In this article the pilot stage of the experiment aimed at future marketologist leadership competence formation in the process of interdisciplinary training is characterized. The experiment involved 352 students (control group – 178 individuals, experimental group – 174 individuals), 18 individuals – university research and educational staff training students majoring in 075 “Marketing” at Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University, and the Alfred Nobel University (Dnipro) as well as 15 DSAU graduates currently holding marketologist position. Quantitative and qualitative composition of the participants of the experiment was determined and stated, division of the graduates into the experimental (EG) and control (CG) groups was proved to be equal and equidistant. Criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity and personality) and indicators for the assessment of leadership competence level of future marketologists according to its structure were developed and described, diagnostic methods revealed, identified and the levels of competence formation (high, sufficient, low) described. Assessment is based on the technique developed by B. Goloveshko. The results of the levels of competence components are presented in the form of comparative tables, with the results in the control and experimental groups compared with those obtained when questioning professionals – university graduates. It was found that approximately the same number of students have sufficient (EG – 51,7%, KG –52,9%) and low (EG – 36,9%, KG –35,3%) levels of leadership competence development indicators for all components, only a small number of students showed high level (EG – 10,02%, KG –11,8%). Motivational criterion characterizes motives, needs, emotions and values of the practitioner that determines success and efficiency of future marketologist’s activity as a leader. Cognitive criterion is defined by the completeness and maturity of the knowledge that a student needs to be a leader in his future professional activity, theoretical general scientific, social, pedagogical and psychological knowledge about the phenomenon of leadership, leadership styles, knowledge about the risks of effective leaders, the functions they perform, understanding of the image of a successful leader, knowledge of the differences between formal and informal leadership, conditions for the formation of an effective team and the peculiarities of organising activities. The activity criterion is the level of mastery of the actions and behaviour that meet the vision of the leader and use of his knowledge and skills in practice. It can be defined as a level of formation of traits and attributes necessary for successful implementation of the activity of a marketologist as a leader, as well as emotional intelligence, reflexivity and empathy. The author also identifies the criteria for the future pedagogical technology.

The main task of the higher educational establishment is to prepare graduates for modern dynamic national and international labour markets that demands to find the way into teaching practices, which can respond to the created expectations. Nowadays reality of the translation market reveals problems in translator training. Ukrainian teachers and scientists will have to re-think existing translator training programmes in terms of present-day market demands to professionals and to work out comprehensive educational professional programs. They should look for ways how to manage limitations caused by changes in the global situation taking into account that the profession of translator requires profound knowledge in various spheres of life. The successful implementation of future translators depends on their professional training that includes forming of communicative competence and also allows them to perform all the functional responsibilities provided for their profession. The main idea for this article is the relationship between the training process and the profession. The characteristics of today’s translation market have been examined and the issues that are addressed in modern translator training have been analysed. The definition of the term translation has been presented. Characteristics of translator’s professional activity have been distinguished and components of comprehensive educational professional programs were investigated. The requirements for a professional translator should be an integral part of the standard, as they are the subject of further elaboration. In international practice among the most important are the requirements of maintaining a high level of their own professional skills and knowledge, the ability to solve translation problems of a new type, the ability to translate and summarize texts in one language from another, regularly improve their skills. The content of the requirement, the characteristics of professional activity, the necessary knowledge and skills have been determined in the articles.

The article presents and theoretically substantiates the criterias, indicators and levels of preparedness of primary school teachers for integrated learning as one of the leading innovative activities on the modernization of the educational system in Ukraine, analyzes different approaches to determining the components and criterias of teachers' readiness for various aspects of activity in the research of domestic and foreign scientists. Based on the analysis, the author states that there is no single approach to determining the criterias of teachers' readiness for professional activity and the tendency of most scholars to choose criterias from the point of view of motivational, personal, cognitive, activity, and reflective structural components. Due to this connection, it is proposed to distinguish axiological-motivational, personality-creative, cognitive-epistemological, operationalactivity and reflexive-evaluation criteria of the readiness of primary school teachers to integrate learning and to characterize their indicators, to identify and adapt their indicators, heuristic-search, and creative-productive levels of professional readiness. The obtained scientific results are organized into a single table "The Criterias, indicators and levels of readiness of primary school teachers for integrated learning", which visualizes the findings of the study and focuses on the certain logic of the proposed components. The author has been provided the prospect of further scientific researches in the creation of diagnostic methods for the effective evaluation of indicators of professional readiness and organization of pedagogical experiment for their implementation in the practice of postgraduate pedagogical education.

Introduction: In this article the authors O.V. Petryshyn, E.Ya. Shapoval and S.M.Novik claim that nowadays the scientists do not pay enough attention to the development of the essential professional psychophysical qualities of a healthcare professional and do not ascertain the influence of Physical Education on personality features. That is why the study of the problem which provides the adequate level of adaptation, health strengthening and the development of professional psychophysical competence is relevant. Practical research value lies in the development of the program by the authors of the article (which is based on the authentic ideas, henceforth we further will call it as Program) and methodological support material for Physical Education course in order to have an efficient impact on systematic development of students’ psychophysical qualities while using experimental diagnostic methods of estimation of perspective specialists’ technical and tactical background and physical one respectively. We are speaking about the professional physical trainings for students who pursue their degree while studying at the following faculties as Medical Faculty, Pediatrician and Stomatological Faculties where sports playing technics are implemented. The aim - is to define an effectiveness of methodology for diagnostic and estimation of perspective specialists’ physical qualification. Materials and methods: 180 students of UMSA took part in the experiment. They were divided into two groups: the experimental group (EG – 91 students) and the control group (CG – 89 students). To define the level of students’ (EG) readiness index the range of the effective certificated medical biological methods were used. Results and conclusions: The influence on general physical state index was studied during the implementation of the Program PPPT which stands for Practical Professional Physical Training. This index shows the functional state and psychophysical abilities that is important for professional activity of medical workers. The tests gave us an opportunity to diagnose individual level of physical abilities and control the effectiveness of physical education during PPPT. It is proved that Program implementation propels an improvement of each component of students’ (EG) practical professional physical abilities and functional preparation as well. The effectiveness of given PPPT model was confirmed with the help of statistic changes of general functional preparation. Average index increase is by 25% in students from EG and only by 7,5% in those from CG.

The somatotypological characteristic of acrobats in the literature is insufficiently disclosed, especially from the position of the role of sports selection, training and competitive activities in the formation of somatotype in athletes, whose professional activity is marked by coordination, rhythm and artistic movements, and the early onset of the impact of intense physical activity on their body. The purpose of the work is to establish the peculiarities of the components of the somatotype of acrobats with a high level of sportsmanship of prepubertal, pubertal and postpubertal age. We conducted a survey of 122 girls acrobats of high-level sports skills. As a control group, 126 girls were examined, who were not engaged in sports and studied in schools of Vinnytsia. The girls’ passport age was between 8 and 21 years old. In order to determine the biological age, we used the scheme Avtandilov G. G. (1990). The examined girls were divided into three groups according to the degree of biological maturity: prepubertal period (36 acrobats and 39 girls of the control group); puberty period (31 acrobats and 35 girls of the control group); postpubertal period (55 acrobats and 59 girls of the control group). The somatotypological study was performed according to the estimated modification of the Heath-Carters method (1990). The analysis of the obtained results was carried out in the licensed package “Statistica 5.5” using parametric methods of estimation of indicators. It was found that in the prepubertal period of the ontogenesis in the acrobat and in the girls who were not engaged in sports, the group somatotype was ecto-mesomorphic. In this period, the fatty component of the somatotype in acrobats was significantly lower, and mesomorphic - significantly higher than that of non-sports girls. In the puberty period, the somatotype in control and acrobats had distinct features of the ecto-mesomorphic type. It was found that acrobats in this period had a greater linearity of the body, as evidenced by the significantly higher values of their ectomorphic component of the somatotype. In addition, the size of the endomorphic component was significantly lower in athletes than in the control group. In the postpubertal period of ontogenesis, the F- and L-components were not significantly different, unlike in the previous period, which was characterized by intense puberty development. Acrobats only showed a significant predominance of the mesomorphic component of the somatotype. It can be concluded that the peculiarities of acrobatic sports activity in prepubertal, puberty and postpubertal age have the most significant effect on the development of the fatty and muscular components of the somatotype.

The paper considers the condition of emotional and behavioral responses on growth and development of 40-days F2 rats, while weaning them from their mothers, by the exposure of 10, 20 and 200 mcg Ge / kg b.w. doses of Germanium (Ge) citrate. Behavioral characteristics and emotionality were assessed using an «open-field» test, which is widely used in modern neurophysiological experiment. The results of the studies indicate that the animals, which used to drink Germanium citrate, noted a smaller, overall intensity of locomotion, except for males which were given 10 μg Ge/kg b.w., in relation to control group, which may indicate an increased anxiety of animals in an unusual environment caused by exposure to Germanium citrate. The results of the orienting research reaction, determined by the “hole-to-open” test, indicate that both sexes animals, which were exposed by 10 μg Ge / kg b.w., noted the increasing of their activity. When exposed to 20 μg Ge / kg b.w., a decrease in the above mentioned indicator was observed. During the exposure of the highest dose of Germanium citrate, 200 mcg Ge/kg bw, the females reacted with a slight increase, and males with a decrease in cognitive activity. Therefore, the study of the orientational research activity of animals indicates about dose-depended and inter-sex differences in the level of the «hole» reflex. When exposed by 10 μg Ge/kg b.w., animals of all research groups, except males, noted lower level and duration of grooming, compared with the indices of the intact animals. This cosmetic behavior, as a factor of emotionality, is sensitive to stress and various pharmacological manipulations. As for retioning, this index was higher than control in both sexes animals, which were exposed with 20 and 200 μg Ge/kg b. w., except the animals which were given the lowest concentration (10 μg Ge/kg b.w.) Ge citrate. The results of the clambing study, as another test of the rat's motor and research activity, indicate that females of all study groups and males, when they were exposed to 10 and 200 μg Ge/kg b. w., observed the higher its level, than that of the intact animals. Therefore, in most animals the use of Germanium citrate results the higher level of vertical activity. When using different doses of Germanium citrate, in females less or equal to the control number of boluses were noted, but males observed quite noticeable increase of this index which was although statistically incredible. A high level of bowel movements indicates an excessively high emotionality of the animal. During testing no abnormal movements were observed in both sexes animals, and both control and experimental groups.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the current state of higher education, which leads to the need to take a fresh look at the problems of training specialists, the formation of the intellectual and creative potential of the individual, as well as the problem of the formation of psychological readiness for professional activity. The study was carried out at The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia (N = 113), using the following methods: “Self-assessment of readiness for professional activity”, R. Cattell's 16-factor personality questionnaire (Sixteen Personaflity Factor Questionnaire, 16PF); Methodology for diagnosing value orientations in a career "Anchors of a Career" (E. Shein, translation and adaptation by V.A. Chiker, V.E. Vinokurov); Methodology for the diagnosis of socio-psychological attitudes of the individual in the motivational-need-sphere O.F. Potemkina. The study used the methods of mathematical statistics: comparative (t - Student's test) and factor analysis (principal component method). The processing of the research results was carried out using the statistical package SPSS 12.0. It was revealed that in the group of students working in the specialty, the actual level of development of psychological readiness for professional activity was 30%, potential – 65%, elementary – 5%. In the group of students not working in the specialty, the current level of readiness development was 20%, potential – 50% and elementary level – 30%. Reliably significant differences were revealed in terms of the following indicators: "C – emotional stability" (t = 3.649; p <0.001), "E – dominance" (t = 3.827; p <0.001) and "O – anxiety" (t = -7.672; p <0.001); “Professional competence” (t = 4.009; p <0.001), “Management” (t = 3.019; p <0.01), “Autonomy” (t = 3.889; p <0.001), “Service” (t = 3.674; p <0.01); “Result orientation” (t = 5.740; p <0.001), “Altruism orientation” (t = 3.220; p <0.01), “Work orientation” (t = 4.216; p <0.001). The following factors of psychological readiness for professional activity are highlighted: "A high level of development of the emotional-volitional sphere" (17%) is determined by the adequacy of self-esteem, emotional stability, self-confidence, optimal emotional tone and stress resistance; "Independence in building a career" (15%) – reflects the desire for maximum liberation from organizational rules, the desire for an independent career on their own, the desire to achieve results in their activities despite the fuss, hindrances, failures; "Implementation of socially significant goals" (14%) – reflects the presence of such values as: "helping people", "the desire to make the world a better place", "serving humanity", the desire to be a master of his craft, work and make decisions together with others; "Position in interpersonal communication" (13%) – characterizes the system of behaviors that facilitate social interaction and based on adaptation, integration of social and personal experience. In connection with the results obtained, it is proposed to create and implement a practice-oriented program for the formation of the psychological readiness of graduates of a pedagogical university for professional activity.

Objective: to assess the nature of changes in the level of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in children suffering from chronic gastroduodenitis, depending on the severity of the disease, gender and physical development indicators.Materials and methods. The study group included 154 children aged 8–15 years with chronic gastroduodenitis. The main group includes children with superficial gastroduodenitis (group I) and erosive gastroduodenitis (group II). The control group consisted of 56 healthy children. All children underwent an assessment of physical development. The serum NSE level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. It was revealed that the main parameters of the physical development of children from the control group exceeded the values of similar parameters of children of the main group. High NSE values were established in children with chronic gastroduodenitis in comparison with the control (p≤0.01). The NSE level in boys exceeded the value of the indicator in girls in the main group and in the control group. The level of NSE in girls of the main group exceeded the value of NSE in healthy girls (p≤0.05). Studying the level of NSE taking into account gender and the severity of the pathological process revealed higher rates in boys with erosive gastroduodenitis compared with the control group (p≤0.05). In the group of children with erosive gastroduodenitis, higher NSE rates were found in boys compared with girls (p<0.05).Conclusions: A high level of NSE in children with erosive gastroduodenitis and revealed gender differences in NSE concentrations in blood serum indicate the possible role of this indicator in the development of severe forms of the disease and do not exclude the possible association of the effects of this enzyme with the function of sex hormones. The quantitative values of NSE for predicting the development of chronic gastroduodenitis in children are established.
