<p>This research was conducted to find out how the responsibility of the Hospital front office staff in serving prospective patients. The study was conducted descriptively by direct observation and a brief interview with the front office supervisor. The writing of this report is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of various information relating to the provision of services to hospital customers. Methods of data collection using documentation studies, field studies and literature studies. The data obtained is then analyzed and presented descriptively. The conclusion can be drawn that the Mekarsari Hospital's Front Office has not been able to provide the best services for patients and their families, and in the Duties and Responsibilities of Front Office Staff must be able to create services that are Quick Response to problems, effective, efficient and prioritize patient safety.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Front Office, Hospital, Customers</p>

This study aims to develop English language materials of front office for second semester students of the eleventh grade at SMK N 2 Singaraja. This study adopts the Design and Development (D&D) which is guided by data collection through six instruments, namely questionnaires for teacher and front office staff, Google form for teachers and students, checklist for students, and checklist for expert judges. There are three stages that the researcher takes to complete this study, namely designing, developing, and evaluating the quality of the teaching materials (product) so that it can be categorized as a good material. The result is that there are four topics developed by the researcher, namely (1) Renewal of reservations, (2) Cancellation of reservations, (3) Handling of group reservations orally and in writing, and (4) Handling of individual reservations orally and in writing.

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims to find out the legal implications and examine the case of under-lending with fiduciary collateral in the Koperasi Serba Usaha Barokah. Based on this matter in this study also know the legal consequences arising from underhanded credit with fiduciary guarantees. This type of research is a descriptive type of empirical research. This research is a study with data obtained from activities in the field. The technique of collecting data is in the form of field studies and literature studies. Field studies include direct observation of interviews with the heads of cooperatives, secretaries and members of cooperatives then study of literature is literature from books and journals. The analysis technique uses descriptive tools with interview data collection and observation. The results of this study are analysis of underhanded credit at the Koperasi Serba Usaha Barokah by looking at legal regulations and interviews with related sources.<br />Keywords: consequences; Agreement; Fiduciary.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi hukum dan mengkaji terhadap kasus pemberian kredit di bawah tangan dengan jaminan fidusia di Koperesi Serba Usaha Barokah Sragen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dalam penelitian ini juga mengetahui akibat hukum yang timbul terhadap kredit di bawah tangan dengan jaminan fidusia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris dengan tipe diskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan data-data yang di peroleh dari kegiatan di lapangan . Teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Studi lapangan meliputi observasi langsung wawancara dengan kepala koperasi, sekertaris dan anggota koperasi kemudian studi kepustakaan adalah literature dari buku maupun jurnal. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan deskriptif dengan alat pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis terhadap kredit di bawah tangan di Koperasi Serba Usaha Barokah dengan melihat peraturan hukum dan wawancara dengan narasumber terkait .<br />Kata Kunci: Akibat; Perjanjian; Fidusia.</p>

This paper aims to analyze and improve the profitability of UMKM in the South Sumatra region. This paper takes samples from travel service UMKM in South Sumatra, namely PO Batang Hari Wisata. PO BHW Travel is one of the travel offices in Palembang, South Sumatra. This company has been serving trips with various routes. This research intends to provide a useful information system for businesses like PO BHW Travel.The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in the form of secondary data obtained from trusted journals and articles, as well as from books and other references. Primary data obtained are from the results of field studies through observations about PO BHW Travel. Data obtained from several sources, by conducting interviews with PO BHW Travel owners and direct observation to the business location in the form of ticket sales counters.It is expected that with the existence of an accounting information system, this travel business can overcome problems in its operations, particularly in terms of recording and providing financial information.

High Alert drugs are medicines that have a high risk that can endanger patient safety if its not used properly. According to the Minister of Health No. 72 of 2016 regarding Service Standards in Hospitals, it is explained that high alert drugs must be stored separately from other drug storage and given special labeling. The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate the suitability of storage and labeling of high alert drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X Tangerang. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by direct observation using a check list sheet. The samples taken were drug storage data and labeling of high alert drugs. The results of this study indicate that the most appropriate evaluation of the storage and labeling of high alert drugs is the concentrated electrolyte which reaches 100%. The results of the evaluation that received the lowest percentage were the LASA drug class in the main pharmacy installation with 58% for storage and 65% for labeling that was most in accordance with existing regulations. With the discrepancy with the existing provisions so that data on cases of errors that occurred in the pharmacy installation of Hospital X in 1 year were obtained, the most of which were errors in taking the LASA class of drugs, where the error reached 72%, but it did not reach the patient, because in Hospital X Tangerang has been checked for the class of drugs including high alert medications, checked by 2 people, before being given to the patient.ABSTRAKObat High Alert merupakan obat yang memiliki resiko tinggi yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan pasien jika tidak digunakan secara tepat. Menurut Menteri Kesehatan No.72 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan di rumah Sakit dijelaskan bahwa obat high alert wajib disimpan secara terpisah dari penyimpanan obat lain dan diberi pelabelan khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi tentang kesesuaian penyimpanan dan pelabelan obat high alert di Intalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit X Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi langsung menggunakan lembar check list. Sampel yang diambil adalah data penyimpanan obat dan pelabelan golongan obat high alert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi terhadap penyimpanan dan pelabelan obat high alert yang paling sesuai yakni pada elektrolit pekat yang mencapai 100%. Hasil evaluasi yang paling mendapat presentase rendah yakni pada golongan obat LASA di instalasi farmasi utama dengan umlah 58% untuk penyimpanan dan 65% untuk pelabelan yang paling sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada. Dengan adanya ketidaksesuaian dengan ketentuan yang ada sehingga diperoleh data kasus kesalahan yang terjadi di instalasi farmasi Rumah sakit X pada 1 tahun, yang terbanyak yakni kesalahan pada pengambilan obat golongan LASA, dimana kesalahan mencapai 72%, namun hal tersebut tidak sampai ke pasien, karena di Rumah Sakit X Tangerang telah dilakukan pengecekan untuk golongan obat yang termasuk high alert medications dilakukan pengecekan oleh 2 orang, sebelum diberikan ke pasien

The purpose of this study was to develop English front office materials for first semester students of class XII at SMK N 2 Singaraja. In the data collection process, researchers used six instruments, namely, Google form for teachers and students, Questionnaire for teachers and front office staff, Checklist for students, and the last instrument is Checklist for expert judges. This research method used the Design and Development (D&D) model. The results showed that there were 5 topics that needed to be developed, namely; Handling guest arrivals and departures, Handling guest baggage, Bell desk service handling requests, Individual guest check-in handling, Individual guest check-out handling. The conclusion obtained in this study is that there are 5 topics that must be developed into products and each topic contains input, content focus, language focus, and task and the product quality is classified as very good based on the results of two expert judges. ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia memberikan dampak langsung terhadap industri pariwisata, khususnya industri perhotelan yang terpaksa tutup di Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pelayanan penerapan protokol kesehatan oleh staf Housekeeping dan Front Office dalam mengurangi risiko terpaparnya karyawan oleh tamu. Berdasarkan data PHRI Sumatera Barat sudah 50% hotel tutup, 30% melakukan kegiatan (50% dengan cara merumahkan karyawan dengan sistem unpaid dan 50% digaji), 20% lagi masih beroperasi dengan melakukan kegiatan katering dan menjual makanan siap saji, dan ada juga dengan cara menyewakan kamar untuk isolasi mandiri. Pandemi ini merupakan masalah yang serius, maka dari itu hotel wajib memiliki sumber daya manusia yang memiliki pemahaman baik mengenai ilmu Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) khususnya dalam Standar Operasional Prosedur penanganan tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi kepada seluruh karyawan hotel Whiz Prime Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelayanan penerapan protokol kesehatan oleh staf Housekeeping dan Front Office sudah baik namun masih ada yang perlu diperbaiki, dan luaran penelitian ini berupa pengembangan Standar Operasional Prosedur. Kata Kunci :  Covid-19, Hotel Whiz Prime Padang, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Manajemen Risiko OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK MANAGEMENT AT WHIZ PRIME HOTEL IN PARTICIPATION TO PREVENT COVID-19 ABSTRACTCovid-19 in Indonesia gives a direct impact on the Indonesian tourism industry, particularly the hotel industry, which was forced to close in West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to identify the implementation of health protocol services by housekeeping and front office staff in reducing the risk of employee exposure to guests. Based on West Sumatra PHRI data, 50% hotels have closed, 30% are carrying out activities (50% by laying off employees with an unpaid system and 50% are paid), 20% are still operating by catering and selling ready-to-eat food, and how to rent out a room for self-isolation. This pandemic is a serious problem, therefore the hotel needs to have human resources who have a good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), especially in the Standard Operating Procedure for guest handling to avoid local transmissions. In this study, the method used is descriptive analysis to all employees of the Whiz Prime Padang hotel. The data collection technique uses a saturated sample technique with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire to identify risks. The results showed that the service activities of implementing health protocols by the Housekeeping and Front Office staff were good, but there were still things that needed to be improved, and the outcome of this study was the development of standard operating procedures.Keywords:  Covid-19, Hotels, K3, Risk Management

Transitional care is a designed plan to ensure the continuity of care received by patients as they transfer between different locations or levels of care. The aim of this paper is to explore nurses’ experiences of transitional care in multiple chronic conditions. A qualitative method with a conventional content analysis approach was utilized. The study was conducted at university hospitals in 2 big cities (Isfahan and Tehran) of Iran. This study is performed from November 2018 to December 2019 using deep, semi-structured, and face-to-face interviews which are focused on nurses’ experiences of transitional care. Data collection continued until saturation was reached. Finally, 15 nurses take part in this study. Data collection and data analysis were conducted concurrently. Data were analyzed using Graneheim and Lundman’s techniques. Two main themes providing a descriptive summary of the major elements of transitional care identified: “threat to patient safety” and “Care breakdown”. Findings showed an exclusive image of unsafe transitional care which was done unplanned without appropriate delegating care to family and threat patient safety. There is still a gap in the transition from hospital to home. Nursing managers can address this issue by creating a culture of teamwork, training competent nurses by continuum education, and more supervision of nursing care. Policymakers can ensure continuity of care by developing policies and programs about transitional care.

This research was conducted to analyze the accounting policy for excise tape inventory which is implemented in the KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Kediri. The research method used is through a qualitative approach. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out which included literature studies and field studies related to the supply of excise stamps for the 2019. The results of the study can be concluded that KPPBC TMC Kediri has recognized and recorded excise inventory accounting by applying accrual basis and as a whole is in accordance with the regulations of government accounting standards, but there is an acknowledgment of inventory excise stamps in KPPBC TMC Kediri which is not yet in accordance with PMK Number 224/PMK.05/2016. Furthermore, KPPBC TMC Kediri has implemented the SAKTI application to support its accounting business processes. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kebijakan akuntansi persediaan pita cukai yang diimplementasikan di KPPBC Tipe Madya Cukai Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mendukung penelitian tersebut, dilakukan metode pengumpulan data yang mencakup studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan terkait persediaan pita cukai TA 2019. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa KPPBC TMC Kediri telah melakukan pengakuan dan pencatatan akuntansi persediaan  cukai dengan penerapan basis akrual dan secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan peraturan standar akuntansi pemerintahan, namun terdapat salah satu pengakuan persediaan pita cukai di KPPBC TMC Kediri yang belum sesuai dengan PMK Nomor 224/PMK.05/2016. Selanjutnya,  KPPBC TMC Kediri telah mengimplementasikan aplikasi SAKTI untuk menunjang proses bisnis akuntansinya.

This study is a lexicostatistical study that aims to classify words that are related statistically to classify similarities. This research is focused on Banggoi and Hoti languages spoken by the people in West Bula District, East Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The aim is to determine the kinship classification of Banggoi and Hoti languages and determine the time of separation between the two languages. The method used is quantitative and qualitative methods with data collection techniques using direct observation, listening, note-taking, and recording methods. The results showed that Banggoi language and Hoti language have kinship with percentage of 31.5%. Based on this percentage, the two languages are at the stok/family kinship level. The existence of this kinship is influenced by geographical proximity, while the time of separation of the two languages is estimated at 1,170 years ago. Kajian ini merupakan kajian leksikostatistik yang bertujuan mengelompokkan kata-kata yang berkerabat dengan mengelompokkan persamaan secara statistik. Peneltian ini difokuskan pada bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti yang ditutukan oleh masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Bula Barat, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur, Provinsi Maluku. Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengetahui klasifikasi kekerabatan bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti dan menentukan waktu pisah dari kedua bahasa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik  observasi langsung, simak, catat, dan perekaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti memilki kekerabatan dengan persentase 31,5%. Berdasarkan persentase tersebut maka kedua bahasa tersebut berada pada tingkat kekerabatan stok/rumpun.  Adanya kekerabatan bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti karena dipengaruhi oleh letak geografi yang berdekatan dan  waktu pisah kedua bahasa tersebut diperkirakan pada 1.170 tahun  yang lalu.

The data collection techniques used is to use direct observation is directly by visiting the source of the data that the object of research to make observations, interviews with the respondents in order to complete the necessary data, documentation and research libraries.Data analysis was performed in the data processing that quantitative analysis to analyze the influence of motivation and job rotation on the performance of employees at PT. RIM Tour And Travel Gorontalo. which concluded: namely Work Ethics and Work Assessment proven positive effect on employee career development variables and variable most dominant influence on employee career development is variable Work Assessment.
