A method of teaching programming is proposed for consideration, which, like Kansei-engineering [1], is based on managing the emotional background in the classroom during classes to enhance the individual significance of the quality of the assignment. The need for the method is due to the fact that during the oral presentation of the material by the lecturer, students today do not use note-taking, and there is also no feedback. The ways of increasing the effectiveness of teaching programming by means of developing the ability to “think with your hands”, as an activation of creativity, through the use of additional emotional stress. In this direction, an initiative is proposed to supplement the written dictation at the lecture. It obliges the student not only to implement written decisions, but also to emotionally assess their quality by making special notes in the margins. Such an innovation will allow not only to develop and strengthen the skill of writing software code, but also at the same time to check its correctness individually, since the selfassessment of the quality of the result is formed emotionally. It is assumed that the introduction of regular lecture emotional writing practices will allow students to hone their algorithmic thinking skills more effectively, and the teacher to manage the tendency of individual learning. It can be expected that an emotional insight will occur in the student’s mind at a certain moment, associated with the assessment of his own work, which will determine the initial moment of the emerging understanding. An emotional reaction in conjunction with a written result will mean the initialization of an individual educational process.

The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

For a long time, the study of the brain capabilities for the improvement of the quality of education has been an urgent direction in pedagogical science. Due to the development of digitalization, new areas of research have emerged related to the use of special equipment that makes it possible to assess and control brainwork, develop mental abilities, cognitive functions, etc. One of them is neurotechnology, which is an effective means of transforming the educational process: it offers educational content based on the individual characteristics of students. Thus, a need to concretize the terminology and determine the current research areas arises. The article aims to attempt to fill this gap with the help of a representative analysis of publications on neurotechnologies, as well as the essence of neuroeducation.

The Quality of education depends to a great extent on thequality of teachers. It is a known fact that quality teachers optfor an innovation in their teaching aspect through integratingtechnology in the classroom instruction to give the best tostudents. Since technology is a powerful tool for problem –solving, conceptual development and critical thinking help tomake the learning process much easier for the students. To beeffective in the classroom instruction, teachers should acquirethe knowledge and skills to use the new challenges inpromoting innovative teaching strategies that are studentcentered, collaborative, engaging, authentic, self-directed andbased on the development of higher order thinking skills withrespect to handling classes for students which aim to achievehigh academic standards.Today learning is approached as a constructive, self-regulated,and cooperative to meet the individual difference andtechnology-oriented process. In these approaches a strongemphasis is placed on the learner as an active agent in theknowledge acquisition process. This view on learning andinstruction is in contrast with the ‗Objectivistic‘ viewpoint inwhich information provided by, for example, a teacher ismore or less directly transferred to the learner. In theconstructive viewpoint, the teacher plays a more facilitativerole, supporting learners in a self-directed, constructivelearning process. Developments in the objectivistic traditionwere encouraged by the availability of computer-basedlearning environments that were in line with this approach, such as programmed instruction, tutorials, drill-and-practiceprograms. Also within the constructivist approach we findcomputer-learning environments that help to advancedevelopments

Residual knowledge assessment is one of the procedures used in the Russian education system to monitor the quality of education at various levels. Typically, this procedure is considered to be a computer testing of the previously learned disciplines. The analysis of test results gives grounds for making necessary decisions. This determines the importance of reliable, accessible and informative presentation of monitoring results. The paper contains a method of visualization and interpretation of residual knowledge assessment results. The authors think that it is possible to use this method for analyzing the problems of training at the individual and group levels. For statistical information processing it is offered to use a vector form of data presentation. The paper contains examples of using a vector model for estimating the level of residual knowledge in three or more disciplines. The authors propose an approach that solves the problem of test results comparability carried out in various estimation systems. The main conclusions and results can be used directly in the educational process, in the field of education management, in psychological and pedagogical work.

On the occasion of the hundredth anniversary of the publication of the book The Century of the Child by the Swedish authoress Ellen Key which, when it first appeared, caused a vigorous reaction amongst the pedagogical public, the article analyses the relationship between the individual and die social approach to upbringing as one of the basic pedagogical problems. After reviewing the key features of radically individual and extremely social movements in pedagogy which always ended up without any practical pedagogical breakthroughs, die author sets down to elaborate the positions of cultural pedagogy in Croatia between the two world wars. Research has shown that cultural pedagogy lakes a balanced attitude towards the individual and the social element in education. The process of bringing nearer the subjective spirit to the objective spirit of the community within the educational process is developed in an active interrelationship and equal treatment of both the individual and the social aspect. The neglect of either one or the other educational pole would thwart the achievement of integral educational results. However, despite the enormous significance which cultural pedagogy assigns to this question it has not been elaborated on the level of practical pedagogical application. The manner of implementing this theory has been left to te freedom of the educational process. The harmonization of die relationship between the individual and die social in education is the common task of both pedagogy and society. The quality of pedagogy is measured by the manner in which these two extremes in education are reconciled and a society that takes man as its measure thrives when it ensures the presuppositions for the education of the complete potential merits of all of its members.
