Education must be able to form a complete human being who is described as a human being who has personal characteristics who understand psychosocial dynamics and their cultural environment. The educational process must include: (a) the development of faith, piety, (b) the development of national, state, democratic, and personality insights, (c) mastery of science and technology, (d) development, appreciation, appreciation, and artistic expression, and (e) the formation of physically and mentally healthy human beings. The process of human formation above is essentially a process of cultivating and empowering students that lasts a lifetime. The educational process carried out above is unlikely to be achieved if teacher performance is still low, especially in making school planning. The purpose of this supervisory action research (PTKp) is to find out the extent to which teacher performance improvement in compiling the syllabus and lesson plans using Microsoft Word in MI assisted by the Ministry of Religion, Kec. Pringapus Kab. Semarang Academic Year 2018/2019. In this supervisory action research (PTKp) it was carried out in 3 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve teacher performance in compiling syllabus and lesson plans using Microsoft Word. From the average results of 59.09% in the first cycle, it can increase to 70% in the second cycle, and 85.45% in the third cycle. And it has reached the ideal standard, which is at least 85%, and the average reaches 100% completeness. The results of this action research indicate that the supervision of supervisors through academic supervision is effective and can improve teacher performance in compiling the Syllabus and lesson plans using Microsoft Word at the Ministry of Religion's Regional Assisted Elementary Schools, Kec. Pringapus Kab. Semarang Academic Year 2016-2017. ABSTRAKPendidikan harus mampu membentuk manusia seutuhnya yang digambarkan sebagai manusia yang memiliki karakteristik personal yang memahami dinamika psikososial dan lingkungan kulturalnya. Proses pendidikan harus mencakup: (a) penumbuh kembangan keimanan, ketakwaan, (b) pengembangan wawasan kebangsaan, kenegaraan, demokrasi, dan kepribadian, (c) penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, (d) pengembangan, penghayatan, apresiasi, dan ekspresi seni, serta (e) pembentukan manusia yang sehat jasmani dan rohani. Proses pembentukan manusia di atas pada hakekatnya merupakan proses pembudayaan dan pemberdayaan peserta didik yang berlangsung sepanjang hayat. Proses pendidikan yang dilaksanakan di atas tidak mungkin akan dapat tercapai kalau kinerja guru masih rendah terutama dalam membuat perencanan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan Kepengawasan ( PTKp ) ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dalam menyusun Silabus dan RPP menggunakan Microsoft Word di MI Binaan Wilayah Kemenag Kec. Pringapus Kab. Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Dalam penelitian tindakan Kepengawasan ( PTKp ) ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun Silabus dan RPP menggunakan Microsoft Word. Dari hasil rata-rata 59,09 % pada siklus I, dapat meningkat menjadi 70 % pada siklus II, dan siklus ke III 85,45 %.dan telah mencapai standar ideal, yaitu minimal 85%, dan rata rata mencapai 100 % ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian tindakan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan pengawas melalui supervisi akademik efektif dan dapat meningkatan kinerja guru dalam menyusun Silabus dan RPP menggunakan Microsoft Word di SD Binaan Wilayah Kemenag Kec. Pringapus Kab. Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019.

The study entitled "Improving teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans through ongoing academic supervision in SMP (Public Middle Schools) Negeri 2 Sabang" raised the issue of whether through continuous academic supervision it can improve teacher competence in preparing syllabi and lesson plans. This study aims to improve the competence of teachers in Sabang 2 Public Middle School in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. The subjects of this study were teachers of Sabang 2 Public Middle School in the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 13 teachers, consisting of 10 PNS teachers and 3 non PNS teachers. The method used is the school action research method. Data collection is done by test and observation techniques. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the first cycle 31% of teachers obtained the appropriate syllabus and lesson plan and were considered good and in cycle 2 there were 100% of teachers who had syllabus and lesson plans that were appropriate and considered good. The conclusion of this research is that through ongoing academic supervision scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans.

The purpose of the article is to outline the problem of widely understood conflicts in human life from the perspective of existential philosophy. Without questioning the importance of psychological research on complex mechanisms underlying conflicts, the author points to the issue of the problematic nature of human existence, the category of freedom, the problem of the authenticity of being and the sense of meaning. In the second part of the paper, the essence of educational process in the context of experiencing difficulties and conflicting situations by human beings has been introduced. The necessity of taking into account the problem of being oneself and constituting a human being in relation to himself, the world and others has been presented.

This study aims to 1) Improve Teacher Performance at SD Negeri Dombo 1 through educational supervision. 2) Describe the steps of collaborative educational supervisionperiodically in preparing learning implementation plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement that can improve teacher performance. This performance improvement is carried out through periodic collaborative educational supervision.This action research was conducted on 16 teachers of SD Negeri Dombo 1, Sayung District, Demak Regency. The action research was carried out from September 2021 to November 2021. The research design used is an action research design (reserch) whose flow is: making an action plan, implementing the action, and reflecting on the implementation of the action. The results of these reflections are used as guidelines for making decisions to continue or stop the research. The research was carried out in a spiral in cycles until the second cycle. The research data are in the form of observation notes, field notes, planning documentation and supervision results. The main data collection instrument is the researcher, while the supporting instruments are observation and documentation guidelines. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative techniques.The results showed that the teacher's performance increased after the action in the form of direct educative supervision was carried out from cycle I to cycle II. These improvements include improvements in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement Based on the results of educative supervision in cycle I and cycle II, teacher performance increased, namely in cycle I, teacher performance in preparing learning plans for cycle I reached 76%, while in cycle II it was 91%. The teacher's performance in implementing the learning cycle I reached 71% while the second cycle reached 89%. Teacher performance in assessing learning achievement in the first cycle reached 70% while the second cycle was 90%. Teacher performance in carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement in the first cycle reached 54% while the second cycle was 84%. Thus, the average cycle II action was already above 75%. Based on the results of the action research, it can be concluded that the teacher's performance increases in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, carrying out follow-up assessments of student achievement. For this reason, researchers suggest that schools carry out educational supervision. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan ingin Meningkatakan Kinerja Guru SD Negei Dombo 1 melalui supervisi edukatif. Mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai prestasi belajar, melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar siswa yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Peningkatan kinerja ini melalui supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik. Penelitian tindakan Sekolah ini dilakukan terhadap guru SD Negeri Dombo 1, Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 16 orang. Penelitian tindakan dilaksanakan mulai bulan September 2021 sampai dengan November 2021. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan penelitian tindakan (reserch) yang alurnya: membuat rencana tindakan, melaksankan tindakan, dan refleksi pelaksanaan tindakan. Hasil refleksi tersebut digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk pengambilan keputusan melanjutkan atau menghentikan penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan secara spiral dalam siklus-siklus sampai siklus kedua. Data penelitian berupa catatan hasil pengamatan, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi perencanaan dan hasil supervisi. Instrumen pengumpul data utama adalah peneliti, sedangkan instrument penunjangnya adalah pedoman observasi, dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru meningkat setelah dilakukan tindakan yang berupa supervisi edukatif secara langsung dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut meliputi peningkatan dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai prestasi belajar, melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru meningkat dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai prestasi belajar, melaksanakan tindak lanjut penilaian prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk itu, peneliti menyarankan agar di sekolah-sekolah melaksanakan supervisi edukatif.

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teacher performance in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) through the guidance and supervision of School Principals at MIS Meunasah Teungoh Academic Year 2018/2019. The research was conducted at MIS Meunasah Teungoh. The School Action Research Subjects (PTS) are all teachers at MIS Meunasah Teungoh in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The number of teachers is 10 teachers with 1 male teacher and 6 female teachers. This School Action Research (PTS) was conducted in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The School Action Research (PTS) was conducted in a period of 3 months from August 2018 to October 2018 in Odd Semester. The methodology of this research is the School Action Research (PTS) consisting of two Cycles. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research procedure consisted of, planning Cycle one, implementing Cycle one action, observing Cycle one, reflecting Cycle one, planning Cycle two, implementing Cycle two actions, observing Cycle two and reflecting Cycle two. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation. Data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher performance in teaching and learning from 72.50% in Cycle I and increased to 87.50% in Cycle II. Teacher performance activities increased from 65.00% in Cycle I and increased to 90.00%. The application of the guidance and supervision techniques of the School Principal can improve the activities and results of teacher performance in the teaching and learning process at MIS Meunasah Teungoh 2018/2019 Academic Year.

Communication is very significant for human being because there is hardly any human activity without communication. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted to improve the eleventh grade students’ speaking skill by using audio visual aids in SMA Santo Petrus Medan in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. The results of the study showed significant improvement of the students’ speaking skill and responses after being taught by using audio visual aids is very good because the students felt enthusiastics and motivated. The result of the test showed that the students’ mean score in pre-test is 51,97 with 8,82% of the students got score ≥ 75, in formative-test mean score is 60,70 with 14,70% of the students got score ≥ 75 and in post-test mean score is 75,35 with 44,11% of the students got score ≥ 75. Based on the results, it can be concluded that using audio visual aids as a learning a instrument gives the improvement to students’ speaking skill.

Анализируется широкий спектр психологических и духовно-нравственных проблем человека и групповых субъектов в противоречивых процессах глобальной трансформации современного общества. Рассматриваются многообразные угрозы и вызовы человечеству в целом. Описана соответствующая феноменология. Намечены пути ее системного анализа и синтеза на новом уровне понимания. Обсуждаются актуальные для этой задачи теоретико-методологические идеи. Научному осмыслению подлежит взаимовлияние и единство всех содержаний актуального и потенциального сознания на индивидуальном и групповом уровнях. Субъективные представления об угрозах рассматриваются как «внешние» воздействия, влияющие через внутренние условия в виде индивидуальных и/или групповых ценностей , социо-этно-культурных норм и социально-психологических закономерностей . Поставлен вопрос о поиске адекватного алармизма на основе закономерности Йеркса-Додсона с учетом существования тематики, относительно которой он уместен ( духовно-нравственное состояние человечества, перспективы тотального социального контроля и пр.). Подчеркнуто значение взаимодействия познавательного потенциала социальной, политической и исторической психологии, а также психологии личности и психологии религии. Намечена теоретико-методологическая основа создания макрополитической психологии , более целостно отражающей происходящее в мире за счет опоры на междисциплинарное взаимодействие указанных направлений психологической науки с геополитическими исследованиями с учетом финансово-экономических, мировоззренческих и иных факторов глобальной трансформации . Ее психологические и духовно-нравственные проблемы рассматриваются относительно взаимодействующих позиций макроописания человека: «личности», «субъекта», «индивидуальности» и «индивида» . Проявления личности анализируются как реактивное отражение мира в ответ на внешние социальные воздействия. Субъект описывается с позиции активного реагирования на изменение жизнедеятельности. Индивидуальность, характеризуемая активным отражением информации в зависимости от опыта, картины мира и особенностей человека, рассматривается в связи с проблематикой сознания и менталитета. К индивиду отнесены риски и угрозы для человеческого организма, включая влияния новых технологий на основе искусственного интеллекта. Сформулированы перспективные задачи исследований. A wide range of psychological, spiritual and moral problems of human beings in contradictory processes of global transformation are analyzes. Diverse threats for humanity are considered, and the corresponding phenomenology is described. Some ways for analysis-synthesis of such phenomenology are set. Relevant theoretical and methodological ideas are discussed. It is emphasized the importance of understanding mutual interaction of actual and potential consciousness at individual and group levels. Subjective images of global risks and threats are considered as “external” influences through internal conditions in forms of individual and/or group values, socio-ethno-cultural norms, socio-psychological laws. It is raised the problem of finding adequate ‘alarmism’, based on the Yerkes-Dodson regularity, considering the existence of topics for which alarmism is appropriate (e.g. moral state of humanity, prospects of total social control, "digital slavery", etc.). The role of interaction of cognitive capabilities of social, political, historical psychology, psychology of personality, and psychology of religion is emphasized. The article outlines theoretical basis for creating a ‘macro-political psychology’ designed for more holistic reflection of global transformation. ‘Macro-political psychology’ should be based on interdisciplinary interaction of these areas of psychological science with geopolitical research, with study of financial, economics, ideological factors. Psychological and spiritual / moral problems of humankind are considered regarding to interacting positions of a human being’s description: “personality”, “subject”, “individuality”, “individ”. Manifestations of personality are analyzed as reactive reflection of the world in response to external social influences. Subject is described in terms of active response to changes in life activity. Individuality is characterized by active reflection of information regarding life experience, worldview, personal characteristics of human being; individuality is considered as an integral characteristic related to consciousness and mentality issues. The individual's position relates to threats for human body, including impact of new technologies based on artificial intelligence. Some future research tasks are formulated.

Abstract Teaching feasibility is not sufficient to only measure based on formal education but also to be measured based on how the teacher's performance in learning related to lesson planning and learning implementation.The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which principal coaching through clinical supervision can improve teacher performance in learning.In this school action research (PTS) was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken were proven to improve teacher performance in learning, namely by increasing teacher performance in preparing lesson plans from 72.86% in cycle 1, increasing to 99.2% in cycle 2. Then the increase in teacher performance in implementing learning from 71.8% in cycle 1, increased to 98.6% in cycle 2. In other words, clinical supervision carried out by researchers as school principals can improve teacher performance in learning. Keywords: Clinical Supervision, Learning, Teacher Performance

Human Being is created by Allah in a state of not knowing anything, but equipped with the senses and minds as tools to be able in receiving knowledge, and also established the concepts and norms which forms the basis of educational process. The occurrence of moral decadence in Indonesian young generation is always associated with the bad education system used, so it is need a systematic and comprehensive effort to understand the nature of human beings and how to educate them based on the references from Allah as the creator. Al-Qur'an gives many examples of good educational process, such as contained in Q.S. Lukman: 13-19. To understand about the educational process can be used a bayani method which includes: identifying the nash of al-qur`an to be studied, identifying the corresponding Nash of Al Qur’an, and understanding the Nash of Al Qur’an textually and contextually. By using Bayani method, the concept of family education based on Q.S Lukman: 13-19, as follows: introducing Allah as a creator and the origin of human being, teaching science as the basis of argumentation, introducing the law of causality (Cognitive aspect), training and making habitual on praying and Amar maruf nahi munkar (Psychomotor aspect), training the patience, caring for others, humble, modest life, and politeness (Affective aspect). The affective aspect in the concept of family education based on Q.S Lukman: 13-19 is dominant about 45.46%, if this concept is used by parents in educating their children, the problem of moral decadence in this country can be minimized.

It is therefore necessary for the principal's role to motivate teachers to improve their performance and objectives to help teachers clearly see the purpose of education and to achieve the educational goals by fostering and developing better teaching methods and procedures. The purpose of this research is to increase the competence of teachers in the use of ICTs, so that it can improve the performance and the performance of teachers in the world compete in this globalization. So with the use of ICT teachers are able to access and create lesson material that is betterand interesting so siswapun will have a better learning achievement also especially at SD Negeri 30 Timbulun

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.
