The high prevalence of skabies in Islamic boarding schools is due to the limited knowledge, attitudes and behavior. The prevalence of school age suffering from scabies is 64%. The aimed of study was the effect of health education through video of media on efforts to prevent skabies at the Islamic Boarding School IMMIM Putra Makassar. The type of research used is pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Samples was 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique consisting of class VIII and IX. Collecting data used was questionnaire. The data were analyzed with wilcoxon test. The results of the pre-test knowledge category 54,0%, low 46,0%, post-test knowledge was high 98.0% and low 2,00%. Pre-test attitude positive 90,0%, negative 10,0%, while the post-test positive attitude 96,0% and negative 4,00%. The pre-test for the category behavior is quite 100,0% while the post-test for the category action is quite 100,0%. The results of p value <0.05 means that there is an effect of health counseling using video media on knowledge (0.000) attitudes (0.000) and behavior (0.002) to santri in an effort to prevent skabies disease. It is hoped that the management of the pesantren can prohibit students from exchanging clothes and beds so that the transmission of skabies does not occur, conduct mass treatment to break the chain of disease, for santri to improve environmental of quality, clean and healthy living on behavior.

Diarrhoea is a health problem that is often experienced by infants and toddlers and in almost every country. One of the efforts to prevent diarrhoea was through counselling. Due to the pandemic situation, face-to-face counselling was not possible. This study aimed to assess the use of e-learning in increasing knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours to prevent diarrhoea. This research was an analytical observational study with the design of The One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Samples were select used the purposive sampling technique. The sample size in this study was 54 students. The eLearning model used in this research was Google Class. The data were obtained by using google form then analyzed using McNemar Test. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in knowledge (p-value = 0.000), attitudes (p-value = 0.031), and behaviour (p-value = 0.016) to prevent diarrhea before and after treatment. The utilization of online learning (e-learning) significantly affected increasing knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour in preventing diarrhea. In the future, e-learning can be an alternative to prevent diarrhea during a pandemic.

GIVING Turmeric Ointment MAY REDUCE STRIAE GRAVIDARUM IN THE PUPERATIVE MOTHER Background:Striaegravidarum is a sign or stretch that occurs on the skin of 50% to 90% of women during the second half of pregnancy. Nearly half of women experience stretching of the skin, especially in the abdomen, as a result of increasing gestational age.The presence of striae gravidarum causes a lack of self-confidence in the post-partum mother, so this makes the postpartum mother have to undergo medication and even surgery to restore her skin to the state before she was pregnant.The purpose: of this study was to determine the effect of turmeric ointment in reducing Striaegravidarum in postpartum mothers at the Hj. DewiSesmeraS.Tr.Keb Aluminum IV TanjungMulia Medan in 2020.Methods: This study used a Quasy Experiment Design (Quasi-Experimental Design) using a One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population and sample in this study were all postpartum mothers with 15 people. This study used Porposive sampling technique with univariate and bivariate analysis with T Test.Results: the research obtained from data analysis with the Wilcoxon test showed that post-partum mothers could conclude pre-test and post-test giving turmeric ointment. The results in the table show that the P-Value (0.001) <α 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of pre-test and post-test on the administration of turmeric ointment in reducing striaegravidarum.Conclusion: This study shows that there is an effect of turmeric ointment in reducing striaegravidarum. Suggestions for the clinic mother Hj. Dewi Sesmera so that mothers can advise postpartum mothers to make their own products with ingredients derived from traditional turmeric in reducing striaegravivarum. Keywords: Key words: Turmeric ointment, Striae gravidarum, postpartum mother

ABSTRAK Pada penyakit asma, serangan umumnya datang pada malam hari, tetapi dalam keadaan berat serangan dapat terjadi setiap saat tidak tergantung waktu. Inspirasi pendek dan dangkal, mengakibatkan penderita menjadi sianosis, wajahnya pucat dan lemas, serta kulit banyak mengeluarkan keringat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian posisi Semi fowler terhadap respiration rate pada pasien asma bronkial di Puskesmas Air Upas Ketapang   Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Quasi Eksperimental dengan Pre and post test with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 48 orang yang mengalami asma bronkial di Puskesmas Air Upas Kabupaten Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 42 responden. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai p value 0,000 sehingga ada pengaruh pemberian posisi semi fowler terhadap respiration rate pada pasien asma bronkial di Puskesmas Air Upas Ketapang   Kata Kunci: posisi semi fowler, respiration rate, asma bronkial     ABSTRACT In asthma, the attacks usually come at night, but in a state of severe attacks can occur at any time does not depend on time. This study aimed to determine the effect of semi fowler position against respiration rate in patients with bronchial asthma in the Main Clinic Air Upas Ketapang. This research used the quasi experimental quantitative method with the pre and post test with control group design. It’s population was 48 asthma sufferers at the main clinic Air Upas Ketapang of west Borneo. The samples of research were determined through the purposive sampling technique and consisted of 42 respondents who were divided into two groups: 21 in the control group and 21 in the experimental group. The data of research were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon’s analysis.The results showed the Wilcoxon test with p value of 0.000 so that there is the effect of semi fowler position against respiration rate in patients with bronchial asthma in the Main Clinic Air Upas Ketapang.   Keywords: position semi fowler, respiration rate, bronchial asthma

Hypertension is a major health problem in Indonesia. Prevention can be applied through health promotion and modification of a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of SMS (Short Message Service) Gateway to dietary compliance and awareness of hypertensive patients. The research design was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at Putri Ayu Health Center, Jambi City. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total sample of 30 hypertensive patients. The intervention was conducted for 30 days by sending SMS twice a day. The results of the study showed an average awareness score of 7.3 pre-test and 10.1 post-test. The average dietary compliance score was 21.2 pre-test and 31.3 post-test. Wilcoxon test showed there was an effect of SMS Gateway to awareness and dietary compliance in hypertensive patients (p-value = 0.000). This study concludes that there is an effect of nutritional messages through SMS media to awareness and dietary compliance in hypertensive patients.

The pain on delivering baby was experienced by most women, this pain is unique and different for every individual. Non-pharmacological pain control becomes cheaper, simple, and effective and without adverse effects, one of which is the technique effleurage. Effleurage of the abdomen is one of the non-pharmacological methods which are usually used in the Lamaze method to reduce pain in normal labor. This research aimed to determine the effect of effleurage technique on active phase of the first stage of labor pain intensity on maternal in private midwife Hj.Ninik Artiningsih.,SST.M.Kes Blooto District Mojokerto Regency. Research design was pre experimental type one group pre-test post test design. Its population were all women giving birth in BPM Hj.Ninik Artiningsih.,SST.M.Kes, SST Blooto distric Mojokerto Regency amount 17 people. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling to obtain 15 samples. Data analysis used was Wilcoxon test with P value <0.05. It means that there was effect of effleurage technique on active phase of the first stage of labor pain intensity on maternal in private midwife Hj.Ninik Artiningsih.,SST.M.Kes Blooto District Mojokerto Regency. Gently cares the abdomen effected in pain that transmitted will be inhibited, it effected in the cerebral cortex does not receive the response message so that the pain decreased pain

The phenomenon of social problems in Indonesia is the outbreak of children on the street. Especially in the city of Cirebon, which is known as one of the areas supplying street children in Jakarta. The occurrence of Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV / AIDS) is still a global problem. Health education is very important in changing one's behavior. Children on the street have a high enough risk factor for HIV / AIDS. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of health education on knowledge, attitudes, risk behaviors in HIV / AIDS prevention. Experimental research with a research design using Quasi Experiment with Pretest-posttest One Group Design on 38 street children with purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire that was analyzed by the Cochran and McNemar tests. This study shows the frequency distribution of knowledge both before being given health education as many as 1 person (2.6%) and after being given health education as many as 35 people (92.1%), the frequency distribution of positive attitudes before being given health education as much as 2 people (55.3 %) after 36 people were given health education (9.7%), the frequency distribution of risk-free behavior before being given health education were 23 people (60.5%) and 37 people were given health education (97.4%). In addition, the results of p value 0,000 were obtained using the Cochran test calculations for knowledge, attitudes, and behavior (p≤0.05). Then it was stated that there was an influence of health education on knowledge, attitudes, and behavior in the prevention of HIV / AIDS. Health education with PowerPoint media, videos, and leaflets combined with games with repeated interventions can have an influence on increasing knowledge, positive attitudes, and changing risk behaviors in preventing HIV/AIDS

Reproductive health is a healthy state physically, mentally, and socially intact, not solely free from diseases or disabilities related to reproductive systems, functions, and processes. Health education is the process of improving people's ability to maintain and improve their health. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about reproductive health in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baabussalaam Bandung. The design of this research was the Pre-Experimental Designs with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, the sampling technique used the total sampling with 91 respondents. The result of the research showed that before health education, a small part of all respondents (37,4%) have enough knowledge after given health education most of all respondents (73%) have good knowledge about reproductive health. Prior to being given health education some of the respondents (57.1%) had negative attitudes, after being given health education most of all respondents (65.9%) had a positive attitude about reproductive health. The result of the Wilcoxon test analysis for the knowledge and attitude variables were significant (P-Value 0.000 ≤ 0,05). It can be concluded that there is an influence of health education to the level of knowledge and attitude of adolescent about reproduction health in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Baabussalaam city of Bandung. Nurses are expected to maximize their role as an educator in providing health education for adolescents, especially on adolescent reproductive health. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Reproductive Health

Introduction: Early marriage is a practice that is still common in several countries in the world. Getting married at early age will have an impact on childcare. Marriage at an early age needs to obtain knowledge about childcare. Interventions provided to mothers who marry at early age to change her behavior is health coaching support. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of health coaching support by peer coaching method on parenting self-efficacy to infant care in mothers who married at early age. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design. The study population was early marriage mothers who had infant. We used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 15 participants. The instrument used in this study was the Maternal Self-Efficacy Scale. Results: The results showed that of the 15 participants, the mean pre-test and mean post-test were 1.73 and 3.46. Wilcoxon test results showed before and after being given health coaching support by peer with p-value 0,000 < α = 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This showed that there was a significant influence due to the provision of health coaching support by peer coaching methods on infant care. Conclussions: There was an increase in parenting self-efficacy on infant care in mothers who married at early age. It is expected that parents who married at early age could change their behavior and have confidence in parenting.

Nutritional problems are a complex problem not only due to powerlessness or economic inadequacy, but also regarding knowledge, attitudes and behavior. The practice of giving food to infants and children, especially at the age of 0–23 months, must be carried out correctly and appropriately. Feeding errors in this period can lead to malnutrition and stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of mothers about nutrition with feeding behavior in toddlers. Method :The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at Botania puskesmas, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were toddlers' mothers who came to the Botania puskesmas. The sample in this study was 40 people. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square. Result : The results of the research on maternal knowledge about good toddler nutrition were equal to the frequency of maternal knowledge about adequate nutrition, namely (20) respondents (50%), the majority of toddlers' feeding behavior was good (22) toddlers (55%). Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.00 <0.05, Conclusion : there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge about nutrition and feeding behavior of children under five at Botania Health Center. Suggestions that the authors provide to provide health education, especially nutrition for toddlers.

ABSTRACTRelaxation technique and finger grasping is one of relaxation therapy that could help patient in self controlling when feeling pain or uncomfortable, physical stress and pain irritable. The aim of this research to identify the effectivennes ratio of relaxation technique and finger grasping toward reducing of pain for post op section caesarea patient in Matahari Ward of Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. This is quantitative research with quasy experiment (pre and post test without control). This research done from July 25 until August 27, 2018. All patient underwent section caesarea operation in Matahari Ward of Undata Hospital are population of this research was. Sample was calculated using by average two tail formula with σ2=5,36, μo=5,07, μa=1,80, α=1,96 and β= 0,84 that the sample is 8 respondent taken by quota sampling technique. Data was calculated using Wilcoxon test with α-value=0,05 or 95% get p-value=0,011(α≤0,05). Result found of pretest that have most respondent is suffered heavy pain controlled and  posttest that have most respondent is suffered mild pain. Conclusion, that have Effectivennes  Ratio relaxation technique and finger grasping toward reducing of pain for post op section caesarea patient in Matahari Ward of Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. Suggest, nurse could implement the relaxation technique and finger grasping during 20 minute as a pain management. Keywords: Relaxation,Finger Grasping, Pain
