Satisfying consumer needs is the dream of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the company's survival, meeting consumer needs can increase its superiority in competition. Consumers who are satisfied with product design and product quality tend to buy back the product and reuse the product when the same need arises at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of product design and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Honda Scoopy on Astra Motor. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes associative research. The population in this study are consumers who have used Honda Scoopy, the number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, partial test analysis with t test and f test (simultaneous). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results based on the t test (partial) show that product design affects customer satisfaction, product quality affects product satisfaction, while product design and product quality simultaneously affect product satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and location on the interest in visiting the water boom arema raya bima city. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes associative research. The population in this study were consumers who had visited the Araema Raya water boom, the number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, partial test analysis with t test and f test (simultaneous). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 26.00. The results of the study based on the t test (partial) show that there is no effect of facilities on interest in visiting, location has an effect on interest in visiting, while facilities and location jointly affect interest in visiting.

The population in this study are consumers who have used air flight services using wing air, the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents with the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results showed that the elimination of baggage facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on the Air Wings airline

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions on consumers who buy and use Pepsodent toothpaste. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample size of 105 respondents with non-probability methods in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with as many as 15 indicators measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used in this study are path analysis techniques with classical assumption test and sobel test. The results of the study stated that the variables of customer satisfaction, product quality variables and price perception variables had a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between product quality and price with the interest of buying consumer Ole-Ole Futsal Bung Tomo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subjective norms as a mediation between the relationship opportunity to donate and agreeableness personality on intention to donate. This research includes a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 400 participants of BPJAMSOSTEK East Java Province using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SEM using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study state that subjective norms can be a link between the opportunity to donate and in accordance with the intention to donate. This can increase the intention to donate for BPJAMSOSTEK participants. The increased intention to donate owned by participants will increase participants who donate.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the partnership farming Cassava Village Pudding Besar District of pudding Big Bangka, analyze the differences in average income that is obtained by farmers from various partnership schemes cassava in the village Pudding Besar District of pudding Big Bangka, analyzed the factors - factors that influence farmers' decision in choosing partners and not partner with partnership cassava farm in the village of Great pudding pudding Large District of Bangka. This study was conducted in January 2019 until January 2020 in the village of Great Pudding Pudding Large District of Bangka. The method used is survey method. Penrikan method used example is a method of quota sampling with a sample of two groups of 40 people and the partnering farmers do not partner 40 people. Methods of data analysis using descriptive qualitative, quantitative analsisis (independent sample t-test, binary logistic regression). The results showed the implementation of partnership farming patterns occurring in the village of Great Pudding is a partnership with the name intiplasma KSR Program (Cassava People's Gardens). There is a real difference but not significant, the average income of Rp 32,384,718 partner farmers, while the non- partner farmers Rp 36,751,056 with the difference in the average income of farmers partner and non- partner Rp 4,366,388 per year. Factors that significantly affect farmers' decisions in partnering and partnering as age and availability of capital.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The study is aimed to identify the relationship between gender and race with needs motivation in academic performance for secondary school students. A survey method through questionnaire was used to collect motivation score and demographic of samples. A total of 400 form 3 students from five different secondary schools in Skudai, Johor were selected as respondents using a stratified random sampling technique. The David McClelland Motives questionnaire was used as a research instrument, in which it covers three main domains of motivation, namely needs of achievement, needs of affiliation, and needs of power. Inferential T-test and Pearson correlation were used to test the hypotheses. The T-test analysis stated that there was no significant difference between gender and race with motivation scores. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a weak significant positive relationship between motivation score and student's academic performance mean score. In a conclusion, need motivation has an influence on students’ academic performance. Teachers should assimilate a variety of teaching styles and encourage students from time to time to motivate them to strive for excellence.

This study aims to find out the influence of picture and picture learning models on the learning outcomes of grade II students at SD Negeri 1 Simpang 4 on the theme of clean and healthy living. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of research used is quasi experimentation. The sample in this study consisted of 42 people consisting of 21 people of class IIA and 21 people of class IIB. Data collection techniques used are observation, test, validation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the T-test analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average posttest value of students' learning outcomes in the experimental class (II-B) of SD Negeri I Simpang Peut Nagan Raya regency was 76.19, while the average posttest score of students in the control class (II-B) of SD Negeri I Simpang Peut Nagan Raya regency was 63.33. This is proven by the results of statistical data analysis "T-Test Test" that obtained thitung value (3,339) > ttabel (1,724). This proves that hypotheses are accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the picture and picture learning model affects students' learning outcomes on the theme of clean and healthy living in grade II of SD Negeri 1 Simpang Peut.
