpulan hasil penelitian yaitu tingkat kebugaran jasmani tim bola basket putra Universitas Negeri malang untuk aspek kecepatan termasuk dalam kategori sedang sedangkan tim putri termasuk kategori baik, kekuatan otot lengan termasuk kategori kurang sekali sedangkan tim putri termasuk kategori kurang, kekuatan otot perut tim putra dan tim putri termasuk kategori baik, daya ledak otot tim putra dan tim putri termasuk dalam kategori sedang, daya tahan jantung tim putra termasuk kategori sedang sedangkan tim putri termasuk kategori kurang.
