Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the strategies and obstacle of The Service of Investment and The One Stop Service (DPMPTSP) in increasing the investment in Pekanbaru City. Research methodology: This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Results: The result of this research is that the strategy of DPMPTSP Pekanbaru city has not been carried out optimally because of the obstacles to the Covid-19 pandemic so that activities have stopped temporarily, but investment continues to increase. Limitations: In this study, the researcher has a lack of informants. The informants are the investors who invest in the Pekanbaru City. Contribution: Theoretically, this research serves as a continuous comparison medium for future research by having the same topic or problem. It can bring up problem-solving models or new ideas in developing government strategies, especially in this research related to investment. Practically, it can evaluate the DPMPTSP of Pekanbaru City and other regional apparatus organizations in terms of implementation and formulation of strategies to achieve goals, especially in the investment sector.

This research is to find out what innovations exist in the Public Service Mall of Banda Aceh City, Aceh, Indonesia. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely by describing the results of research and analyzing so that the results obtained from informants are employees of the Banda Aceh City Public Service Mall, employees of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office and employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service at the Public Service Mall and the community as supporting informants who provide services at the Banda Aceh City Public Service Mall. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the Banda Aceh City Public Service Mall can be said to be in accordance with the innovation guidelines criteria set by PERMENPAN-RB No. 30 of 2014 which consists of Quality, Transparency, Accountability, Easy, Fast, Proper, Fair and Participatory. So that the results obtained that the Public Service Innovation of Banda Aceh City has novelty or innovation in service.

Abstract The study of the antisocial behavior of minors is of interest to many scientists: from pedagogues and psychologists to lawyers and criminologists. On the one hand, this has led to important and diverse research detailing the nature, causes, and consequences of deviance among youth. This makes it possible to develop better mechanisms for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, punishment, and resocialization of minor offenders. But on the other hand, this diversity caused contradictory approaches to defining the boundaries of deviance and delinquency, as well as the correlation of these terms. This paper offers an overview of the interdisciplinary scientific discussion on the relationship between delinquency and deviance as types of antisocial behavior, and structures these approaches. It also defines limitations in the field and generates new ideas and directions for future research. In the second part, we examine the causes of juvenile delinquency, with a particular interest in causes that can be corrected. Thus, we found that proper upbringing can “treat” not only anti-social attitudes and values, low educational and professional skills of the offender, poor cognitive and interpersonal skills but also innate tendencies to aggression.

This article describes strategies to instill the value of patience in families during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is very necessary because during the Covid-19 pandemic there was a problem of impatience between family members. The strategy of cultivating the value of patience is of course carried out with a Christian religious education approach in the family, meaning that the values of patience are taught by parents to their children. This article describes a problem-solving strategy based on John 15: 1-10, imitating Jesus' teaching to the disciples to be patient with the problems they will face in the future. The goal is that family members during the Covid-19 pandemic will continue to live patiently in Christ. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract Purpose: Empowerment of the poor carried out by the government is a joint business group (KUBE), which is a family group that is formed, grows and develops on its initiative in carrying out productive economic efforts to increase family income. Meanwhile, after the formation of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Banglas Village, there were problems in the implementation of activities that were not optimal, because not all members were involved in every KUBE activity, thus hampering business development. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of the implementation of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Banglas Village and to find out the obstacles or obstacles. Research Methodology: To be able to answer these problems, the author used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Results: The results of this study find that the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Banglas Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency is still less effective and not optimal in its implementation because there are still inhibiting factors, namely conflicts between members which cause KUBE management to not function properly. Some issues such as lack skills and Human Resources (HR), and unfair competition are also found. Limitations: In this study, the authors lack clear information regarding the division of tasks and completeness of data or information regarding the KUBE organization. Contribution: Theoretically, this research serves as a medium of continuous comparison for future research on the same topic or problem. It can bring up problem-solving models or new ideas in the implementation of the KUBE organization to develop managed products to be more attractive and ogled by the market and better known by the wider community.

<p class="m-2016200510025434855gmail-p2"><em>Abstrak - </em><strong>Tahun 2019 Kemenristekdikti memberlakukan kebijakan baru dalam seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru, yakni Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK). Pada tahun ini peserta akan mengikuti UTBK terlebih dahulu kemudian nilai yang didapatkan akan dipakai untuk mendaftar ke perguruan tinggi. Jika dilihat dari peminatnya dari tahun ke tahun serta keterbatasan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) dalam menerima mahasiswa baru,  terdapat persentase cukup tinggi terkait peserta yang gagal diterima di PTN. Fakta ini dapat memunculkan kecemasan pada siswa SMA yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, yakni rasa tidak percaya diri dalam menghadapi tes, khawatir terhadap saingan, dan tidak yakin dengan kemampuan diri. Meskipun begitu, siswa yang memiliki kecemasan dalam menghadapi UTBK tentu memiliki strategi <em>coping</em> masing-masing. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran <em>coping </em>kecemasan pada siswa SMA yang mengadapi UTBK tahun 2019. Metode yang digunkan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui <em>screening </em>dan <em>interview, </em>kemudian hasilnya akan diolah menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siswa SMA yang memiliki tingkat kecemasan <em>mild </em>dalam menghadapi UTBK tahun 2019 cenderung memiliki teknik <em>coping </em>kecemasan yang tergolong adaptif. <em>Coping </em>tersebut dominan melibatkan kognitif, seperti <em>problem solving, managing avoidance, challenging anxious thoughts. </em>Sedangkan pada siswa perempuan, <em>coping</em> juga melibatkan emosi, yakni berdoa.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong>In 2019, Kemenristekdikti will legitimate a new policy about the admission of new state university students, which is a computerized based test called UTBK. The students will attend the UTBK first and the score will be used to be their tickets to apply to the state university. Based on the data, it seems that the universities themselves have a limitation on accepting new students, therefore it might cause a huge percentage of students who fail attending university. This fact might be caused anxiety towards students who will face UTBK this year. According to that possibility, the assumption is every student who has anxiety will have different types of coping strategies with their anxiety. Thus, this research aims to describe how the students cope with their anxiety within this circumstance. The method that is used in this research is the qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data was collected using screening and interview, then it was being analyzed using thematic analysis. The result has shown that most of the students who have a mild level of anxiety have an adaptive coping strategy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate document processing measures at a One Stop service center managed by PT. Lintas Samudera Borneo Lines. The study uses a qualitative method that involved data collection as well as direct interviews with research subjects and a literature study. From the results of research and discussion of document processing issues at the One Stop Service Center, the effort made was to divide time outside working hours by recruiting new employees in the operational field. The aim of this study is the creative problem-solving capacity of the organization with leadership behaviors of human resources managers and employees to examine the relationship between career satisfaction and is tested empirically. Research within the scope of the required data structured questionnaire method, operating in the province of Aydin was obtained from 130 employees working in five star hotels. Democratic leadership style according to the factor analysis, easygoing, participants converter, and releasing autocratic leadership dimensions were determined. According to the analysis, the dependent variable with a significant level of research and positive leadership style has been determined that no relationships. Regression analysis revealed that the leadership of the relationship with the creative problem-solving capacity of democratic leadership in style when found to be stronger than other leadership styles, while the variable describing the career of the employee satisfaction level of the maximum it was concluded that the creative problem-solving capacity of the organization. Research in the context of human resources on the very important for organizations, leadership behavior, creative problem-solving capacity and career satisfaction studies analyzing the relationships between variables it seems to be quite limited. The discovery by analyzing the relationship between the aforementioned variables, can make significant contributions to knowledge in the literature and are expected to form the basis for future research.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Burger King is the one of the most successful fast food restaurant in the world. According to Wikipedia, there are 17,796 locations of Burger King all over the world in 2018. Burger King also has its Instagram account. Now this account has been followed by 1,6 million people and has posted 938 posts. That statistic shows that Burger King is active in social media especially in Instagram platform. The writer see the indication of the using of Persuasive Strategies because in promoting their product. In this research the writer wants to know the persuasive strategies that applied in Burger King’s Instagram post caption and the most used strategy. This research applied Qualitative Method as research method. This research has two findings, first, there are 13 strategies that appear in Burger King’s Instagram post caption they are, Anecdote, Assonance, Cliché, Connotation, Evidence, Everyday/Colloquial Language, Hyperbole, Imagery, Inclusive Language, Pun, Repetition, Rhetorical Question, and Simile. Second, the most used strategy is Everyday/Colloquial Language.
