The application of PBL along with the biographies of scientists in learning physics is expected to have an impact on scientific attitudes and student motivation to learn. The objectives of this study were: (1) To find out the improvement of students' scientific attitude after PBL was applied by giving scientists biographies in Basic Physics I course; (2) To find out the increase in students' learning motivation after PBL by applying the biographies of scientists in the Basic Physics I course. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection technique used a questionnaire for scientific attitudes and learning motivation. The results showed: (1) There was an increase in the ability of scientific attitudes by applying PBL by giving scientists biographies in the Basic Physics I course in the medium category with an N-gain value of 0.523 and (2) There was an increase in learning motivation by applying.

This research is motivated by the lack of motivation to learn citizenship education (Civics) student class V SDN06 Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. This study aims to find out the increase learning motivation citizenshipeducation (Civics) student class V SDN 06 Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak through the lightening learningstrategies learning climate, held for 1 month. The subjects were class V SDN 06 Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siakthe number of students as many as 25 people. Form of research is classroom action research. The researchinstrument consists of instruments and instrument performance data collection activity observation sheet formteacher and student activity. Based on the research, the conclusion to this study is the use of learning strategieslightening the learning climate can improve students' motivation to learn civics class V SDN 06 Lubuk DalamKabupaten Siak. The above statement is supported by the results of the application of learning strategieslightening the learning climate motivation to learn civics. Where the first meeting of the first cycle is stillconsidered low by a total score of 104. The second meeting of the first cycle increased by a total score of 119, atthe first meeting of the second cycle also increases with total score of 149, student motivation was reached on atotal score of 166 or higher category. Motivation to learn civics class V students of SDN 06 Lubuk DalamKabupaten Siak reached on a total score of 166 or higher categories, and when viewed from the percentage ofstudents who demonstrate high motivation to learn there was 78.8%. So the research is successful, because theperformance indicators are being achieved.

The aim of this study is to describe the level of students’ learning motivation at Indonesian Language Study Program of STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena. This is a descriptive research that data collected in the form of quetionaire. The subjects taken in this study were the third semester students who were taking lectures. The data processing of this research was carried out by scoring the scale of each statement in 8 factors of student learning motivation consisting of 4 internalfactorsand 4 external factors. Based on the results of the study, it shows that students' learning motivation at the specified interval scale reaches 97 in the internal aspects that have a normal category and in the external category the students’ score reaches 114 which is categorized high. In comparison, student motivation to learn internally is lower than externally. With this level, students still need to get serious attention on increasing motivation to learn. Several factors related to the statement of learning motivation still need to be improved to strengthen student skills. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena. Data penelitian ini berupa motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester III yang sedang mengikuti perkuliahan. Pengolahan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan skala penyekoran dari setiap pernyataan dalam 8 faktor motivasi belajarmahasiswa yang terdiri atas 4 faktorinternal dan 4 eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, motivasi belajar mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa Indonesia STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada skala interval yang ditentukan, yaitu 97 pada aspek internal yang memiliki kategori biasa dan 114 pada aspek eksternal yang berkategori tinggi. Sebagai perbandingan, motivasi belajar mahasiswa secara internal lebih rendah dari pada eksternal. Dengan tingkat tersebut, mahasiswa masih perlu mendapat perhatian serius pada meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Beberapa faktor yang terkait dengan pernyataan motivasi belajar masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk memperkuat kecakapan mahasiswa. This study aims to obtain a description of students' learning motivation. Quantitative descriptive research type. Number of research subjects 205 students with side random. The results show that there are no students who have the motivation to learn at very high qualifications and very low. 9 students (5,62%) whose learning motivation is highly qualified, 101 students (63,12) whose learning motivation is high enough and 50 residuals (31,25) whose learning motivation is low qualified. Therefore, it is suggested that guidance topics that can improve students' learning motivation include: learning motivation, learning activities, responsibility, motivation berperstasi, self-concept, self-confidence, processing time, how to organize daily activities, problem solving and learning effective.

This study aims to determine the profile of the motivation for learning science while studying at the homes of class VIII students of SMPN SATAP Taga Laga Buru in lesson 2020/2021. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this research were all students of class VIII SMPN SATAP Taga Laga Buru, amounting to 36 students, and the sample of this study was 36 students who were obtained by saturated sampling technique. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-test techniques, namely questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the development of the science learning motivation profile while studying at home of the VIII grade students of SMPN SATAP Taga Laga Buru experienced highly motivated (44.44%), motivated (47.23%), moderately motivated (8.33%) less motivated and unmotivated development. motivated (0%). This shows that the profile of motivation to learn Science is quite good. medium.

This research was conducted to find out how big the interest of tourists who come to visit wajik stalls and sugar cane juice sweet so that in know whether the two places are worthy made in culinary branding in the city of Berastagi tourism. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive research type which explain the actual condition that happened in the field with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the research can be in the know that in general the interest of visitors to enjoy the menu at the stall wajik peceren better in comparison the interest of visitors in sweet sugar cane stalls. The price offered in these two stalls is very relative and classified as not so expensive and visitors who come to stalls wajik peceren usually buy diamonds that are characteristic of the shop to be brought as by the family at home while the visitors who enjoy the menu at the sweet sugar cane where in general, visitors who come only enjoy the menu on offer, especially Berastagi sugar cane and not brought home as souvenir for the family.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Income Tax Article 21 is Tax withheld by others on income in the form of salaries, wages, honoraria, allowances, and other payments by the name and in any form in connection with employment, services, or activities undertaken by individual taxpayers in the country. On this basis, the Office of Government Agencies that hire or permanent employee is obliged to withhold, deposit, and report of Income Tax Article 21 on income received by employees every month through the Tax return period. This research was conducted in PT Intraco Penta Prima Servis (IPPS), The purpose of this research was conducted is to determine whether the calculation, remittance, and Article 21 of the Income Tax Reporting at PT Intraco Penta Prima Services (IPPS) if it is in accordance with Law No.36 Year 2008 on Income Tax. This study used descriptive research methods, and data collection technique used is the technique of interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the calculation, remittance, and Article 21 of the Income Tax Reporting by PT Intraco Penta Prima Services (IPPS) in accordance with Act 36 of 2008 on Income Tax, and is also expected that the tax authorities should provide more socialization of Income Tax Article 21 taxpayers, especially acting as a cutter or a tax collector that does not happen anymore mistakes in calculations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to the students' motivation and their implications for student achievement Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a picture of student achievement, the intensity of parental guidance, facilities and students' motivation to learn; 2) To determine the effect intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to student motivation and its implications on learning achievement. The method used is descriptive survey method verification. Data collected through questionnaires. In this study were used as the student population is Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok many as 1556 people. The sample was 318 people. By using a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Based on the calculation and analysis of data, it can be concluded that: 1) Overview of learning achievement Students medium category, the intensity of parental guidance category is, the infrastructure category is, and student motivation sedang.2 category) there is a positive influence on the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure on the students motivation. 3) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on motivation to learn. 4) There is a positive effect of infrastructure study on motivation to learn. 5) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance, infrastructure and learning motivation on learning achievement. 6) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on learning achievement. 7) There is no positive effect of infrastructure on student achievement. 8) There is no positive effect of learning motivation on student achievement.

Abstract. This research was conducted to determine the urgency of Dawud fasting for women from a physio-psychological perspective. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, by making direct observations or observations. The target of this study is to determine the urgency of Dawud fasting in women from the perspective of physio-psychology and Sufism for students of the Jagad Alimussirry Islamic boarding school. The data collection technique was carried out by means of interview and literature review. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the  researcher used an interactive model from Miles and Huberman and to test the validity of the data,the researcher  used Triangulation technique. The results obtained that the habit of Dawud Sunnah fasting for women could make them accustomed to be able to introspect (muhasabah) their own mistakes, be patient and sincere, motivate oneself to think positively and optimistically, be empathetic towards others and adapt well to the environment. Dawud fasting is very important and suitable for the fair sex. By not leaving Lillahita'ala's intention to worship, it will automatically train a variety of things that can guide a women in facing every problems in their life as well as making a women special not only physically but also psychologically and spiritually.

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.
