PPPUD of Product Diversification of Corak Insang Weaving at Kampung Wisata Tenun KhatulistiwaAbstact. Since established on 16th of November 2018 as a woven tourist village area, the number of visitors in Gang Sambas Jaya, Batu Layang sub district, Pontianak City has increased, but the products provided were only woven clothes and scarves with a relatively high price, thus not all visitors are interested and can afford the products. The lack of variety of the woven derivative products with various price ranges made the income of woven craftsmen was not optimal. The community service program by PPPUD (Development Program of Regional Featured Product) team in collaboration with non-governmental group (KSM) aimed to diversify the gill-pattern woven products (as known as corak insang) in order to expand the market target and to meet visitors’ demand. Community service activities included training to create a corak insang ornament pattern on screw pine-based clutches, making half-moon bags model of handbags, sewing clothes – starting from making its basic pattern, breaking patterns, cutting materials and sewing clothes, and making a pouch/pencil case using the remaining woven fabrics. The activity result showed that the partners acquired skills in producing derivative products of woven corak insang. A total of 5 people acquired skills in making half-moon bag model of handbags, 8 people acquired skills in making woven corak insang ornament pattern on screw-pine based clutches, 10 people acquired skills in making basic pattern, breaking pattern, and sewing clothes, and 15 people acquired skills in creating pouch and pencil case. It shows that more than 80% of participants have been succeeded in diversifying corak Insang woven products.Keywords: Diversification, product, woven, corak Insang, community service. Abstrak. Sejak ditetapkan pada tanggal 16 November 2018 sebagai kawasan kampung wisata tenun, jumlah pengunjung di Gang Sambas Jaya Kelurahan Batu Layang Kota Pontianak meningkat, namun produk yang disediakan hanya berupa kain tenun dan syal yang harganya relatif tinggi sehingga tidak semua pengunjung berminat dan mampu membelinya. Minimnya variasi produk turunan dengan berbagai rentang harga menjadikan pendapatan perajin tenun belum optimal. Pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim PPPUD (Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah) bekerjasama dengan mitra Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) adalah mendiversifikasikan produk tenun corak insang agar mampu memperluas pangsa pasar dan memenuhi permintaan pengunjung. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan antara lain sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan meliputi pelatihan membuat ornamen corak Insang pada clutch berbahan dasar pandan, pelatihan membuat tas tangan jenis halfmoon bag, pelatihan menjahit baju yang dimulai dari pembuatan pola dasar, pecah pola, menggunting bahan dan menjahit baju, dan pelatihan pembuatan pouch/pencil case dengan memanfaatkan sisa kain tenun dan kain tenun yang ada. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra kemudian  memiliki keterampilan dalam memproduksi produk turunan dari tenuncorak Insang. Sebanyak 5 orang memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat tas tangan model (halfmoon bag), 8 orang memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat ornamen tenun corak Insang pada produk clutch berbahan pandan, 10 orang telah memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat pola dasar, pecah pola dan menjahit baju dan 15 orang telah memiliki kemampuan membuat produk berupa pouch dan pencil case.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% mitra telah berhasil melakukan diversifikasi produk tenun corak Insang.Kata Kunci: diversifikasi, produk, tenun, corak Insang, pengabdian.

Natural wealth is an enormous gift. Located in northern part of Bandung, in a mountainous area, Mekarsaluyu Village has vast natural potential. The cool air, beautiful scenery, and the existence of rivers and contoured land, and the culture in the form of art and traditional music and culinary make the village has a unique local wealth. However, the local wealth available has not been managed well. The potential referred to has not yet had an optimal positive impact both on the social and economic life of its inhabitants. The background of this problem gives encouragement to empower the people of Mekarsaluyu Village by planning a tourist village development program with the theme of ecotourism. To design the program, it was necessary to collect data on the existing conditions in Mekarsaluyu Village, covering the physical aspects of natural resources and the non-physical aspects of the socio-cultural community. Getting real, accurate, and actual needs necessary to update the data and complete the lack of required data, were important for determining the ecotourism village program's planning. Therefore, the aim of this work was to carry out community service in counseling on updating data for Mekarsaluyu Village residents. The method used was in the form of training and assistance in filling out data. The writing team prepared the necessary database format tools in data variables related to the ecotourism village planning program. Then together with the residents, simulated the form filling. The results obtained from this community service are the ability of villager residents to fill in actual data independently with accuracy and validity related to physical data on the natural geographical conditions and Mekarsaluyu Village's socio-cultural community. Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. The results of the incense craftsman activity has been able to produce incense fragrance packaging with the Gunung Katu brand as a superior product, Gunung

Tamangapa village, Ma’rang district is part of the community development program conducted by Universitas Muslim Indonesia in Pangkajene Kepulauan regency. The local shrimp farmers of Tamangapa village have been facing major issue due to expensive artificial feed and high mortality rate. In order to solve the needs of feed and high mortality rate for farmed fish or shrimp, the source of the natural ingredients using kopasanda leaves Chromolaena odorata L is required. The use of a natural ingredient is also used to prevent the vibriosis using simple technology such as the utilization of local raw materials which is affordable and locally available. The present community service aimed to provide the proper knowledge and skills to members of the fish/shrimp farmer’s group through counseling, training and mentoring. This community service program encouraged the local farmers to be able to utilize the local raw materials as a source of shrimp feed, use the feed pellet machine, and packaging leading to independent feed production. The participatory training method, lectures, forum group discussions, and practices of making shrimp feed and packaging were applied. The Implementation of the Community Partnership Program of Shrimp and Fish Cultivation Groups is independently able to produce organic fish or shrimp feed for farmer’s group leading to higher productivity of aquaculture.

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.

Cepaka Village as a partner village of Triatma Mulya University has expressed their desire to form a tourist village, but their limited knowledge of tourism villages becomes an obstacle in making it happen. The focus of this activity is carried out based on the above grouping, namely realizing, packaging / packaging tourism villages by involving all existing potential, and involving village communities, management / governance of SMEs and services that will become the core products of tourism villages and the impact of tourism villages, implementing mentoring activities for community financial institutions in cooperatives, LPDs, traditional markets, waste banks and BUMDES. In accordance with the problems faced by partners in this service activity, the implementer can provide several solutions in accordance with existing conditions in the field. The implementation of community service activities in Cepaka Village includes several activities that have been carried out to increase the number of tours. As for the implementation of the program, namely: Programs in the Environmental Sector that have been implemented in Cepaka Village, including Community Service in the Cepaka Harum Plastic Bank area.

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat Desa Buluhcina tentang potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan serta peningkatan pengetahuan mempromosikan Desa Wisata Buluhcina melalui media sosial sehingga Desa tersebut menjadi maju dan mandiri serta kesejahteraan masyarakat meningkat. Permasalahan mitra adalah belum dikembangkannya potensi wisata yang dimiliki serta belum mempromosikan desa wisata secara optimal. Hal ini tentu saja berdampak pada rendahnya minat wisatawan berkunjung ke Desa Wisata Buluhcina. Khalayak sasaran adalah perangkat desa beserta masyarakat Desa Buluhcina. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan dalam rangka peningkatan wawasan terkait pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Buluhcina dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam mempromosikan wisata Desa Buluhcina melalui media sosial. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan wawasan peserta terhadap potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan di Desa Buluhcina dan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mempromosikan wisata Desa Buluhcina melalui sosial media. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme peserta pada saat pelaksanaan serta peningkatan hasil pre-test.[This program of community service aims to improve the insight of the community of Buluhcina Village about the potential of tourism that can be developed as well as increased knowledge of promoting the Village of Buluhcina through social media so that the village becomes advanced and independent and the welfare of society increases. The results achieved are increasing participants' insight into tourism potentials that can be developed in Buluhcina Village and increased knowledge in promoting the tourism of Buluhcina Village through social media. In line with the government's program to strengthen tourism destinations in Indonesia, many tourism villages have been initiated, including Kulon Progo Regency. The needs of people to relieve fatigue by visiting tourist attractions, encourage the growth of tourist villages. The existence of a tourism village encourages the growth of typical souvenirs of the tourist village. Jatirejo is one of the villages in the Lendah sub-district, Kulon Progo, which is located at 7o93'22" south latitude and between 110o23'08" east longitude. Jatirejo has an area of 635.89 ha or 17.87% of the area of Lendah District (3,559.19 ha). The location of Jatirejo is close to access pathway of NYIA Airport, so it has great potential to become one of the tourism destinations. It is necessary to develop a tourist village by recognizing the agroindustry product potency owned by Jatirejo. This Community Service aimed to recognize and to document the agroindustry product potency of villages, as a first step in the development of local souvenirs and to support the development of Jatirejo Tourism Village. The method used was a field survey and plot the survey results on a map of Jatirejo Village using Corel Draw software. Based on the results of a survey of 5 hamlets in Jatirejo Village, the potential of processed foods that might be developed including emping melinjo, rice plates, catfish product, benguk/koro tempeh, coconut fiber broom, and also chicken cage.
