Surabaya, as the second largest metropolitan city, has a long record in overcoming the problem of street vendors who are increasing every year. The existence of irregular street vendors is considered as a barrier in creating a safe, comfortable, orderly, clean layout. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Evaluation of Street Vendor Structuring Policy in Sentra Gembong Asih Surabaya City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with informant retrieval using purposive sampling techniques. Researchers chose bridgman & davis theory with four focuses: input, process, outputs, outcomes. The results of the study showed that the focus of input, supporting resources are adequate, and human resources are sufficient in number and ability. Focus process, said to be effective, efficient, and has been educated. Focus output, it is said to have not had a successful output in influencing policy goals. Because the existing policy has not met the expectations of traders. Focus outcomes, in the arrangement of traders Gembong Asih the impact received by policy targets has an impact on place and income.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many had a very large and bad impact on life, especially for traders, both small traders and small traders, not only that, the implementation of community activity restrictions (PPKM) resulted in traders not being allowed to sell during the PPKM level. One of the impacts of the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) is the impact on street vendors around Merdeka Walk (PKL) in the city of Medan. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Levels I-IV on the Income of Merdeka Walk Street Vendors in Medan City, the research method in this study uses a qualitative method with data collection by interview. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan tingkat partisipasi pedagang kaki lima dan upaya pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan partisipasi pedagang kaki lima dalam pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan Skripsi adalah metode diskriptif Kualitatif, akan tetapi tidak kualitatif murni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada empat bentuk partipasi pedagang kaki lima beserta tingkat partisipasinya yaitu penanganan sampah kategori tinggi, penanganan air limbah kategori rendah, membersihkan lingkungan kategori tinggi, dan untuk pembayaran uang retribusi kebersihan tergolong rendah. Upaya mengoptimalkan partisipasi pedagang kaki lima antara lain penambahan fasilitas penunjang, pengawasan berkala, mendata pedagang, pemungutan uang retribusi kebersihan kepada seluruh pedagang, dan mengadakan sosialisai program kebersihan. Kata kunci : Partisipasi, Pedagang Kaki Lima, Pengelolaan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the form and level of participation of street vendors and government efforts to optimize the participation of street vendors in environmental hygiene management. The research method used in thesis writing is a qualitative descriptive method, but it is not purely qualitative. The results showed that there were four forms of street vendor participation along with the level of participation, namely high waste magement, low waste management , cleaning high environments, and low paying retribution fees. Efforts to optimize the participation of street vendors include the addition of supporting facilities, periodic supervision, data collection of traders, collection of cleaning retribution money to all traders, and holding a socialization of cleaning programs. Based on preliminary studies in Air Saga Village, the problems faced by villages to form BUM Desa are lack of ability to map village potentials, it is difficulty to find human resources who will manage BUM Desa, lack of understanding to start establishing BUM Desa, and lack of ability to compile BUM Desa administration.  These problems must be addressed immediately by conducting research activities aimed at formulating management strategies for the formation of BUM Desa, especially in Air Saga Village. The research method uses qualitative methods with the following steps: (1) conducting observations to obtain information about the potential of the village, (2) conducting interviews with village heads and BPD, (3) conducting FGD. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that an aggressive strategy is the right strategy to form a BUM Desa in Air Saga Village, Tanjungpandan District, Belitung Regency. The implementation of the strategy for establishing BUM Desa must involve village facilitators and be evaluated in each of its activities

Street vendors is a phenomenon in almost all regions in Indonesia, which is always a positive and negative impact on the region where the street vendor activity. The positive is the economy in a sustainable life in areas where street vendor activities, while the negative effects are disturbed some public access as a result of the existence of such street vendor, such as public roads are always jammed, the sidewalk is not functioning, trash increases or the environment increasingly neglected, area aesthetics will show discomfort. For the more crowded street vendor activities will have an impact upon the producer. However street vendor unaware that what was done to give effect to society because of disruption of public facilities. It is very necessary of information for the  street vendor’s understanding and perception to the impact caused by their presence in an area. The research was conducted by qualitative method with type research field investigations and descriptive analysis of the street vendor, managers, buyers and decision makers who do trading activities in S. Parman Street, UlakKarang Padang.  Samples as research subjects were the street vendors as much as 5 people, managers, local government, the buyer and road users. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data Collection Techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentation while data analysis is conducted qualitatively by a descriptive approach. The findings and the results are show that the information obtained is correct in running its activities to seek fortune already utilizing public access such as sidewalk and road. Contributions to the street vendors are expected to have awareness in running its activities mainly on the utilization of public access and if you want to keep running its activities must be willing to abide by all the regulations set forth by the government, because it became a street vendor answers to some of the problems faced by street vendors as well as for the government attempted to manage and regulate the existence of street vendors to be in line with policies that have been set by the government for street vendors somehow able to overcome the problem of the existence of the public economy.

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to find out how the directions regarding the arrangement of street vendors on Manakarra Beach, Mamuju City. Regency. Mamuju. The variables used consisted of 4, namely: (1) Policy; (2) Education Level; (3) Economic level; (4) Supervision. The analytical method used is in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis.Manakarra Beach is an Artificial Nature Tourism Object in the form of a beach located on Jl. Yos Sudarso, Kel. Rimuku, Kec. Mamuju, Kab. Mamuju, which is the center of Mamuju City. Departing from the description above where the focus of this research is the street vendors (PKL) who are on Manakarra Beach itself. Where the street vendors (PKL) sell on the shoulder of the road and sidewalk, so that there is a need for an effort to organize and supervise so that the street vendor activities do not interfere with the activities and mobility of the population or the community on Jalan Yos Sudarso. In addition, there is also a lack of awareness of tourists on Manakarra Beach towards the surrounding environment, this is evidenced by the presence of food packages and plastic bottles scattered at several points on Mankarra Beach. This of course was also praised by the existence of street vendors on Manakarra Beach itself. So that better structuring and supervision measures are needed.   Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana arahan tentang Penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Pantai Manakarra, Kota Mamuju. Kab. Mamuju. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari 4 yaitu: (1) Kebijakan; (2) Tingkat Pendidikan; (3) tingkat Ekonomi; (4) Pengawasan. Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis dekriptif kualitatif dan analisis linier berganda. Pantai Manakarra Merupakan Objek Wisata Alam Buatan berupa pantai yang terletak di Jl. Yos Sudarso, Kel. Rimuku, Kec. Mamuju, Kab. Mamuju, yang merupakan pusat Kota Mamuju. Berangkat dari uraian diatas dimana yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) yang berada di Pantai Manakarra itu sendiri. Dimana Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) tersebut berjualan di bahu jalan dan trotoar, sehingga perlunya bentuk upaya penataan dan pengawasan agar kegiatan PKL tersebut tidak menggangu aktivitas dan mobilitas penduduk atau masyarakat di Jalan Yos Sudarso. Selain itu juga kurangnya kesadaran wisatawan di Pantai Manakarra terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, hal ini dibuktikan oleh adanya bungkusan makanan serta botol plastik yang berserakan dibeberapa titik di Pantai Mankarra. Hal ini tentunya dipengaruji juga oleh adanya PKL di Pantai Manakarra itu sendiri. Sehingga diperlukan tindakan penataan dan pengawasan yang lebih baik.

This study aims to determine the role of stakeholders in the regulation and guidance of street vendors in Tlogosari Kulon Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City and to identify inhibiting factors in the implementation and management of street vendors. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, by collecting observational data, interviews, library research and documentation, interview techniques conducted to several informants including the Semarang City Trade Office, Semarang City Police Satpol, Tlogosari Kulon Urban Village, Street Vendors (PKL) in the Kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon and the Tlogosari Kulon Community. The results showed that the role of the Semarang City Trade Office as a policy creator, coordinating with other agencies and PKL Tlogosari Kulon, as well as building PKL Shelter Suryokusumo Market. The role of the community as an implementator is to provide active input in the regulation or preparation of public policies in the regulation and guidance of street vendors, both directly and indirectly. While the inhibiting factors are lack of effective communication, lack of human resources and a fragmented bureaucratic structure.

Media audio Gelaria (Gerak Lagu Anak Ceria) telah diterapkan di dalam pembelajaran pada TK Laboratori Pedagogia Yogyakarta. Namun, masalahnya adalah bahwa sampai sejauh ini, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi keterlaksanaan pemanfaatannya sehingga tidak dapat diketahui tingkat keberhasilannya. Studi ini merupakan studi kasus di TK Laboratori Pedagogia Yogyakarta. Tujuan evaluasi yang dibahas di dalam tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan penerapan media audio Gelaria dalam meningkatkan fisik motorik anak-anak TK Laboratori Pedagogi Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi program model Kirkpatrick dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) reaksi peserta didik  menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria berada pada kriteria sangat berhasil (83%); 2) proses belajar peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada kriteria sangat berhasil (76%); 3) perilaku peserta didik menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan media audio Gelaria pada kriteria berhasil (50%); 4) dampak pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria pada peserta didik menunjukkan keterlaksanaan belajar mereka pada kriteria berhasil (70%), yang dapat diketahui melalui berbagai kejuaraan lomba yang diikuti berkaitan dengan kegiatan fisik motorik; dan 5) penerapan pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria, baik dari sisi SDM pendidik, sarana prasarana, maupun dana yang tersedia secara umum tidak mengalami kendala. Sebagai simpulan, dapat dikemukakan bahwa media audio Gelaria dapat dimanfaatkan di Taman Kanak-Kanak lainnya yang kondisinya tidak jauh berbeda (sekolah imbas). Namun, disarankan agar lembaga pengembang media audio Gelaria memberikan bimbingan teknis penerapan pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria kepada para pendidik dan sekaligus juga mengkaji ulang sintak penerapan pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria. The audio media of Gelaria (Gerak Lagu Anak Ceria or Cheerful Children's Song and Movement) has been implemented in the learning process at the Pedagogia Laboratory Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. However, until now, there has never been any evaluation on its implementation, so that the success degree cannot be identified. This is a case study in Pedagogia Laboratory Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. The objective study is to determine the success degree of the Gelaria audio media implementation in improving the students’ motoric physic at Laboratori Pedagogia Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. The method applied is the Kirkpatrick program evaluation model with qualitative descriptive analysis. The result shows that: 1) The students’ reaction indicates that learning feasibility by using Gelaria audio media is the category of highly successful (83%); 2) The students’ learning process by using Gelaria audio media indicates that the learning feasibility is also in the category of highly successful (76%); 3) Students’ behavior indicates that the learning feasibility by using Gelaria audio media is in the category of successful (50%); 4) The impact of Gelaria audio media implementation on the students indicates that the learning feasibility is in the category of successful (70%), which can be identified from various motoric-physical championships they have attended; and 5) In terms of Human Resources, infrastructures, as well as finance, the implementation of Gelaria audio media has no constraints. It can be summarized that Gelaria audio media can be implemented other Kindergardens that have relatively-common condition (induced schools). However, it is recommended that the institution developing Gelaria audio media should provide technical assistances to teachers on how to implement it, and also continuously review its implmentation syntax.

As a developing country, Indonesia has a huge number of street vendors. Because of that, the existence of street vendors needs a special attention. This special attention is needed because streer vendors mostly occupy city's public spaces. Street vendor management in Indonesia's cities is based on the regulations that was made by each regional government which is pointing to Indonesia's higher level of regulation. Each regional regulation has their own unique characteristics. Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya are big cities that have street vendor problems that also have street vendor management regulations. From those three cities, the advantages and disadvantages of their regulation's contents will be revealed, enriched by information digging and research results. From the regulation side, those three cities showed their concern about regulations regarding street vendors. The forms of restructuring that has been done are relocation and stabilization. Those three cities are also supported by private sector regarding street vendor management. Street vendor management has a vital contribution towards regional economical growth and street vendor's income growth. These positive impacts increases the efficiency of city space management, so the city itself will look tidy, beautiful, and not congested, but street vendors are still poppimg out in restricted areas and old spaces, if the new managed locations are far from the crowds, the impact will decrease street vendor's income

Pilanggede Village is one of the villages that has a village economic institution called BUMDesa Pilanggede Gemilang. Which BUMDesa has succeeded in building a tourist village destination. The development of this tourist village is named the Taman Pinggir Gawan Tourism Village (TPG) which presents a characteristic of the panoramic beauty of the Bengawan Solo River. However, behind the panoramic beauty, the Bengawa Solo River is a river that is prone to flood disasters when the rainy season arrives. So that BUMDesa Pilanggede makes efforts to minimize the impact of disasters and also to maintain the existence of tourist villages. This research aims to examine how the BUMDesa strategy is in the development of the TPG tourism village, Pilanggede Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing the facts that occur in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results showed that in the process of developing a tourist village, several programs had been designed. The program includes establishing the image of tourism with the addition of new vehicles and also improving facilities and infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources through training, carrying out activities to maintain environmental hygiene, and also promoting through social media.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to use the Google Meet application in the implementation of classical guidance services in students of class XII SMAN 12 Jambi City. This research method is a qualitative research method that uses purposive sampling techniques in data collection using unstructured interviews and triangulation, after which it is analyzed using qualitative descriptive to get an idea of the facts. The results of the study conducted by researchers through interviews with 5 informants about the use of google meet application as a medium of implementation of classical guidance services for students of class XII SMAN 12 Jambi City showed that the google meet application is the right choice to be used as a medium of implementation of classical guidance services because it meets the five principles of learning media, namely effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, usable and contextual.
