The modern view on formation of readiness of future trainers for professional activity in the course of passing of industrial practice is characterized. The structure of the coach’s readiness for future professional activity as a set of motivational, cognitive, activity, creative and reflective components is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the fact that from today’s standpoint it is important to develop new approaches to the content and organization of industrial practice, which stimulate student activity to master professionally oriented knowledge, skills and abilities. It is shown that there is a need for theoretical justification of the form, content (diagnostic, organizational, communicative and motivational functions) and structure of production practice, as a necessary condition for the formation of readiness of future coaches for professional activity.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of formation and diagnostics of the levels of innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the futuremanagers of education in the conditions of the knowledge economy. The purpose of the research is theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the system of formation and diagnostics of innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the future managers of education in a higher education institution in the conditions of the knowledge economy. The authors define the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of education managers as mastering a certain level of developed knowledge, skills, values, attitudes, experience and qualities. The research is a system that includes an assessment technology outlining the assessment matrix containing a description of the levels, criteria and indicators of innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the future education managers. Necessary condition for solving the problem of preparing the education managers for their future professional activity presupposes the formation of motivational-value, cognitive, activity, personality and evaluative-reflective components being the components of their innovation and entrepreneurship competence. The results of practical application of innovation and entrepreneurial competence showed that a large proportion of students try their hand at starting and registering their own business. Raising the level of registered enterprises by students in 2008—2018 by more than 30 times is evidence not only of the introduction of digital technologies in education, but also of the growing availability of information technology and the Internet. The share of students who plan to start their own business after graduation reaches 50%, but a little more than 10% achieve the planned goals. Only 2.5% of students plan to join the family business, this share may increase to 4.5% in the future. The application of the system has provided a positive dynamic of the formation of innovation and entrepreneurship competence in the prospective education managers in all its structural components. The results of the implementation of this system have confirmed its effectiveness and expediency for application in the educational process of higher education institutions. Keywords: knowledge economy, education manager, educational institution, student, innovation and entrepreneurial competencies, higher education seeker. The necessity and advantages of using the methodology in conducting financial research in modern conditions, in particular regarding the functioning of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes, are determined. It is established that the methodology is considered by scientists in two approaches: 1) as a doctrine of research methods, which is inextricably linked with philosophical science; 2) as a set of research methods used in any science. The etymology of the concept of “methodology” is considered and approaches to the interpretation of its content are critically comprehended. It is substantiated that the structure of the research methodology, in particular the fiscal mechanism of regulation of investment processes, covers three aspects: functional, logical and process. The functional aspect of the research methodology is determined, which covers its consideration as a set of principles and methods aimed at achieving a specific practical or theoretical goal of research work. The logical aspect of research methodology is highlighted, which contains its understanding as a set of forms of organization of research work. The process aspect of research methodology is determined, which implies its interpretation as a series of successive stages aimed at achieving a certain practical or theoretical result of research work. Based on the study of reference and scientific literature, the author's definition of research methodology of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes is proposed as a specific doctrine, which covers a set of principles, methods, forms and sequential stages of research (cognitive) activity, used to identify scientific facts, their theoretical justification and practical implementation. The functions of research methodology of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes is established. The functions of research methodology of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes are established. The factors of successful application of the methodology as “art” in the study of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes are considered.

The paper considers the issue of developing aesthetic needs of a future music teacher in the course of professional training. The author defines notions such as culture, aesthetic culture, aesthetic activity as well as explores the essence of the notion of an aesthetic need of a future music teacher. The paper substantiates the role of art and aesthetic activity as the main factor for aesthetic needs development. The study reveals that there is a reason for the interest to human needs since a large number of branches in material and spiritual culture of society depend on defining the nature of needs and trends in their development. The author emphasises that the functioning of all levels of human life requires needs that would meet human development both physically and emotionally, thus, there should be an aesthetic form of activity because it harmoniously combines both spiritual and functional aspects. The paper substantiates the role of art as the main factor for development of aesthetic needs that can be met in various activities, but it is in art that they find the greatest expression. The author supports the idea that art is a special area of human existence and it combines knowledge and communication, intelligence, a sense of morality, and imagination of people. Involvement of a person in art is a necessary condition for development of aesthetic consciousness since elevation of the spirit and actualization of an essential aesthetic force take place during the process of perception, experience and understanding of works of art. Art integrates a dialogue of a person with the world. Considering the concept of an aesthetic need, the author defines it as an internal need to comprehend certain aesthetic values, development of certain skills, because an aesthetic need is based on aesthetic feelings that are embodied in aesthetic tastes and consist of individual selection of those aesthetic phenomena and objects that best suit views and interests of a person. The paper emphasises that an aesthetic need embodies richness and diversity of spirituality of a person who seeks to fulfill their potential in all fullness of life and if a person has a need for personal fulfillment, they will find the strength and ways to do that. It has been proved that an aesthetic need has semantic and aesthetic properties and has an artistic and perceptual nature, which provides an opportunity to obtain pleasure, enjoyment, joy, delight from beauty. It has been established that the process of perception or direct creativity of art are characterized by a combination of a goal and means, where the means develop into the goal, and the goal is the process itself when spiritual, functional and aesthetic needs of the individual are met, i.e. a person reaches a certain level in their activity when they create products and forms of cultural activity that meet more and more of their needs. The paper outlines that an emerging aesthetic need motivates a music teacher to create conditions and means for achieving satisfaction with their own creative activities, because an aesthetic need is a desire of a future music teacher to harmonize the internal and external world as well as development of aesthetic awareness of the world: to perceive and appreciate the beauty, to live and create according to the laws of beauty.

The article deals with the problem of motivation in the student sphere. If we talk about the motivation of students, it represents the processes, methods and means of inducing them to cognitive activity, active development of the content of education. As motives can act in conjunction emotions and aspirations, interests and needs, ideals and attitudes. Therefore, motives are complex dynamic systems in which choice and decision-making, analysis and evaluation of choice are carried out. Motivation for students is the most effective way to improve the learning process. Motives are the driving forces of the learning process and assimilation of the material. Motivation for learning is a rather complicated and ambiguous process of changing the attitude of the individual, both to a separate subject of study and to the entire educational process. Motivation is the main driving force in human behavior and activity, including in the process of forming a future professional. Therefore, the question of incentives and motives of educational and professional activity of students becomes especially important.
