Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Kata kunci : Desa Wisata, Alokasi Dana Desa,  Pemberdayaan Masyarakat   Jambu Tourism Village was founded in 2018, located in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency, which won the nomination award for the best tourism village category 2018 and 2019 at the Village Award. In the early phase of tourism village development using budget capital from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) with the aim of increasing the empowerment of village communities. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, and data collection methods are carried out directly in the field with interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this research is to examine the problems raised, namely human resources who are not responsive to the management of tourist villages. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists. Community empowerment is the main driving force which can assist the development of a tourist village. The utilization of natural potential also becomes an attraction in the development of a tourist village.  Ecotourism Village concept could connect the needs of community-based tourism and the need for environmental management for sustainable tourism. This article provides an overview of Pampang Ecotourism Village's development concept. Pampang Village is located in Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. This article also presents findings regarding eco-tourism potential sources, driving factors, and inhibiting factors in the development of Pampang Eco-tourism Village.

This study aims to describe and analyze community empowerment activities in the Dewo Bronto Tourism Village in Yogyakarta through the concept of Community-Based Tourism. This study uses qualitative research that describes community empowerment through the concept of Community Based Tourism objectively based on data findings in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Community empowerment in the field of tourism in the tourism village is carried out through various fields such as culinary business, the production of natural dyes of batik, batik training, transportation, arts and cultural attractions. This effort can support the development of tourism in the Dewo Bronto Tourism Village. However, community empowerment needs to be supported by the ability of the community to create a brand for a tourist village so that the Tourism Village is better known by tourists. In the future, it is necessary to do research on millennial communities who are familiar with the digital world so that they can promote the Village Tourism digitally. The impact of the tourist village is better known to tourists globally

This article aims to provide another perspective on the concept of community empowerment by utilizing local potential with cultural value combined with a tourism-based empowerment pattern. Herbal medicine as a hereditary heritage in Rejowinangun village is optimized for marketing in the concept of a tourist village, thereby increasing its economic value in a modern society. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to capture the context of changes experienced by the community to see the significance of the empowerment model. The results of this study indicate that the process of developing the production of herbal medicine as a processed product of herbal plants is produced through the use of land owned by the community. The expertise of the Rejowinangun village community in concocting traditional herbal medicine is produced from hereditary inheritance. As a form of re-actualization in the marketing system, modern methods were introduced, from the concept of a tourist village to marketing herbal medicine in the form of instant packaging. Modernization steps in all aspects as part of empowerment have an impact on increasing the economic value of these products, so that they have an impact on improving the community in the economic, social, cultural, environmental and health fields. The integration between the concept of cultural preservation and modern management in community development that takes place in the village of Rejowinangun has proven to be effective and efficient, so that this method can be a new alternative in group-based community development that still preserves local traditions and keeps up with the times.

ABSTRAK Pariwisata merupakan industri terbesar dan terkuat dalam pembiayaan ekonomi global pada saat ini. Pariwisata juga menjadi penyumbang devisa terbesar di Indonesia serta memberikan dampak yang baik dalam pembangunan pariwisata desa. Elite desa berperan penting dalam mensosialisasikan ide terhadap masyarakat. Peran penting bagi elite desa dalam melakukan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat lokal dibutuhkan realisasi guna pengembangan desa. Logika dari desa Pujon Kidul, terhadap elite desa yang telah berhasil melakukan pembangunan wisata dengan produk lokal desa dengan melakukan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat lokal perlu dikaji secara berlanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Logika Elite Desa Dalam Praktik Pembangunan Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap informan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori dari Pierre Bourdieu mengenai praktik habitus. Tahun 2015 elite desa Pujon Kidul berhasil melakukan pembangunan kafe sawah, kampung wisata Tulungrejo, dan melakukan pengembangan di bidang wisata edukasi, hingga kini berhasil membangun Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul.  Kata Kunci : Elite, Pembangunan Desa Wisata, dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. ABSTRACT Tourism is the largest and strongest industry in financing the global economy at this time. Tourism is also the largest contributor to foreign exchange in Indonesia and has a good impact on rural tourism development. Village elites play an important role in disseminating ideas to the community. The important role for village elites in empowering local communities requires realization for village development. The logic from Pujon Kidul village, towards village elites who have succeeded in developing tourism with village local products by empowering local communities needs to be studied continuously. This study aims to determine the Logic of Village Elite in Pujon Kidul Tourism Village Development Practices. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type, through field observations, interviews and documentation of informants. The theory used in this research is Pierre Bourdieu's theory of the practice of habitus. In 2015, the elite of Pujon Kidul village succeeded in building a rice field cafe, a tourist village in Tulungrejo, and developing in the field of educational tourism, until now they have succeeded in building the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. Keywords: Elite, Tourism Village Development, and Community Empowerment.

This research get focus on strategic empowerment of communities through tourist village spirit riding and agricultural in an effort to improve the condition of the Leban village. As for the purpose of this research is to draw up strategies community empowerment through tourist village the spirit of riding and agricultural in an effort to improve the welfare of the village community wide, to analyze the barricade factors and to know the efforts made to address the factors a barrier. The research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach to the source of the data from the results of interviews, review literature that analyzed using SWOT analysis to search for strategies that will be used. Based on the research done, produced 1 (one) of alternative strategy for implementation who recommended to the local government of district kendal as well as the government leban village, namely: A performance of traditional arts and culture the village community leban routinely; Based on the results of this research is recommended to the government district kendal to provide support to the rural community empowerment wide and immediately issue a decree regent kendal on the determination of wide villages into tourist village. For department of culture and tourism in order to strengthen the role of tourist group conscious (pokdarwis) and held an education and training that sustained to villagers wide community to empowerment more optimal in terms of conscious tourism.

Abstract - The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy implemented PNPM Mandiri Tourism Sector which entered the fifth year to support Tourism development activities through Community Empowerment in the tourist village. The support Decisioned by Tourism Transport Agency was not effective to set Desa Wisata which possibel to receive the PNPM support program. Its affects to the tourism business improvement of districts bone Bolango which inhibited. The support for society Desa Wisata through PNPM Mandiri program, Must meet the criteria. Such Potential criteria lay Desa Wisata must have the uniqueness and appeal of Tourism (as a tourist attraction), either form character of physical environment rural nature and socio-cultural Community, have support and readiness have been worn supporting for tourism. For a review of the support the matter as above will designed a decision support system using method weihgted product Interest to boost business tourism in the district Bone Bolango because supported by the best result of decision support. The study aims to find out the solving method for problems in the thematic tourist village of Mulyaharja and designing the development of thematic tourism village model based on a community empowerment approach. This study is qualitative with an action research method. There are five respondents, i.e. chief of the village office, secretary of the village office, manager of the thematic tourist village, leader of mature farmer group and chief of youth group organization. This study was undertaken from February, 2018 to September, 2019. The generated outcomes are a solving problem method as solving steps chart, which consists of an explanation of the problem, solving and progress report each aspect, institutional, vision, activity, amenities, accesbility and entrepreneurship aspect. Furthermore, the model designed for development of thematic tourist village based on community empowerment is a circle with series of steps of eleven steps that connected each other and continuity. The series of steps are 1) choosing the candidate of partner village; 2) deciding the category of tourist village; 3) executing  the MoU; 4) determining the program targets; 5) identifying the potentials of tourist village; 6) managing the empowerment programs; 7) implementing the assistance programs; 8) directing the college resources; 9) promoting the outcome of program; 10) evaluating the program and 11) mapping the stakeholder based on their proactive involvements.
