The objective of this research was to evaluate the implementation of the adiwiyata program in Riau Islands Province. This evaluation research used a qualitative method with the CIPP evaluation model. The data in this research was got through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis concluded that: (1) adiwiyata program policies had met standards, (2) adiwiyata program implementation plans did not meet standards, (3) adiwiyata program implementation did not meet standards, and (4) adiwiyata program results were not optimal. The recommendation given is that the implementation of the adiwiyata program in Riau Islands Province runs well, the school is consistent with the predicate adiwiyata school and the assessment of the adiwiyata school is carried out objectively.

Kesepian yang dialami lansia di panti jompo memberi dampak negatif pada perilaku sosial. Peneliti ingin mengungkapkan perilaku lansia yang mengalami kesepian dan implikasinya terhadap konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan responden lansia yang mengalami kesepian di panti jompo Kasih sayang Ibu di Batusangkar. Adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk mengambil data yaitu melalui wawancara yang mendalam dan pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan teori miless & Huberman, dan uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan beberapa hal; Pertama, munculnya perilaku negative dan salah suai lansia yang mengalami kesepian, dan perilaku tersebut muncul sebagai akibat ketidakmampuan dalam mengelola perasaan. Kedua, adanya usaha yang dilakukan lansia untuk menghilangkan kesepian, diantara yaitu melalui kegiatan ibadah dan berdiskusi dengan orang dipercaya. Ketiga, perilaku lansia yang mengalami kesepian dan usaha yang telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesepian tersebut berimplikasi pada penerapan konseling Islam, khususnya dari sisi interaksi sosial dan pengelolaan perasaan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam, serta pemantapan nilai-nilai ibadah sebagai usaha untuk mengatasi kesepian.    Kata Kunci: lansia; kesepian; konseling Islam.__________________________________________________The loneliness experienced by the elderly in nursing homes has a negative impact on social behavior. The researcher wants to reveal the behavior of the elderly who experience loneliness and its implications for counseling. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with elderly respondents who experience loneliness in nursing homes Mother's Love in Batusangkar. The technique used to retrieve data is through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis using the theory of Miless & Huberman, and data validity testing using triangulation. The results of the study found several things; First, the emergence of negative behavior and wrong elderly people who experience loneliness, and the behavior appears as a result of the inability to manage feelings. Secondly, there is an attempt by the elderly to eliminate loneliness, between, namely through worship activities and discussions with trusted people. Third, the behavior of the elderly who experience loneliness and the efforts that have been made to overcome loneliness have implications for the application of Islamic counseling, especially in terms of social interaction and management of feelings based on Islamic values, and the strengthening of worship values as an effort to overcome loneliness.Keywords: elderly; lonely; Islamic counseling.

Coaching in every sport should be a planned and continuous process so as to achieve the expected goal. A well-developed and executed coaching program is also capable of being evaluated in order to make improvements over time. The purpose of this research is to get information about coaching program of Pelatda’s TennisTeam of Bangka Belitung Province in PON XIX West Java 2016. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Bandung and Bangka Belitung from February to December 2016, before and after PON XIX West Java 2016.This evaluation research using qualitative method with evaluation model Context, Input, Process, Product or CIPP according D.Stufflebeam (2002). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation study and interactive. Data sources in this research are: Youth and Sports Office of Bangka Belitung Province, KONI of Bangka Belitung Province, coaches of pelatda, PELTI of Bangka Belitung Province.The results concluded that: (1). The evaluation component of context stage is considered sufficient (59.26%). (2). The evaluation component of input stage is considered sufficient (65,63%). (3). The evaluation component of process stages is considered less (42.86%). (4). This research aims (1). To find out how to analyze the integrated iqra method in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang, (2). To find out students' interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang, (3). To find out the Implement of the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an in students of SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Attack, (4). To find out the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning the Qur'an at SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Attack. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from direct observation and in-depth interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Subjects determined in this study were principals, PAI teachers, BTQ teachers and 40 students. The data analysis used were: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the integrated iqra method in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat in this good category is obtained from the results of the analysis reaching the percentage: 75%. The development of the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an in students of SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang is in the very good category, reaching a lift of 81% seen from the results of respondents' answers always and the results of interviews with writers and teachers that it is true that in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, my students are very enthusiastic in learning to read and write the Qur'an. an because I use the integrated iqra method. implementation of the Integrated Iqra Method of learning to read and write the Qur'an at SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang as a whole based on the results of student answers, teachers in teaching reading and writing the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat can be categorized as good. This is evidenced by the results of their ability to read and write the Qur'an using the Iqra method, they are very enthusiastic in following each stage, both Iqra volumes 1 to 6 plus writing Arabic letters or the Qur'an and memorizing Juz 'Amma/Juz 30.

The purpose of this research is to determined whether the evaluation corporate social responsibility program implementation in Bogor PDAM Tirta Pakuan has been implemented in accordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the company. PDAM Tirta Pakuan has a vision of CSR as a pioneer in the implementation of social responsibility in Bogor city especially and Indonesia in generally. Through this vision, PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor city, would really seriously on the implementation of the CSR programs. Based on these purposes, this research is done by evaluating the CSR programs which implemented by PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor city and use CIPP evaluation model to conduct an evaluation of the program. The type which used on this research is evaluation research with use qualitative approach. The source of information used is the Chief Executive of CSR PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor. Data collected by the observation, interview and documentation. Test validity of this research by using triangulation technique, while data analysis is done by reducing the data, presenting and concluding . The result shows that the program Tirta Pakuan care as the company’s strategy goes according to the purposes and plans that have been made by the company.Keywords: evaluation, corporate social responsibility, CIPP Model

Deviant behavior of sodomy is not only did by man but also did by adolescents. Sodomies in young age would serving their punishment at the Children Correctional Institution (LPKA), which was previously called children correctional institution. This research was conducted to determine what factors are behind the sodomy behavior in adolescents. The research was conducted in January-March 2020, located in LPKA Pekanbaru, Penitentiary street No.04, Muara Fajar, Rumbai sub district, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained qualitatively and will present in a descriptive way. The research subjects were two children assisted by inmates with sodomy cases. Subject characteristics consist of: 1) age about 15 years old, 2) last education on Primary School and 3) sodomy cases. Data collection were done by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation, which analyzed the results of interviews between subjects, LPKA officers and the subject's family. The results of this research found that the factors causing adolescents to do sodomy are: 1. Lack of parental supervision, 2. Previous perpetrators were victims of sodomy committed by adults and felt vengeful so that they took it out on younger children, 3. Cause of porn videos of homo sexual that watched by the perpetrators.

Education is one of the instruments of change and national civilization, especially related to human values and mental attitudes. The teacher is an activator, motivator and evaluator of education so that its existence must always be in a quality position. For that reason, it is necessary to conduct sustainable professionalism development as a form of optimizing the teachers’ role and function of in school or madrasah as formal institutions. By this ideal fuction, the authors see the spirit of optimism by educational world to encourage the formation of a fully prosperous civil society. This research investigated how the policy of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Banten Province in improving the professionalism of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. This research used a qualitative method by documentary studies based on reports on activities carried out by the Madrasah Education Division in 2018 and in depth-interviews to the Heads of Madrasah Education Division and the Section Heads of Madrasah Education Division. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Banten Province has held three valuable programs related to enhance the teachers’ professionalism. They were strengthening the competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers through various program and pedagogical activities, increasing managerial competence by several trainings and increasing teachers’ welfare through providing financial incentive, and conducting scientific competitions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of agricultural extension institutions in Central Java Province. The variables used include institutional changes and the impact of institutional changes. The method of data analysis in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with the model of Miles and Huberman with the validity test of triangulation data. The types of data used are primary data from the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Central Java Province, the Office of Environment and Forestry of Central Java Province, the Semarang City Fisheries Office and Farmers in Central Java Province. Retrieval of data through in-depth interviews, document collection, and documentation. The results showed that institutional change was very dynamic since the formation of the institution. Institutional changes occur because of the evolution of laws and their forced nature. Therefore the institution of agricultural extension does not exist. However, so far the community is still getting a good impact from the extension activities because institutional changes do not reduce the performance of extension workers in the community. It's just that extension workers have not been intensive because the numbers are very minimal. This is overcome by the instructor by making a priority when conducting counseling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis eksistensi kelembagaan penyuluhan pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi perubahan kelembagaan dan dampak perubahan kelembagaan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberman dengan uji keabsahan data triangulasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Dinas Perikanan Kota Semarang dan Petani di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam, pengumpulan dokumen, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kelembagaan sangat dinamis sejak dibentuknya kelembagaan. Perubahan kelembagaan terjadi karena evolusi undang-undang dan sifatnya dipaksakan. Oleh karena itu kelembagaan penyuluhan pertanian sudah tidak eksis. Namun, sejauh ini masyarakat masih tetap mendapatkan dampak baik dari kegiatan penyuluhan karena perubahan kelembagaan tidak mengurangi kinerja penyuluh di masyarakat. Hanya saja penyuluh belum intensif karena jumlahnya sangat minim. Hal ini diatasi oleh penyuluh dengan membuat prioritas saat melakukan penyuluhan.

Abstrak This study seeks to determine the professional competence of social studies teachers and how individual background factors affect professional competence. This research is a type of evaluation research, using the Benchmarking evaluation model, in which the results obtained will be compared with the professional competency standards of teachers prevailing in Indonesia. The study population was all social studies teachers at MTs in Mranggen District, amounting to 31 people. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The data analysis step of this research is descriptive data analysis and regression test. The results showed that 32.2% of the teachers had professional competence in the very good category, 25.8% in the good category, and 34.4% in the sufficient category. The regression results show that there is an effect of individual teacher factors on the formation of the professional competence of social studies teachers at MTs in Mranggen District. Teaching experience has the greatest influence in the formation of teacher professional competence, namely 44.63%, then the work environment is 31.16%, educational background is 25.80% and training experience is 0.35%.

This evaluation study responds to the need for public relations (PR) as a management function in building and maintaining reciprocal relationships between schools and industries that are increasing dramatically. The rapid development of public relations in Indonesia is influenced by socio-cultural changes in Indonesian society, which cannot be separated from the high intensity of national development. This evaluation research aims to compare the actual implementation of a PR program to its intended objectives in promoting cooperation between schools and industries. This study used the Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) with four systematic stages: (1) definition, (2) installation, (3) process, and (4) product. The finding shows that there is no discrepancy between the program’s actual implementation and its predetermined objectives. The program implementation has met the criteria of success in achieving proposed goals (good category) and the program operates as it was planned. The program aimed to foster successful collaboration between schools and industries. The scope of the partnership includes information sharing for the purposes of curriculum development, student apprenticeship and competency tests.

In this study, student ownership of devices actually became a phenomenon found in the field that they could use to find various books in many electronic book applications easily. In previous research, this has become one of the supporting factors of successful booktalks program implementation carried out by researchers. This study uses a qualitative method by exploring student perspectives on the application of booktalks program that utilizes gadget through the application of electronic books in building students’ literacy, the culture of reading and writing. 27 students participated in this study by submitting reflective notes that answered 2 questions about the advantages and challenges that students felt about implementing booktalks program that utilizes electronic book applications. Through content analysis, the results of data analysis showed students positive responses to the implementation of booktalks program that utilizes various electronic book applications in building student literacy.
