The rapid business competition encourages every company to have a sharp strategy in order to excel in competing with its competitors or at least able to stay afloat to run its business. This study aims to analyze opportunities and business development at Sentra Jenang in Kaliputu Kudus Tourism Village. Respondents of this research are entrepreneurs who are located in Sentra Jenang Tourism Village kaliputu Kudus. The research data obtained by observation and interview is analyzed descriptively by using SWOT strategy matrix to analyze the strategy specified by the respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are some problems faced by some small entrepreneurs that are difficult to develop due to not have a place to market their products, the quality of human resources that are poorly trained to inhibit the production process, the company does not have good financial management so that difficulty for the management of funds, with increasingly fierce competition. The competition that arises more on jenang products from outside Kaliputu and the inclusion of substitution products that other snacks are more modern and follow the development of the era. From the threats that exist then every MSME or jenang industry in the tourist village of Kaliputu Kudus should make innovations of new variants in order to compete in the market and not inferior to other products.

Karunia Mandiri Joint Business Group (KUBE) is located in Pakeron Hamlet, Sumberarum Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency which produces traditional Magelang food, namely cassava emplek. The problems faced by KUBE are less than optimal marketing and the use of manual production tools. The purpose of the community service is to improve the quality of KUBE human resources in managing its business, which includes marketing, financial management, and production so as to increase production and sales. The method is to provide training and mentoring. The result of this service is more optimal marketing with the appearance of new products through rebranding and packaging as well as the use of digital marketing. Then, the production process is better with appropriate technology for molding dough and applying hygiene standards. In addition, financial management is more organized with simple bookkeeping and accounting so that selling prices can be competitive and profits can be identified.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of information technology, human resources and competencies on the quality of local government financial statements by the  accrual based government accounting standards  as interverning variable on the Government of Barru. Accrual accounting standards as defined in Regulation 71 of 2010 (PP No.71 Tahun 2010) concerning the Government Accounting Standards, and more technically set in Regulation 64 of 2013 (Permendagri No.64 Tahun 2013) concerning the Government Accounting Standards Implementation of Accrual Based On Local Government. The method used is descriptive survey. Samples were employees in the accounting / financial administration of the region on regional work units (SKPD) and Regional Financial Management Officer (PPKD) within the scope of local government Barru district. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the utilization of information technology have significant effect on the quality of financial statements Barru district government through the implementation of accrual based government accounting standards, while the competence of human resources has no significant effect on the quality of financial statements Barru district government through the implementation of accrual based government accounting standards.Keywords: Information Technology, Human Resources and   Competencies, Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards, Quality of Local Government Financial Statements.

The purpose of this research is to explain the authority of LPD financial management in Badung Regency, after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation No. 29/2013 and to find out the direction of the utilization of LPD coaching funds in Badung Regency. This research used normative legal research, with a statutory approach that specifically regulates the financial management authority of the LPD after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation number 29 of 2013. The data sources used were primary and secondary legal materials. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method, namely the presentation by describing in detail certain aspects related to the problem being researched. The results showed that the authority to regulate the implementation of village credit institution activities in Badung Regency is still handled by the Provincial government because so far the Province has never handed over or delegated this authority to Badung Regency. Second, the utilization of village credit institution development funds is to provide guidance to LPDs in Bali and to improve the performance and quality of LPD management human resources.

<p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

<pre><em><span>This study aims to test and prove the influence of human resource competencies, implementing commitments, implementing regulations, and the quality of training on compliance with government regulation number 71 of 2010 regarding fixed assets. The population in this study were all financial management apparatus in the Regional Devices Organization in the City Government of Bengkulu. The data used in this study are primary data, which was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 146 respondents, data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the competence of human resources, implementing commitment, the application of regulations, and the quality of training proved to have a positive effect on compliance with government regulation number 71 of 2010 regarding fixed assets.</span></em></pre>

Rural areas experience an imbalance between rural development and cities due to a centralistic development approach. Noting this reality, the government shifted its approach to development strategies that led to decentralization policies. The development of tourism in the village of Pasirmulya is directed at the concept of sustainable development, where local communities are given the authority to manage the tourism potential that exists. The problem is that there are no accommodation facilities for visitors in the village of Pasirmulya, according to the character of rural areas. Eco-homestay is the concept of accommodation facilities in the local ecotourism destination area which is natural, clean, healthy, safe, orderly and environmentally friendly. Applied the concept of marketing, understanding the values ​​of tourism, and improving the quality of human resources, is expected to contribute economically to local communities in the village of Pasirmulya. The results of mentoring that have been carried out are the ability of the community in tourism awareness, can carry out independent cleaning of the homestay and increase income in homestay management.

This aims of the study are finding the development strategy in the tourist area of the Dlundung waterfall to be excellent destination in Mojokerto. This is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data will be analyzed by SWOT method. Strategies have been found is the increased promotion of the natural beauty of waterfalls and campgrounds, additional facilities of outbound and painball, repair and improvement of facilities, road improvements, additional services and hours of operation of public transport, improving the quality of human resources of tourism, Perhutani reports the condition of the campground to Disparta about prioritized apparatus intensively, Perhutani and Disparta give an opportunity for investors to benefit location of the campsite, ask for the role of local communities in improving the security of tourism, Perhutani maintains the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities at tourist sites, increasing community empowerment in troubleshooting facilities and accessibility. Pilanggede Village is one of the villages that has a village economic institution called BUMDesa Pilanggede Gemilang. Which BUMDesa has succeeded in building a tourist village destination. The development of this tourist village is named the Taman Pinggir Gawan Tourism Village (TPG) which presents a characteristic of the panoramic beauty of the Bengawan Solo River. However, behind the panoramic beauty, the Bengawa Solo River is a river that is prone to flood disasters when the rainy season arrives. So that BUMDesa Pilanggede makes efforts to minimize the impact of disasters and also to maintain the existence of tourist villages. This research aims to examine how the BUMDesa strategy is in the development of the TPG tourism village, Pilanggede Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing the facts that occur in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results showed that in the process of developing a tourist village, several programs had been designed. The program includes establishing the image of tourism with the addition of new vehicles and also improving facilities and infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources through training, carrying out activities to maintain environmental hygiene, and also promoting through social media.

 Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus period in 2030. In order for  Indonesia to get the maximum benefit from this demographic bonus, the availability of abundant  productive-age human resources must be balanced by improving the quality of education and  skills. Educated and competitive human resources need to be improved in terms of the number  and quality of competitiveness to support sustainable growth. In this research, the authors want to see the role of universities in influencing economic growth. The role of universities can  be measured by the number of universities, college enrollment rate and the human development  index (HDI). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research  data used are panel data, data from 34 provinces in Indonesia with the study year 2015 - 2018.

The research entitled "The Influence Of The Implementation Of Regional Financial ManagementInformation Systems, The Quality Of Human Resources, The Application Of Accounting StandardsAnd Government’s Internal Control System On The Quality Of Regional Financial Reports" aims toidentify to study how the quality of human resources, the implementation of regional financialmanagement information systems, the application of accounting standards, and the government’sinternal control system whether simultaneously or partially affecting the quality of regionalfinancial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. The causal approaches were used to analyze theconnection between independent and dependent variables or others. While the Multiple LinearRegression Analysis as an analysis tool in this study was used to measure the effect of independentvariables on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicates that the implementation ofregional financial management information systems (X1) has 2,845 with a significant level of 0,006,which means the implementation of regional financial management information systems has asignificant influence on the quality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency.Meanwhile, the independent variable of the quality of human resources (X2) has 3,084 with 0,003significance level, it explains that the quality of human resources has impacted significantly on thequality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. As long as, the applications ofaccounting standard (X3) have a significant effect on the quality of regional financial reports ofPegunungan Bintang regency with 3,454 and 0,001 significance level. Furthermore, theGovernment’s Internal Control System variable (X4) with a value of 2,487 and a significant level of0,015, that indicates, the Government’s Internal Control System variable has significantly affected thequality of financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency. While the value of F measurement hasgreater than the value of F table (29,165>5,921), which explains that the quality of humanresources, the implementation of regional financial management information systems, theapplication of accounting standards and government’s internal control system simultaneously havea significant effect on the quality of regional financial reports of Pegunungan Bintang regency.
