Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) issued a religious advice (fatwa)that the Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcare is not appropriate with sharia law. Thatreligious advice (fatwa) was issued through decisionfrom taken conjunction (ijtima’) by religious advice (fatwa) commissions of Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) at at-Tauhidiyah boarding school Cikura, Bojong, Tegal, Central Java, in the middle past of 2015.Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) alleged thatthe Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcarewhich started since the beginning of 2014 until today, in practice containing elements of gambling (maisir), deception (gharar), and usury (riba).Related to that problem, the author wanted to know the standing of problem of the Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcare in proportion in a case study at the Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcare in Jember regency, which dynamic and religious views. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the practice of the Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcare in Jember regency and to determine whether the existing mechanism in these institution is in conformity with the legal provisions of sharia economy or not.This study is qualitative research. The data collection methods that used are observation, interviews and documentation.The data obtained and analyzed using descriptive method.The validity of the data using perseverance techniqueor constancy observation.Based on the research that has been done, the result of this study are: 1) Practice ofthe Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcare in serving members was in accordance to the provision of the National Social Security System (SJSN) Act Number 40 in 2004 and Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Act Number 24 in 2011 and some related regulations, such as a Presidential Regulation (Perpres); 2). According to the law of sharia economic perspective in the practice of that institution, there are several matters that appropriate to thesharia provisions, such as the mechanisms of participation and healthcare insurance. While in the aspects of the payment and fund management are not appropriate to the sharia provisions. There are extant elementsof gambling (maisir), deception (gharar), and usury (riba) in the Social Security Administrator Board (BPJS) Healthcare in Jember regency

Arabic is the language of Muslim’s holy book, and reading  it is obligatory for Muslims. In Islamic education, Arabic is the language that should be mastered as a means of understanding the original texts of the source of Islamic law. One of the important thing in learning Arabic is the method. Zam-Zam Muhammadiyyah Modern Islamic Boarding School implements a diffent model and method of learning Arabic compared to other Islamic boarding schools in the district of Cilongok. This is a qualitative research, through a case study using interview, observation and documentation techniques for collecting data and interactive analysis for analying data. The findings of this research are three models of Arabic learning in Pondok Pesantren. The first model is khiwar or muhadatsah, the second is mufrodat walls intended to make students familiar with Arabic vocabulary, and the third is Lughoh. The method and model of Arabic learning in the institution as described above is a combined method. There are at least three methods used, i.e. Communicative Problem-Based Learning Method, Audiolingual Method, and Grammar-Translation Method.

This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

The study aims to analyze the meaning of debt according to the people of Kampung Kauman who prefer moneylenders than banks as their source of credit. This qualitative research uses a case study. Primary data were obtained through interviews with residents of Kampung Kauman, Pasrepan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is located in an Islamic boarding school environment with a religious type of community. Secondary data in the form of details of the credit system to moneylenders. The sample used is saturated, i.e. all those who are credit members to loan sharks. Total informants numbered 21 of 30 households in Kauman Village. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of credit to loan sharks for the community in the study site environment is venture capital, a friendly place of association, mutual relief among credit members, and regarding usury laws on credit.

<em>The purpose of this study is to provide insight into how the management pattern of CSR programs that can improve the competitiveness of SMEs. The method used is qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The informants were chosen based on purposive, consisting of the Social Fund Management Team of Central Java Bank, the recipients of the UMKM program, and the intellectuals who will be represented by the academics. The results showed that the pattern of CSR leads to the form of partnership with the concept of community development. Abstract: When boarding schools are faced with community service, some of them are not willing to accept it. Survey of BPPM Maslakul Huda Islamic School, in collaboration with the P3M Jakarta concluded that three (25%) of the 12 pesantrens in Central Java do not receive community service. It is an irony, because pesantren was born and raised from the public. One of pesantrens that was born from community service is PP DawarBoyolali. PP Dawar proved that pesantren had a great contribution to the community. This study wanted to uncover the devotion PP Dawar to community, both in religious and economic empowerment, as well as the main reason of PP Dawar in performing community service. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method using case study design. Based on the research, it was found that PP Dawar was a community-based boarding school which had done community services by performing routine religious activities such as routine verses recitation, recitals of Qur’an for the orphans, and also serving  the demand of societies that need Islamic teachers and religion teachers graduating from PP. DawarBoyolali. PP Dawar also helped the economy of the surrounding communities, by providing cheap labors, helping traditional broom and cracker home industry, and organizing donations to 500 orphans. The ideas or thoughts underlying PP Dawar’sdevotion are a sense of sincerity, an implementation on the religious science, a spirit of self-reliance, and a promotion for PP Dawar Boyolali itself. الملخص: عندما تُوجّه البسانترينات إلى وجود الخدمة الإجتماعية، كان بعضها لم يقبلها. دلّت الدراسة المسحية التي قام بها BPPM بسانترين "مسلك الهدى " بالاشتراك مع P3M جاكرتا على أن 3 أو (%25) من 12 بسانترين في أنحاء جاوة الوسطى لم تقبل الخدمة الإجتماعية. وهذا مؤسف، لأن بسانترين هو مؤسسة تربوية توّلدت وتطوّرت في المجتمع. ومن البسانترينات الذي تولّد من المجتمع هو معهد "داوار " بويولالي جاوة الوسطى. دلّ هذا المعهد على أن بسانترين له دور فعّال واسهام كبير في المجتمع . سيكشف هذا البحث عن الخدمة الإجتماعية التي قام بها هذا المعهد في المجال الديني ومجال ترقية الجانب الإقتصادي والأسباب الدافعة له في القيام بهذه الخدمة. سلك هذا البحث منهج البحث الكيفي بنوع دراسة حالة. دلّت نتائج البحث على أن معهد " داوار " هو البسانترين المؤسس على المجتمع ويقوم بالخدمة الإجتماعية في شكل المحاضرات الدينية المكثّفة، والمحاضرات الدينية في مناسبة " Yatiman”   وإرسال الدعاة والأساتذة للجهات المحتاجة إليهم وهم متخرّجو معهد "داوار" نفسه. ولهذا المعهد اسهام اقتصادي في المجتمع المحيط به بإعداد العمّال بأجرة رخيصة (صناعة منزلية) كصناعة المكنسات والأطعمة الإندونيسية وكفالة الأيتام (  500يتيم ) . والأسس الفكرية لهذه الخدمة – التي قام بها المعهد داوار - هي الإخلاص ونشر العلوم الدينية وروح الإعتماد على النفس والدعايات والتعريف بالمعهد.   Abstrak: Ketika pesantren dihadapkan dengan pengabdian masyarakat, beberapa pesantren belum dapat menerima. Survey BPPM Pesantren Maslakul Huda, bekerja sama dengan P3M Jakarta menyimpulkan bahwa 3 (25%) dari 12 pesantren se-Jawa Tengah tidak menerima pengabdian masyarakat. Sungguh ironis, karena pesantren merupakan pendidikan yang lahir dan besar dari masyarakat. Salah satu pesantren yang lahir dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah PP Dawar Boyolali, PP Dawar membuktikan bahwa peran pesantren sangat besar dalam berkontribusi di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap pengabdian PP Dawar, baik dalam keagamaan maupun pemberdayaan ekonomi, serta alasan utama PP Dawar melakukan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bukti bahwa PP Dawar adalah pesantren berbasis masyarakat, yaitu dengan melaksanakan pengabdian keagamaan seperti pengajian rutin, pengajian yatiman, juga melayani permintaan masyarakat yang membutuhkan ustadz atau guru agama lulusan PP Dawar Boyolali. PP Dawarjuga ikut membantu ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, yaitu menyediakan tenaga murah, membantu home industry pembuatan sapu, krupuk, dan menyelenggarakan santunan 500 anak yatim. Pemikiran yang mendasari Pengabdian PP Dawar adalah rasa keikhlasan, mengamalkan ilmu agama, semangat kemandirian, dan promosi bagi PP Dawar Boyolali.

Abstract This research try to raise the perspective of Islamic law answering the problems in society by using the Al-Istihsan method of Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi. The complexity of the existing regulations has not been able to answer the problems in society, so we need a way to find the law. This research is a qualitative research with a conceptual approach with data collection methods obtained through the work of Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi and literature that discusses about Istihsan. The results of this study found that; First, Istihsan can be used as a argument for syariah because istihsan does not stipulate law with analogy, istihsan is a method of legal istinbath that can be accounted for because it is based on a strong foundation (sanad); Second, after describing istihsan in ushul fiqih in the view of the Hanafi school, it can be said that in essence istihsan is one of the efforts of the mujtahid to find a way out of the power of general principles or qiyas to aparticular problem in order to find legal provisions that are more in accordance with The soul and spirit of the Shariah, because indeed the texts cannot be understood only in language but also understood by using the broad logic of making shari'a (Al-Mantiq Al-tasyri'i) which gives the mujtahid the opportunity to realize the will of Al Shariah. Keywords: Al-Syarakhsi, Istihsan, Law, Society.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat perspektif hukum Islam dalam menjawab masalah-masalah yang muncul di tengah masyarakat dengan menggunakan pemikiran Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi tentang Al-Istihsan. Kompleksitas regulasi yang ada ternyata belum mampu menjawab problematika ditengah masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan cara untuk menemukan hukumnya. Penilitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dengan metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui karya Syams Al-Aimmah Al-Syarakhsi dan literatur yang membahas tentang Istihsan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa; Pertama, Istihsan dapat di jadikan sebagai dalil syara’ karena istihsan itu bukan menetapkan hukum dengan ra’yi semata, istihsan itu merupakan suatu cara istinbath hukum yang dapat di pertanggung jawabkan karena di dasarkan kepada sandaran (sanad) yang kuat; Kedua, Setelah diuraikan istihsan dalam ushul fiqih dalam pandangan madzhab Hanafi maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pada hakikatnya istihsan itu merupakan salah satu upaya mujtahid untuk mencari jalan keluar dari kekuatan kaidah umum atau qiyas terhadap suatu masalah juz’i dalam rangka mencari ketentuan hukum yang lebih sesuai dengan jiwa dan ruh syari’at, karena memang nash tidak bisa di pahami hanya secara bahasa semata tetapi harus di pahami dengan menggunakan logika pembuatan syariat (Al-Mantiq Al-tasyri’i) yang luas yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mujtahid untuk merealisasikan kehendak Al syari’ semaksimal mungkin. The manuscript is written to portray a hamlet which formed pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) in which the santri (students) consists of santri mukim (students staying in boarding school) from various regions and santri kalong (local residents) and in which there is a mosque, a boarding school, an Al-Quran educational park, a madrasah diniyah, houses of clerics (in one settlement of village), the learning system of bandongan using the Tarjumah Book with Pegon-language written by KH Ahmad Rifa'i. The action of K. Rifai against Dutch colonialism was known as the Rifaiyah movement, his resistance with the movement of writing the Book of Tarjumah which contained Tawheed, Fiqh, and Sufism written in Pegon. Pegon was a resistance form against colonial Latin writing. Until now it was continued by his santri in the village where he lived serving as the cleric of Islamic Boarding School. The location of this research is in Tambangsari Hamlet, Kedungwinong Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency, Central Java. The data were obtained from January to June 2019 through interviews and observation with a descriptive qualitative approach. This hamlet of rice plantation and palawija (secondary crops) has formed a specialty called the tarjumah santri village. The successor generation of K. Rifai’s student who introduced the Book of Tarjumah in Tambangsari Hamlet was K.Hannan and it is now continued by his grandson. The learning of the Tarjumah Book had formed a distinctive hamlet community, namely dukuh santri. The obedience in worship with the knowledge of Islamic religion through the tradition of learning the Salaf Tarjumah across ages and genders and with the behavior in life adhering to Islamic law has been a social reality.

Intellegence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are not considered as dominant factors in determining a person's success. Another factor that determines a person's success or failure is strong ability to the difficulty of life, this ability is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). Pesantren becomes an institution that strives to build the mental endurance of students with Adversity Quotient (AQ).. The research method used is qualitative research by using a case study approach. This research was conducted at Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results of the study shows that there are efforts to build the mental endurance of santri such as of 1) zone transformation 2) time management 3) systemic organization 4) resolving multicultural conflict 5) unlimited creativity.

The importance of conducting in-depth research related to madrasah culture that is applied by madrasa is related to how teachers perform with exemplary, seriousness and responsibility. This research is a type of qualitative research with the approach used is a case study. The research location is in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso. Data collection methods obtained from observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis was performed by selecting and compiling the data obtained, then processed and analyzed so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of research on the application of religious culture at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso are: Planning, implementation and evaluation. Religious cultural program planning is carried out by making the vision and mission of the madrasa in accordance with the objectives of religious culture and national goals. The implementation stage of religious culture is carried out with extracurricular and extracurricular activities. The intraculular process or what is called the process of applying religious culture through learning. Meanwhile, religious culture in extracurricular activities and habituation such as smiling greetings and greetings, reciting prayers regularly in the morning, cleanliness, exemplary, and giving gifts and punishments. Implementation of evaluation through semester examination activities and evaluation of madrasah administrators in the discipline of teachers and students. The recommendation for further research is to take a cultural or ethnographic approach so that the research results are more comprehensive
