      Sidey Baru is one of the villages located in Manokwari Regency, near the beach and found Pandan Tikar (Pandanus tectorius Park.) plant, which has not been utilized. Pandan Tikar fruit contains good nutrition to be developed as a food ingredient that can increase the added value of the product. This community service activity aims to be able to increase community skills in processing pandan fruit into flour and its derivative products, to be able to meet family needs and can also be marketed to improve the community's economy. This community service activity was carried out in the form of direct training with the people of the village of Sidey Baru, especially women from the PKK organization, business groups, and village officials, with the hope that the community could produce flour and cookies from Pandan Tikar fruits in a sustainable manner so that it could help improve the community's economy. The training on making fruit flour and cookies from pandan mat fruit is very attractive to the people of Kampung Sidey Baru, because the raw materials are easy to obtain and made with simple technology. Overall, participants were able to take part in the training and material training well, so it is hoped that the knowledge and skills gained from the training can be enjoyed by other people. Efforts to increase the added value of Pandan tikar fruit into various highly competitive products can be realized through continuous guidance and assistance by Sidey village officials together with the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Papua.

Red dragon fruit is one of the agricultural commodities in Simpang Sugiran Village. Dragon fruit has many functions and properties for health. Based on monitoring in the field, farmers do not have the knowledge and skills in processing dragon fruit into various processed dragon fruit products to increase their selling value. In addition, the price of dragon fruit and farmer acceptance continues to decline while the number of farmers cultivating is increasing. The purpose of this activity was to increase community knowledge and skills in processing dragon fruit, and business management to increase the added value of dragon fruit cultivation. The results of community service activities indicated that the diversification of dragon fruit processing is one of the most effective ways to increase community income in the Simpang Sugiran village. Dragon fruit can be processed into various processed products using simple technology and can be done as a home industry. This community service activity can motivate and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of the Farmer Group of Simpang Sugiran, Guguak Sub District, Lima Puluh Kota, West Sumatra.

[Bahasa]: Desa Bale Kecamatan Tanatovea merupakan salah satu daerah tertinggal di Kabupaten Donggala, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Mata pencaharian masyarakatnya adalah petani, khususnya petani kelapa. Hasil pertanian kelapa di Desa Bale hanya diolah dalam bentuk kopra dan lebih banyak dijual dalam bentuk bahan mentah sehingga penghasilan yang mereka dapatkan kurang maksimal. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan membuat olahan kelapa lainnya melalui teknologi murah, sederhana dan dapat dipasarkan langsung dengan nilai jual yang tinggi. Produk olahan kelapa yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat diantaranya adalah Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Tujuan dari kegiatan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan krim santan kelapa menjadi VCO dengan menggunakan enzim bromelin dari bonggol nanas. Tahapan awal program pengabdian adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, memberikan pelatihan pembuatan krim santan, pembuatan sari dan bubur bonggol nanas, dan diakhiri dengan pembuatan VCO. Hasil program pengabdian ini adalah mitra pengabdian dapat memahami teknologi dan mengaplikasikannya dalam pembuatan VCO dengan memanfaatkan limbah bonggol nanas. Pada program pengabdian ini, produk VCO yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan sari bonggol nanas lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan bubur bonggol nanas. Hasil pelaksanaan panyuluhan dan pelatihan menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta sebesar lebih dari 97%. Pembuatan VCO dengan memanfaatkan bonggol nanas menjadi alternatif industri skala kecil untuk masyarakat. Kata Kunci: bonggol nanas, desa Bale, kelapa, Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) [English]: Bale Village, Tanatovea Subdistrict, is one of the underdeveloped areas in Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The people are farmers, especially coconut farmers. Coconut agricultural products in Bale village are only processed in the form of copra and are mostly sold in the form of raw materials with less income. This problem can be solved by making other coconut products through cheap and simple technology that can be marketed directly with a high selling value. The coconut processed products can be developed to increase local people's income, including Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to the farmers in using coconut cream to be processed as VCO by using the enzyme bromelain from pineapple cobs waste. The initial stage of the activity was to provide counseling to the community, then conduct a short training to produce coconut cream, extract and pulp of pineapple humps, and finally produce VCO. The results show that the participants can understand the technology provided and apply it to produce VCO using pineapple extracts waste. In this program, the VCO produced using the pineapple extract is more than that of the pineapple pulp. The results of the program reveal that the participants’ satisfaction level is over 97%. Tamangapa village, Ma’rang district is part of the community development program conducted by Universitas Muslim Indonesia in Pangkajene Kepulauan regency. The local shrimp farmers of Tamangapa village have been facing major issue due to expensive artificial feed and high mortality rate. In order to solve the needs of feed and high mortality rate for farmed fish or shrimp, the source of the natural ingredients using kopasanda leaves Chromolaena odorata L is required. The use of a natural ingredient is also used to prevent the vibriosis using simple technology such as the utilization of local raw materials which is affordable and locally available. The present community service aimed to provide the proper knowledge and skills to members of the fish/shrimp farmer’s group through counseling, training and mentoring. This community service program encouraged the local farmers to be able to utilize the local raw materials as a source of shrimp feed, use the feed pellet machine, and packaging leading to independent feed production. The participatory training method, lectures, forum group discussions, and practices of making shrimp feed and packaging were applied. The Implementation of the Community Partnership Program of Shrimp and Fish Cultivation Groups is independently able to produce organic fish or shrimp feed for farmer’s group leading to higher productivity of aquaculture.

The food industry is one of the industries that is growing very rapidly throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Various types of food and beverages with an attractive appearance continue to be produced to increase the aesthetic value and attractiveness of consumers. Food and beverage production processes include the selection of raw materials, food and beverage processing, food and beverage quality testing, packaging to the food and beverage distribution process. Every process that takes place must be controlled so that the final product produced is safe and suitable for consumption by consumers. Zalacca production in Karangasem Regency is very good to be developed into the useful food industry. The development of the zalacca-based food industry can increase added value for the people and zalacca commodities. The results of the study using the Process Hierarchy Analysis methodology show that Chips, Syrups, and Extracts occupy high yields to be developed.

Most of the people of Ba'ka Village are conventional palm sugar farmers whose whose selling prices are cheap. The purpose of this service is to provide innovation in palm sugar into ant sugar. Through training in making ant sugar, it is hoped that it can increase people's income. The stages of community service include needs analysis, problem formulation, work program formulation, and work program implementation, and evaluation. This service activity produces ant sugar products that are packaged in a modern way. Ant sugar products can attract consumers because they are more durable, hygienic, and practical.

Teluk Kenidai Village is located in Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Teluk Kenidai Village has the potential for natural tourism in the form of beaches, which are one of the alternative tourist destinations for the community. The activities carried out are playing various kinds of rides and swimming on the banks of the Kampar River. The visitors to the island of love in Kenidai Bay are the largest visitors of all tourist objects in Kampar Regency. The existence of the island of love tourism can develop the community's economy by providing special foods as souvenirs and drinks for tourist visitors. Alternative foods that can be done are processed crispy monitor fish and lime syrup drinks because these two things have very high potential in Kampar Regency, and can provide added value to people's lives. The purpose of the activity is to empower the people of Teluk Kenidai Village, to process various crispy monitoring fish and to increase the attractiveness of the island of love for visiting tourists. The benefits of the activity are opening up people's insights in increasing the potential of natural resources, gaining skills and abilities in making crispy monitor fish and lime syrup to improve the economy. The method is carried out by demonstration and hands-on practice in the manufacture of crispy monitoring fish and lime syrup. The target communities are the people living in Teluk Kenidai Village and village customary leaders and the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) totaling 15 people. Evaluation is carried out by giving questionnaires to all participats before and after the delivery of counseling materials and practices. The results of the evaluation of the community service activities that have been carried out show that the increasing desire of the community in practicing extension activities to earn additional income by opening this bussines, especially in the tourist area of Pulau Cinta in Teluk Kenidai Village.

Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. Attention on the nutrient food fulfillment need to be more serious. Efforts to increase people nutrition through homegarden utilization with planting california papaya and avocado can be solution here. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

Marketing is a business function that identifies current unmet wants and needs and manages their size, determines which target markets the organization can best serve, and determines the appropriate range of products, services and programs to serve those markets. So marketing acts as a liaison between the needs of the community and the pattern of industrial responses.This community service activity is carried out at the home of the business actor who has the address. The method used in the implementation of community service activities is business assistance.The purpose of this method is the participatory-lecture method,discussion-information and continued with direct training on making business management development models for business actors "Cireng Ceu Iin" in Padasuka Village, Baros District, Serang Regency.In a business, it is better to plan carefully both in terms of future prospects and the management system that can be done to manage the business in question. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the prospect of competition, market segmentation and the smooth running of its business. Especially for the management of the Cireng-making business, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of raw materials in the form of sago and flour which must be processed into dough. Setting the selling price is one of the factors that must be considered in a business. Prices must be realistic but do not forget the capital spent to carry out the business in question.

The main objective in this community service activity is to improve the insight of the people in Kepohbaru Bojonegoro sub-district about zoonotic diseases. The hope is that with the increasing knowledge of citizens, the level of public health in general can be better. The implementation method that will be used in this community service program is counseling and discussion. The purpose of counseling conducted to the community is to provide a general description of zoonotic diseases and then conduct an in-depth discussion about the clinical symptoms, handling, prevention and treatment of zoonotic diseases. After the activity is completed, monitoring will be carried out through the transfer of students of BBM KKN Universitas Airlangga.AbstrakTujuan utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dapat meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kepohbaru Bojonegoro tentang penyakit zoonosis. Harapannya dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan warga, maka tingkat kesehatan masyarakat secara umum bias menjadi lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan dan diskusi. Tujuan dari penyuluhan yang dilakukan kepada warga masyarakat adalah memberikan gambaran umum tentang penyakit zoonosis dan selanjutnya dilakukan diskusi yang mendalam tentang gejala klinis, penanganan, pencegahan, dan pengobatan penyakit zoonosis. Setelah kegiatan selesai, akan dilakukan monitoring melalui penerjunan mahasiswa KKN BBM Universitas Airlangga.
