This study aims to develop an instrument for HOTS questions with the help of the Wondershare Quiz Creator (WQC) application on Momentum and Impulse materials with design and material feasibility, suitable settings for HOTS questions with four types of HOTS questions, namely Multiple Choice, Multiple Responses, Sequence and Matching. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D). This type of research is used to adapt the research design by Borg & Gall. The product development stages consist of research and data collection, planning, product development, product validation, product revision, and product results. The data collection technique used expert validation in developing HOTS questions based on CBT, then the data were analyzed quantitatively and descriptively. The analysis shows that the validity of the design has an average value of 4.21 with very high quality or validity and the validity of the material has an average value of 3.75 with high quality or valid. The highest scores for design and material validity were multiple responses 4.22 and 3.79. At the levels on C4, C5, and C6, there is no difference in the validity and complexity of thinking caused by different types of questions. This research was motivated by students’ low knowledge related to the name, function, and the way of using Chemical laboratory tools during the experiment. This research aimed to create the Encyclopedia of Chemical Laboratory Tools which valid and practical Learning Source for students in SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The development model used in this research was adapted and modified from the steps of ADDIE development model consist of an analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection technique used in this research was an indirect communication technique. The validator of this encyclopedia used a questionnaire with likert scale for the response as the instrument. The analysis result showed that the Encyclopedia of Chemical Laboratory Tools was valid with 1,00 practical values that was reflected from students’ and teachers’ responses with an average value around 85,5% with a very high criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Encyclopedia of Chemical Laboratory Tools from ADDIE development model has a very good quality. Therefore, it can be properly used as a learning source for students in SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak.

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the market position PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia in the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and formulating strategies to maintain market share. This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive methods. While this research data collection technique uses secondary data based on written documents in the form of sales results and market share PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The calculation result of BCG Matrix owned by PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia shows that the company is in the position of Cash Cows where the position has a medium market growth with high market share. The article examines the questions of the promotional activities of tourist enterprises in Russia. The authors proceed from the fact that as a result of massive bankruptcies of well-known tour operators and complication of the general economic situation in the country, many tourist companies lose their customers. The situation in the tourist market adversely affected the trust of customers, and now to win it is even more difficult. Under these conditions, the task of maintaining existing consumers and attracting new ones of tourism enterprises is becoming urgent more than ever. According to the authors, the main way to solve this problem is an advertisement. The article reveals peculiarities of the use of different types of advertising of big and small tourism enterprises. The methodological basis of the paper is the results of promotional activities research of tourism enterprises in Nizhny Novgorod. Competition in the sphere of tourism, including the Nizhny Novgorod market is very high. The study shows that small tourist enterprises do not have sufficient financial means to invest in advertising in the media; their best advertisement is the established relationships with customers and high quality service. At the same time major tourist enterprises that have greater financial possibilities for their promotion, use the most common means of advertising, paying little attention to the new forms and trends in the advertising industry. The results allow the authors to identify ways to promote the services of tourist enterprises at the present stage, especially in the Internet.

This study aims to determine students' understanding of the concept of environmental pollution material in the school of SMAN 4 Palembang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of class XI MIPA SMAN 4 as many as 161 students. Sampling uses total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using test questions understanding  concepts. The results of the study based on the analysis carried out using the percentage level of understanding of students 'concepts showed that students' understanding of concepts in environmental pollution material at Palembang State High School 4 was at high criteria with an average value of 65%. Conclusion the students' conceptual comprehension ability in environmental pollution material at Palembang State High School 4 with the highest value is found in the classifying indicator of 86% with very high criteria, and the lowest indicator is in the concluding indicator which is equal to 48% with the criteria being.

Higher order thinking skills is very important in the 2013 curriculum. This 2013 curriculum emphasizes the ability of reasoning for concepts. This ability involves a high cognitive level from Bloom’s taxonomy, C4-C6. One example in improving students HOTS is to develop assessment instruments HOTS. This type research is research and development (R&D) research with using the 4D models. This research develop an assessment instrument in the form of multiple choice. In this research, the object is assessment instrument HOTS on respiration system content. The subject of this research were two lectures major in Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNP. The result of validation show an average value of 87.91 with a valid category. This shows of assessment instrument HOTS on respiration system content is valid among in terms of the feasibility aspects of content, construction, language, and the cognitive level of the assessment instruments is at a HOTS.

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of teaching books based on Discovery Learning on the theme I Animal and Human Organ Movements, Sub-Theme I Animal Movement Organs. This research is a type of development research using the 4D model. The trial subjects in this study were expert subjects, namely media experts, material experts, and teachers in Cluster V, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, as well as 42 students in grade V. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. This questionnaire is used to assess textbooks developed in terms of material content and textbook appearance. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The results of this study are seen from the validity is very feasible with an average value of 4.25, seen from the practicality is very practical with an average score of 89 teachers and an average value of students 82.75 and seen from the effectiveness, it is at a moderate level of effectiveness. with an average value of 0.60

The aim of this study was to develop the psychomotor assessment instruments on experiment of factors that influence the rate of reaction which is feasible to be used. The development model used in this research was the modification model of 4P development into 3P which is recommended by Thiagarajan that is defining, designing and developing. Data collection techniques used were structured observation and questionnaire. The research instruments used were observation sheet and questionnaire. Initial field trials conducted on six students of class XII IPA 1, involving four observers while the main field trial conducted on 36 students of class XI IPA 1. The researcher involved four observers and one chemistry teacher. The feasibility of the developed psychomotor aspects assessment instrument is based on validity and practical aspects. The results obtained in this study were: (1) the average value of the validity of the psychomotor aspects assessment instrument was 1.00 with very high criteria and (2) the practicality of the psychomotor aspects assessment instrument based on the observers' response of 94.44 with very high criteria and teachers' response 90.27 with very high criteria. Based on the validity and practicality of the psychomotor aspect appraisal instrument the factors affecting the reaction rate are feasible to use

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan busana fantasi dengan sumber ide busana tradisional Dayak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu : analisis, (analyze), desain (design), pegembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penilaian instrumen pengembangan busana fantasi dengan sumber ide busana tradisional Dayak. Instrumen ini diuji oleh dua ahli isi, yang dihitung dengan rumus Gregory, sehingga validitas instrumen diperoleh sebesar 0,90 dengan kriteria validitas sangat tinggi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk uji produk. Hasil pengembangan busana fantasi terdiri dari 2 busana, yaitu busana fantasi dengan siluet L, dan busana fantasi dengan siluet A yang bersumber ide busana tradisional Dayak. Hasil produk busana fantasi ini memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik dengan presentase 94,54% pada uji produk busana. Kata Kunci : Busana Fantasi, Pengembangan, Sumber Ide Abstract The research aims is to describe the results of fantasy fashion development, which the ideas come from the traditional Dayak fashion. The type of this research is Research and Development and it is used the model of ADDIE development which consists of 5 stages, namely : analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The method of data collection in this study was carried out by assessing the instruments of fantasy fashion development with sources of Dayak tradisional fashion ideas. This instruments was tested by two content experts, which ware calculated by Gregory‟s formula, so the instruments validity was 0,90 with very high validity criteria so that it could be used for product testing. The results of the development of fantasy fashion consisted of 2 fashions, namely fashion fantasy with L silhouette, and fantasy fashion with A silhouette sourced from traditional Dayak fashion ideas. The results of this fantasy fashion product have very good qualifications with a percentage is 94,54 % in the fashion product test. Key words : fantasy fashion, development, source of ideas.

The problem in this research was whether there is the effect of the Probing Prompting Learning model on student learning outcomes in the10thgradersof SMANurulAmal Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Probing Prompting Learning model on student learning outcomes at SMA NurulAmal Palembang. The method used in this study was the experimental method using two classes, namely the experimental class, and the control class. Meanwhile, the data collection technique was done by tests, and documentation techniques, then the data were analyzed by the data analysis technique using t-test analysis. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class was more than 80.24 compared to the control class of 63.6 and the calculations resulted tcountedtableie, 7.02 ≥ 1.667 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In other words, there was the influence of the Probing Prompting Learning model on learning outcomes.
