Pengaruh Penyuluhan Terhadap Respon Psikososial Keluarga Pasien yang Dirawat Diruang ICU Rsud Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro

ABSTRAK Ruang perawatan intensif (ICU) merupakan ruang rawat rumah sakit dengan staf dan perlengkapan khusus ditujukan untuk mengelola pasien dengan penyakit. Pasien membutuhkan dukungan psikososial dari keluarga, karena hal ini berdampak pada kesembuhan pasien. Keluarga sebagai anggota yang sehat harus bisa memberikan respons psikososial yang baik kepada anggota keluarganya yang sakit sehingga akan bisa mensupport pasien yang sakit. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang harus selalu mengembangkan profesionalisme. Sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan respon psikososial keluarga pasien yang termasuk respon negatif sebanyak 6 responden (75%) dan respon positif sebanyak 2 responden (25%). Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan respon psikososial keluarga pasien yang termasuk respon negatif sebanyak 1 responden (12,5%) dan respon positif sebanyak 7 responden (87,5%). Berdasarkan tabel diatas tentang paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16, pada tingkat signifikansi diperoleh nilai 0,027 0,05 maka Ho ditolak sehingga H1 diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh penyuluhan dengan respon psikososial keluarga pasien yang dirawat di Ruang ICU RSUD dr.Sosodo Djati Koesoemo Bojonegoro.Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, Respon, Psikososial ABSTRACT An intensive care unit (ICU) is a hospital ward with staff and equipment specifically intended for managing patients with the disease. Patients in need of psychosocial support of the family, because it affects the patient's recovery. Healthy family members should be able to give a good psychosocial response to family members who are sick so it will be able to support patients who are ill. Nurses as health workers should always develop professionalism. Prior to the patient's family psychosocial counseling responses which included a negative response by 6 respondents (75%) and the positive response by 2 respondents (25%). After the patient's family psychosocial counseling responses which included a negative response as one of the respondents (12.5%) and the positive response by 7 respondents (87.5%). Based on the above table of paired sample t-test using SPSS 16, at a significance level values obtained 0.027 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, which means there is the influence of family psychosocial counseling to the response of patients treated in the ICU Hospital dr.Sosodo djati Koesoemo Bojonegoro. ABSTRAK Pasien yang dirawat di ICU pada umumnya mengalami sakit kritis biasanya hal ini akan menimbulkan bebagai  respons psikososial  dari anggota keluarganya. Respons ini dapat berupa respons positif maupun respons negatif. Salah satu cara agar respons psikososial menjadi positif yaitu memberikan penyuluhan kepada keluarga pasien agar ada peningkatan kognisi dan emosi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode “Pre-Experiment”, dengan rancangan “One group pra-post test design”. Dengan populasi semua keluarga yang anggota keluarganya dirawat di Ruang ICU RSUD.dr.Sosodoro Djatikoesumo. Sampel diambil dengan proses Total Sampling. Variabel independen  yaitupenyuluhan keluarga pasien ICU, dan variabel dependen adalah respon psikososial keluarga pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan uji statistik paired sample t-test, pada tingkat signifikansi diperoleh nilai 0,027 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterimaPerawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang harus selalu mengembangkan profesionalisme, perlu mengupayakan agar respons psikososial keluarga yang negatif dapat ditekan. Salah satu upayanya yaitu adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada keluarga. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran tematik integratif berbasis sastra yang layak bagi siswa kelas V SD, (2) mengetahui efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran tematik integratif berbasis sastra bagi siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pada langkah yang dikembangkan Borg &amp; Gall. Desain pengembangan dikelompokkan menjadi 3 langkah: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) proses pengembangan, dan (3) uji coba dan finalisasi. Uji lapangan operasional dilakukan di SD Negeri 3 Pancor dan SD Negeri 3 Selong dengan jumlah subjek 102 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, lembar angket, lembar observasi, dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan <em>Paired Sample t Test, </em>dan <em>Independent Sample t Test </em>dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05<em>.</em> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran tematik integratif berbasis sastra hasil pengembangan menurut ahli (<em>expert judgment</em>) berkategori “baik”. The research and development refers to the model developed by Borg &amp; Gall. The design development is grouped into three steps, namely: (1) preliminary study, (2) the process of development, and (3) testing and finalization. Operational field test conducted in SD Negeri 3 Pancor dan SD Negeri 3 Selong subjects totaled 102 students. Collecting data used interviews, questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and tests. Data were analyzed using<em> Paired Sample t Test, </em>and<em> independent sample t test</em> with significance level of 0.05. The results show the development of learning outcomes-based learning instrument thematic integrative literature according to the expert (<em>expert judgment</em>) is categorized as "good". Abstract             This study aims to find out and analyze stock prices before and after the existence of E-Blink products at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The sample used in this study is the closing stock price 30 days before and 30 days after the E-Blink product. The analytical method used Paired Sample t Test with the help of SPSS version 21.0. Hypothesis testing used statistics to analyze changes in stock prices of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there were significant stock price differences before and after the E-Blink at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. This indicates the existence of information that is considered positive for investors with the existence of E-Blink products that will increase profits owned by the company and dividends for shareholders or investors. Keywords : Stock Price, E-Blink

Effleurage is a massage technique using the palms of the hands in a circular pattern of movements in several parts of the body or strokes along the back and extremities. This study aims to determine the effect of massage effleurage on the adaptation of the anxiety level of childbirth during the first active phase of primigravida at Masyita Maternity Hospital.The type of research used is experiment with pre-experimental design with one group prestest design approach because it will compare the situation before it is done with after treatment. The sample in this study were all 30 prigravida maternity respondents. The relationship test was carried out using the paired sample t test with a significance level (α) of 0.05.The results of the paired sample t test p = 0.000, which means that the p value is smaller than the value (α) 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Interpretation of the effect of massage effleurage on the adaptation of the level of anxiety during labor during the active phase.With this research, it can be concluded that overcoming labor anxiety when 1 fae is active, can be done by doing non-pharmacological methods such as massage, for example by giving efflaurage massage, without having to take drugs. This research can increase knowledge, especially regarding the effect of massage effleurage on the adaptability of primigravida anxiety during the active phase. and can be used as a source of information, especially related to maternity nursing science.

<p><em>Emesis Gravidarum is a many that occur to pregnant woman in Indonesian. Emesis graviadarum can cause disturbed the daily activities of pregnant woman, also can decrease appetite and dehydration. When don’t overcome than the hiperemesis gravidarum, can be resolve with non pharmacology therapy, which one non pharmacology therapy is ginger. Ginger consist gingerol Shogaol, and zingeberen that can be decrease nausea and vomiting to pregnant woman. This research aims to know the effective of steep ginger towards decrease emesis gravidarum on trimester 1 at working area of Lubuk Buaya Padang in years 2017.This research was pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest design, used purposive sampling technique with number of sample are 12 woman. Tools and methods used to collect data with the observation sheet and interview, this research was done on August 2017. The result of this research shows that means emesis gravidarum before given steep ginger is 3,38with deviation standard is 0,549, while emesis gravidarum means after was given steep ginger is 2,19 with deviation standard 0,401. Based on the result of data analysis with using paired sample t-test get p value 0,000 ( p&lt;0,05 ), so it can be conclude that there is effective of steep ginger to decrease emesis gravidarum on first trimester. So, it is expected to health workers to giving the information towards pregnant woman that was experiencing nausea and vomiting that consuming ginger with appropriate dose and the correct way to decrease nausea and vomiting that was suffered by pregnant woman</em></p><p> </p><p>Emesis gravidarum merupakan kasus yang banyak terjadi pada ibu hamil di Indonesia. Emesis gravidarum menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas, menurunkan nafsu makan dan terjadinya dehidrasi, apabila tidak diatasi maka akan berdampak menjadi hiperemesis gravidarum. Emesis gravidarum bisa diatasi dengan terapi non farmakologi, salah satunya yaitu jahe. Jahe mengandung gingerol, shogaol dan zingeberen yang bisa menurunkan mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas seduhan jahe terhadap penurunan emesis gravidarum pada trimester pertama diwilayah kerja puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang Tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest ,menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 12 orang. Alat dan cara yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan lembar observasi dan wawancara, dengan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata emesis gravidarum sebelum diberikan seduhan jahe adalah 3,38 dengan standar deviasi 0,549, sedangkan rata-rata emesis gravidarum setelah diberikan seduhan jahe adalah 2,19 dengan standar deviasi 0,401. Dari hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan paired sample t-test didapat pvalue 0,000 (p &lt; 0,05), dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efektivitas seduhan jahe terhadap penurunan emesis gravidarum pada trimester pertama. Diharapkan pada tenaga kesehatan untuk bisa memberi informasi kepada ibu hamil yang mengalami mual muntah bahwa bisa mengkonsumsi jahe dengan dosis yang tepat dan cara yang benar untuk menurunkan mual muntah yang diderita ibu hamil.</p>

Background Parkinson's disease is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disorder with unpredictable symptoms, which leads to stress for individuals caring for their family members. Most patients with Parkinson's disease in Indonesia are cared for by family members. Their treatment requires continuous supervision and a great deal of attention. Aims Accordingly, this research explores caregivers' experiences in caring for family members with Parkinson's disease. Methods This study is qualitative with a phenomenological design. Participants, selected via a purposive sampling technique, were individuals caring for and living with family members suffering from Parkinson's disease. The data were analysed using the Colaizzi approach. Results This research identified four themes: the ways in which members of the family adapt; the impact of the patient's condition on the caregiver; support received in providing care; and the cultural and spiritual meanings the caregiver obtained when providing care. Conclusion This study uncovered several aspects that contribute to the understanding of the life of family members as caregivers for Parkinson's disease patients. This research also found there is still limited psychosocial support from health workers, so it is necessary for them to be more proactive in providing support for family members who care for patients with Parkinson's disease.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui reaksi pasar terhadap pengumuman penerbitan sukuk yang diukur dengan average abnoramal return dan average trading volume activity. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian event study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengumuman penerbitan sukuk korporasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang kemudian diperoleh 17 tanggal pengumuman dari 8 perusahaan penerbit sukuk korporasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one sample t-test dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat abnormal return negatif signifikan pada t-4 yang berarti terdapat reaksi pasar namun terdapat respon negatif dari investor, kemudian pada t-1,t-2,t-5,t+1,t+2,t+4, dan t+5 menunjukkan hasil negatif tidak signifikan yang berarti tidak terdapat reaksi pasar dan tidak ada respon baik dari investor. Pada t-3,t-0,t+2 dan t+3 yang menunjukkan hasil positif tidak signifikan yang berarti tidak terdapat reaksi pasar tetapi terdapat respon positif dari investor. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan average abnormal return sebelum maupun sesudah penerbitan sukuk. Hasil juga menunjukkan terdapat trading volume activity positif signifikan pada t-2,t-3,t-4,t-5 dan t+2,t+3,t+4,t+5. Hal itu menandakan bahwa terdapat transaksi pembelian saham disekitar tanggal pengumuman penerbitan sukuk yang berarti terdapat respon positif dari para investor. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan average trading volume activity sebelum maupun sesudah pengumuman penerbitan sukuk. Kata kunci: Reaksi Pasar, Event Study, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the market reaction to the announcement of Sukuk issuance as measured by abnormal returns and trading volume activities. This research used a quantitative approach by using the type of event study research. The populations in this study were all announcements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling then obtained 17 of announcement dates from 8 corporate Sukuk issuing companies. The analytical method used in this study was a One-Sample t-test and Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study are there are significant negative abnormal returns on t-4, which means there is a market reaction but there is a negative response from investors, then at t-1, t-2, t-5, t+1, t+2, t+4, and t+5 show insignificant negative results, which means there is no market reaction and there is no good response from investors. Positive responses occur at t-3, t + 2, and t+3, which show insignificant positive results which means there is no market reaction but there is a positive response from investors. But there is no difference in the average abnormal returns before or after the Sukuk issuance. The results also show there is a significant positive trading volume activity on t-2, t-3, t-4, t-5 and t + 2, t + 3, t + 4, t + 5. This indicates that there were stock purchase transactions around the date of the announcement of the Sukuk issuance, which means there is a positive response from investors. <p>Between Budget and Budget State Local Income in equality especially lower budget from<br />the budget, and 50%-60% Budget spent for paying employees the reasons is the lack of<br />participation of citizens to fund the management of the state by paying the zakat (Muslim)<br />jizyah (non-Muslim). The purpose of this study was to determine the response and attitude of<br />the towns people Madiun to pay Zakat/jizyah as a source of state budget/budget. This research<br />was conducted in Madiun by taking a sample of three villages of nine districts. The method is<br />quantitative with ex-post facto design, collection document and questionnaire data and data<br />product moment correlation analysis (T test). Results zero hypothesisis accepted because<br />t0(0.059) is smaller than tt(1.96) level significansi 5% or 1% (2.59), this shows that a person's<br />response to the zakat/jizyah as a source of state budget/budgetis proportional. Or no difference<br />in the attitude of paying zakat/jizyah, both of whichare clear about the function of zakat, is<br />being, or less. Respondents who understand the positive response is proportional to attitudes,<br />respondents were then negative response is proportional to the negative attitude; respondents<br />were not sure what it is a very negative response is proportional to the extremely negative<br />attitude or do not pay zakat.<br /><br /></p>

Producing thematic magazines based on character values as learning resources to improve honesty and discipline character in third grade elementary school students is the purpose of this study. This type of research is the study of R & D by adapting procedures Borg & Gall development. The data were collected through interviews and observations, using product validation, teacher and student response questionnaire, and observation guide. The product developed was validated by media experts and material experts and then assessed by class teachers and students. The data were analyzed using the independent sample t-test dan paired sample t-test at the significance level of 0,05. This study produced a thematic magazine that was feasible, in accordance with the results of validation by media experts it was in a very good category with the total scores of 116 and 166 respectively, and according to the teachers and students, it was also in a very good category with the scores of 71 and 1799, respectively. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the use of thematic magazines as a companion learning resource in improving honesty character is an increase and a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class after the treatment. Evidenced by the results of p <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in effectiveness for honesty characters between the control class and the experimental class.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to obtain the effect of goal setting training in improving students motivation to learn. The hypothesis of this study that there were a difference between the level of student learning motivation experiment group with control group were given before and after goal setting training. Students are given goal setting training (experiment group) will increase the learning motivation after treated by goal setting training than students who did not receive goal setting training (control group). Subjects in this study amounted to eighteen for the experimental group and also for the control group. Measuring instruments used to measure the level of learning motivation was learning motivation scale. Experimental design used in this study was Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design and the process of determining the subject done randomly. The analysis used was a parametric statistical test models of the Independent Sample T - Test to see differences in learning motivation scores between the experimental group with the control group. The results of the pretest data analysis using Independent Sample T-Test known sig = 0.798 ( p > 0.05), and posttest data analysis known sig = 0.000 ( p < 0.005 ). Meanwhile, to see the difference in pretest scores, posttest, and follow-up used paired sample T-test in the experimental group and the control group. The results of data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test on the pretest-posttest scores showed t = -23.884 with a significance level = 0.000 (p< 0.005), the results of the analysis on the posttest-follow-up scores showed t = 4,481 with a significance level = 0.000 (p< 0.005), and the results of the analysis on the pretest score-followup showed t = -20 821 with a significance level = 0.000 (p<0.005). The results of this analysis showed that the experimental group treated with increased motivation to learn after being given the training goal setting than before given the goal setting training. Keywords: goal setting training, learning motivation
