We currently live amid the rapid development of communication systems and the media's tightness, which makes everyone aware of any information conveyed. The coverage of lies or hoaxes is the focus of attention, especially in online media. Hoax is information that is engineered to cover up real information. Based on the Community Service Team's interviews and observations with partners, PCA members and administrators are acting as consumers of mass media, especially TV and internet media, namely WA, as daily information media. In its management activities, media literacy has never been carried out, even though media literacy needs an empowered and information literate society. Thus, Community Service will be carried out through this community service activity in the form of Empowerment of Aisyiyah Ngampilan Branches through Healthy Media Literacy. The method carried out by the community service team is workshops related to the importance of media literacy in dealing with hoaxes; media literacy assistance in dealing with hoaxes; digital-based "Tabayun on information to be smart as a media literate person"; making a guide book for Healthy Media Literacy; Smart As Media literate individuals face hoaxes"; providing facilities for the Aisyiyah Ngampilan Branch office that can be used to support management activities of the Aisyiyah Ngampilan Yogyakarta Branch. This Muhammadiyah-based community service is the increased ability of the board and members, especially related to healthy media literacy in dealing with hoaxes.

The development of information technology contributes to creating media diversity. This rapid development has triggered a shift in the availability of access from limited access to abundant media. The birth of cyber media is one sign of this diversity. However, not everything that develops has a positive impact, but many audiences complain about the reality that has entered the era of a world crowded with media. The existence of this phenomenon gives rise to freedom in the creation and dissemination of information which leads to the delivery of irresponsible messages. So that the phenomenon of the spread of fake news or hoaxes is increasing significantly in Indonesia and even in the world. Unfortunately, most netizens who take part in this new media era do not pay attention to cyber media law and ethics. In addition, they also lack knowledge about what, why and how media literacy is applied. From the emergence of this problem, it is important for netizens and audiences to know the importance of digital intelligence, as an effort to reduce the consumptive behavior of the global community in consuming information from hoax crimes.. In the millennial era 4.0, the growth of the home industry is growing more rapidly with the development of information technology, thus making needs increase and create new business opportunities. One of the new business opportunities is the krawu rice business. Krawu rice is a typical food from Gresik Regency. The krawu rice home industry is a partner of a community service activity named Nasi Krawu Buk Tiban. The problem that occurs in the community service partners is the marketing of krawu rice that is still around the Nasi Krawu Buk Tiban environment and marketing through the internet media. The method used is to provide training in the form of online media marketing and social media assistance. The result of community service activities can increase krawu rice revenue turnover, can operate and promote krawu rice marketing through online media and social media.

The rapid development of electronics technology requires the availability of human resources who have sufficient skills. Students as partners in community service, have participated in LED-based running text design training. The main goal in this community service activity is to improve the skills in the field of electronics and human resources. Targets achieved at this stage is to improve the ability to design and make the program of running text based Led matrix display. The enhancement of designing capability is done through Led-based running text training activity in software and hardware. This activity has been able to achieve the expected goals and targets so that partners can make running text with a more affordable cost.

The phenomenon of internet use, especially social media among teenagers in high school students shows an increase. Some cases show up such as: cyberbullying, trafficking, hoaxes and hate speech. The purpose of community service is to prepared high school students have knowledge and skills in internet media literacy, especially social media. The training participants numbered 42 people, consisting of: SMA N 1, SMA N 2, SMA Harapan Mandiri, SMA Harapan 3, and SMA Bimsa Medan. Form of community service activities by mapping problems through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Then do the training for two days. The results of the FGD and Seminar shows that the use of the internet, especially social media, includes a very high category of six hours per day. The most widely accessed social media are Instagram and Whatsapp. The purpose they access is to find out information about friends, celebrities, and activities / events that happening around them. Generally high school students have made efforts to choose good media content and avoid bad content, such as violence and pornography. High school students try to read messages on social media well and think about what will be written. They do things like this to avoid the law as stated in the Indonesia ITE Law.

Literacy is the ability to understand, analyze, and deconstruct media imager. The ability to do this is intended so that viewers on this matter especially students as media consumers become aware of the way media is created and accessed. Social media is a positive contributor in the advancement of technology and communication. However, the positive impact of the use of social media is often not paid attention, instead of the negative impact of social media that ultimately happens a lot, where one of them is related to the spread of hoax news Hoaxs are information that is created to cover up the actual information. In other words hoaks can also be interpreted as an effort to distort the facts using information that seems convincing but cannot be verified. Hoaks can also be interpreted as an act of obscuring the real information, by flooding a media with the wrong message in order to cover up the correct message. One of the efforts to increase media literacy is through the implementation of Community Service in the form of discussions and the provision of knowledge held at the PKBM 26 Bintro. With the aim of increasing social media literacy training related to hoax prevention, this activity is carried out by providing contemporary examples and presentations regarding the risks of hoax dispersal.Keywords: Media Literacy, Social Media, Hoaks

Nowadays the mass media is experiencing very rapid development. Various positive and negative impacts certainly cannot be ignored. This impact hits parents, adults, teenagers and children. Adolescents are a group that is vulnerable to the negative effects of mass media by which media literacy movements emerge as solutive actions over concerns about negative media influences. The ability of media literacy is very necessary so that the media can be used intelligently and wisely. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the level of technical skills (technical expertise) of SMA Negeri 17 Makassar students in accessing computer and internet media; (2) To describe the level of critical understanding (critical understanding) of SMA Negeri 17 Makassar students in analyzing and evaluating computer and internet media content; (3) To understand the level of communicative abilities (communication skills) of SMA Negeri 17 Makassar students in establishing social relations through internet media and creating creative internet media content; (4) To find out the level of media literacy of SMA 17 Makassar students. The results of this study indicate that cumulatively the level of technical skill ability is at 99.5%, the level of critical understanding capability is at 74.7%, the level of communicative abilities is at a value of 110.3%. By referring to the values above, the level of media literacy of Makassar 17 Public High School students is 94.83% or at the Medium level.

Abstract: The world is currently entering a new era where information has become one of the main streams of the pendulum of world civilization. This condition has gradually formed an information society where information is the main commodity. Increasing information does not always have a positive effect on society, especially the younger generation. One of them is the prevalence of false information or hoaxes (hoax), especially in the realm of cyberspace. Not only being deceived by fake news, the hoax phenomenon also has implications for horizontal conflict. As an effort to respond to this problem, community service is carried out in the form of media literacy counseling about hoaxes in Juwok Village, Sukodono District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. This service is one of the implementations of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) work program held by Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta for the January-February 2020 period. Participants in the activity are the young generation in the village related to the activity method consisting of presentations and questions and answers. Presentations using PPT and videos containing material and examples of hoaxes on the internet and social media. The results of this activity are very important to equip the participants about media literacy so that they can wisely access social media, be careful about hoaxes and not get caught up in spreading or even producing hoaxes.                   Keywords: Media literacy, counseling, internet, social media, hoax Abstrak: Dunia saat ini sedang memasuki era baru dimana informasi menjadi salah satu arus utama pendulum peradaban dunia. Kondisi ini lambat laun membentuk masyarakat informasi dimana informasi menjadi komoditas utama. Meningkatnya informasi ternyata tidak selalu berefek positif bagi masyarakat terutama generasi muda. Salah satunya adalah maraknya informasi bohong atau hoaks (hoax) terutama menjangkiti ranah dunia maya.  Bukan hanya tertipu dengan kabar bohong, fenomena hoaks itu juga bahkan berimplikasi pada konflik horizontal. Sebagai salah satu upaya merespons masalah itu, maka dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan literasi media tentang informasi bohong (hoax) di Desa Juwok, Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah. Pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu implementasi program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang digelar Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta periode Januari-Februari 2020. Peserta kegiatan adalah generasi muda di desa terkait dengan metode kegiatan terdiri atas presentasi dan tanya jawab. Presentasi menggunakan PPT dan video berisi materi serta contoh-contoh hoaks di internet dan media sosial. Hasil kegiatan ini sangat penting untuk membekali para peserta tentang literasi media agar mereka bijak mengakses media sosial, bisa berhati-hati soal hoaks dan tidak terjebak menyebarkan atau bahkan memproduksi hoaks.Kata kunci: Literasi media, penyuluhan, internet, media sosial, hoaks

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. The target audience of this service is the community of RW 09 in Ciasihan village. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service were obtained, including increasing community motivation for the importance of cooperatives, and the importance of using organic waste into fertilizer. The rapid development of high-speed railway (HSR) and train-ground communications with high reliability, safety, and capacity promotes the evolution of railway dedicated mobile communication systems from Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway (GSM-R) to Long Term Evolution-Railway (LTE-R). The main challenges for LTE-R network planning are the rapidly time-varying channel and high mobility, because HSR lines consist of a variety of complex terrains, especially the composite scenarios where tunnels, cuttings, and viaducts are connected together within a short distance. Existing researches mainly focus on the path loss and delay spread for the individual HSR scenarios. In this paper, the broadband measurements are performed using a channel sounder at 950 MHz and 2150 MHz in a typical HSR composite scenario. Based on the measurements, the pivotal characteristics are analyzed for path loss exponent, power delay profile, and tap delay line model. Then, the deterministic channel model in which the 3D ray-tracing algorithm is applied in the composite scenario is presented and validated by the measurement data. Based on the ray-tracing simulations, statistical analysis of channel characteristics in delay and Doppler domain is carried out for the HSR composite scenario. The research results can be useful for radio interface design and optimization of LTE-R system.
