The study?s main purpose is to highlight the philosophical and psychological aspects of the self- development of scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of the development of the education sys- tem. The article uses various methods to conduct research, namely general scientific methods: formal- logical, systemic, structural-functional, concrete-historical. The pedagogical synergetics is considered as part of the research. Pedagogical synergetics, which explains the development of a complex system, edu- cation, is a new philosophy of the educational process. Pedagogical synergetics makes it possible to ap- proach the development of problems of the development of pedagogical systems and the pedagogical pro- cess in a new way, considering them primarily from the standpoint of openness, co-creation and orienta- tion towards self-development. As a result, philosophical, psychological and pedagogical approaches to self-improvement are characterized.

У   статті   представлено   авторське   бачення   професійного   становлення   педагога   в   умовах  українського освітнього сьогодення. Метою публікації є аналіз особистісних детермінант становлення  професіоналізму   педагога.   Для   її   досягнення   застосовувалися   загальнонаукові   методи   теоретичного  дослідження,  з  поміж  інших,  теоретичний  аналіз,  зіставлення  й  узагальнення,  інтерпретація  сучасних  теоретико-емпіричних досліджень у вітчизняній і зарубіжній психології. Висвітлено сутність та змістову  відмінність   таких   засадничих  категорій   освіти,   як   «педагогічна   діяльність»  і   «освітній   процес».  Зазначається, що сучасний педагог повинен бути суб’єктом педагогічної діяльності, орієнтуватися на  цінність розвитку; прагнути особистісного та професійного саморозвитку; вміти практично працювати з  освітніми процесами, будувати розвивальні освітні ситуації, показувати школярам ціннісні образи, що  презентують  моделі  життєвого  й  особистісного  успіху;  володіти  психолого-педагогічною  культурою  поведінки  у  складних,  невизначених  ситуаціях,  позначених  різноманітністю  і  складністю.  Зроблено  висновок, що професіоналізм педагога виявляється у його здатності реалізувати ідею цінності розвитку  школяра,  яка  наділена  вищим  пріоритетом  порівняно  з  педагогічною  діяльністю  та  приймається  ним  (педагогом)  як  особистісно  значуща.  Акцентується  на  важливості  ціннісно-смислової  та  моральної  саморегуляції. Констатовано, що пріоритетною в школі повинна стати смислова освіта, яка передає не  дискретні значення, а симультанні цілісні простори смислів і мотивації, готуючи молодих людей до змін у  сучасному світі The article presents the author's vision of the professional formation of the teacher in the Ukrainian  educational conditions nowadays. The aim of the publication is to analyze personality determinants of professional  development of the teacher. To achieve it there have been applied general scientific methods of theoretical research among  others,  theoretical  analysis,  comparison  and  generalization,  interpretation  of  modern  theoretical  and  empirical research in Ukrainian and foreign psychology. There has been highlighted the essence and the content  difference in such basic categories of education as “pedagogical activity” and “educational process”. It is noted  that the modern teacher should be the agent of pedagogical activity, should focus on the value of development;  strive for personal and professional self-development; be able to work practically with educational processes, to  build developmental educational situations, to show students the value images representing models of life and  personality success; to assimilate the psychological and pedagogical culture of behaviour in complex, uncertain  situations characterized by diversity and complexity. It is concluded that the professionalism of the teacher is  manifested in his/her ability to realize the value of the pupil's development that is endowed with a higher priority  compared to the pedagogical activity and is accepted by the teacher as personally significant. The emphasis is on  the importance of the value-sense and moral self-regulation. It is stated that the priority in school should be the  sense education which conveys not discrete values, but the coherent holistic spaces of sense and motivation,  preparing young people for changes in the modern world.

The aim of the study is to characterize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the administration of the educational process on the examples of legal and linguistic-didactic aspects. The object of the study is systemic and functional changes in science and education under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The subject of the study is public relations in the field of education and science in their legal and linguistic-didactic aspect under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Research methods are general scientific and special scientific methods, in particular, system-structural, formal-legal, hermeneutic; methods of analysis, synthesis. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of administration of educational processes in the conditions of COVID-19 in the aspect of mechanisms of legal support of activity of bodies of education and science, linguodidactics were formulated; the characteristic of systemic changes in the sphere of education which have occurred under the influence of the distribution of a coronavirus is carried out; describe the main approaches contained in the current scientific literature to solve the above problems.

The aim of the study is to analyse the process of using «Virtual tours» technology in the educational process. This technology allows you to transfer the lesson from the passive into the interactive forms, to activate the cadets’ cognitive activity and to involve them into the educational process. The use of visualization techniques develops broad-minded thinking and enhances a better learning of the curricular material. The main tasks of the research are to analyse the process of using «Virtual tours» technology in the educational process of law enforcement officers; to estimate the functional practice of «Virtual tours» technology. The study is fundamentally based on the dialectical-philosophical method alongside with the general scientific and specific scientific methods.

Introduction. The article considers the ontological difference as a fundamental idea dividing M. Heidegger’s ontology into two levels. The author proposes an explication of temporal foundations for the main principle of fundamental ontology, the ontological difference, on the basis of existential analytics of Dasein. It is assumed that the organization of Dasein is a micromodel of being in general, which is the ultimate goal of M. Heidegger’s philosophical work. The aim of the study is to explicate the phenomenon of simultaneity as the ontological basis of the temporality of Dasein as a result of philosophical analysis, Methods The author uses hermeneutic, phenomenological and some general scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, and abstraction. The scientific novelty of the study. When analyzing the self as an existential center of Dasein the author reveals the ontological duality of the first and, as a consequence, of the entire model of existence. The phenomenon of existence towards death is analyzed in the context of existential gap in the centre of the Dasein self, which gives rise to different ways of Dasein being - genuine and non-genuine; the author considers and analyzes the whole structure of the temporal Dasein in the light of the thesis of the human existence finiteness. On the basis of this idea, the key role of simultaneity is revealed, which becomes the ontologically initial concept in relation to the whole Dasein system of being and, accordingly, the fundamental ontology. It is suggested that the ontological difference is based on the more fundamental principle of temporal synthesis. Results. The author presents a model of Dasein existence structure on the basis of the dual nature of the self, with the simultaneity belonging to the ontologically determining specificity of the organization. Conclusions. The temporal justification of ontological differences reveals a feature of fundamental ontology, which consists in a specifically transformed dialectic of being and nothing. The study shows that fundamental ontology offers an atypical approach to the problem of time.

The subjects of the study are the problems that arise at the initial stage of the investigation of street fraud, the study is the individual problems of pre-trial investigation of street fraud and the ways of their solution. The study aims to highlight the most common problems in practice at the initial stage of the investigation of this group of fraud, and presents recommendations for their solution. In the course of time, general scientific methods of cognition were used. The relevance of the research topic is that the main problems of investigators arise at the stage of the decision to open criminal proceedings. Difficulties are related to the fact that the investigator needs to take a key procedural decision based on the analysis of very limited information about the event. In addition, in the context of open criminal proceedings, it is very difficult to form a system of evidence of the existence of a criminal intention in the actions of a fraudsters. Indeed, unlike other crimes, they are reflected not so much in material traces as in acts of intellectual nature: the reporting of false information, the use of fictitious documents, specific attributes, and many others. Gathering evidence of such an order requires an extraordinary level of professionalism. The investigator should not only have a high level of knowledge of the existing criminal and criminal procedural legislation, but also be aware of ways to overcome the main difficulties encountered in criminal proceedings on fraud. The novelty of the results is that the research in this direction was conducted for the first time. The main results of the study are given a number of typical problems of investigation of street fraud, as well as recommendations for their overcoming. The results of the study can be used in the field of the criminal law cycle. The practical significance lies in the possibility of introducing the results of the research into the educational process in the presentation of the discipline “The method of investigation of crimes”, special courses, as well as in raising the skills of practical police officers. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn in the form of concrete proposals for addressing typical problems arising in the investigation of street fraud.

The presented study addresses the problems of managing the relationships between the participants of the educational process. The study uses analysis of statistical data, publications in mass media, expert assessment, and general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction) to identify changes in the status of the participants of the educational process that affect the development of their relationships. It is established that the importance of school education results decreases while the value of education in modern society grows. The quality of school education can be improved through the transition from subject-object relationships between the participants of the educational process to inter-subject relationships.

Changes in the social and educational situation in the country actualized the development of subject-oriented models of pedagogical support for students, the search for effective ways to solve the aggravated problem of creating conditions for students' self-development. In modern school curricula, as well as in the system of additional education, there are practically no special classes on the construction and implementation of self-development projects by adolescents. The article proposes a model of pedagogical support for the self-development of adolescents in additional education, methodologically based on a reflective-value approach developed in the framework of the scientific school of M.I. Rozhkov, and technology-based on the development by adolescents of individual routes of self-development. The presented model can be considered as a pedagogical product and an educational resource that allows to solve a whole range of problems, based on the personal and social needs of both adolescents themselves and society as a whole. The implementation of the presented model involves the alignment of the educational process in further education with a focus on the self-development of students, while support is considered as a process of pedagogical interaction between teachers and students. Global digitalization requires changes in all spheres of human life, including education. Modern trends lead to the introduction of various innovative technologies into the educational process, including gamification, which provokes changes in approaches in order to train a new type of teacher. The stability of society and its future development largely depend on the quality of its preparation. In the context of the general digitalization of education, a future teacher must have certain digital skills that underlie digital literacy for successful professional activity. The purpose of this study is to describe an effective experience in the formation of digital skills by the classification of three groups and three levels when using the elements of gamification in teaching future teachers. In the work, general scientific methods were used: analysis of theoretical sources, collection of information, comparison, generalization, questionnaires, and the study of the products of educational activities of students. The study confirmed the effectiveness of the identified conditions for the successful formation of three groups of digital skills among students of educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, which showed an increase in their academic performance in the process of studying the disciplines under consideration and the level of their digital literacy.

Introduction. The article aims to examine the problems pertaining to personality traits and physiological development caused by the digital transformation of education. Education is one of the main components of a society’s social structure and is constantly subject to changes under external factors. One of these factors is digitalization, which has an ambiguous impact on the abovementioned process. Research methodology. The methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific methods such as synthesis, analysis, comparison, as well as special research methods such as content analysis of official documents. Results. In the course of the research the author comes to the conclusion that not only does the digitalization of education create new opportunities for learning but also gives rise to problems that can potentially affect the development of pupils' personalities and their health. These include as follows: introduction of untested technologies, of which the impact has not yet been scientifically proven; deterioration of writing, reading, speaking as well as other socially important skills, sight impairments, computer addiction and IAD, which can generally lead to the development of the so-called 'digital dementia'. It should be noted that not enough research on the impact of digital technologies on the mental and physical health of children is available at the moment. Nor are there many scientific investigations concerning the safety and effectiveness of learning by means of digital environment. The introduction of digital technologies raises concerns about their impact on pupils’ health and on society as a whole; there are discussions about the role of teachers in the educational process as well.

Purpose. The article is devoted to the study of the authorʼs stylistics by Yevhen Hutsalo, in particular to the identification of the linguistic and stylistic dominants of the writerʼs bizarre tdiscourse. The material of the study was a bizarre trilogy of the writer «Borrowed Man», «Private Life of the Phenomenon», «Parade of Planets». Research methods. The research is based on general scientific methods, using inductive and descriptive-analytical methods – for the accumulation, systematization and analysis of factual material; method of phraseological analysis – to identify the phraseology of the phrase; structural and semantic methods – for the analysis of textual integration of phraseology; the method of comparative analysis is used to compare casual and occasional phraseological units; the method of contextual analysis was used to establish the authorʼs intentions and text-forming potentials of transformed phraseology. Results. The authorʼs linguistic and stylistic organization of Yevhen Hutsaloʼs bizarre trilogy is analyzed, its linguistic and stylistic dominants, which appear as text-forming, plotforming and genre-forming factors of Yevhen Hutsaloʼs bizarre discourse, are determined. Their typological manifestations and expressive-pragmatic functions in the text space of the studied chimera are determined. It is revealed that the writer uses structural-semantic transformations and semantic modifications of phraseology, occasional phraseology, synonymization of phraseological units, authorʼs aphorisms, authorʼs paraphrasing and title creation productively to create a chimerical modality of the literary-art text. Conclusions. Itʼs established that the verbalizers of the authorʼs pretentiousness by Yevhen Hutsalo are a complex system of lexical and phraseological means with the dominance of different manifestations of the authorʼs modification of phraseological units. The most significant in the context of the stylistic dominance of pretentiousness are the semantic modification of phraseology, in particular the reception of double actualization, expanded phraseological metaphor, and structural-semantic transformation of phraseology, in particular the reception of phraseological hints, capable of directing. In order to enhance the linguistic-art expressiveness of bizarre novels, the writer productively uses the synonymization of phraseology, to realize the harmony of form and content uses the authorʼs paraphrasing and authorʼs aphorisms.
