Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Islam Balitar dengan tujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah sikap, motivasi, pembelajaran dan persepsi mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa memilih jurusan. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas.Setelah uji asumsi klasik, dilakukan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji parsial dan uji simultan.Hasilnya, keempat variabel bebas yaitu sikap, motivasi, pembelajaran dan persepsi mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam menentukan jurusan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai sig. pada uji parsial dan uji simultan yang menunjukkan nilai kurang dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan di masa mendatang, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik lebih memperhatikan lagi beberapa faktor psikologis diantaranya sikap, motivasi, pembelajaran dan persepsi yang terbukti mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan, agar semakin banyak lagi mahasiswa yang memilih jurusan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Islam Balitar. Selain itu, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan rujukan penelitian di masa mendatang dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas terutama ketika akan memilih sebuah jurusan dapat melihat dari berbagai variabel keputusan. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Balitar Islamic University with the aim of finding out whether attitudes, motivations, learning and perceptions influence the decisions of students choosing majors. The test used in this study is the classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. After the classic assumption test, a hypothesis test is performed which includes a partial test and a simultaneous test. As a result, the four independent variables namely attitude, motivation, learning and perception affect students in determining majors either partially or simultaneously. This is proven by the value of sig. in partial tests and simultaneous tests that show values less than 0.05. Therefore, it is expected that in the future, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences will pay more attention to several psychological factors including attitudes, motivation, learning and perceptions that are proven to influence students in choosing majors, so that more and more students choose majors in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science, Balitar Islamic University. In addition, it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as reference material for future research and be of benefit to the wider community, especially when choosing a major to look at various decision variables.

The purpose of this study is to examine Chinese people's decision of China state-owned commercial banks, the Chinese people that stay in Greater Jakarta area, Indonesia. The study included four independent variables (service provision, government support, online bank services, bank perceived security) and a dependent variable (Chinese people's decision). Researchers used quantitative studies to study the data, which was collected using questionnaires. A total of 265 questionnaires were valid in this study. Multivariate regression tests were performed using the T test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test) hypothesis test to analyze the effect of the dependent variable on the dependent variable. Data analysis uses SPSS 20.0 to generate results. The findings of this study that service provision does not have a significant impact on Chinese people's decision, the three variables of government support, online bank services and bank perceived security have a significant impact on Chinese people's decision. At the same time, these three important independent variables provide 41.9% of the dependent variable.

Tourism is a global industry sectors and potentially to be developed as a source of government income countries and regions. MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) in Indonesia has great potential and is the flagship product of the tourism industry Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of psychological factors toward MICE tourists visiting decision to Bali through PT. Y&R. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Samples are 100 respondents and sampling method is accidental sampling. Test instrument used are validity, reliability and test the classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing psychological factor partially and simultaneously the t test and F test is a significant effect and positive value to the decision of MICE tourists visited through PT. Y & R to Bali. Based on the analysis of multiple test showed that psychological factors have a positive coefficient values consisting of motivation (X1) of 0.216, perception (X2) is 0.298, learning (X3) of 0.370, beliefs and attitudes (X4) of 0.212 against the decision to visit. Value Adjusted R Square of 0.610 or 61.0% of decision variables been influenced by psychological factors, while 39.0% describe by other causes beyond the variables studied.

<em>The objective of this thesis is to identify the influence of firm's size, leverage ratio, and accounting ROA to the depreciation method selection for plant assets in manufacturing companies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The dependent variabel in this research is depreciation method selection, which is measured by nominal scale, while, the independent variables consists firm's size, leverage ratio, and accounting ROA is measured by metric scale. The data in this research includes 55 manufacturing companies which were selected by using a purposive judgement sampling in the period of 2002 until 2005. The method used in this research are normality test, classic assumption, and hypotheses test by using logistic regression analysis. The result of this research is that at the alpha rate of 5%, each of the independent variables -including firm's size, leverage ratio, and ROA- do not have significant influences to the depreciation method selection for plant assets in the manufacturing companies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, a simultaneous test performed to theese three independent variables doesn't show a result of significant influence to the depreciation method selection for plant assets in those companies neither.</em>

This study aimed to determine the influenced of motivation and knowledge of students the study program Islamic banking on invest interest stock in the Islamic Capital Market. The sample in this research is 67 students. The test of the instrument was analyzed by using validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique used in this study is the descriptive statistics, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The classical assumption test consists of, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis test use the determination test, F test, and t test. The results showed that, motivation partially has an insignificant positive influence on invest interest stock in the Islamic Capital Market. Knowledge partially had a significant positive influence on invest interest stock in the Islamic Capital Market. Meanwhile, simultaneously based on the results of the F statistical test, the independent variables of motivation and knowledge together have a significant and positive influence on the dependent variable invest interest stock. The predictive ability of these two variables on invest interest stocks is 46.0%, while the remaining 54.0% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model.

ABSTRACTThis research entitled Effect of Shariah Marketing and Coorporate Image on Customer Satisfaction JasindoOto At PT Asuransi JasindoSyariah Medan Marketing Office. This research used a quantitative approach which purposed to answer the question about whether there is the influence of sharia marketing and corporate image partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 74 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The research showed that the validity and reliability test are declared valid and reliable. Sharia marketing hypothesis test a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.0000.05 with a strong correlation of 0.575 and the image of the company and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000.05 with enough correlation of 0.333. Then for simultaneous test of 26.134 with a significance of 0.000. This means simultaneously independent variables significant positive effect on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction.Keywords: Sharia Marketing, Corporate Image, Customer SatisfactionABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Syariah Marketing Dan Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah JasindoOto Pada PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah Kantor Pemasaran Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang apakah terdapat pengaruh syariah marketing dan citra perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 74 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji validitas dan reliabilitas dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Uji Hipotesis Syariah marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0000,05 dengan korelasi yang kuat sebesar 0,575 dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0010,05 dengan korelasi yang cukup sebesar 0,333. Kemudian untuk uji simultan sebesar  26,134 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hal ini berarti secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni kepuasan nasabah.Kata Kunci: Syariah Marketing, Citra Perusahaan, Kepuasan Nasabah

The results of this study are to see whether the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty is found at Mandiri Jaya Mobil Pematangsiantar whose business is engaged in buying and selling new and used cars, with a total of 130 consumers and using validity, reliability, normality test, and analysis instruments. the coefficient of determination, as well as simple and multiple regression equations as well as the t hypothesis test and F test. Then a conclusion is generated that for the partial hypothesis answer it is found that the influence of product quality variables has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty then consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and for the simultaneous test to produce answers to the hypothesis that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on product quality and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty. This shows that when product quality is getting better, and satisfaction is achieved, loyalty will persist.

This study aims to determine how the influence of religious knowledge and religiosity on pluralism of students Kajen. This research is quantitative with three variables, they are religious knowledge and religiosity as independent variables, and pluralism as dependent variable. Data analyzing of this research used the correlation of product moment for the partial test, and linear regression test for the simultaneous test. The results of data analysis to the 136 samples showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between religious knowledge and pluralism, it shown by the value of sig is smaller than the value of alpha. Furthermore, the second hypothesis test showed the same results that there is a positive and significant relationship between religiosity and pluralism, the value of sig 0,000<α (0,05). Simultaneous test of the relationship between religious knowledge and religiosity on pluralism indicated the value of Fcalculate 13,474 >3,00, it means that religious knowledge and religiosity influence together on pluralism. Equation of regression’s line Y=0,511X_1+0,274X_2+44,728, showed that the value of coefficient X1 and X2 is positive, means both of them influence on pluralism positively (Y).

The aim of this research is to know: 1) The effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest in STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia economic education students, 2) the effect of Earning Expectations on Entrepreneurial Interest in STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia economic education students, 3) The effect of Family Environment on Entrepreneurship Interest in Economic Education students STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia, and 4) The Effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Earning Expectations, and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest in STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia economic education students.This research was causal comparative research. The population in this research are students of economic education who had participated in entrepreneurship courses with a sample of 194 students. Methods of data collection in this research using questionnaire. The instrument test was do to 30 students of economic education STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia. Classic assumption test includes normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used is multiple regression analysis.The simultaneous test results showed that Entrepreneurship Education, Earning Expectations and Family Environment had an effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia economic education students with a significance value of 0.003 <alpha value of 0.05. Based on the results of the partial test show that: 1) Entrepreneurship Education influences the interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.047 <alpha value 0.05, 2) Income Expectations influence the interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.022 <0.05, and 3) Family Environment influences interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.004 <alpha value of 0.05. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Earnings Expectations, Family Environment, Interest in Entrepreneurship

O tema abordado no presente trabalho trata sobre a oferta de gás natural no Brasil. A justificativa para a escolha do tema está no fato da percepção de que se trata de uma atividade industrial de grande importância para o crescimento econômico de um país, contribuindo para a geração da riqueza interna. O objetivo deste trabalho foi abordar o uso do Gás Natural (GN) como fonte de energia, e sua correspondência com a economia, estabelecendo um modelo de previsão da oferta nacional de gás natural em função de variáveis de natureza econômica. Na metodologia foram selecionadas as variáveis independentes de natureza econômica produto interno bruto, preço do óleo diesel, preço do gás natural veicular com a variável objeto deste estudo, que é a oferta nacional de gás natural. O período considerado para a análise foi de 2010 até 2015. Foi realizado teste de normalidade, os testes estáticos de significância, ANOVA, teste de independência das variáveis com níveis de confiança de 95% para p-valor do teste de hipóteses para as variáveis do modelo. Buscando evidenciar a rejeição ou aceitação das hipóteses para a correlação entre as variáveis de natureza econômica ou relacionadas ao nível oferta nacional do GN. O teste de hipóteses realizado aceitou a hipótese de influência da variável PIB sobre a oferta nacional de Gás Natural, para o período considerado na análise multivariada. O resultado deste trabalho indica com base em análise estatística, a importância do gás natural na matriz energética brasileira e sua importância econômica. The theme addressed in this paper deals with the supply of natural gas in Brazil. The justification for choosing the theme is the fact that it is an industrial activity of great importance for the economic growth of a country, contributing to the generation of internal wealth. The objective of this work was to approach the use of Natural Gas (NG) as an energy source, and its correspondence with the economy, establishing a model for forecasting the national supply of natural gas according to variables of an economic nature. In the methodology, the independent variables of an economic nature were selected, gross domestic product, price of diesel oil, price of vehicular natural gas with the variable object of this study, which is the national supply of natural gas. The period considered for the analysis was from 2010 to 2015. A normality test, static significance tests, ANOVA, independence test of variables with confidence levels of 95% for p-value of the hypothesis test for the variables of the model. Seeking to show the rejection or acceptance of the hypotheses for the correlation between variables of an economic nature or related to the national level of GN supply. The hypothesis test performed accepted the hypothesis of influence of the GDP variable on the national supply of Natural Gas, for the period considered in the multivariate analysis. The result of this work indicates, based on statistical analysis, the importance of natural gas in the Brazilian energy matrix and its economic importance.

In recent decades, the problematic of social institutions has come to the forefront in foreign and national social science. It is justified by the fact that namely the institutional environment determines the success of social interactions and utilization of resources for moving towards the evolutionary scenario of development. The author gives close attention to the existing within national and foreign discourse definition of the basic object, and critically assesses the overall state of institutional research in social sciences. The discovered disciplinary narrowness and penchant for field-specific interests despite ambitious demands advance by, for example, economic sciences, substantiate the need for detailed philosophical analysis of social institutions. The author's special contribution lies in critical assessment of the available range of theoretical material in the area of sociological, economic, legal and political sciences. The article demonstrates the continuity and overall dynamics of disciplinary research of the institutions within the discourse of social sciences. The importance of interdisciplinary consideration of problematic areas in the institutional research is emphasized. Link between the effectiveness of functionality of the institutions and cognitive characteristics is traced. The value of constructivist approach is evident due to the increasing role of ideas in social sciences. In conclusion, the author conflates the strong and weak sides of disciplinary works, anticipating future research on the development of the ultimate grounds of institutions.
